I agree, without visual and audiovisual indicators if you aren't paying attention it can be hard to know if you're hit with it
True, true. Maybe I'll be able to check the perk in private game, this lack of icon bother me. Not too crazy but...
Funny enough I can't imagine how long has knock out been changed because I rarely see it. It was one month ago when I saw its new version for the first time, and it was after long long long time not seeing it at all.

To be fair you can still tell if its knock out though by the slow crawl and longer recovery time, as well as the temporary blindness effect
Yeah, and you can tell that thanatophobia is here by your repairing bar being red when someone is injured. Still, this perk has proper indicator: red icon near other perks. So did Knock Out. And now it's gone.
My first thought about blindnes effects was some killer's addons I don't remember about and then I was too busy waiting this gone and discussing super unfair 10 meters hit with my friend to notice that my recovery bar is red. Couple seconds more and all effects had gone except super important and COMPLETELY invisible effect of my aura being hidden. Maybe they removed visual effects on purpose but the icon part is definitely unintended. Haven't seen knock out since then and don't know whether they fixed that or not.

You can tell when you're hit with it with the indicator although I can see why it's nice to have so you know they have it. That said, I've heard of a number of people that get motion sickness from that perk. If it was something you could toggle that would be nice though.
Can you, tho? Not so long ago I made a report about that because knock out's indicator (its icon near your perks) was not there. Without visual distortion and deaf effect I didn't even realise it was a knock out. And I just lied on the ground waiting for the help not knowing that others can't see my aura. I wonder if they fixed the icon.

You can tab out of the game while you're looking for a match or you can mute it. No one is forcing you to sit there and be jumped scared by it over and over again. Every killer has animations when they are idle. If its really an issue then they can just change it to where after a few minutes the killer just stands idle. It doesn't bother me so I don't care.
You kinda forced if you are trying to spend your bp in her bloodweb. Even couple hundreds work here and imagine spending 2 millions after the reset to prestige her :)

Thats a fair point tbh. and this is the sort of responces i was looking for lol. you give a fair and resonable answer to why it happens instead of just accusing me of being a hard core tunneling trying to cry about it XD
But yeah i can see what u mean. However i guess what could work is if exhaustion is gained back at double the rate so instead of instantly back and usable its gained back at double the normal rate. This would mean survivors have it back most of the time unless they are instantly unhooked.

Interesting enough this still doesn't solve your problem with head-on-SWF-squads but still hurt all other people you apparently have no problem with.

Yeah, but I normally see SOME PC players. Nothing but crossplay about now.
We should remember that there are also Steam, Epic Games and Windows Store (and Stadia). If you are on steam, EGS and Windows Store players will also have crossplay sign because technically those are different platforms too.

She snaps your way to do the jumpscare its just the sudden movement that lets you know when its coming
They made this snap of her only recently. Couple patches ago you were able to turn her back to make her jumpscare in the field behind the well (hence, not in your face). And now yes, she snaps your way before the animation.

I understand the frustration since time is narrowing for Stadia players. You should try making a forum in the bug section so that they are more likely to see it and acknowledge it. What exactly about cross progression between Stadia and PC is broken right now?
The whole crossprogression feature is disabled now due to some problems with it. BHVR aware about it because they disabled it themselves.

I dont know if this topic was rised here or there, but Wraith origin lore seems a bit off, unfitting... How this swamp looking monster, with magical sigils can originate from junkyard?
For me, it looks like Wraith lore was replaced with some quickly done story... for whatever reason... to be honest... Hag lore fits Wraith much more than wraith.
Look - Philip was thought by his tribe a magical sigils that was able to altered reality. He was kidnapped by kannibals, and at some point marked an entity symbol on his bell using his blood, and turned invisible, and then killing his kidnappers.
I really would love to learn TRUE story of Wraith.
I found cool video about this topic recently. Check it out. Sounds super reasonable.

