Iri head is completely broken, frustrating and boring to both killer and survivors.

Iri head is fine and doesn't need changing. Bad Huntresses will miss 90% of the time and spend 3 gens trying to down one survivor, while good huntresses don't use it because they don't need it. It's already balanced out by the fact that you get one hatchet. Even Infantry Belt only brings the total up to 3, which brings us back to how bad huntresses will spend 3 gens trying to down one survivor.
If it were more common, then there might be reason to change it but as it is now, I see no reason to nerf it further.
Plus with iri heads you almost never get more than brutal killer, and bloodpoints rarely surpass 15k at the end.

It's rare because killers mostly want to play normal game. With iri heads survivors give up at 5 gens. It's fun first couple of games, but then it quickly become boring.

I had another idea. Use 3d portraits like in Warcraft or tf2. So it can even appear as head with custom skin of survivor.
Not sure if it's better idea than reverse to old ui.
-
I would play normally like it's same survivors you face in solo matches.
Don't chase object accross the map. You will waste huge time. Go to object, but switch target if you find someone else on your way.
When you find object in your terror radius, chase him normally. His advantage is gone and he become a casual survivor. He might be a good looper, but if you know what you doing, it shouldn't be a problem.
I used to affraid object swfs. My hands was shaking and I did tons of mistakes I wouldn't do against casual survivors. Mental oppression of swf is real and you have to counter it by calming down yourself. When you play against them normally you will see most of swfs are just playing for fun as casual players.
They do have advantage and they have better chances to win, but it's not a monster level threat. They have info where are you and what to do, so they probably do gens very fast and save teammates in good timings. But try your best, don't give them an easy win.
-
I think I got the point of OP. Survivors using everything that helps them win. Survivors that claim dbd is easy win. You always can make it harder. Play without communication. Play perkless. Or play with no mither only.
When you don't use overpowered things you may see that victory is harder. And even rank will seem like reflection of skill.
Same goes with killers.
-
I'm a huntress main as well. I can miss all 5 hatchets in a row on my first try. When it happens I just trying to analyse what the ######### I'm doing wrong. Apparently I forgot to hold hatchets longer or misjudged center of screen. It could actually work in my favor because survivors start to think I'm a baby huntress. So I just give them hell after reload.

Dead Hard, started using sprint burst after devs said they're gonna rework dead hard.
I expected to suffer from this but considering that i started playing the game with sprint burst i got used to it very quickly
Decisive Strike, when pyramid head came out it was useless to use it since every killer would tunnel and cage you. I removed it temporarily but in the end i stopped using it forever.
DS is actually useless if you have Sprint burst. If killer come back to hook, you just run away so fast that killer don't even want to tunnel you anymore.
-
Stake Out before Ruin rework.
Technician before I bought new pc, because I couldn't hit most of skillchecks on old one.
-
Good idea, I would love to have it in game. Not sure if it's possible.
-
I think if we have played with this new ui for 4 years and devs redesigned it to current ui, we would be happy with changes. Current design is neat. We have all required info on bottom of screen. Devs said they were also thinking about streamers to give them place to add camera. But streamers also want to add a chat, donate bar and dancing gif to their screen. But all corners and sides are filled with UI. New UI is actually horrible for streamers. And even as player I don't really like the idea of ui around the screen.
Only good changes are portraits, which also could be done better. Now you have to pay attention if portrait glows red to know if survivor is injured. Not sure if I like it.
Killer's hook counter made to feel acomplishment when you doing good. But when you do bad, this counter make you feel even more demolished. Interesting idea, but not really good addition to ui. Survivor's version of hook stages is more useful. I don't really see the reason why only survivors can see this info. Maybe it was made to not encourage tunneling, idk.
-
Best part about Clown is even if you get destroyed, you will always get good amount of bloodpoints. It's so easy to max out his deviousness category.
-
When I play survivor vs Twins, Victor always make me laugh. He is funny little guy running around screeching.
I understand why so much people hate Twins. They designed as slug machine and being slugged is the most boring activity for survivors.
-
You know, if you will play normally and don't give up, match will end faster.
You dropped killing task, they dropped gens. Pretty much fair. I'm sorry, but acting like this you basicly encourage them to troll you.

In february if i'm not mistaken.

