how often does that exception happen with solos? tehre is always weakling always, and even if the 4 were good at the game (wich almost never happens a exception is not an argument, you use average numbers wich are the ones you see the most, not exceptions), there isnt efficiency and they cant compete with usual killer strats because coordination doesnt exists, also is extremely unfun, boring UNHEALTHY going against the same 2 or 3 killers over and over again, MMR is wrong and should be erased.
….or they could balance the game.

you all seem to not catch my point or dont want to, im literally saying that im decent at he game and i play decently efficient wich means of course i can escape quite often or at least make good amount of points, and getting punished to play against same killers over and over again, variety is gone, is unfun and now with those killers over and over again in a never ending cycle of repetition is almost imposible to win in solo Q due the amount of uncordination solo Q provides plus those guys never play casual at all always using the same tactics and builds and sweat their asses hard with alrady op or almost op characters like nurse, spirit, blight wich for solos are impossible, again, making SWF the only viable option to beat them.
Good solos can still beat a top killer, but it’s obviously harder than SWF. If you’re mad about the game, blame the devs. Killers have no choice but to use top tier because the devs refuse to balance the game.

I don't complain about getting sacrificed. Or having 4 men escape when I'm playing killer. What I don't like is being FORCED into playing sweaty. I enjoy playing relaxed matches having fun. Thus for me needing to win is not necessarily what I have to achieve to enjoy this game. I enjoy the chases for the most part.
It’s definitely frustrating to get tunneled early, but you can go right back into another game.

Yep. I don't mind getting completive once in blue moon. But the majority of the time I prefer to play more relaxed, not be forced to sweat or try-hard.
That’s fine , but don’t complain at losses.

I gotcha. So the 4 v 1 dynamic really can't be leveled out at the top end, even with certain perks (killer)?
No perks solve the problem. The devs would have to balance for people who put in time to learn how to play, which is something that they and many people on this forum are unwilling to do.

MMR matches folks of a similar level.
That's automatically a good thing in any context. Why would you want to be matched up with anyone OTHER than an equal? Explain that, please. I genuinely want to know what the drawback would be to consistently playing against people as good as yourself.
Because the game is imbalanced and broken at a high level. A skilled killer will not get more than 1-2 kills against skilled survivors.

Playing devil's advocate:
- getting downs faster, getting main event more often to get multiple injures more often and the fact that you can very easily double injure someone almost as fast as a bubba can instadown in an open field does make his 1v4 easier, as there tends to be 1 or more survivors consistently on hook
- the changes were most likely made before the PTB was live anyway. The PTB isnt the most recent build.
- Death Throes existing is pretty much the reason for the knives being decreased(having 60 knives fully reloaded after already having thrown 60 knives means you could keep chaining main events untill everyone is slugged, 44 knives(52 with boa) still makes that possible, but requires a higher accuracy).
You gotta keep in mind the addons before you ######### on the basekit. The devs always design the basekit around the available addons. If a basekit is #########, it's likely because there is an addon combo that could be potentially uncounterable.
Besides, most killer mains were complaining that Trickster was too weak in his 1v1, the devs literally gave people what they wanted and had to balance him accordingly.
The problem is, his 1v1 is still weak. Unless you happen to be out in the open or at a small loop, his power is almost worthless. There are far more strong structures and buildings than there are open areas and small loops.

I think he currently has 44 knives, which means he basically has 7 hatchets. On top of which, he has the Show Stopper ability. He's like an easier to use Huntress.
It’s harder than hitting hatchets in my opinion. For one, there is the awful recoil and for another, they have tiny hitboxes. I’ve said it before and i’ll say it again: you only need to hit two hatchets with huntress as opposed to 12 of his tiny knives. As someone who plays a lot of killer, the idea that Trickster is easier does not ring true. He feels harder than her with less reward. And then there is Deathslinger who is easier than both and is able to hit tiny spaces that Hunteess can’t hit.

Of course. He’s just calling me a sheep because he knows I have a valid point
No, your point stinks. He is nowhere near as strong as Huntress for the simple fact that he has to hit 6 times to her 1 for a health state. With the ammo nerf, i’d argue he is even more punishing because he has to reload just as she does, but without the reward.
-
@Tricksters_Wife said:
He's still neutral to me strength wise. I had to adjust my gameplay a little to get used to the new changes but overall still very fun to play and I'll continue to play only him. They made his strengths and weaknesses more extreme which makes it harder to have a well balanced game where everyone has fun with him but it's hard to please both sides with any changes. I think he felt smoother prior to the changes but with a couple add on combinations he can feel relatively the same.
This is the best case scenario: he is the same. If that’s true, it means that BHVR completely and totally failed. He was supposed to be buffed, not nerfed or kept the same.

