Or we just give him 1 extra base trap and problem solved.

I read in the forums many times, if you do camp the first survivor you get, you will most likely lose the game, because survivors act smart and do gens instead.
It would be interesting to research, if that is true or you will have an even higher win rate, because they aren't that smart.
The killer choice will affect the outcome as well. I think, if a leatherface camps, survivors are less likely to try to rescue the hooked one.
Just watch the japanese "tournament" recently. All they did was facecamp at hook 1 and most games were 2 kills. I think survivors were not even on coms and average player rank was around green/purple so i think it kinda proves that average survivors are smart enough not to throw the game when killer is facecamping.

In the very recent Japanese championships tournament there were multiple 4Ks, one of them was even done by Pig.
Ok, i've watched some of the matches and to be honest the best player seems at most a green rank player. This "tournament" cant disprove my point sorry. I doubt the survivors were even in coms.

Original over licensed any time.
-
People don't even realize that when doctor charges his power it slows him so instead of waiting the pallet just keep running and you make distance, its not easy to get value of his main antiloop power if survivors know how to play around it.
-
Ruin is godly if it can last, the thing is it can't last so it's basically useless by itself. Pop is not very good but it's what we have.
-
The swamp maps are the last ones that have legitimate infinite loops where the killer can't do nothing. I know a fatshaming spot that is impossible to loop if you are not nurse, maybe with spirit or clown.
-
Nope, just watch any tournament. There's no 4k and most of the time it's either 3 or 4 escapes. And we are talking nurse/spirit games.
-
Then just use DS, problem solved.
-
Obviously Pig would win. Ghostface is just a teenager that likes to kill for fun and does not put much tought on what he is going to do. Pig plans what she's going to do 2 steps ahead of her victims. Ofc ghostface would probably win in a 1v1 in a ring but assuming they are fighting with both of them using max of their potential pig would anhiliate him.
-
When i was finally getting good with Billy they nerfed him and I haven't touched him since then. Feels horrible to play as.
-
Make her crouch and uncrouch faster (like ghostface) and remove the blade sound from it. And maybe delay a bit the roar when she's about to charge. These little changes would make her stealth so much more satisfying.
A lot of people seem to not agree but i think the traps are completly fine as they are, maybe they could normalize a bit more the RNG but other than that i hope they don't touch them.
-
Sounds good, specially since it's not 100% extra dash since the ptb
-
Isn't that the whole point of deadhard? Why would you run it over any other exhaustion perk?
-
this happened to me once because i posted a lot of comments fast, i bet this might be it
-
Hatch is like 1 random survivor getting killed for no reason if they open gates with all of them alive.
-
Looks like i'm one step closer to win my bet about people crying to nerf Devour.

To be fair this map is really small. Survivors needs something to slow killers down that already excel with map pressure. I had a match the other day where it took fifteen minutes to get the last gen done against a legion, and he was afk for the first 4. It wasn’t even a case of being 3 gen either.
But don't you think that they should add more windows and walls to do some interesing loop instead of just dropping pallets all the time or die? There should be an inbetween.
-
This map is complete garbage. For killer it's super boring because chases consist almost exclusively of breaking pallets and for survivors the same. There's no mindgame possible, just chase and hit spacebar until there's no more pallets to break. Just replace me with a bot when i get this map please.
-
Deadhard is so overrated, i only hate it when i'm playing nurse. I don't get why people would complain about deadhard and not about sprintburst when it's useful 9/10 times and not 1/10.

@Phasmamain said:
that was a bug fix
Then it tells a lot about Behaviour balancing team if a bugged perk is more balanced than a fixed one.
-
As i post this i just jump into a Hag game where i can't set traps, they get canceled mid animation so i am a 110 m1 killer... I guess my bad for trying to find something positive out of all of this mess.
-
In some maps it's the BEST tracking perk of the game.
-
Nah we've tried that before. The only way to make us heard is having a blue checkmark on twitter.
-
There's an infinite fatshaming loop in the Swamps since 2018 and it hasn't been fixed yet, so don't get your hopes up.

this is a known bug and has been acknowledged
alright thanks

Then ask the devs to remove hatch.
-
I can confirm, spears from deathslinger sometimes hit when shouldn't and sometimes don't hit when should, tested on immobile targets.
-
They did nerf undying but not DS and OoO. Of course you will encounter sweaty killers.
-
For the survivors The Game continues being a hard map and for the killer it becomes even more boring as a pallet kicking simulator. God pallets are so boring because there's no possible mindgame, you just have to kick it, can't just play around it. Chases are so boring for both survivor and killer.
-
If they didn't make an UI that made me need Shadowborn IRL maybe i wouldn't complain.
-
I thought they delayed the patch to fix the UI... I guess I expected too much.
-
We'll make it against good survivors that make use of it. It really becomes a headache of a perk to deal with.

