But Quentin didn't even look sleepy he just looked...weird and unnatural. People keep saying he looked tired but he didn't he just looked old. New Quentin still doesn't look like Quentin but the actor decided that not us.
I'm not really arguing. I'm agreeing that sure, she could use a touch up, but I don't trust them not to over correct.

She doesn't need to be generically pretty just look like she does in SH3. She looks like a 40 year old tweaker cosplaying Cheryl :/ Cheryl looked worn down and still like a 17 year old in SH3, here (Which is supposed to be only months after the events of SH3) she looks like shes age'd decades and gotten a whole new face. Every other character besides Quintin got true to media adaptions but Cheryl doesn't because "Shes a burn out."?
I'm gonna just say I agree with Laluzi above. Sure she could use a touch up.
Like Quentin needed one.
I just extremely doubt they would do that and not erase what makes Cheryl, Cheryl.
Like with what happened to Quentin.

This post really isn't any different than your other. I mean I could just copy and paste my response from that one and put it here with minor adjustments.
Was it really necessary to make two posts?

Balance is an issue because killer perks tend to rely heavily on criteria and/or rng and/or timers. Survivor perks tend to be more flat buffs, at will activates, and in general fully on the survivor to manage. This makes survivor perks reliably strong and killer perks wildly unpredictable or weak and unimpressive.
What makes the game usually worth it for killer is when their build comes together. When a build goes off its incredibly fun, but this can be very rare. This doesnt mean most games are 0k. It means they are slogged out 0-3k games with 1-4 perks disabled that was mostly spent running the same loops over and over and over with a hundred little stuns and slowdowns in-between if you played anyone but the s tier killers.
This is why those same perks popping up causes so much frustration. It's not because they are particularly op. It's that they are reliable and strong perks that extend what can get very tedious very quickly. You running in circles. After my fourth or fifth game I usually start bailing once I see the survivors run and crouch at the pallet. It literally just... bores the ######### out of me, and if it's after 3pm I'm not getting a survivor game in under five minutes.
It's really not a matter of "survivor perks op killer impossible". That's just how people say it because it's the internet and outrage/exaggerations are all the rage. The truth is playing killer can get quite boring regardless if you get the 3k or 4k. Especially when you get back to back games where survivors play the exact same way with the exact perks.
This also isn't them vs us. No matter how much easier that makes a counter argument. I'm answering the spirit of the question as best as I see it. I'm genuinely not throwing shade on anyone. The question was directed at killers about survivor perks. So that is what I answered.

Every camping solution is automatically worse then just removing camping. This is because camping is an intended play, not an exploit.
If behaviour didn't want camping, getting hooked would remove you grom the map as a time out. If rescues were supposed to be garunteed safe the unhooked survivor would teleport away after being saved.
As it stands, playing smart already makes it so a hard camper can't get more than 1k without noed. Just scope the area and if it's a camp job just go do gens. People only do it because it works. Make it not work.

The other licensed survivors seem to be doing okay, stop defending bad work with nonsense.
Cheryl is supposed to look worn down tho. She isn't a happy peppy cheerleader shes a burntout kid who can't sleep because of nightmares that are slowly creeping into her waking life.
Taking that away from her to make her genericly pretty kinda throws out a good chunk of what makes Cheryl such a beloved character.

