The trade off for the Invincibility is the severally reduced distance you get with Dead Hard. 3 seconds of distance with Sprint Burst and I think only 1 second with Dead Hard. Also, Dead Hard doesn't allow you to turn.
Honestly, Dead Hard is the high-skill type perks that should exist. It's strong but requires a lot of skill to use. Honestly, Sprint Burst and Lithe are stronger. In certain situations, Dead Hard is better but usually the other exhaustion perks out-class it in every way.
I wouldn't call dead hard a high skill perk. It doesn't not take much practice to dodge a hit and pretty much no practice to use for distance.
Sprint burst however can be way more powerful than DH when you can manage the cooldown perfectly.
I'd still pick DH over anything since it has saved so many times already.

Trickster is one of the best killers atm. He excels at long range because he can easily chain 16 knives on 40m distance. Survivors need a way of knowing he's nearby or they'll go down instantly.

No use in arguing with the developers. They will fix it when they want. Just wait until Evil Dead comes out. They will have major competition then they will fix it. Until they do we all just have to suffer.
I cant wait for Dbd to get some competition. Its one of the few games that has basically none. Maybe that will make them wake up soon enough.

He's weak, but nowhere near the worst killer. That still goes to clown and legion. I've played him a lot since his release and think he could use some buffs but I'm not sure what they'd be besides letting you hold Main event and be able to stop throwing blades in main event. But even then he needs more. But he can still down even the most experienced survivors on any loop, it's just going to take you ages
At least Clown can end any loop really quick without relying on map RNG

Games tend not to show injections, since they can mistakenly be seen as drug use.
So, as disapointed as you are, gotta get used to it really.
The Blight keeps injecting himself after using his power. He is literally using drugs already.

This is a frighteningly killer-sided game, tunneling/camping are tactics that are just too effective, killers that employ these strategies get effortless 4Ks on silver platter, without "second chance" perks such as Decisive Strike survivors would stand no chance. Matches are already a nightmare for solo-queue survivors, this perk gives them a fighting chance. It guarantees that they will escape a facecamping or tunneling killer if they land a skill check, too often could this perk have been more useful if the tunneled survivor had it twice. Decisive is punishment for tunneling, killers who insist on tunneling the same survivor off hook twice should be punished twice. That would be a great start to buffing Decisive.
This game is certainly not killer sided and camping/tunneling only you get you 1-2k if the survivors take advantage of it. You're exaggerating.
However a 2nd dstrike against persistent tunnelers would be great.

they give the kpop fans, one but wont give the blight with arguably the best story , or twins with the best lore for maps one...
I'd rather have a concert stage or urban area with bright neon lights than some French sewers.

300k are barely 15 levels in the Bloodweb. There should be some other kind of compensation for the lag spikes, nemesis fps drops, invivsible pallets/walls and clown bottles being useless.
Playing killer on console is really painful atm.
-
The whole chapter update is such a mess. How does this even happen when Clown got no changes?

Yes it should, that's it's main purpose. To counter stealthy Killers - like Myers, Ghostface and Pig, and it's the only perk that really does so.
So spine chill should make these 3 killers powerless against you the whole match? Ok got it.
-
Why would you waste 1 perk slot with this. It deactivates after 9 seconds and has no other value. Might as well run Corrupt or Discordance and learn about survivor spawns instead of wasting your perk slot.
Its bad.

People are grossly exaggerating his anti loop ability (which you need to build up) and even more so they are shockingly exaggerating how impactful zombies are
This. I dont get why he would be considered anything higher than C tier. The zombies are useless 95% of the time and only get survivors off gens for like 5 seconds. His tentacle needs 3 hits to down and has some lackluster improvements on its tiers.
I've been hit twice by a zombie and the second time it was on purpose. In a chase you can easily force Nemesis to use m1 without wasting a pallet. Just don't predrop pallets and bait his m2.
I love playing Nemesis but he feels like a budget PH.