I'm still very iffy with numbers cause I am not a high tier player.
So it would be broken. How would you suggest I change the numbers to make it more fair? It is basically meant to make exhaustion more punishing for everyone, except the person you hooked. The free use of a Exhaustion perk for the unhooked survivor is meant to discourage tunneling.
So, can you see a version of this perk working?
Well, I ain't great at such things. I maybe can see some broken interactions but I don't have creativity in that manner tbh xD And I totally missed that it's for all survivors.
>>The free use of a Exhaustion perk for the unhooked survivor is meant to discourage tunneling.
You made it 15 seconds on tier 3. It means that only sprintbursters can get any value out of it. In all other cases killer come back within 5-15 seconds (proxy camp), chase starts just when immunity run out and now survivor can't use exhaustion without penalty. Plus, you see, in most cases survivors can choose to use ther exhaustion perk or not to. Except sprintbursters. Sprintbursters will use their perk the very first second they press shift+w to run from you. And after first one for free they will be forced to use it again facing consequences no matter what because they can't run from you without running. So even if you make this effect longer than 15 seconds it will hurt SB significantly more than other exhaustion perks and it's not fair, I think.
What can I suggest here. Those suggestions are independent from each other.
1) Maybe it shoudn't be a scorge hook, scorge hooks don't have long value. They either have one-hit value (like PR) or affect one specific person (like Gift of Pain). Your perk sounds more like a hex. Like devour hope kind, you know. Or third seal but with exhaustion insted on blindness and smth. We also have Blood Echo, so maybe you can get inspiration there.
2) If you want scorge hook then maybe make only this survivor affected but only after they healed (gift of pain again). Like, upon being healed this person get exhaustion status effect until injured again. After loosing health state by any means exhaustion status effect remains for 7(?) additional seconds. It won't let survivors use exhaustion until injured and then give them chance to get rid of it while in chase.
3) If you want to add additional effect it shoudn't be incapacitated effect. Firstly, because this is super opressive effect and shouldn't be too long (see all Eruption treads). Secondly, because incapacitated has its value if survivor isn't in chase. But survivors use exhaustion perks while in chase. So you kinda waste either your time or perk. The only true value you can get is if you pair it with other perks and addons with exhaustion which is... well, it doesn't punish survivors for their exhaustion, it makes exhaustion (the one that killer put you in) worse.
You should remember that not only survivors have exhaustion perks but also killers have perks and addons to cause it, so your perk can't be too oppressive because can create dead combos.
4) If you want to punish exhaustion, maybe you can play with "escape chase" thing. But you should be super careful here because it can be easily abused by killers (like Pigs do for people with active RBT or like legions chased deep wounded people walkind backwards because deep wound was attached to chase and went down without it). So effect should be useful only if survivor is trully out of chase.
In general, I don't think it's a good idea to make perks that don't cause status effects but depend on status effects. If you want any consistency with them you HAVE to pair this perk with ANYTHING that cause exhaustion. Otherwise if you unluckily face group of survivors without any exhaustion perk (it happens, especially if they have balance on map without any hill) then you wasted your slot for nothing. That's the reason why people don't like Shattered Hope.
So your safest way is to make perk that CAUSE exhaustion in the first place and then make smth more after exhaustion is here (so this effect will apply even if survivors will make them exhausted themselves). But this "smth more" should be either pretty minor or should have any way to get rid of it faster than exhaustion itself.
TBH, I really like "make exhaustion longer" feature, it's like lethal but for exaustion. BUT. But. All those "5 seconds per token" can be super broken with killers' addons and perks. When killer can apply only 5 seconds of exhaustion and then can make it 40 - it's kinda... off. Maybe, you can use persentage. Smth like prolong status effects for 20%. Then it will be ok with both survivors perks and killers perks/addons and will be like Vigil but for killers that works for Exposed and all other effects.
Soooo yeah. It's up to you but that's my thoughts. And still, IMHO, the best way to punish for exhaustion is to cause it by yourself denying ALL possible exhaustion perks beforehead :DD