Eh. If you want to get philosophical, I don't believe that acts become unassailable solely through the spirit that they were done in. Usually, yes, and kindness tends to propagate itself. But if I give somebody $50, and they use that money to... I don't know, buy rat poison and slip that in someone's coffee, then that wasn't worth it even if I had the best of intentions and I'm not at fault for what happened. On the less extreme end, if I give someone who turns out to be a toxic player a chill game in DBD, and they use that easy victory to fellate themselves about how brilliant and awesome they are and how hilarious it is to make killers eat #########, that's not a good outcome either, because I'm enabling something I don't approve of, which will then spread further. I'd rather take that than the rat poison, but either situation, I'd rather undo.
Or maybe that's just a petty justification. Maybe I just don't like it when I give somebody $50 and they say "haha, sucker" and speed off with the money. I do think that both of these things are true, but are they really? I can only prove the one that hinges on what I feel. And is it worth it? I think that's the answer most people will give you about anything they still do, because they've already justified it one way or the other. I typically get what I want out of it and nobody suffers for it, so I think it's worth it.
Still, we're talking about kills and escapes in a party game here, before we get too deep about this.
I can say this much; in my subjective opinion of what's objectively right, I think that it's paradoxically better for me to win on my own means and then visibly spare the survivors than it is for the survivors to escape somewhat more organically in a match I play subdued in. It's a better and more meaningful victory for the other players in the latter scenario, but it also tends to leave people without much thought on the match, and it's other matches that will stick with you. If you have a fair game but lose, and then get put back on your feet and spend the next few minutes bartending or playing carnival games or table dancing or headbanging at a fire barrel, and everyone leaves with 25k+ points... some players are going to be toxic no matter what. And some players just want to play the game with no frills, and they won't appreciate that either. But I think for most players, it's refreshing to have some genuine friendliness in this game every once in a while, and that's something that I hope might stick with people who are getting more jaded and frustrated after strings of unenjoyable and perceivably mean-spirited matches in this game.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2712730#Comment_2712730
Kill them with kindness! ...Oh, wait.
I mean it much more simpler that that. Nothing to deep, but that's not always a bad thing.
If you want to give survivor hatch because you just want them to have a good night it's worth it. If they don't appreciate it that's a shame, but that's not on you. If you do it for other reasons? Maybe it will be maybe it won't. That's all I meant honestly.
Doing something because you just genuinely want someone to smile is worth it, even if you fail. It's not always easy, and won't always be appreciated, but I still think it's good whenever someone tries. That's why being nice is always worth it. That's all. Nothing more or less : )

I think I am nice because it makes me feel good. I like the powerful feeling of holding the survivors lives in my hands and choosing who lives and who dies. I try to be nice about it but still.
Hehe well that's not being nice then. You're doing it for you, not for them.
You want a stranger you can't truly communicate with to return an emotion that is best demonstrated in body language. It'll always be a little hollow, I don't think it's worth it in your case. Just play how you want as long as you don't cheat or use the seizure macro.