One of Spine Chill's primary functions is as a counter to stealth. It needs to stay as it is.
It shouldn't completely counter Ghostface and Myers though.
-
Getting tunneled out of the game or facecamped til death should give at least a safety pip.
Bully squads will exist as long as survivors don't fear the killer's presence. If you can loop, there's nothing to fear and you can go annoy the killer.
-
How about we ignore this problem and you'll get 300k BP?
-
It is and will always be survivor sided if the survivors actually know what to do. Good survivor team will dominate most of the killer's with ease. Luckily most survivor don't play that efficiently.
You can not say its killer sided when nurse is basically the only killer that can keep up with the best survivors.
-
Moris in their current state are pretty pointless. I don't get how keys are still in the game.
Moris dont even feel like a threat anymore since your basically already dead when they are available.

- No angry expressions, just sad / empty ones (I know she's all about vengeance but she's a spirit, not a poltergeist, spirits are often considered woeful and lost as opposed to angry).
- Take away the screechy "GRAH!" and other humanlike utterances. It makes her seem more monstrous than otherworldly. Her high-pitched sighing, which you hear on the menu screen, is perfect and in my opinion the only noise she should make.
Other than that I think she's quite well done.
The spirit became a killer thanks to her immense rage and hatred towards her dad. Without the angry faces she would lose a bit of her lore identity.

They’re Zombies. They’re brain dead. You can’t expect them to behave intelligently.
The zombies in Resident Evil don't just stop give up chasing you after 5 seconds. You can walk past them so easily and sometimes they don't even try to chase and get stuck on a vault.

Why is PS4 more laggy than Xbox? On my side I don’t experience that much lag. Sometimes it lags and my game freezes but I heard it’s worse on PS4
Nemesis using his power causes lags almost every time. Most killer use it at least 3 times a chase so you can see why it is painful to play on ps4

Fleix and David are the only Survivors I've actually maxed out and now Chris takes the whole spotlight for himself.
The Redfield bloodline is superior.

I have only played one game so maybe it'll change but I feel like I'm going to HATE the Zeds.
In that one match, I kept not being able to finish the last gen cause the zed kept wandering over to it. There doesn't seem to be anything you can do about them except wait for them to get bored and wander away unless your gen happens to be next to a pallet that hasn't been thrown...
Although I don't recall really any complaints about them when the PBT thing was happening so maybe I just got an A-hole Zed who was dead set against me doing that one gen.
They sometimes feel more annoying to deal with than the actual killer. I've had them basically camp the exit gates and gens multiple times for no reason forcing me to draw them away slowly, everytime they come close. And when they get stuck on objects it gets even worse.
-
Chris is the only reason I keep playing. All these lags and frame drops are getting really annoying especially midchase.
-
I've read that Trickster has a lullaby. Survivors will still have that indication whenever you get closer. Does M&A really work o n him?
-
Spine chill honestly needs a nerf. Straight up countering stealth killers and perk just by using it while gaining a buff. Iron will could use some adjustments as well. I love using them but they sometimes feel too good.
-
Yet another spirit post. A good spirit will end the chase fast. A good clown will end the chase fast. A good nurse will end the whole game fast. She is just reading your reads. I honestly never had a problem with spirit. If she gets chain downs I'd just consider her a really good player.
Adapt and improve.
-
Its all fun and jokes until you get slugged over and over again and die on the ground.
-
So basically just nerf her and call it a rework.
-
His entire kit is flawed. He will either be bad and not worth picking or a huntress for people with less accuracy. He is doomed to be like that until he gets a power rework.
However they could start by making the laceration not dissappear for no reason and reduce the meter by 1 or 2 knives.
-
I've been playing a lot more Hag lately and this addon feels way too strong. You get free hit and grabs unless multiple Survivors start triggering like 3 traps at once. Grabs on hooks and gens were pretty common in my games.
They are just like the old Prayer beads imo. It should at least be an ultra rare addon.
-
So monitor does not really work on him? I've always been using it on him and didn't even know he has a lullaby.