I was a little fast with the post, i have completed it now. And its exactly how you both described, luckily (at least for the challenges sake) we all got ourselves in a hook trade spin, where the wraith just could alternate hooks on 2 diffrent parts of the map. So i at least knew exactly where he was, just had to point at the hook across.
Thanks for the answers still, i think i just had HUGE luck to have completed it so fast.
Great! Congrats (:
-
You should point at the killer directly (within a small cone) as far as I remember. If I remember correctly there could be problems if killer moves around. By the time you point at them (using premonition as a direction) they are in different position already so no progress.
It's better to have a LoS with the killer to be sure you point at them. And be sure to make it more than 2 time. Just in case.
It could be current bug with archives too, but this challenge is indeed tricky in its requirements so maybe you really do it wrong from the game's point of view.
-
So, yellow perks grant 60 seconds of exhaustion. Plus 5 seconds for each token. And you suggest to make someone incapacitated for all that time up to 110 seconds? It's better to just delete those players from the game x)
Also:
1) general perk with exaustion on gens (demogorgon's one): loose-loose situation, you either don't touch gens for 90 seconds or touch them and don't touch them again for 20+ seconds. No counterplay except "don't get downed" or "don't touch gen" which contradict the whole game loop. Worse than eruption.
2) being unhooked, tunneled by pig and get the hat with exaustion addon. Now you are incapacitated as long as you have hat. Also, the hat can be put on you before the hook because exaustion effect will be back after 15 seconds from the hook.
3) being unhooked and then tunneled to activate the perk. There the perk becomes kinda odd because killer kinda have to tunnel to make player use exaustion perk and then killer should drop the chase to get value. No one (in most cases) will drop the chase with unhooked person, they will tunnel and it will be even more easy with no mid-chase heals or flashlights.
4) accidental balance landing. Sometimes this perk activates on a smallest drops ever. It's frustrating enough even without incapacitated effect tbh lol
Sooo looks kinda broken. And complicated. Maybe if it's not incapacitated... Still design of the perk incentives tunnelling as far as I can imagine.

True, and that makes it so devious. A player could just be really really good at the game and have amazing game sense ... or they could just be a script kiddy who barely knows what he is doing, but getting off of the salt.
But there are a few give aways: did the person do a 180°, ran into you and bait your swing to DH? Totally legit.
Did they look over their shoulder and keeping a close eye on you while running away, sway left and right, anticipated your first two hestiations and still DH on your third opportunity? Totally legit and mad skills coupled with nerves of steel.
Did they just run straight away and never so much as glanced over their shoulder, yet DH at the perfect moment without so much as a single frame of the animation showing? Yeah, thats one of the bad apples. Bonus points if they play rather bonkers and fall for 2/3 of your mind games and have a name like "frdf-7".
Still kinda... Well, I bet you know people can use red stain as a distance measure, use sound clue of long hit and be lowkey intuitive about "now or never" moments for killers. I myself was in situations where I was perfectly aware without looking back. Like the only 99% way to see scripts seems to be swinging on dropped pallet :/
It could be me problem (not really problem for me tho) but I can't help but see cheats only if there's no other way, and I see those "other ways" pretty everytime with rare exceptions xD I've seen this Otz's video (https://youtu.be/L4Q7MDmCA6E ) of Nancy with DH. She either hacker with autoDH or has the steeliest balls I've ever seen. Still, it's more believable for me that she accidentally chaged her DH button last game or her "e" broke :DD maybe because I don't use cheats but definitely could accidentally find myself having no button for some interactions (been there, was awkward).
So yeah, don't mind me here, I can find a legit excuse for everything lol Your advices don't loose usefulness bc of it. Good points.