His niche is being an amazing range camper. He’s stronger in some loops than Huntress, he’s not the worst.
Any loop he can throw knives at is a loop slinger can shoot through (with one shot, not 6).

Trickster doesn’t need to spend time setting up, and while his power isn’t amazing, there are some tiles he can easily secure a down which is better than trapper.
Survivors can easily undo the work trapper has put in, they can’t sabotage trickster’s power.
Also, trickster has strong add ons too. Iridescent photo card is very strong.
As a rank 1 killer who can play every killer, Trickster is the worst in the game. Every other killer has a niche: Trapper is weak but can snowball and dominate with a clutch trap into the basement. Even Legion, who I also think is weak, has something unique about them. The fact is that Trickster is nothing but a far inferior version of slinger and huntress. I would even argue that the latest patch was a net nerf to him. The killer is unplayable.

Being killed by a camping and hard tunneling killer doesn't mean a survivor is bad though. Not everyone can run a killer for 5 gens and escape.
But I'm sure you only play one side and could care less about survivors or those who play both sides think. Regardless I'm done paying you any mind after this since you just want to incite others.
Wrong, I play plenty of survivor too. Survivor shouldn’t be built around an individual being able to loop the killer for eternity, which is clearly what most of the survivor mains on here want. If your team is bad, you deserve to lose.

This. Every Trickster I've faced lately just camps and tunnels with him and it's super effective. Then of course they say after the match: "I have to camp and tunnel because he's a bad killer".
It feels like Twins all over again. Incredibly awful design for Killer resulting in unhealthy play style and of course BHVR can't seem to balance him properly.
I genuinely dislike Trickster now, not because he is op or anything but because everyone who plays him is just maximum scummy and then absolutely rude in the end game chat just like all the toxic Twins I dealt with a month or two after their release.
Just more gasoline on the cycle of toxicity and it's gross.
If you lose to Trickster, you are bad at the game.

Yup this killer is still complete garbage. He offers nothing over Slinger and Huntress. What a waste of a killer spot.

Nope bud rank 1. I like how you cant stand someone being better than you. If you have ears you can tell. Most good spirits can tell. Drop the ego and test it out.
I test it out every time I play. I see a lot of Spirits at red rank when i am survivor and they all fall for the pallet side swap. But yea man, I guess you’re just the ultimate Spirit and every spirit i have faced is bad.

Or the Spirit waits at the 5050 point of the loop hears you drop the pallet comes out of phase with her speed boost and hits you. I cant tell you how many times this has failed.
It works well for me. She also can’t tell which side of the pallet you are on in most situations.
-
@Itslat3ncy said:
If I could ask. Can someone give some examples of counterplay to Spirit. Alls I've seen so far is people say she has CP but they dont give examples. Any counter that's not a god pallet or window pls. I'll be waiting to debunk your examples.
Survivor runs to a pallet while she is phasing, and instead of predictably running to the other side and slamming it, the survivor slams it before running across. The spirit either gets stunned or is out of position and the survivor gains distance.

wow, ok. So your fun is more important? Everyone can play the game however they want. I know people who just want to be "there" and feel the atmosphere, make some bloodpoints, get stacks etc., and then there are people who think you can play pub-dbd in a competitive way (besides all the crazy RNG and matchmaking) and the ultimative goal is a 4k/ 4 escape as fast as possible. "Sweaty" does exist for me, my personal definition is players, who just want to win as hard as possible, using/ abusing unbalanced stuff and mechanics, players who always go with the current meta, using cheesy crutches every game because a lose is unacceptable. And therefore making the game unfun for most other people. This "i don't care about your fun i just want to win"-attitude is perfectly fine but it's also fine if people call out their anger about it.
Here’s the problem: if people only care about relaxing and earning Bp, they have no right to complain. The reality is that these non “tryhards” want to win regardless if the killer is a better player. If you don’t want to put much effort in that’s fine, but you have no right to be mad about losing.

