SWF, map, luck into a chill killer. Escape.
They shortened the time the hatch stays open with keys to make sure everyone is right there.

You need way too much luck to pull it off in solo. If you insist, then try to message the other survivors in the lobby, take a key, a hatch offering and pray. There's really no hidden secret for this one.
Get an afk killer and hope for a key. I've gotten that achievement on 3 different ones. Switch, PS4 and PC. PS4 was a sweatfest, Switch was an afk killer and PC, we had a really bad killer who gave up on the last gen and went afk.
Do it with a SWF - random teammates are unreliable and may leave through the gates even if they understand you have a key, or even troll you by refusing to leave and just tbagging until the hatch closes. I did get lucky and get the achievement with a team of randoms, but that was on, like, occasion #4 in solo queue where the stars aligned to do it, and on occasions #1-3, someone just didn't comply.
After that, you generally want to wait for a friendly or AFK killer, because it'll be hard to have an uninterrupted window to get all four survivors at the hatch at once without the killer there to close it in a match where the killer is playing seriously, even if the killer isn't very good.
Luckily you don't need to be the one opening the hatch or anything. Everyone who jumps in will get the achievement once the fourth person leaves. I think it also may be doable if the hatch closes and then someone else uses a key to reopen it - it doesn't have to be all at once, just that all players need to exit through the hatch.

then, just keep casually playing but make sure someone has a key with you
just forget about even doing it and focus on a different challenge or achievement but keep it in the back of your head and eventually you'll have a match where you all dont die with all gens done then you can focus on finding the hatch and all escaping through the hatch. Trust me, running perks and offerings just to help get this achievement isnt worth it. Youll get it done after a bit of just playing casually.
I have gotten it as a solo survivor a few times, so it is not impossible to get even solo. But of course, you will need to get a bit more lucky as survivor than if you were in a group.
But the hope is there, I would honestly say don't obsess about it, you will get it at some polnt.
If solo, you have to just get lucky. I managed this a couple months ago only because the other 3 survivors were swf, and they went out of their way to lead me to hatch. If not for that, I would never have gotten this achievement.
I got it randomly as a solo twice.