If you do something out of genuine kindness and get spited for it - at some point, whether the fuse is short or very long, bitterness will win out and something will give.
Whether it was ever a Mother Theresa sort of thing... nah. I don't think much in the world genuinely is. Most people are charitable because it makes them feel good. The bottom line is that I have more fun playing DBD for 8 hooks and letting people go, because I like winning as much as anyone, but I've always been the kind of person that wants to play games with people, not against them, and I feel more rewarded goofing off with survivors at the end than I do from a 4k. Outplaying someone at a loop is fun, but negotiating with a survivor through gestures or standing cloaked in front of a generator while someone confusedly probes at the unreachable surface is hilarious. I want to react to weird stuff as it happens and I want other people to feel like they are having fun with me; I do not want to be a bad teammate and I do not want to be a pincushion or an immovable spiked wall of doom when I'm the opponent. (This applies when I'm playing survivor, too - if I ever have a game where there's one gen left and the killer still has 0 or 1 hooks, I drop everything to run at the killer and let them hook me. If things are still going badly or my teammates are being asshats at the gates, I offer myself as a free kill.) So I define my win condition as the point where I could have killed everyone (8 hooks + 1 more down on everyone, or 5 stacks of Devour) and typically wing it from there, but it's a self-rewarding mindset in the end and always has been. It's just that my way of being self-serving isn't one of the types that detracts from my environment, so nobody really cares if I do it. MMR unfortunately put a wrench in that and I routinely have to kill everyone to keep myself out of the kiddie pool, which does negatively affect players, but that means I can definitively say that I enjoy doing that way less than being nice.
That said, it's hard to feel like it was worth it when people sneer at me and mistake empathy for stupidity. And that has happened to me a lot. Past the fuse. Again, I want people to have fun with me, not at me or at my expense. In those cases, I just want to go back and rescind the slack I gave them, because they clearly didn't deserve it and I don't want to enable their attitudes - but I can't do that. What I can do is proactively prevent that from happening by making it crystal clear what my intentions are. If they want to BM me, they have to beat me through their own merits, not by me giving them enough rope to hang me with.
I still play very nicely - survivor rulebook, no camping and tunneling, let people go if I catch them off hook, let teams reset if they fall apart too early, ask to farm after early DCs. (I recently found my cumulative stats and I've got 34 deep wound downs across 2k hours - and that's including my Legion games. Virtually all of my basement parties came from attempting to do the tome 1 challenge.) I play solo and I know how it feels to have an AFK teammate, or a farming Meghead, or have games where it feels like you can't get away or do anything at all, or have stupid teammates feed the killer and you get moried for it. I genuinely want to avoid causing those things because I don't think they're fun. But when I go for the 8-hook, I've found it's more personally satisfying to let people know I'm choosing to be friendly than to hope that they're decent sports, because this community doesn't have a lot of decent sports.
In the end, I'm happy and everyone's happy, and I think it does genuinely lighten up the environment around these parts, so I can't say anything's wrong with this arrangement even if it does sound rather cutthroat to say "I'm going to BEAT THEM INTO SUBMISSION so they can be my friends." But there's no point in denying that I do it for my own sake as well.
The question was is it worth it though. I believe that doing good for goodness sake is always worth it. All the other reasons I listed may or may not be worth it, but kindness because you believe it to be right is always worth it. Just not always easy.
-
I'm hearing yes.
-
True kindness is done because you felt it was the right thing to do regardless of the reaction.
So the real question is why are you choosing to do what your doing. Are you doing it because you believe it's the right thing to do? Are you doing it for external validation? Are you doing it in hopes of exerting influence? Are you doing it out of fear of repercussions?
I'm being serious and none of those are meant insulting or condescendinly. Whether your decision matters depends on the genuine reason.
If you're reason is that you believe it's the right thing to do then yes it does and always will. If it's for the others that's more complicated. And will genuinely be on a group by group basis.

For real! I once had a game were I hooked one survivor and then skirmished and traded hooks with the others for several minutes, until the last hook didn't proc, because there was no gen to regress anymore. The game ended with a 4K and they barely got 2 gens finished.
I had a match on The Game where I ended up with a 3k at 4 gens because at no point did the survivors think I wouldn't tunnel. So they'd unhook and go to pick up the third downed person while the unhooked would run away.
They were always so sure I was gonna tunnel they would squat on the other side of the wall without iron will and seemed genuinely shocked when five seconds later I'd be knocking them around.
I let the poor Feng that wasn't an idiot go I felt so damm bad for her. Just non stop screaming from her all match.
-
I am genuinely wondering how they will get nerfed. I don't want them to be, but I feel like they will.
Pain resonance aggressively punishes survivors who refuse to think. Survivors will try and crowd hook not realizing that hooking you all one at a time basically will destroy the last 10 minutes of your game. Yet I have had two or three survivors not grasp this. Constantly.
Its great because since they are so expectant of you to tunnel they will essentially set themselves up for getting three hooks in a row screwing over their poor fourth teammate watching 45% of their gen blow up literally in their face. Then when you continue to not tunnel they push harder and harder to get you to tunnel to try to avoid the gen carnage slowing their own progress down.
Thantaphobia gets great value here as once again the poor sob trying to get gens done is now going much slower and having 15% explosions in their face.
-
I genuinely do not care if a survior uses BT to bodyblock in and of itself. What pisses me off is when they are clearly doing it yet piss and cry about how they were tunneled or slugged.
If you want to take agro from the killer have fun. Just stop crying at the inevitable conclusion. Especially when they try and blind me only to fail and get downed again anyway because lightborne.
-
I saw that comment to and had the same thought. That's the mindset of the player who throws entire games over and over then blames everything but themselves.
In soloq there are times when self preservation comes first such as when people donate blood to Bubba but you can't start a match thinking that way.
I don't think that mindset is as ubiquitous as those player try to delude us into thinking either. It seems like just something they constantly say to push for buffs to survivor instead of learning how to actually play the role without discord.
I'm constantly told how every survivor is a potatoe and every killer is a face camper at low mmr but by not going in with that attitude and seing every match as a new match I've found a lot of success. A lot of failure as well, but that was the last match. This is a new one.