57% killrate is trash?
Why should I play a game where I have no chance to escape?
You cant judge success as a killer based on how many killed, because its an asymmetric game and the side where you are rely on others have to edge over the solo player. Thats to say, if 4 good player on team, the killer should have heavy disadvantage.
You just want very very easy wins, and win by default, against solo players, because ingame against oracle team you wont even play. You need 100+ 3-4k everygame.
Survivor just should be happy that you are farming them, and they should be honored to be killed by u all the time
That’s where you’re wrong: a team of 4 skilled survivors should have even odds against a skilled killer. It’s hard to use the words skill and survivor in the same sentence though since an ape could play survivor.
-
@Piruluk said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2361024#Comment_2361024
Well I dont mind then I will be killer main, 99,99% of playerbase will have no chance against killer if buffed to that level.
Also according to u there is no problem losing because ur teammates in solo, but as killer you shouldnt lose against nobody if you dont make mistake.
This is a party game, therefore a role shouldnt give you autowin, and nowadays thats killer against average survivors.
Why should I play a match as killer that gives me no chance to win? You can’t judge success as a survivor based on escaping because it is a team game and teammates are going to screw things up in pubs.
And again, since we’re balancing around bad players, Nurse needs a buff. You can’t have it both ways.
-
@Piruluk said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2360800#Comment_2360800
Red rank shouldnt be called casuals, maybe 10% of players reach that.
Or we are talking about Oracle level teams, where 4 survivors playing 30+k hours, and playing perfectly , and yet killers demanding to have 50% chance against that team too? And anything below that casual level?
Because I dont agree with that
A player who is better at the game should win most of the time and yes, should have a chance to win against a competitive team.
-
@Piruluk said:

That means the other unbalanced.
But yeah probably she needs buff, I heard now killer mains demand the game balanced around at least 75% killrate
Since people think we should balance around casuals and not the top players, yes, she needs a buff.

Give her an entire addon pass. Her add-ons have no in-between for being a hindrance or OP. For example, Omega Blink is stronger now due to it not ######### up your muscle memory, and Double Recharge is extremely problematic because you can spam Blinks with little consequence.
Then you have her ultra rares, Jenner's Last Breath, Campbell's Last Breath, Spasmodic Breath, Anxious Gasp, Pocket Watch, Dull Bracelet, Plaid Flannel, and White Nit Comb, which hinder you.
I'm fine with keeping her BP add-ons for challenges, and Plaid Flannel for new Nurses, but the rest need bug changes.
My suggested changes are:
For range add-ons: Bring back Omega Blink with reduced range, so that it's separate muscle memory for range add-ons, making them take some skill to use.
For Jenner's Last Breath: Make it like the Blight addon where you automatically face a survivor after a blink.
For Campbell's Last Breath: Make the second Blink an option to avoid ruining chases and wasting Blink charges.
Spasmodic Breath and Pocket Watch: Make these for Blink Speed. Maybe 30% extra for Spasmodic and 20% for Pocket Watch.
Her basekit is fine though.
Omega blink is in no way stronger now. It used to eat up distance super quick, which gave the survivor no time to react or predict how far she was going to blink.

The unsafe loops aren’t viable, there are a few unsafe looking loops on Hawkins that can make a larger mindgame-able loop if played right but the majority of unsafe loops are that, unsafe.
In fact with some unsafe pallets the time it takes to throw them down the killer can get to the other side & get a hit.
Also how will the devs solve “hold W”? Remember that the amount of unsafe loops & deadzones contributed to this “hold W” meta.
Also bear in mind holding W doesn’t solve everything, it still depends on where you are positioned in the map and where the killer is coming from, so it’s a lot more situational then you may be led to believe by a content creator spouting this “hold W” nonsense.
If you put the pallet down and don’t get a stun, the killer outplayed you. If you get a stun at any pallet, it allows you to run and gain distance. You shouldn’t be able to slam a pallet and force the killer to break it.
I don’t need a streamer to tell me about holding W: I have experienced it. While it’s true that not every survivor does it (most are bad at the game), there are plenty of people who do. It is especially bad on open maps since they can see you coming from a mile away.
-
Cool, so 5/24 killers get out a down in a deadzone. The game definitely doesn’t favor survivors….

