Everyone is aware Gideon is busted. As for Hawkins, sure the pallets are close together, but there's like three good pallets on the map. The vast majority don't require breaking.

It is possible to do ONE gen in 27 seconds, but not FOUR. Four survivors stacked on a gen uninterrupted could do it, or 3 survivors with Prove Thyself or BNPs.
This guy went against hackers though. Save the footage and send it in to the devs.
You could do 2 gens in 27 seconds, but that's the max.
-
Impossible no. Significantly hard? Yes.
-
I'm disappointed this wasn't already here.
-
Honestly neither. Their perks are pretty bad.

You are welcome to your ideas to OP question as I am to mine. Enjoy laying on the floor
Enjoy taking a game way too seriously.

This is a direct result of the whining about and subsequent nerfing of undying. The ruin/undying meta allowed killers to roam the map more and go for multiple hooks. Now killer do not have that luxury and will do the absolute next best thing. Slug at 5 gens and tunnel a player out.
this was easily predictable (as I did when the nerf was announced) and it will only get worse lol.
careful what you wish for
Yeah no. The Ruin/Undying nerf is just the latest excuse. If you want to play scummy, then God bless, but don't pretend it has anything to do with a nerf that honestly didn't harm it that much.
-
I don't think it's been long enough yet. I think it was more than a year before they released the first rift stuff into the store.
-
Replace Self Care with Inner Strength and Unbreakable with Quick and Quiet. More synergy that way.

You can trim it down a LOT by just reducing the perk load by 2/3's by simply removing perk levels entirely.
All perks have one level... and that's their current level 3 stats. This has so many benefits....
This should also help newer accounts catch up faster and help new characters come to a decent power level faster.
I cannot think of any negatives for this given the sheer amount of perks and DLC this game has now.
This would be my second suggestion. Unfortunately I don't think they'll ever do it.
-
Selling items would be great, but I doubt we'll ever get that.

Just slap on NOED. They wanna ignore everything and just slam gens, punish them
Considering that hits are completely broken I'd say they're already being punished. That's probably half the reason they're trying to slam gens.

Yes movement and exaggeration is important in animation but this update really improves the animations by feeling more fluid and less stiff. I know you realism isn’t the point of movement but honestly I always hated how slow I was running for how dramatic I am looking while running. But I gotta say I’m going to miss old of those old meme animations.
Uhh what? Everything is way more stiff now. Turning is absolute trash now.
-
I think Monto and FunGoose are more killer mains.

The BP bonus isn't necessary but it certainly entices players to be killer which helps combat long survivor queues.
Honestly I'm not sure that's true really. Once you have the perks you want you never really need BP again as survivor. I'm not saying it doesn't sway people on the fence. But it's not enough to make a survivor main into a killer main.
-
It was a joke. You asked people to stop saying nerf Spirit. So I rephrased it.
-
Very well. Please reevaluate and adjust Spirit to be closer to the performance level of the average killer. Better?

People hate on stealthy players because most are useless and fail to take aggro when it's needed and just die on first hook at the end.
Stealth can be really good, but MANY players fail to do it properly.
Just like Self Care or Urban Evasion
That's not stealth. That's playing immersed.

No offense but by your profile pic Claudettes are some of the worst and most toxic survivors out there lol
So what are you trying to say? That they must deserve to be camped/tunneled?
As for the actual topic, my favorite matches are when everyone clearly had fun.

@QwQw said:
What is it with people thinking Bubba's camp? The last time I got rev-camped by a Bubba for no reason was like over two months ago. Bubba's in my experience are almost always chill.
Because alot of them do? Not all obviously, but there's a strong number of them.

@Aneurysm said:
I've been getting them too. I started playing on steam late last year so I assume someone's gonna report me for hacking when using them at some point 😄
Why would they do that? I have some i never used.
-
Yeah, you could never use the key on the ground.
-
As others have said, Plunders and Appraisal will yield alot of good items. Especially if more than one person is running them.

I saw videos from years ago and the game was pretty ######### compared to now. But you can't compare high pressure killers like billy / oni with pig / demo that have literally no map pressure. With billy / oni you can snowball the game, with low pressure you have to play with unfun tactics like tunnel / camping. Not in every game, but it helps.
I didn't compare them. You said survivors hate strong killers. I gave you two examples of that not being true.
-
@BaldursGate2 said:

Because survivor fail at the only thing that requires skill: Looping. They just want to play constantly against pig / demo or other lowbob killers, that have not much pressure and feel "superior" because they won.
Killers ask themselfes the question: Why should i play pig / demo, if i can just annihilate survivors with Freddy and tunnel / camp to win 8/10 games?
Hate to break it to you, but you're not even close. Most survivors loved facing Billy. Why do you think that is? He was strong but still had counter play. In other words he was a perfect killer. Nobody bitches about Oni. Why? again strong with counter play.
This is the best killers have ever had it. Meanwhile this is probably close to the worst survivors have had it. And it's almost perfect. Aside from the various bugs the game has never been more fairly balanced.

