Balancing doesnt mean giving both sides a equal number of buffs/nerfs. Just because Survivors got buffed it doesnt mean killers have to be buffed too. Just because Survivors got nerfed, it doesnt mean killers have to get nerfed too. Balancing is about reaching a point where both sides got equal chances of mining, this can be reached by nerfing one side 100 times while nerfing the other side

I am using the Event to bring the last few killers to P3 LV50 and since there are a few killers i dont really play and who only had trash perks anyway, i just prestiged them without using all their cakes. I mean, i could just play a killer i like with BBQ and would only get 5% less bloodpoints, so i dont care for the cakes on killer

Alright so : Clown is completely useless.. STILL! I just played him today to get his adept again (and somehow even managed to get it on rank 1) and his bottles did NOTHING. There are some perks in the game right now, that doesnt belong to a specific character yet. (for example monstreus shrine) How about, instead of creating new perks you just rework (if needed) some of these perks and give them to future killers?
