- Mindbreaker - An easy no. 1, it eliminates exhaustion perks when chasing survivors off gens. Heavily underrated.
- Stake Out - It gives lots of progression on skill checks and is a very fun perk to use.
- Fast Track - Same as above, but a lot more rewarding!
- Autodidact - A very fun healing-based perk. When you get value out of it, it's SUPER satisfying.
-
I save up to a million then start cashin' out if y'know what I mean. I usually use them to unlock perks, or getting someone to P3.
-
You mean 4.7.0? Probably in the next two weeks, most likely next week on Tuesday. Should bring some bug fixes, but don't be surprised if we get more.
-
I think Judith's Tombstone is fine, they should probably make it non-stackable, but Tombstone Piece is a pretty braindead add-on IMO.

Nope, or at least not right now. It's only for PC and Stadia at the moment, soon to support the Switch.

@glitchboi and didn t lose any progress?
I did it on the day BHVR released their website for cross-progression with Stadia, plus it offered free bloodpoints so I did it anyway. And I got me bloodpoints, and no progress lost. I don't recall ever getting a new charm, though. And I know I don't have it, I checked not too long ago.
My progress is fine btw, I'm just worried it'll get screwed over by the BHVR thing.

@glitchboi it is obtainable, the unobtainable one it's one with noed. About this one says to link dbd account to a bhvr one, but I heard people complaining about losing progress
Ooh my bad, I mistook it as one of the unobtainable ones.
Yeah I don't have it either, I linked my DBD account to BHVR a while ago as well.
-
I don't think it's obtainable. The DBD wiki even listed it as an unobtainable charm.

Variation is the spice of life, yes having to have the door open might be a tall order but it's also fairly unique and that makes it fun.
If you learn first not to play with perks at all (and I heavily.encourage everyone to) every perk becomes much more fun to use including this one.
Don't let perks determine the outcome of a match, make it more about the players skill, knowledge and.strategy
I like the way you play when it comes to perks. However, just because they're fun to use doesn't necessarily mean they shouldn't be buffed/reworked, it's still a very weak perk because you'll probably only get value out of it once in a while.
-
There's not much you can really do, as others have said. Just hope for the best, I guess.

This would be amazing. I'd love to use this with We'll Make It for fast unhook + fast heal.
So sad it's current state is only usable during EGC 😭
Huh, I never really thought of how good it'd be with We'll Make It when you also combine it with the aura reading ability it has. That would be a fun build tbh.
-
It reminds me of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I feel like they were going for that approach tbh.

I think I like your idea. So instead of it activating at the endgame It will be active for the full game?
Yep!
-
I think you're in limbo. Someone save this fella.
-
No One Left Behind is such an oddball of a perk tbh, I don't even know where to start. Let me try...
Oh and also, edits are in bold.
It is inconceivable to leave someone behind.
- Gain a 30/40/50 % Action Speed bonus to Unhooking
and Healingother survivors, including yourself. - After unhooking a Survivor, the Auras of all other survivors that are not performing actions are revealed to you for 4 seconds.
No One Left Behind grants 50/75/100 % bonus Bloodpoints
for actionsin the Altruism Category. The bonus Bloodpoints are only awarded post-Trial.
This pretty much makes it the same as ever without needing to open any exit gates or powering them, but removes the action speed bonus to healing others. It also shows the auras of other survivors not doing generators after unhooking someone, just to make it a teeny bit useful for seeing how well the others are doing. Oh, and it makes the bonus bloodpoints work similarly to BBQ's, as shown in the last sentence. Plus we need more bloodpoint farming perks anyways.
The healing bonus was kinda pointless and really made it much more packed than Botany Knowledge, so instead of nerfing the action speed bonus I decided to remove the healing speed bonus so that it only benefits the unhook action, but still allows you to unhook survivors quickly.
- Gain a 30/40/50 % Action Speed bonus to Unhooking
-
I feel like they should just lock the breathing/injured sounds while phasing to 50%, so that Spirits can't abuse Stridor on her. Other than that, I'm not too sure about this one. Don't get me wrong, Spirit definitely needs a nerf/rework, but...
-
Honestly it would be really difficult to rework him, and tbh I feel like he's in a good state atm. He definitely has the best zoning and chase abilities in the game, but he suffers from crappy movement speed and nonexistent mobility. Quite neutral on his terror radius, though.
-
Tbh I really like this idea. Updoot.
-
Atm Twins are already pretty powerful, and if they were buffed slugging-wise (however I don't think the Victor cooldown nerf should be added) they would probably be the 3rd most powerful killer in the game, with decent mobility thanks to Victor and extreme map pressure.

To be fair, Dead Hard didn't actually have an animation indicating its use until June 2018.
Prior to that, the Survivor kind of just ran really quickly for a couple of meters. I imagine that could look similar to someone rubber banding due to lag, so perhaps that is what you're referring to?
Nah it was actual Dead Hard, the animation was there and everything I believe, it was back in December 2018 when I started playing. It could have been rubber banding too maybe, who knows.
-
@Superyoshiegg said:
I have my own gripes with Dead Hard, but you can hardly call people using it hackers.
Sounds like there's an issue with your game. I've never had freezing issues like you are describing.
Back when I started playing this game in 2018, I always thought Dead Hard was survivor lag that caused me to lose chases. Took me a while to learn the existence of the perk, lol.
-
I love that idea.
-
Solid idea, but I'm worried that it'll make HG and Retribution worse.
-
Hmm... I usually run Pop, Oppression, BBQ, and one other perk. Shadowborn for Blight, STBFL for Clown.
My Yui currently has DS, Self-Preservation, Detective's Hunch, and Windows of Opportunity.
-
This would be REALLY sick.