Nurse has an addon that shows her the location of her next blink, Kind of Surprised that Deathslinger/Huntress don't have crosshairs.
It would be much better learning add-on than Pungent Phial, which is also green for some reason.
But I would prefer to see spot where hatchet would land instead of crosshair. Not sure how much it would help, but it would be at least interesting for learning add-on.
-
You can earn 25k from tutorial for each side. It's a small boost for beginner, but better than nothing.
-
Close enough. M1 only killers have lower tier.
-
I stopped caring about ranks once I got rank 1. I wanted the achievent, and after I get it I just playing for fun.
-
Honestly, if BBQ wouldn't give bloodpoint boost, I would only use this perk on Huntress and Billy. All the rest of my killers don't really require bbq auras much.

I think my most satisfying moment was jumping off the balcony on Dead Dawg with Demo and hitting someone with shred who was basically on the other side of the map
my second favourite was absolutely bodying a toxic Nea (surprise surprise) as chainsawless Hillbilly, watching her t-bag then waste her flashlight as i had lightborn was the funniest thing i've seen
Ranged attacks always most satisfying. I remember I pounced from cliff as Victor and landed on Meg in 20-25 meters away from me. Feels so good.
-
I don't remember much of this moments.
I had a very quick match as Huntress on old Azarov resting place. Teams was separated on different sides 2/2, but it become their death sentence. I hooked one survivor and I knew one more around. I found him quickly and hooked before third survivor managed to rescue first one. So I came back to first hook and cut third survivor. When I downed third survivor, he disconected. Understandable. Gen popped in a distance, and I decided to show no mercy if game going this good. It wasn't hard to find last survivor in old azarov's bottle neck. Match lasted about 3 minutes. I know I gone too hard on them, but I couldn't resist. I felt too good.
-
I changed DS to Sprint burst and it helps me survive more often. When you unhooked in front of killer and sprint away, killer most likely let you go. With DS he may slug you or eat it and tunnel you with no concern.
I tried to run both DS and Sprint, and it makes DS waste a perk slot, because killers stopped tunnel me.
-
It's rare combo because Killers doesn't really like when whole team dc at 5 gens.
But it doesn't mean we don't need to change most problematic add-on.
-
I agree with OP. BT is more for dangerous situations. If I have BT and I have a choise to save in terror or wait couple of seconds for killer go further, I will wait.
Farming in front of killer's face is rude both to killer and to survivor you saving. Your task is to waste killer's time, but you just exchange hooks without any good reason.
-
Is it really makes you feel better? Commit an offensive sweaty playstyle to survivors who didn't do anything bad to you?
Also rematch is an interesting idea. I wonder if it possible to implement.
-
I will learn Deathslinger evenually, because I have 100+ anniversary cakes in his inventory.
-
Get rid of stridor for a while. Or maybe for good.
Don't swing right after phasing. Use her power to get into survivor's location and chase normally.
One important trick that most survivors can't handle. They can't hear you phasing when they are in your terror radius. So when you in ~25 meters away from gen, you can phase and get survivors off guard. You can phase while loop to quickly get closer to survivor, because he doesn't know if you phasing. And it's also good to have nurse calling for surpise attacks, works everytime.
Good survivors can still counterplay it by running from gens early and gaining distance when spirit is clearly out of power. Survivor should be extremely attentive vs spirit. This is why everyone hates to play against her.
-
I slugged Claudette to death for being ######### teammate. She didn't run away from me and just sat on gen. When I hooked her she tried to kobe, but someone managed to save her. She sat down on same gen ignoring me. So I just decided to slug her to death. She didn't even recover and just lay on same spot. I don't know why she was playing like that.
-
What a creepy pasta in last paragragh? How did they get your phone number?
You better play via ethernet cable if you don't. Wifi sometimes may cause losing packages.

Careful. Maybe I'm just pretending to not know he's joking in order to trick the next person who read mine lol
If he is then fair enough lol just thought I'd say since no one else seemed to mention Overwatch.
Careful, we going down to incomprehensible level of comedy /o_0\

You probably confused. This is not Team Fortress 2 forum.

I'm a Huntress main. She is most picked killer but she is not as hated as Spirit, Freddy or Deathslinger.