@Ink_Eyes said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2356774#Comment_2356774
Nope you didnt listen to me, see the example above, there was no pallet on both the screenshots I showed and basically no structures so it's basically a free hit on those scenarios...
''it shouldn’t be imposing strong loops that totally eliminate killer gameplay''
Then we can make the same arguments for survivors, complete dead zones like the ones I showed above completely eliminate survivor gameplay, but apparently weak killer mains get std if a survivor loops a pallet that's why devs have removed pallets over time and have introduced giant dead zones.
Dead zones are not that common in my experience. Even with that, the survivor at least gets a hit and speed bonus to reach a safe area. If a killer is in a pallet nest or the survivor is holding forward preemptively, the killer literally can’t touch the survivor. Worst case scenario for both roles still favors the survivor.
-
@Ink_Eyes said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2356684#Comment_2356684
The thing is that the game has slightly changed over the years, we no longer have the maps we used to have, now we have a little very unsafe loop followed by a giant dead zone so you throw the pallet and have to make a run for it, you basically have to trade a health state to get a spring burst and hope you make it to a pallet or TL wall, you can get a map as bad as having 2 or even 3 generators spawn on a complete dead zone.
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/HLLNYYMRMO38/20210630212615-1.jpg
That part you said about “basically trading a health state” is wrong. Even on maps like Hawkins, you can outplay the killer at a pallet. Eventually they will commit to a hit. If you guess right, you get a stun and distance. If you guess wrong, the killer gets a hit. That’s how the game should be; it shouldn’t be imposing strong loops that totally eliminate killer gameplay.
-
@Ink_Eyes said:
The irony is that back a few years ago we had windows, pallets and the map was vastly populated with structures, killers complained about that so loops/windows and structures were removed, if you remove all that then there is nothing to do other than run from the killer since there's very little to loop nowadays, most maps have 90% unsafe pallets that can only be looped once before you get hit, loops that are so unsafe that even if you throw the pallet down the killer can still take 3 steps and hit you from the other side. And also they have introduced so many killers that can hit you trough pallets and windows that the only option left is to just run. what are they gonna complain about next? crouching? curse those survivors for crouching!
The thing is, loops are still viable (yes even the unsafe pallets) , but survivors are so used to being in control and unable to deal with killers having counterplay that they now just run forward while the killer is miles away. I’m not blaming survivors who do this by the way. It’s something the devs need to address.

He's relatively well liked as a killer, and he's been treated well by the development team with regular quality of life improvements to his kit since his inception. But I suspect that he may have been given just a bit too much love and is now out performing all other killers.
We have not seen statistics on Blight except for right after he was released. I would like to see how he's currently performing in red ranks.
What is your opinion on Blight?
There is no chance he is stronger than Nurse or Spirit. I’m sure stats will show him as doing well since most can’t play survivor well.

Is this some low key way of saying you are amazing at the game because you play nurse?
News flash, anyone who can get to high silver low gold in league of legends can probably slay with nurse. So like 50% of the gaming player base. They just play more competitive games than this. DBD is casual and balancing it around tournaments sounds pretty cringe.
No? I mean I can speak from experience that I have countless Nurse games that made me think “only Nurse can win this.” On the other hand, I have had even more games with basic killers in which I had no chance and pretty much knew it when the game began. This is obvious if you are experienced.

@ThiccBudhha said:
Well, a tier list for ladder would still be helpful for the majority of people which is kind of the point. Top level players don't need tier lists. Like, yeah, I could beat bad survivors with Freddy OR Trapper. But one of those is way less ideal than the other. And really, I want to know which killers to play against good survivors relative to my skill level.
Tier lists aren't great for that, but they are a decent start for anyone learning.
I can respect that, but the problem is that most people definitely do not think that way when they make a tier list. We’ve seen countless complaint threads about unviable killers like Nemesis and Pyramid head, so you can’t assume people will understand context.

