I really like plague but her range does hit when it shouldn’t and misses when it should hit. So inconsistent

@johnmwarner Deadhard is just a small dash forward... useless to be honest, other exhaustion perks are much better.
Thanks sorry for the late reply but I actually ended up switching to Balanced Landing, sometimes Lithe.
-
it Scares some survivors, they’ll wait for a gen to clean before working on it buys you 30 seconds
-
The map randomization is frustrating at times as both killer and survivor. You gave some good killer examples, and there are more maps that favor or hinder certain killers for sure.
From a survivor side too playing Game or Lerys against the Dr is just annoying and not even fun. Playing Haddonfield with Balanced Landing makes the perk 100% better it feels. I guess that's part of the fun but it's also super frustrating when every factor seems to go against you in one game.

And no more matches because there's no more people to play against.
Very sad.
At least no more entire lobbies de-pip due to rage quitting scrublords:
WoW blocks people who drop group for 30 minutes, and evennow with the game dying plenty of groups to be found

Surveillance and letting the survivors finish the generators far away to end up with 3 close to one another to patrol is a good way to make them work for that last generator they need to get away.
Thanks, I’ve been looking to let the outside couple gens go lately anyways even without surveillance so this will help

I'm just dc'ing every time I get that map until they fix that bs.
I usually afk and get coffeee at least let survivors get points and maybe chase points myself

Ok thanks glad, started to think I was being dumb doubling up in the stealth
-
@ShyN3ko said:
Do you need Bloodpoints as survivor?
A example:
Survivors: has all perks on 1 survivor = This players doesnt need more Bloodpoints.
Killer: has all perks on 1 killer = He need Bloodpoints for addons
But yeah I dont understand the Dc,too.
This is just my answere.
Good point, but why not at least start to stockpile BP for possible levelling a killer, the next survivor or getting extra items?
Also, again you're not Depipping so you'll end up at a higher rank sooner where you clearly don't belong (busted ranking system and Pipping aside.)
-
Hag is amazing with it especially with a dark skin and dark map because she’s short.
i like it on clown too, but I don’t have many perks yet so maybe that’s what why.
-
If you’re against super sweaty SWF there’s a chance that you’ll get less BP during a game w BPS than you would in a normal game against random solo players.
-
A lot of good points, and Spirit also has some pretty strong addons. Ring and Beads obviously, but the recharge boost and activation speed boost are great as well for covering short ground and using the ability a lot. You can also use the activation speed and the one that makes you faster coming out of phasing to cover short ground and get quick hits.
-
I very rarely bring it, but when I do I use it on second hook every time. Honestly I think I only use the Hag and Clown's anymore because I like their mori the most. And spirit, but using Spirit with Ring, Beads and Mori feels too try hardish so I avoid that.
Usually save all types of mori just for the rituals.
-
I’m pretty comfortable with A and B as spirit, I guess I just won’t worry too much at start of game about it. Do you think discordance as Well isn’t a bad idea?
-
@Raptorrotas said:
chaser calculation doesnt account for instantdowns of any kind or grabs. Same with Malicious.
This seems to make it especially hard on my two "mains." Spirit gets generally 2-3 grabs per game even when not playing a gimmick build, 1-2 off gens and 1-2 grabs doing a pallet fake.
Also Plague it seems breaking the survivor and then downing them with one hit doesn't count right?

And best thing about it is even if you do poorly, you get an easy 8000 points from deviousness of you phase constantly, on top of the rest.
This does apply to most killers, use your special ability, get a few hooks with BBQ and you're getting 20k +

Those are perks, those aren't cheats.
She probably uses DS, MoM, Adrenaline, Balanced but those are okay
And no, don't flame me I use those perks too I'm saying survivors/killers are quick to blame the other side for using crutch perks when they use them too.

Every game I had 3K, and had the game run to the endgame, I didn't pip. The only game I did pip was a 4K, with deliberately long chases and slugging.
Like, it's hilarious how hard it is to leave rank 16 for all of the time I wasn't playing.
I agree, I had someone accuse me of De-pipping on purpose because that's the only way I could have all the perks at rank 14
-
The endgame itself IS the timer. Downing someone after door is open and placing a mask on them would almost certainly be a kill.
-
Just play play play. It's not ideal, but even if all you do is use her Phasing to cover huge area and then turn into a 110 speed M1 killer you will be okay at middle ranks. You'll learn more each game.
-
Doctor supposedly gets more BP but the games are longer, so BP/hour or whatever probably isn't much better. Plus I don't enjoy the playstyle. BBQ and 2-4 hooks plus "normal" gameplay gets you a good amount of points so just play whoever you enjoy and are best with.
-
Legion does seem to be an “easy Pip,” as long a you’re halfway trying
-
It would have been nice, either a slower move speed or slower gen repair would help average been a huge boost maybe too good though
-
Follow up to my OP I am not in the red or purple ranks either, luckily i just play for a bit of fun and try to keep 900k ish BP at all times so I’m ready whenever a new killer comes in reddy. But this must be frustrating for competition people.
-
Glad to see I’m not alone thinking 4 bbq stacks Ian a win. Ideally I hook all the survivors twice and they all escape. Everyone wins
-
clicking the flashlight has never been a sign of cooperation
-
I just cnt bring myself to Do it, I feel like to keep my muscle memory I couldn’t swap other killers
-
yes please, numbers one percentage pls