I don't think they look like that. In fact I think it's rather childish to think that. Them placing their hand over their stomach (which was the same as before by the way) and running at a different angle with more steps and an occasional trip does not at all look like they need to use the restroom. No it's not perfect but I never once thought a silly thing like that.
I think one person pulled that description out of a hat and everyone stuck with it, just to agree with them. Again it's not a perfect animation. But I never once thought when I was running injured. Oh God my survivor looks like she's about to crap her pants.
That's why I said pretty much everyone. There will always people that don't see it that way. Which is fine. Honestly I was just getting annoyed with the attitude that guy had. Like everyone else must be sticking to a lame joke. That it couldn't be that's just what it looks like to them.

If it was either of those things sure.

I get it. It’s oh so funny to say that. But that doesn’t make it really real you know? It doesn’t look like that at all.
not saying they look realistic as in really injured btw.
Have you considered you're just wrong? You know, since pretty much everyone else thinks it looks like that.

It doesn’t look like that at all though. Maybe in your head? But the way you are acting here towards OP tells a lot about you.
Uhh what? New injured survivor 100% looks like they desperately need to #########.
As for the OP not sure how in your mind this looks at all realistic. People don't move in that awkward fashion.
-
I think most Bond users run it to try and not sandbag. The problem being sometimes you have to go towards them and hope they run.
-
It seems to go in spurts for me. I'll go for sometime with it not happening, then get streaks where it happens every other game.
-
1) At the moment killer sided with the wonky hitboxes. Normally fairly balanced.
2) Rank 20 for both. I'm just coming back from a break. Red rank survivor and purple killer before that.
3) I honestly couldn't say. PS doesn't track that.
4) Nearly. My Dwight has everything I want. Still need work on my other main survivors. Killers are mostly there.
5) Generally survivor main. My eyes just aren't good enough to be a really good killer.

Do you go up to women in public and tell them that their breast sway is problematic?
I find it amusing, however, that Demo chewing a chicks head off, or PH eviscerating a woman, or GF snapping selfies as a woman dies, is less of a concern than a bit of boob jiggle. . .
I mean, it's a very American view. Sex bad, violence fine.
-
The changes themselves aren't the only issue. The fact that nearly the entire community was against it and they did it anyway is sticking in people's craws. Add to that the reports of the changes making people physically sick. You can kinda see why people are angry.
-
Uhh you do 25% of the gen in 5 seconds. Not saying it's worth the 7k bp. But it's hardly trash. Personally I dodge all ultra rares in the survivor webs as they aren't worth it to me.
-
I yell at my TV, asking if they're cowards, or just incompetent. Then I finally through up my hands and take a break from DbD.
-
Not sure i agree with "often" being a tactical play. Ultimately though it's an option they need to have in their tool belt. Depending on the situation it's definitely scummy. But still can't nor should be punishable.

Why? Because running a endgame strat that focuses on players getting max points and survival time (aka no tunneling) is bad?
No, I say this because alot of the time those builds don't end up working out. Bloodwarden can and the like can be a game changer. But more often it's a wasted perk slot.
-
Who thought these damn things were a good idea?
-
The problem is they aren't improvements.

Unless i played for a Blood Warden with progressed EGC. Then this could make the difference between a 1k and a 4k.
At which point you were already running a strat with a high chance of not paying off.
-

While they all run towards the powered gate and you can watch how they teabag.
At which point you've already lost. Lack of body blocking won't matter in that scenario since you'll at best pull a 1k.
-
@Tsulan said:

When enough survivors are body blocking, then the hook becomes impossible.
In which case the entire time is injured and you can start slugging.
-
@Tsulan said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1937717#Comment_1937717
Years ago, killers could body block the hook. Making it impossible for survivors to unhook. Because the "hold m1 to unhook" prompt wouldn´t show up. Just like it doesn´t show up, when survivors body block the hook.
It was removed for killers. Why wasn´t it also removed for survivors? That would have been fair, because body blocking the hook is horrible for both sides.
Because the first one makes a rescue impossible. The second doesn't make a hook impossible. Hit the body blocking survivor and hook the other.

Ok, to make it clear:
Devs changed something which nobody asked about. They bring a PTB for Feedback. 90% dont like it. They STILL bring it to live.
Explanation: They want to see what Console players think so that everyone can test out the new UI. Meanwhile: They say that there is no going back.
And you really cannot get why the Community is pissed?
This is basically: We change something. You dont like it, we still change it. We pretend that we listen for the feedback later, but in fact, we cannot do anything about it anyway.
Exactly. I'm more pissed about the blatant lying then I am the patch itself.
-
Looking everywhere for information is annoying. You can't tell how close to sacrifice a survivor is. Even at max setting the hud is tiny. It just doesn't work. Adding the pictures was a good idea. Adding the hook counters was another good idea. They do not counter the negatives.
-
On killer screen the hits look completely legit. I'm not sure what the hell is going on.
-
Just play who you want. If you haven't played like a jerk they have no right to complain.
-
Or people are mad when nearly everyone hates this and they do it anyway. Then pretend they just need console players to try it before they decide to get rid of it. Then turn around and say it's too late no going back. We should be grateful that they flat out lie to and ignore us? Yeah, I'm good.

You should stopped defending them when they did the Halloween "event", what was nothing more than a cash grab attempt.
I wasn't playing during it. I tend to take breaks of a month or two at a time. Besides I said when I think they deserve the benefit of the doubt. From what I heard, they most certainly didn't then.