The perk slot is the cost to HAVE DS, thats not the same as the opportunity cost to specifically use it for body blocking.
Also, as I said in another comment, even if it wasn't made base line I still believe it should activate on both hooks considering all of the (rightful) restrictions placed on it.
Yeah. Its also the cost I'm referring to. I do not know how much clearer I can get on this. I'm not talking about an oppertunity cost. At all.
Pay the perk piper and put the perk to a particular purpose of personal preference.
If unhooking was supposed to be safe and if you were supposed to have two chances getting unhooked would teleport the survivor away or getting hooked would result in the survivor being pulled from the map for a time out. Thats why this, and every other suggestion, doesn't work. It's not an exploit or cheating or being toxic, it's part of the design.
No perk being made base kit will change this, because tunneling is a valid option. No matter how much you don't like it, because if it wasn't the devs could make it a non issue.
Either ask the devs to change the core mechanics of hooking, or tell survivors to make better choices. Those are the valid options.
Make blank basekit doesn't work. Give ds double uses doesnt work.

"DS will be used for body blocking"
"Okay, so what if survivors lose collision so they can't body block you when they have DS"
"I NEVER MENTIONED COLLISION."
Good argument. But can't have it both ways, you can't say "Survivors can body block, but for a cost" and then turn around say body blocking would become a problem. The cost of a survivor body blocking with DS is they get downed and slugged for 60 seconds to bypass DS. And because you, as a killer, know EVERY survivor has a DS EVERY TIME they get unhooked, you know how to play accordingly. And if you say they'll use the free BT/DS to body block and still not go down, please refer to my response where survivors with BT lose collision.
Also, I did respond to you, I just didn't link you in the post where I did because I used someones more recent reply which covered the same stuff. My bad I suppose.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2709125#Comment_2709125
I edited the main post to clarify, but yes I was suggesting that ruin regression be base line only but a killer physically still has to go damage the generator unless they have a perk like jolt, eruption, or pain resonance that starts regression remotely. Where the only difference with the hex is that the hex does it automatically. Ultimately the change is meant to have more back and forth possible between survivors and killers over the main objective. Without straight up making the generators a grueling, long slog, and rewarding killers more appropriately for generating pressure. Currently you strictly need a gen regression perk for anything meaningful, which results in a system that its always the wrong decision to damage a generator without them. A poorly designed system indeed.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2709030#Comment_2709030
I'm not considering the worst possible situation, because such a situation is an outlier and not indicative of normal or average gameplay. To me, worst case scenario is that a few more slugs with DS make it out the exit gate, but if you aren't killing people before the gates are open thats sort of on you making poor macro decisions for the entire game up until then and thats okay that just means there are things to get better at.
The cost would be having to use a perk slot. It's not having it both ways. Double ds basekit is without cost. Single ds with perk slot is.
Your entire suggestion is still far worse then just teleport the survivor away. That's my point.
And yeah, if I decided to reply to this hours later via someone else's post then acted condescending about it I doubt you wouldn't see it as my bad.
If you have nothing else to say I'm happily finished with this.

I said this because someone that has a fresh DS would have BT because they were just unhooked. Now if you would prefer that an unhooked survivor loses collision PERIOD, then I could agree with that. There was a bug awhile ago where the unhooking survivor merged hitboxes with the hooked so it was impossible to get a hit on the unhook because it would just get eaten by the hooked survivor.
Furthermore I responded to the ghostface/myers criticism by saying I would be open to more discussion for events that cause loss of collision to prevent body blocking from becoming a problem, but specifically suggested those killers because their mechanics counter the mechanic (body blocking) that you brought up.
It would behoove you both read and increase your context clue dissection.
I never brought up collision, I said all DS would be used for is to bodyblock, and it would be because it is now. DS lasts longer than Borrowed Time afterall. I never argued removing collision.
If you had actually responded to me without me having to make a new post I would have argued at that point why not just have the survivor run off playing the sonic invincibility music instead of either of your suggestions. It'd be better. Hell just have the survivor teleport away. Still better than double ds, but that would have required you replying.