Plague main here. I get a lot of 'you're trash for playing such a broken killer' messages, and their ilk, pretty regularly.
She is just rare killer to face, so survivors often just cleanse everytime they get sick. Some big brain players cleanse while not broken and go to unhook infected survivor and then go cleanse again.
-
I want to level up to p3-50 all the killers first. Then I want to unlock all perks to all of them. Then I want to do the same with survivors.

I told a friend about this achievement, we agreed we'd try it, we finished all gens within 4minutes, found the hatch, informed the team are that was looping, opened it and all escaped trough it easily, 1st attempt like most survivor achievements, it's only hard if u don't have friends to play with. It's a team based achievement but it isn't hard it just requires a team
You were lucky. It doesn't really make this achievement easier.
We got it as duo, and we got competent duo as teammates. It was actually sweaty, because I lost my key to franklins demise. But Quentin found it, saved me from hook and we escaped to hatch that he marked with map earlier.
Quentin is OP, he makes dbd broken as ######### and should be nerfed.

His power has 10 seconds cooldown if you managed to spent all 5 tokens. It's pretty fast cooldown actually. Also Blight usually use 2-3 tokens which reset for 4-6 seconds.
In some areas his power is useless, but he is 115 killer anyway. So you don't nessessary have to hit survivors with his power. You may just catch up to survivor and chase him as normal killer.
Blight is 115 killer with fast-rechargeble ability to sprint, and even hit. That makes him pretty strong killer.
His only weakness, that good survivors can easily juke his rush.
And you can be cucked by big yellow trees on swamp maps, which look like you can bump into those, but you just slide through. It feels like a bug which need to be acknoweleged and fixed someday.

Huntress' real power isn't yeeting death from afar, it's getting "Bayu Bayushki" stuck in the Survivors' heads.
So true. If I play against 2 huntresses in a row, I will hear this lullaby vs any next killer.
-
Most of my killers have BBQ for bloodpoints and aura reading. Sometimes BBQ is only good for bp, but auras are not really useful.
As survivor I often experiment with new builds, and they often include Sprint burst for safety.
-
Keys should open hatch anyway, because we have difficult achievement to escape through the hatch with whole team.
Maybe keys should open hatch only when all gens done, or when egc is active.
-
You might use it until Orthodox Christmas on January 7.
-
Survivors can call you camper if you chase someone who go to unhook.
They can call you tunneler if you find survivor who was hooked recently.
They can call you sluger when they get downed togerher trying to pick up each other.
They can call you hacker if you find someone who don't expect it.
Sometimes they can even blame you for 3-gen.
They made mistake and they don't want to blame themselves. Don't take it to heart.
-
I wish survivors get same penalty as dc, if they get less than 5k bp for match.
Devs are not that sadistic, but if they implement this, we will get a ######### ton of complains on forums about it.
I always hear same repond from quiters: you can't force us to play the game. But truth is no one force you. If you don't want to play the game, don't play the ######### game! And don't ruin the game for those who want to play.
-
I had this idea, and I think it will be nice thing to add.
Killer has 78 perks to unlock if he unlocked all the teachables. It means 234 tiers of perks to level up. After level 40 there it is possible to grab 2 perks per level. So killer needs to level up about 137 times to get all perks tier 3.
If we get all teachebles unlocked on tier 1, amount of level ups will go down to 98.
Killers have 78 perks, but survivors have even more - 86.
I hope I counted right.
-
I would rather remove survivor suicide option.

I felt like I was stomped most because I have weak potato pc with 15-20 fps, and not because I didn't have sertain perks. I had to look down when I run, to get more fps when I needed. And I loved indoor maps because there I had 30 fps, so games felt more comfortable.
-
Well I remeber I was looking up to shrine of secrets if there interesting perk appears. It was before shop and devotion was implemented, so perks was cheaper and we didn't have another way to spend shards. And I leveled up survivors with interesting perks first to unlock it on my main Dwight. I was survivor main back then.
Then I started playing killer, shards earning was changed. And I bought and unlocked all characters and get all teachables even if I didn't really need those.
-
If killer has ruin, it's always better to finish gen. I don't mind being healed when someone is nearby and killer is not around. I often ask for heal or look up for medkit if I need to save someone or if I was hooked twice.
I'm not a good looper so I prefer to be healed if I have opportunity. Full health increase chase time and give possibility to save or bodyblock if it needed.