@No_Mither_No_Problem said:
Spirit is 100% overrated. All her power lets her do is not be a 110 M1 Killer every 10 to 15 seconds.
A large majority of the players player base considerably nurse, hillybilly and spirit and the only playable kind learn at higher ranks. You’re using her wrong
-
What rank? I avoid tunneling because between BT and DS it’s not a good idea
-
After the first grab some survivors catch on and just tap kicked gens making you zip all over, you still need to use a 3/4/5 gen strategy based on spacing

Rather than refunding characters, why not just let me burn items/add-ons/offerings? Even if the conversion rate is trash, say 20%, it would still ease the grinding for those of us that don't want 12 jigsaw pieces on our survivors. The only issue is that it would mean you could just bun everything on a character to get prestige/teachables easier, but I don't think that should really be an issue as the number of character to get to level 40/50 keeps growing and the game isn't changing to accomodate the grind.
Refunding addons for 1/4 BP would be a great idea
-
The problem is totems our a lot of luck into each match. I’ve lost it in 10 seconds burn also won games because it was never found, corner of the swamp fro example.
-
I agree all perks should have some use, like there are some that at least combo we’ll or do cool things
-
Way too strong, Spirit you have averaged 100% control over turns and distance
-
@SlinkyJinky said:
I would de-rank into the brown ranks (16-20) before you even attempt a hard mode Killer like Nurse so you can practice against Survivors who don't know her many and varied counters.
Pretty sure you can only go to 15? Unless season resets
-
Thanks guess Ilol just just suffer 0 Hook games til I get it down

Most of this comes down to audio alone. Breathing is very quiet. Even with a good pair of headphones, you're not going to hear them without blasting your eardrums out the rest of the time (and even if you do, you won't be hearing them for long, if you know what I mean).
I use a pair of Sennheiser HD 598 Cs at home and I get by just fine. They're a bit on the pricey side, but you could go much cheaper without much of a difference. The audio quality is pretty good, but that doesn't really help you hear things.
If you can get a pair of 5.1/7.1 headphones, that's pretty much the only thing that could potentially make a difference. They could make it easier to pinpoint where someone is instead of just a rough direction (i.e. 45 degrees-ish to the right instead of somewhere to the right).
Beyond that, you want something that doesn't have a ton of bass. Depending on the headset you get, the bass may be cranked up to 11. It's okay for an FPS where things like gunshots and explosions really pop, but when you're listening for breathing and grass shuffling around, you don't want low pitch "booms" going off in your ear the whole time. I'd suggest doing a little research for a couple different headsets in your price range to see how they sound.
Ultimately though, things like audio occlusion are going to be the deciding factor. If that Claudette Urban Evading around near you is behind several walls, you're not going to hear her. The audio is going to be dampened by the game so much that even the best pair of headphones out there won't help.
For the OP: As long as you have stereo headphones, you should hear each ear separately. Mono headphones take the left and right channels and merge them together, playing them equally in both ears. 5.1/7.1 headphones give a little more precision, but they're not really necessary.
Thanks for all the details.

Its not just that they want to see you die to the entity. You literally can't do anything in that situation. They get points for endgame collapse kills. It won't stop after a couple of days because its not just about killers wanting to see the new stuff, its about them getting the points for it, too. Its dumb that they can close the hatch when you get near and then follow you around and camp you so you can't open the gates, having you eventually die, giving the killers points without the killer having to do any work besides just chasing you around so you cant open the door.. I think that they should either not be able to close the hatch and have the timer still count down, be able to close the hatch but the doors automatically open completely, or stop the timer after the hatch closes and have it start back up when a gate is opened.
Part of the reason resson is becaude survivors drug out games for 10-15 minutes with doors open to get 2k extra from the he hatch
-
Wow talk about jumping the gun
-
Seems to be 60 seconds and the addons add 5, 10 and 15
-
I agree, a change did need made. Not sure what the prope did a like be

It’s snot supposed to activates if you put it on AFTER all gens done, this sounds like a big

I like the idea of her gen protector build, but in practice it's boring on both sides.
I actually think it’s fun on both sides, so much different th an run-loop-repeat

Couldn’t you have bled out

What would help her is if her vomit would actually properly connect with survivors. Sometimes it fazes through them and even when they do the "puked on" animation, sometimes they don't get any sickness or outright don't get sick at all.
Same with corrupted puke. Can puke through them and sometimes it just passes through them completely and deal no damage.
Yeah, I chalk it up to to lag/hitbox but it’s annoying
-
I was thinking about this too, as your level more killers it gets harder to find thme perks you want on each successive killer.
-
Actually just need to level for Freddy and Huntress, the rest are already 40. Thanks though.
-
thanks, I figured the same since I don’t care care of bloody clothes I’ll get all killers to 40 and try to perk out my faves