The perks argumentation can be easily avoided - after the game I could see if someone used OTR or someone got BT or something like that, so that's a big no for me.
The microlag argumentation is pretty convincing, but hell... using it clearly like that 2/3 times or more in a match? That's what made me thinking about this topic. I can't say anything wrong about my connection to the game, so maybe it's from their side? And why I couldn't repeat that any time myself?
The luck one... maybe luck, on my MMR it shouldn't be a big problem tbh to have someone playing like a god with ideal mind games and feeling when to use DH. Dunno.
You couldn't repeat it because this perk requires you to get used to it. I couldn't too, I have nice reaction time but with DH you should also use clairvoyance, I suppose. I press it perfectly (according to picture) but I have to press it perfectly according to servers. Here I'm exhausted on the ground with no profit. Now I don't use exhaustion perks at all because of their inconsistencies and my frustration about them. Don't like be angry because of servers RNG and loose lithe because killer has ping 200. Still, my friends (after dozens of games) are able to get away from stupid situations and sometimes even clamed as cheaters and "nice autodh lol" because of that. And in other games same people shout "goddamn stupid dh WORK PLEASE".
Like. Don't get me wrong. AutoDH definitely exists. And I'm sure people use it. Of course your cases could be autodh. And yes, cheats are big problem. But you asked what else could it be and it could be anything (cheats, skill, luck, unluck, bug, lag, anything). Don't loose your sanity over it and don't become too paranoid with no proofs. It's just more healthy that way :D
Of course, it's up to you to decide how to explain those DHs. And anyway, you are free to report those players just in case.
-
There could be plenty of autodh's but your observation about DH isn't really correct too. Like, there's small difference between what you see as a killer and what you see as survivor. You as killer can see no animation at all but survivor should see its start (if uses DH fair). This timelag is small enough, you can't call it connection issues tbh, just a natural way of things, still you can't compare appearance of perfect timings between killers pov and survivors pov so easily. Especially in those situations where survivors expect you to hit as soon as possible (like unhook in your face or close pallet or spins or smth like that).
Also, there are other perks and items with endurance effect and sometimes it's them or crazy luck (and luck isn't that rare).
-
So you wasn't able to hook the person even once through the whole game and now you say their escape was free? They pretty much earned it.
It is not the same as DS and OTR, not even close. DS and OTR work for both hooks, Deli works for the first hook only and only if you unhook someone safely first; DS and OTR give protection which is sooo long survivor can escape being solo and being hooked far far away from the gates. Deli doesn't have it. Deli gives only base-kit BT and you have counters for it. Safe escape with base-kit BT requires a setup which obtainable by killer's mistakes or by teamwork only and all those things aren't free indeed.
And it's nothing different as unhook in your face or 4%.

Not gonna lie...actually I dont need to lie, I HAVE VIDEO PROOF
There is this Freddy game that was hopeless and everybody was going to die. We were in the basement and I got downed. I think I was the last one still alive. I don't remember exactly what happened, but I left my PC to do other things since the game was already over. When I return to the game, he was still carrying me on his shoulder, completely still. I decided to wait and see how long that would last. I think it lasted about 15 minutes until he hooked me.
What happens is that we both went AFK. I did because I thought I was already dead, he did because maybe he wanted me to struggle out and get the hatch.
Maybe I will find the video and post here. I record and upload all my games on youtube as "non listed"
Got killer who tried to bm me that way. He was slugging my teammate. Then was trying to pick her up, let her go and down again to prolong her life (and make her work with him probably). She didn't argee. He killed her finally. Then he found me, downed me, noded at me and left me to bleed out. I get the thought and went to make a tea. When I came back he was standing with me on the shoulder in front of hook. I was surprised and decided to see how long can it take. After couple minutes he went to find the hatch, dropped me here, closed hatch, picked me up again and stood infronf of another hook nodding. He hooked me last second before EGC ends.
I saved it and checked it. The whole process took near 15 minutes from the teammate's first down of slugging xD I don't know what was wrong. Probably, couple sabo plays but I am the one who was repairing gens so I wasn't even there to annoy him. He got 4k with one gen left. Don't think he was sweat about us, bravery and stupidity is our credo especially when my friend brings sabo tools.
Anyway, I want to believe he was happy with his revenge if it was one because we definetely got big laughs out of that peformance.