I wasn't claiming that people can't have debate. Of course you can debate.
But Pulsar_Pain's response (and the typical response of many others on this forum) is not how you debate. They're laughing at OP right now for ever considering the idea, and have posted in this thread just to mic-drop a one-liner.
It seems Benihime has already settled on a solution to body blocking, so they've provided you with a way to solve your problem. I don't agree with Benihime's solution (I don't actually think body blocking is an inherent problem), but if you disagree with Benihime it becomes your responsibility to challenge a solution they seem content with.
Pulsar wasn't adding to the conversation. Benihime was. Thats the difference.
You seem to have missed my point. I don't care what pulsar said. I pointed out op refused to directly make an argument, and is now hilariously try to argue points I never made but other people did, and it's apperently my fault because I'm supposed to be constantly checking this one thread to see if they indirectly addressed something I said.
Your argument is "BUT PULSAR SAID THIS!"
I dont care what pulsar said. I care what op did, and it doesn't help your point.

Why are you taking this singular suggestion out of context, and acting as if BenihimeWrath didn't also make this post claiming that Corrupt Intervention and Ruin should be basekit?
Edit: [Rant Redacted]
Okay but what if you do that and the result is the person just stops responding because they don't like that they can't argue it. I said that ds would just become a bodyblock perk and the answer was "well make Borrowed Timen unable to be used with bodyblocking, or just play Myers and Ghostface."
When I and another person argued those aren't answers.... dead silence.
That's my pet peeve as it were. I either get repeated replies that have nothing to do with what I said or sandbagged.
-
They really just need to fix the way they break certain Killer powers like victor and Ghostface. Aside from that the only change I'd want outside of aesthetics is giving killers a 50%, maximum, cooldown on breaking it. Doesn't even need to hurt the survivor due to the frequency survivors cock up jumping in them.
-
A survivor needs to actively try to waste their time with boons, especially CoH. Booning in the killers tr is usually a good way to get hit and have your boon snuffed.
However with CoH using the slightest amount of energy to think garuntees its usefulness. Since killers will usually not go out of their way to grab it since that will be a waste of time and survivors will inevitably lead you to it and likely other survivors.
Everything else is usually just hyperbole. Survivors sacrifice nothing by blessing totems, and stand to gain if it's CoH.
Look passed the essay length anger threads about how monumentally difficult using/playing against boon totems is and you'll likely see the same message.
"CoH should probably have a cap on the healing bonus."
And little else.

Just make it so that as long as survivors have BT they cannot body block.
Alternatively, you could play more Myers or Ghostface that lose collision while stalking.
Survivors should be able to bodyblock with it. Just not for free.
Also by that logic all killer problems are fixed by saying "just play nurse or blight". If your solution is to ignore all but two killers it's not a solution.

Thats fine, I also think DS should activate twice now, once on each hook to solidify its place as an anti-tunnel mechanic.
Conversely I think you're both wrong and would quit as it would make both ques irritating.
Also DS going off twice would solidify it as a bodyblock perk as that's what survivors use it for if you don't tunnel off hook.

Itd be nice to say the least, especially on the swamp map where they can all end up the hooks in the damn corners. All of them.