I played as them last night for my daily ritual and yeah, I think they're fine. Like if their current state is considered too weak due to a nerf, then ######### were they like before? I was playing a lvl 1 Twins, so I only had one perk slot and no items and I managed to 4k that game. I pulled the strategy of getting the first hit with Charlotte and then sicking Victor on them for the down and leaving him near them to keep track of other potential survivors. Heck, one time I managed to chase one survivor down a hallway in Midwich right where I had Victor parked on the opposite side and I got them with the ambush.
By no means am I a highly skilled player either, I'm just saying that based on this one game I had they played fine and felt nasty. So yeah, not sure why no one plays them cus you can still pull some magical plays with them.
I consider them to be one of the best killers actually. They just feel so sluggish to play with all the delay between hits.
-

Don't forget about Rusty Shackles and Mint Rag, god I hate those add-ons with a burning passion.
Playing against Hag is an absolute snorefest. Watch as she walks around you while you're hooked and places 10 traps up your ass. Even if they don't camp they're still annoying as hell to play against.
I wonder why these add-ons have not been changed yet. The only way to counter them is to basically know where every single trap is since running into one will be a free hit.
Using this add-on combo feels like a guaranteed win. The shackles should be made iridescent.
-
They need a full rework. The amount of slugging with victor is slowly becoming unbearable. Whenever I face the Twins they're either pretty bad and miss with victor or good and slug so much that someone might bleed out.
Their power favors slugging too much. They are certainly not weak but really annoying to go against. Going on a rampage with victor is fun though.
-
This describes the Trickster experience perfectly. I was really excited when I heard that a kpop themed killer is going to be added. But his power is throwing blades and main event is throwing blades faster ? The entire kit design seems dull and boring. He even released in a state where some survivors dc against him even though he is not one of the stronger killers.
I really hope he receives a rework and not end up being a budget huntress. Also REMOVE THE RECOIL
-
Or you could just use iron will.
-
Speedo David or Speedo Felix.
That's what we NEED
-
The grind is insane. If I had to start a new account to get all the teachables, I wouldn't even try and quit the game.
Why do they not address this already..

again how is he being an as simply by saying somebodies viable? you seem more like the bad person here. He didn't insult anyone yet you went ######### ham
Saying Trickster is viable over and over again does not help anyone though. This can be said about any killer and has no value.
-
How else will you apply pressure on the survivors?
Mechanical skill doesn't help the Trickster on that have lots of LoS blocking objects. The Twins were basically made for camping since you can guard the hook while chasing another survivor. If you can't pressure around the map, you might as well just stay near the hook.
-
Leon has to get a Chris legendary.
Jill should get Claire to continue the Redfield bloodline.
-
If you call a Trickster good that doesn't never leaves the hook and tries to tunnel really hard then around 6 maybe. They just get 1 or 2k.
I've yet to see a Trickster that actually tries to chase a different survivor AND has decent aim.
-
Kindred, Dead Hard, Borrowed Time, Dstrike :))))

All-Kill.
After all of that hype, all of those theories.... we end up getting an "okay-ish" survivor, a awful killer that doesn't even fit the game, and no new map.
The Trickster is one of the best addition to the Entity lore wise imo. A psychopath torturing people to record their screams. He seems to be the most realistic killer to me.
Gameplay wise the chapter sucks
-
I'm hoping they will add Chris as a legendary for Leon. I literally can not live without that. Jill's gen blind is the most interesting perk I'll go for.
-
Playing killer is 10x as stressful as playing survivor. Guess some people do not want "sweat" as killer when they can have fun playing survivor or just other games.

@KingFrost said:
Counterforce is pretty good, but definitely not OP. Especially since it shows the aura of the furthest totem, meaning that you'll be trekking different sides of the map. A very usable perk, but definitely not OP.
Depending on the map and if the other survivors do totems too.
Always good but sometimes might feel oppressive.

I'll need a source for that, but even if true, it's meaningless. "Console" is not a single platform.
It is more convenient for players to get a regular console than ook for a pc that can run this game properly. I'd be surprised if there would actually be more pc players.