Proceeded to give me ######### because I didn't step out into the open and scream "Here I am! Come kill me!" He even tried to blame me for the teams death (Don't give a ######### either way, I made it out.) despite him literally only focusing on one survivor at a time.
Some people man.
Love those guys. One time we got Oni who didn't even pretend to leave me on the ground. He just stood onto my body with his power ready while my friend was hiding on the other side of the map. After I bled out and my friend escaped, Oni was claiming my friend rat who let teammate die... Yeah. It's not like I begged her not to come because you were there.

You are lucky he didn't just rat you out. That's what normally happens to me in that situation.
In 6 years of playing I have still never worked with the killer to go rat out the last survivor yet it happens to me 24/7 feels like. Makes me babyrage and go play killer myself
Especially if it was a match were the killer had to leave chases with me all the time because I was a better player than them; but MMR delivered amazing teammates who still rolled over and died trivially and there's nothing I can do in the 2v1
It's unfortunate tbh. I make sure to crawl away from the last guy. It's kinda shame if someone plays hatch game and therefore leaves me on my first hook even if killer doesn't camp... Still understandable tho, in 2v1 there's no room to play this out anyway. And in case of slugging for 4k... no assist for killer from me, lol. Never.

oh don't get me wrong im not saying exhaustion should come back if they are downed. i'm very glad it doesnt due to the exact example you gave. but equally i don't think it should come back off the hook. I'm not going to go into the tunneling debate on this post (ive had the debate to many times and bottom line survivors need to get over it. u get tunneled let go and go next) but now there is base kit BT which comes with a speed boost not to mention the massive rework of OTR. do survivors really need there exhaustion back right off hook.
One big issue i have come across recently is the groups of head on squads that kinda abuse this mechanic. they get off hook. hop in locker, head on stun, back in locker, DS, back in locker, flashlight saved out of locker.
Thankfully that last bit is being addressed and i think the flashlight change to locker saves is incredible but the fact that a survivor can instantly be unhooked in your face and have a free out with either sprint burst or overcome is a bit over the top. At that point its not killer tunneling its survivor enduced tunneling.
The only way they can get overcome right after unhook... there's no way to get it. Overcome doesn't work for injured people. So it's sprintburst only (which makes basekit BT useless anyway). And only in case of tunneling. What exactly is over top here and how exactly survivor who sprints away from you induce your tunneling? If it was in your face then you should probably have injured unhooker around, no?
Also, those escapes aren't free. Do you really need to discount and devalue survivors to make your point?
We all understand those are game mechanics implemented to make game playable, they aren't logical in real world terms but they address some game situations. You said you aren't going to go into the tunneling debate but it seems like your problem is you can't tunnel someone off hook because of sprintburst.
What's your REAL question (and problem) here, may I ask you?
@Jay_K said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3271312#Comment_3271312
But how does that make it balanced for both survivor and killer. If a survivor unhooks in the killers face thats on the survivor. the killer shouldn't be punished for that (this is a reason im against the base kit BT but thats gonna forever be in the game)
You know, person who was unhooked right in your face without their will shouldn't be punished also.
Plus, in most cases of unhooks-in-a-face you have free hit and free downs on unhookers. Sometimes - even grabs.
I don't even say about the fact those bully squads are SWF and WON'T unhook each other before exaustion is gone anyway. Or will change their tactic/builds a little to be sure they aren't exausted when they try to bully you. They are annoying, yes, but even if we need additional measures to fight them back that's definetely not changing of exaustion mechanic, it won't hurt them that hard but will hurt average survivors who have to deal with soloq and/or campers/tunnelers.
Maybe I missed your point?