I think what @Kaitsja is trying to say is that being tunneled-off-hook until you are dead, prevents you from actually playing a game you bought. DS gives you 5 measly seconds, basically Sprint Burst + 2 seconds. Here is how tunneling-off-hook looks.
- You get to loop, use your exhaustion perk, use your hit-speed-burst.
- You get DS. You might get BT. You don't get your exhaustion perk unless you have DH or SB. You don't get your hit-speed-burst. You may get to loop if you are lucky enough to be close. If you aren't running DS, DH or SB, then your 2nd "life" has been removed.
- You might get BT. You don't get DS. You don't get your exhaustion perk unless it's DH or SB. You don't get your hit-speed-burst. You don't get to loop. Your entire 3rd "life" has been removed.
If you aren't running the meta perks, DS, DH or SB, or your teammate isn't running BT, then your game is over after the 1st chase.
Any other game you play has deterrents to camping, because it's miserable gameplay. You have safe zones, random spawns, etc. DBD needs to go back to game-design 101.
Well, most fps games can involve a lot of walking to an objective to get sniped from the other end of the map with a knife. Would you consider it playing the game you bought if every time you got downed there was 30-45 seconds of running back to the trial.
Also many of those other games play extremely different that dbd. The only way to change this would be to scrap the entire game and make a new one. Especially since, as I've said in other threads, the frequency of someone being called a camper/tunneler/swf/hacker when they aren't is much higher than you think.
You'd have to build the game around protecting players from making bad plays, and I garuntee they'd still happen, and they still be blamed on camping/tunneling/swf/hacker.
-
@Kaitsja said:
There isn't a perk out there that hard counters tunneling. Perks like BT and DS act as deterrants. They exist to deter the killer from tunneling, but they don't stop the killer from doing so. Sure, it's a monumental waste of their time but you aren't getting to do anything else but be chased which is kind of boring.
Problem is at this point everything seems to be boring for survivor on these forums. Getting chased is boring. Sitting on gens is boring. Doing bones is boring. Everything is boring. Everything is boring.
Unless the killer takes it upon themselves to not play to enjoy a game but play to make sure you enjoy the game Everything is boring. Everything is boring.
Its like the forums/reddit want killer players to be the DM but forget most people only tolerate being DM because it means they get to tell a story. In DbD that usually just means getting repeatedly stunned for the survivors amusement.
Otherwise everything is boring.
Everything is boring.

Yeah but that only helps on certain killers. Plus they don't go past the 8k limit since they're applied while tallying up what you got.
Even if you only get 1 extra bp from using it that is still more than what you'd get by not taking anything. Considering most offering aren't really that useful aside from map and addon protection most people seem to choose nothing instead of something.

Obvious swf are usually there to meme, so yes. Otherwise I don't care enough. Same reason I dodge any match with ttv or YT. Those matches are usually irritating slogs as the survivor tries to increase views or make scenes for their sizzle reels. This goes for playing survivor or killer.
-
Only if my teammates are jerks. Not bad mind you, just jerks. Potatoes can be cute when they try and I find most of them do.
-
I'd rather make basement hooks always visible as a kinda of true north than a mini map.

I used to hate midwich for both but I love it now. It stresses the importance of teamwork. Sure you can survive easy enough doing gens but once that final bell rings you're going to miss them when they're gone. I hope they never touch that map.
Also Clowns bottles work well there.

"The way people perceive it" isn't a good argument. These actions have meanings ascribed to them and the meanings are the reason people do them - the point is to aggravate the other player. Flashlight clicking is endemic to DBD, but tbags have a common meaning across game culture and it is unanimously a taunt. I've said this a lot, but "you're just perceiving it as aggressive" is the same logic that a middle finger doesn't mean anything unless you let it mean something because it's a hand gesture, and you shouldn't get peeved over "your mom should have gotten an abortion" because it's just mouth noises. Tbagging is a language. When your injured teammate walks up to you and tbags, they're asking for a heal, not communicating the location of the killer via Morse Code or expressing their feelings about the map. If you spawn next to another survivor at the start of the game and they tbag, they're saying hello, not asking you to follow them or telling you you suck. And you know this because you've been exposed to this before and it has a standard meaning in DBD. Likewise, survivors tbagging at pallets or the gates aren't saying "hey, great game, you played well!" or "if I vibrate hard enough, I believe I can achieve flight". They're taunting you.
So yeah. It's not the gesture I'm angry at, it's that the other player is being rude to me for no reason, and they want me to know that they're being rude to me.
I actually do think this game turns people toxic because of pent-up frustration with the other players, as well as some osmotic learning on the survivor side; you quickly learn that tbagging at the gates and yelling at the killer over X, Y, and Z is just what people do. I dunno, I browse the forum and Reddit often and practically the most common kind of post is people expressing how much they've come to hate the other side because of how they're treated in game.