Because only somewhat skilled killers know how to get the most use out of loops? Most solo players waste or camp pallets.
Nurse and spirit ignore any skill input from survivors, nurse literally ignores the rules of the game, but at least she takes skill. Spirit is literally playing a single player game on easy mode lol.
The better player should always win. No side should have an advantage in chase. The skill should decide the winner. I have no issues running strong loops as killer. The only problem is rng sometimes survivors get 20 pallets, some get 5 crap pallets and tons of deadzones.
Map size is also a huge issue.
But most killers aren't good lol. They are carried by gen regression perks and stomp solos, or newer players, so when a more skilled survivor beats them, they call survivor op and throw a tantrum. Just dont commit too long and apply more pressure instead of being tunnel vision letting the other 3 afk on gens. Big maps are the only unbalanced problem for killers to face, or bad maps that hinder power or perk effectiveness.
The only fun of survivor is chases. Being instantly destroyed in a chase with no counterplay or skill input feels bad, it's not fun to vs. Rank means nothing lol. Getting in a chase vs Spirit is luck, not skill. You hope shes bad or die. Same as slinger, nurse, ph, etc.
Fair killers(in chase) like oni, Billy, bubba, etc can be devastating in a chase and play most tiles. They are strong and healthy for the game. They are most importantly fun to play as, and to play against.
When a good hillbilly curves to hit me, i feel outplayed by someone and im happy to learn something new. When i mind game a loop as oni and get a demon strike down i feel great.
But when a spirit stands still at every pallet i have no skill, no input, no counterplay. I don't feel like a better player mind gamed me. I feel like somebody is playing on easy mode, and got an undeserved down.
Even though nurse breaks the game i can respect a great blink. Even though she has no counters beyond bad map design, i feel like a good player beat me.
But in a chase vs the much more common "problematic" killers that every high level player, tourny player and streamer hates. I feel like an often lower skill opponent got a free win with nothing i can do.
When a slinger zones you by spamming ads, he will force you to juke an unreactable shot and let him catch up to hit you, or shoot you. Nothing you can do but hope hes bad and misses.
When Spirit stands still, you flip a coin and die at this pallet or the next pallet. No input, no signs, no info. Just a guess.
When pyramid is at a pallet he either cancels his power and hits you if you dont drop pallet or vault. But if you do he hits you while stuck in animation. Hes a great tunneler too since he ignores hook mechanics.
Im not calling these killers op. There's a difference between overpowered and boring. Most people who call things boring just want to have fun on a video game made for fun. Those killers are not fun to go against and I'm sorry you refuse to acknowledge the other side. Yeah dbd has problems but "survivors" aren't your enemies, most are just people who want a fun and engaging experience.
Sure the obvious "counters" exist like predropping ever pallet, or holding w, or stealth and rush gens. But those things aren't fun. When I'm a killer and a Meg pre drops everything i feel so bored. When my teammates hide and do nothing i get annoyed. Playing stealthy isnt fun. I hate looking for hiders as killer, and I'd rather show skill by being chased as survivor. Id rather go against survivors who have me constantly engaged with them, than walking around looking in bushes.
I'm just so sick of forum dwellers who hate the idea of both sides having fun. Killers who cry about survivor perks usually get carried by multiple regression perks.
Killers that complain about gen rush often overcommitted to a chase and then cry about looping.
Killers that cry about swf are parroting streamers and looking to excuse losses because they've probably never faced an actual tourney squad.
Killers who complain 24/7 are no different than entitled survivors who call every killer who beats them a tryhard, camper, tunneler, toxic etc. Both sides have biased idiots fueling a stupid divide. But there are people like me, a killer main since 2016 who plays both sides, who understands how miserable survivor can be. And the problematic designs of several anti fun killers. Not to mention survivors can be toxic, but i encounter more toxic killers, especially during events. Both sides have issues. But most just want fun.
I'm sorry you can't see the problems with some characters.. or simply refuse to acknowledge those problems because a bias but this isn't an argument. This isn't a biased hate fueled rant. I know its near impossible to concede or change any minds on the internet. But I'm just another human, asking you to be more open minded, to hear the legitimacy in what others can say. To put bias aside and think. To not admit you're wrong or apologize, but to just hear others out, to understand survivors have just as bad of a time as killers. That solo for example is the most miserable thing on dbd. And most importantly to understand we're all just people putting time into a game we care about and want what we think will help the game out.
Idk if you'll even read all this with an open mind or ignore it all and stay closed. But I'd appreciate if this at least changed any view, or perspective or just..at least opened your mind a bit more. I'm not the enemy. Im just somebody who cares about this game I've put thousands of hours into.
Thanks for reading
I have also poured thousands of hours into the game, as killer and survivor. The basis of your argument simply isn’t true: the “fair” killers you listed are 100% unviable against competent survivors. It has legitimately been about a year and a half since a Billy has downed me with the chainsaw, and I play a lot of survivor. He isn’t hitting a good survivor unless they happen to be caught in a horrible position.
I am not biased about the game. I have played and watched countless hours and it all says the same thing: survivors are at a massive advantage and most killers have absolutely no chance against an efficient group. I am a Nurse main, and while I win the vast majority of my matches, there are still times that it feels like there is nothing I can do to stop the match from progressing, and that’s with 10-20 second chases. Imagine that with a killer who can’t down fast. Even if slamming pallets isn’t your style, the fact is that it should not be possible to play that sloppy and still win the match.
Maybe it’s personal experience, but I haven’t met a spirit or nurse as survivor that I wasn’t able to mind game and waste time. Their chase is what all killers should have: input and mindgames between players. This running and around and using strong loops isn’t fun or engaging for either side.