Okay, now I am interested on how a comp team can lightburn a nurse cuz knowing me, I would ######### my pants before I pull that off, lol.
I've seen this once, during competition. One guy saved his teammate, Nurse wasn't able to make second blink because of flashlight aimed on her back and went on a cooldown instead. This move pretty saved the teammate and let him gain distance, otherwise he would be downed. It was the first time I saw that Nurse can be burnt this way. This move felt as rare and astounding as witnessing supernova tbh. Impressive.
-
Should be multiple if your game is going good. I got fat 4 last time I played (was able to interact with zero, lol, but I saw the auras at EGC). Sometimes it's 2 or 3. Sometimes 0.
Because:
1) glyphs are spawned by actions (hooks for killers, repaired gens for survs), if you are survivor and your team die with 1 completed gen there are chances you won't find any glyph
2) other people could have same archive and take those glyphs before you

That’s something I have been wondering about.
if this is true, then it should be possible to have both killer and survivor incentives to be on (or both off) for you, right? Though I have never seen that being the case.
also killers are supposed to have individual MMRs if you have played enough games with them - so why is it that you have a universal killer incentive that doesn’t change depending on the selected killer…
Both off is pretty frequent for me, for example. It's totally possible. Both on can't be. If both roles from you are ok the game won't give you anything. It's simple as that.
As for killers' mmr - afaik BHVR haven't clarified it yet but I think the reason is that those MMRs of our killers aren't SO different. Like, if you have 400 wins in a row with nurse she will be at top soft cap for matchmaking purposes anyway. And because of her all your other killers (even new ones) will be at least at low soft cap and maybe even higher. Hence, the differences between all killers just can't be too big for one player (in "eyes" of matchmaking system), especially if you will count all extended MMR brackets (like if there are survivors who wait long enough mmr means nothing anyway, you will be paired with them no matter what).
-
The last kill in the trial does not count now. Neither for daily nor for archives or achievements or even emblems. It's impossible to get "kill 4 survivors in one trial" and double pip in iri grades bc of it.
Try to use green/iri mori and mori someone during the game not the last guy. As far as I know from other reports this should work.
-
Try to unselect the archive and select it again (or play one game with different challenge if possible). This should help to get progress.
All archives seem have this. I repaired 10 gens with no problems but got stuck same way on others until I reselect them. Now I reselect them every time I boot up the game, just to be sure.

Funny enough, when I'm nearly the last surv and I really need that key to have any chance to escape everything I get is supergood medkits and toolboxes. Like, thanks, very useful, can we remove them from chests this game, please?
Keys is fine. They just should be a little more useful outside of "I'm the last surv" situations like they were before.

oh i was near the gen. The game was a lost cause so i thought "welp, i have still my blast mine charged, might as well trying to get use of it before i die"
so i knew he would check that gen, was only 1 left and it was close to another. I started off my blast mine as soon as i heard TR, but ofc he hunted me first. I got downed on the very loop around the gen and then hooked a few meters away, perfectly in sight of the gen. I was the only one near though. Well aside from the killer who got stunned/blinded XD
Ahahaah been there too, yeah XDD still it's better than be blinded by leon's grenade during save. I just pray to be running into open and not into wall next to killer :DD

appearantly ^^ i just heard alot people saying its only stunns, thats why i am confused about it.
You should try to be near that gen next time yourself then, to check it out :D the perk blinds everyone nearby, not only killer. Pretty fun (and disorienting) experience, tbh
-
Blast mine do both :)
>> When the Killer damages a Trapped Generator, the Trap explodes, stunning them and blinding anyone nearby.

No, that change was for one of his addons.
FTD is still tied to being outside the TR.
Oh, yeah, my bad. Thnx.

Kinda disappointed that just immediately dropping a guard without really making much of a path (if any) is still going to be the most optimal way to play him in chase. He's just gonna be Artist but more boring. Artist at least offers more interactivity with her crows and requires more skill which makes her more interesting to face (I am one of the few that actually likes her). But with Knight it just feels out of place and there's not nearly as much strategy involved, if any sometimes. He needs a power shift imo.
As for the other stuff, 0.4 seconds seems really generous at first glance for flashlight save buffer, but hard to say for sure without seeing it since it didn't work correctly in the PTB, so we'll see what happens there I guess. FtD buff is nice, I like that it's more consistent now and not on a random interval. Although combining it with Thrill of the Hunt might be kinda annoying (since you'd physically be unable to do a totem outside the terror radius).
Glad to see they addressed the fog color on the new map. It was hard to follow scratch marks on the PTB.