I mean, it'd be even better if people just didn't do that and I wasn't faced with the choice of either wasting two minutes or vindicating a bunch of gloating children every single killer match I neither 4k nor farm in.
I also don't really see the differentiation between immature and toxic in this case? Toxic to me is acting specifically to try and aggravate other players, with no gameplay benefit or any gameplay benefit being a secondary goal to making the other players mad. It's often immature, but it doesn't make it any less toxic in and of itself. Unless we just have different definitions of toxic, which is quite possible.
I'm sorry this is long.
To respond to the first paragraph I'm not sure the word, perspective I think. It's not that I'm saying that what they are doing is ultimately okay or isn't pointlessly aggrevating. It's more that I realize that no matter what there will always be things that irritates others.
The thing is everyone has different scales of what they consider irritating, annoying or offensive. Humming is nothing to one person but nails on a chalkboard to another. You can't expect everyone to fall in line with your expectations, and ultimately you have to develop ways to deal.
Yes it'd be nice if people were more understanding and considerate, but in reality the same can be said about oneself. Unless you never leave the house I garuntee plenty of people do this with you everyday. It's not that your a bad person, it's just what dealing with others is like. You have to learn to ignore certain things so that if someone does go to far it means something when you speak up.
The people in the video didn't go clicky clicky because they are heartless soulless demons from the darkest ichor filled hole in Hel. They are likely immature and are either looking for attention or are the kids who keep making fart noises with their armpits and blame their mom while giggling.
Which leads into your second paragraph. The short is... stuff that happened to me in my past has given me a very different scale. It is hard for me to use a word like toxic on something like clicking a flashlight when it can also mean child abuse.
Its also a problem for me as I find more and more it's just become "I spouted off offensive language or was openly abusive but its not my fault. You were toxic." Just blame shifting for one's own actions and inability to self moderate. The person wasn't toxic, you(not Laluzi you) just didn't want to be an adult.
I find this stuff annoying and wish people wouldn't do it either. I just get that they are doing it less because they are horrid monsters and more because they're just stupid kids you gotta learn to tune out.
Stupid, stupid kids.

More childish and immature than toxic.
Next time just ignore them. As in don't go near the exit gates. Once the match is over I usually just alt tab to a show for a few minutes and wait them out. They can waste their time like the kids they are.

That moron would have said that if you had 4k too. It's just BM bullcrap that's typical from survivors. They expect to win these days.
If they do, they call you trash. If they don't they call you trash.
Turn off the chat and facecamp some games using NOED. You'll have more fun. Make it about you. And only you. Tunnel the hell out of 1 person each game you play to better your odds.
Th3n watch them cry at the end. The typical concenses is only survivors are allowed to be toxic. You do it, and sit back with some popcorn and enjoy yourself.
Switch it up. Screw em.
No, don't do that.

We just need a bit of clarification on what you mean by auto pull. It's not a big deal I'm just wondering if you mean rubber banding, you moving around due to lag, or validation, you getting a hit confirmation but the survivor is unaffected.
Either case the answer is you're screwed. So I hope those aren't what you're talking about.

Survivors have no way to combat Face-Camping except with Borrowed Time. Survivors have to way to combat Tunneling-off-Hook except with Decisive Strike. There's some tools Survivors have against Slugging, but Borrowed Time helps against that tactic.
Sure those perks can be used other ways, but if you got rid of them, then there's literally no counter for Face-Camping and Tunneling-off-Hook.
However, I guarantee if the Developers gave survivors tools to deal with Tunneling-off-hook and Face-Camping, you would see a lot less DS and BT.
And I'm saying the only way that will happen is if the solutions is to literally stop the killer from physically coming within 50 meters of a hook and any survivor running their ass raw to it.

where did that goalpost go? I just saw it.