No I don't think so, proper matchmaking would help far more.
And in terms of communication, VCH would ruin the immersion for a many players I'd bet, besides it beiing used for insults rather then useful info. In my opinion it doesn't fit in DBD at all.
Someting like in game text lines like in identiy V would work far better for DBD.

I prefer this idea tbh. Proxy chat would be pretty fun as an option for customs tho.

It probably looks like tunneling because of DS not being activated as often.

Me thinking the lore is garbage isn't being an arrogant douche, it's having an opinion. Glad you think it's worth hurling insults over. Grow up.
I said you're allowed to have your own opinion, but here you are calling people out on the forums one-by-one. I'm not upset about you saying the lore is bad, I'm just upset about the fact that all you do here is get aggressive at everyone. Is it your only purpose on these forums?
-
I actually made 3 killer perk ideas, but they didn't get any attention. Maybe people will have stuff to say about it here.
INFURIATING PRESENCE
You feel your anger boiling while around others. When chasing a survivor, each survivor that is in your terror radius gives you 1 token, up to a maximum of 3. Each token increases the generator regression speed by 25/50/75%, up to a maximum of 75/150/225%. When a survivor exits your radius, lose a token.
The survivor that you are currently chasing is not counted as a token.
The regression bonus does not stack with other perks.(Not sure about this one.)This one would work really well with M&A.
HEX:PIECES OF DEPRIVATIONYou're determined to find them all.
If there is an available dull totem, the totem lights up once at least 1 survivor is killed or sacrificed.(Not sure about this one either.) Each time a survivor is killed or sacrificed, the remaining survivors in the trial will be given the Exposed status effect for 10 seconds, and you gain a stackable Haste status effect of 2.5/5/7.5% increased speed.SLOW START
You become obsessed with one survivor. For the first 60/90/120 seconds of the trial, the action speed of all survivors is decreased by 100%. The obsession is unaffected by this. Once the perk's effects are over, the obsession is given a 5% action speed penalty for the rest of the trial.
The last one's name is totally not based off of Regigigas's ability.
-
I AM NOT WORTHY, I AM NOT WORTHY
-
I was actually thinking this for a while. Like, "hey maybe to keep the OG chase music, Trapper could claim them?" After all, Trapper is the icon of DBD.

Sure.
Lets also ban the people Abusing the Breakdown Bug. Window Tech and Stretch Res while we at it.
Fair's Fair. Right?
I hate this argument. Literally everyone who wants the j-flick removed also want those exploits to get patched out, including me.
-
They're patching it out eventually.
I think banning people for it is a bit too cruel, especially because you can't really tell whether someone is doing a normal flick and a j-flick. I played against a streamer as Blight who assumed I was exploiting after hitting him with a normal flick.

Okay nvm you're trolling lol

My point still stands with what I said before, but this has nothing to do with that.
Wat.
So you don't want him to get nerfed, yet you said they should remove his anti-loop abilities because of how unfair it was to prevent survivors from vaulting/dropping pallets?
-
@CornHub said:
No, he's the perfect example of a mid-tier & balanced killer
Wait...
...didn't you say he was unbalanced a few days ago?
Redemption arc.

@SunderMun said:
We already know the final verdict, and it's exactly the right one.
Blight doesn't need an exploit that removes designed outplay/mindgames from his kit when he's already an incredibly strong and well balanced killer.
I can't speak for controller players needing to increase their sensitivity, however on PC he definitely isn't in need of an increased sens.
Blight is best bouncy boi and I love him as he is, without this exploit. <3
My favorite type of Blight mains: the ones who love him the way he is.
I ain't gonna love him just because of some dumb exploit. Blight is me favorite killer.
-
Anyone who thinks he should be nerfed balance-wise is trolling without a doubt. He's one of the most balanced killers in the game.
-
They should just remove her ability to place traps near downed survivors and hooked survivors. Discourages her camping playstyle.

High B tier? Yeah I dont think he is too bad and he has escaped D tier but he is still low C.
I'd say he's low B-tier at best, and at the very least, a high C-tier killer.

Aight that could work. So now i have 2 builds to try but do you have any add-on ideas someone mentioned chile and speed what about you?
IMO his best add-ons are the Chili add-ons (increases chainsaw duration) and his engravings (the ones that increase his speed). The best add-on combo for him is Award-Winning Chili and The Beast's Marks. However, since his engravings increase his charge time, it's better to use them once you're more experienced with Bubba, so I'd recommend both of Bubba's chili add-ons instead.
Good luck!

If you play on PC and have an NVIDIA graphics card that supports FreeStyle, you can use GeForce Experience to make the DBD environment easier to see. There are video guides on YouTube on how to do this.
Also DBD is supported by NVIDIA themselves so it should be fine.

Hmm this build seems cool the only question is what if i do not have retribution i have not yet started deathslinger would BBQ be a good substitution. If not what would be?
Hmm... you could try Undying + Crowd Control, and BBQ + Pop instead.
-
The lack of communication in general is dumb and annoying. :/
-
Bubba is pretty difficult on console, I play on PC so I can't really help you. I do have some perks you would probably benefit heavily from.
Bamboozle is a great counterlooping perk for Bubba. Enduring + Spirit Fury also removes one of his counters, pallets. You can also use my favorite Bubba build, a hex build: Crowd Control, Undying, Retribution, and Ruin. Retribution allows you to see auras every now and then if your totems get cleansed and be able to get downs. Crowd Control is an excellent chase perk that blocks windows for survivors during chases. Ruin is for slowdown, and Undying is for support.