Wasn't it changed to be inside 24m instead of outside 32m?

I didn't throw my games but I lost a decent amount of keys and addons to not loose keys xD and I used one perk slot for Bill perk to see where the hatch is.
Sometimes, when killers went too mad about equipped keys I run find-key-in-chest build. Two months of casual games and I got both when stars got in right position.
But I've finished all other survivor challenges so I could afford smth like that x)
-
At least they do smth so you can farm points and not depip. It's even more unfun if they are completely afk with insidious.
Anyway something can be done about that. Both afk and bots are reportable things.

Thanks! what do you mean by evidence do I need to stream my gameplay every time?
Sometimes screenshots can work but mostly kinda yes, you have to record act of cheating somehow. Some consoles and Nvidea GeForce Experience allow to shadowly record everything (without saving) and save only last X minutes by hot-key, for example. Afaik, tt's not super system consuming. Or allow you to start/end recording. I use this shadow-recording feature myself to save accidental funny moments or cheaters. Of course it is not ideal and requires time from you (to crop/upload) but I'm invested enough to do that. Oh, and make note you have to provide your dbd player id (you can find it in settings) but cheater's name is optional! In case of anonymous mode or something like that feel free to report them in-game and leave the field in the ticket blank if you don't have information. This could be confusing at first but anonymous mode doesn't prevent you from reporting. Just for you know.
Also, developers announced improvements for the report system. New tools or smth like that. I'm looking forward to see more.

In-game reports do things IF you create a support ticket with explaining the problem and with evidences of hacking. In-game reports with no tickets and evidences don't do that much. Well, they do in some other cases but for hacking accusation you must create a support ticket.
As for being able to play: vac-anticheat block people from playing games which are protected by vac. You still can play all other games.

Quick question: I grabbed the code for last months, however I haven't entered it on DBD yet. Is it still available or does the code become invalid?
It should be still active, those codes should be active for couple months or smth like that (counting from the giveaway start). But it's better to use the code as soon as possible, of course.

Sole Survivor. Every time I put it on after super unlucky solo-endgame with fast killer or bad gate spawn either we all escape with no problems or I'm the first one who die. No value. At all. I play that way several games, then switch back to my basic build. Just can't make it work (without being a rat).

PC: Steam
Hex: Plaything describe that only the one who is affected by the Hex can clean it, but while I was in a chase by the affected it was cleanse by another player, I play as Leatherface and had another hex perk (Ruin) that was cleanse before Hex: Plaything was active
step one: set up a game with Hex:Plaything and Hex:Ruin
step two: clean Hex:Ruin
step three: hook a surviver and unhook them, this should activate Plaything
step four: get a secound surviver the clean the new Hex totem
I have only run in too this ones from what I know
After that everyone can cleanse it.

what am i supposed to do against friendly survivors?? it's so frustrating to get in a match just to have survivors crouch spam and try to be friendly when you just want to play a normal game, if i kill them i get called toxic and if i team with them i'm bored out of my damn MIND. what am i supposed to do???
Sometimes my swf and I are trying to get most annoying archives so we were trying to get friendly killer to farm. We are ok to play normal if needed so we greatly appreciate if the killer shakes head (red stain lol) at us and gives us a chance to start normal gameplay. If killer just uses our friendliness as an opportunity to get huge advantage (sometimes even pretend as friendly to 2hook us and then kill without resistance) then... well. They have their right but I consider this kinda non-empathic :D
Of course, my friends and I aren't ALL friendly survivors but if you let them know you don't want to farm (in non-harm way) then you just can't be toxic here. And if they don't understand and keep being friendly, just 3-hook them all as soon as possible. It's not toxic too (neither anything I mentioned above).