I think I had 50 hours in this game when I first picked up Nurse (addonless) and started 4king my way to purple and red ranks.
Edit: I was one of the people that bitched and whined about her charge system when it was added. How wrong I was.
And? Most of the playerbase is bad at the game. They are even worse against Nurse.

Yes, she did move faster. She moved at approximately 4.1m/s, purely a bandaid for people that can't aim. And had 3 blinks. And 6 blinks with add-ons. And was changed at the request of everyone, because back then the "mains" didn't really exist and the term was mostly sarcastic and people just wanted to have fun, not get steamrolled trial after trial at the hands of the easiest, most spammable killer in the game.
Thankfully, they added her blink charges. Such a small change, yet such a massive increase to her skill floor.
The blink charges actually just limited her skill ceiling. She can’t take advantage of the player’s skill as much because the recharge makes it almost impossible to down multiple survivors. It also really hurt her map control and forces her to play more lame

And still get sh*t on by a good team even a good player. They’re in the game but they’re not invincible or perfect.
At least there’s a chance to win….other killers have literally no chance to win against competent players.

No. Guessing is not fun. Its literally no skill. Its luck.
Reading mind-games at a tile takes skill. Its not just generic looping. The best player will always win.
Most spirits don't feel like they're the better player or deserve the win. She has no counterplay beyond hope shes bad.
Killer is so easy its boring rn. At least for me and many other higher skill players who have been on dbd from the start. I have no respect for spirit mains lol. They play on easy mode
Then you’re not as good as you think. Please explain how the “better” player wins at an insanely strong loop? The power is all in the survivor’s hands based on how safe they want to be.

Its survivor sided when SWF comes into the mix
If you need 4 slow down perks on Spirit against your average Solo Q team, youre not as good as you think bud
Nope, the game is always survivor sided. 4 good solos will still stomp the killer. The game needs to be balanced around good players.

Think? Lol chaining tiles and winning mind games is thinking.
Nurse and spirit have NO counterplay. You just guess and die. Literally easy mode for killer. Especially with 3 slowdowns like most artificial high ranks use to carry themselves.
They are incredibly unfun to play against because all survivor skill is irrelevant. You will go down in a chase unless they suck. There is no counterplay but stealth and genrush which isn't fun for both sides.
You clearly don't play survivor and sound deranged. Killer is so easy right now its boring for me. Killer mains make me ashamed to be a killer main. Such a entitled group who want free wins every game and hate the idea of losing to more skilled or experienced players. Or the dreaded idea of both sides having fun. We're done here.
Actually, I play a ton of survivor (solo) and do consistently well at red ranks. I also do well against Nurse and Spirit, killers you claim have no counterplay. Running tiles is not thinking: it’s literally knowing them and running on autopilot. Guessing / outreading is definitely counterplay and is in fact what most pvp games are based around.

And I as a survivor am not here to give you a pleasant game or a free win. I will abuse loops, throw on perks to annoy you, hold M1 and rush the gens, hell I might even make it harder for you and squad up with a SWF with mic’s. Goes both ways boo. 😊
Which is why Nurse and Spirit are in the game.

Did you know.. that if a killer walks up to a pallet, there a button that allows them to break it? Shocking, I know.
Did you know that there are so many pallets on the map, the killer loses the game if they have to break more than a handful?

I mean, if there's no point in playing Trickster because Huntress and Slinger exist, then why do we play any of the killers other than Spirit or Nurse at all? They're better at destroying solos and SWFs than the other killers.
I personally find Trickster more fun to play as than Huntress and Slinger, and one of my favorite killers to play as.
It’s definitely true that other killers hold nothing on Nurse and Spirit. But if we are talking about projectile killers, it makes sense to compare the 3. There actually are unique traits and tradeoffs when deciding to pick slinger or huntress. Trickster offers no advantages over either of them and lacks any creativity. He needs a total redesign.