I can speak for the console killers, I was one of them on ps4, sadly ps4 killers do not care for the other side's fun anymore with all the hatemails that people send daily.
Do not take it personally, sometimes killers confuse the survivor, lets say that you both are playing identical Ash sometimes they won't know who is who until getting hit by DS.
Also, today has been more "salty" for me as well, I've been playing nice all night and still get hate for it.
Exactly, i remember that one lobby with 3 p3 claudettes accusing me of tunneling, like #########.
-
I've heard of a lot of people getting banned for giltches like that happening to them so i'd be a little concerned.
-
I like survivors running deadhard because most of the time just wastes 2 extra seconds for the killer and if they run DH they wont run sprintburst wich i actually find to be a threat. DS i don't mind because i usually expect every survivor with skins to run it so i generally won't eat it unless on exitgates opened. WGLF is generally bad in game except for the bp but can sometimes come in clutch because i tend to slug and about aftercare i don't mind but i think it's not very good compared to other aura perks unless you pair it with bt or some healing perk.
Btw don't seek validation for killer mains, run whatever you want but you got my seal of approval lol.
-
I made a post recently saying that Plaid Flannel bacame a clutch addon for me. Yep, i started to learn nurse with that addon and now i can't play her without it. It's purpose besides learning the killer is making precise difficult blinks between levels without eating a wall.
-
I highly doubt an mmr system will fix this, since now it's supposed to match for pip rank.
-
I don't know if i see more PC players DCing but i guess the penalty is not as bad for PC players because they can just tab out and do other stuff, the console players are just stuck there lmao

It was never about the 5s stun. It is about, that approx. 2 people in EVERY game have it equipped and that you get 5s + an finite amount of time in a chase, depending of how good you are at looping. Time is the most important good for a killer.
Now, you can't just play as recless as before, because it can be deactivated before the timer runs out. That is a good thing and if you can't play with the new one or without ds at all, you maybe should get better at looping in the first place.
Exactly that, the problem is not the stun, it's the 4th hook for that survivor.

Whilst it may be more effective in some scenarios to let someone else heal you, there are also some scenarios (especially if it's a good killer with a lot of pressure and knows what they are doing) to self care and get the other person on a gen or doing something else to progress the game. It's not always black and white.
100% extra speed vs max 33% from botany. Yes i understand that if the killer has your attention it might be a good idea but ffs, the ammount of times the killer is chasing another guy and the guy that I unhook runs to a corner to self heal when i can heal him 4 times faster than he can himself irritates me. Specially because not only he loses time walking away, i lose time chasing this survivor not knowing what he intends to do.
Btw the scenario that you posted is not efficient at all. It's much better let him heal you and do the gen together losing 15% efficiency on the gen speed, but increasing it by 100% with the healing of We'll make it than both perform the action at regular speed.
-
But to balance it out i would remove the positive effects of the perk until you are injured.
-
@Trashmaster said:
Self care gives me points, we'll make it gives you points. Obviously I'm going to self care
I really can't tell if this is a joke or not because there's actually people that think like that.
-
Except if you bring a key against a killer that facecamps, you are going to be the target.
-
Play her like you would play legion, injure and infect survivors and go to the next target, ruin undying is specially godly on her. I'm not very good at her but it's the only way i get decent results.
-
Spirit with that one ridiculous addon that removes the little counterplay there is.
-
The rule of thumb is that if it helps you win the game it's not BM, if you are handicapping yourself in order to tilt the killer it would be BM, even though it could be justified if you notice that the killer gets tilted and does mistakes because of that and helps you win the game. Anyways, i like when they actually BM, it gives me an edge and many satisfying karmic moments.

I agree. Spies from the Shadows is a very underrated Perk. I was in a game a week or so ago and destroyed the Survivors using it. At the end one of them said, "Spies from the Shadows... really?" To me it seemed like a silly question considering what had just happened to them. Unlike Barbecue & Chili, this Perk is constantly giving you audible notifications and a direction to go. Even when the Survivors are taking the time and trouble (or Perks) to not disturb the birds, it means you have indirectly slowed some of them down. The damn crows are everywhere, and making sure you don't disturb them is much easier said than done.
And Calm Spirit is also, in my opinion, a very underrated Perk.
Finally your time to shine
-
If BBQ didn't give extra BP i would use thrilling tremors all the time instead. Yes it's really strong for the extra BP, but it's a grind strong, not an ingame strong. If there wasn't something like BBQ to give extra points i would grind in survivor instead, and many other killers would wich would mean longer queues.

And go to the store, select archive challenge... They are missing on a lot of sales for not being able to buy when waiting.
