It is decent at best, it only works when a generator is below halfway so it's meh. I think it should build-up exhaustion under halfway and always pause exhaustion after halfway.
If you want to get better use out of it, try playing huntress with the venomous concoction addon.

It's hard to say without seeing a specific video example. There are so many things left out.
General rule of thumb is if you find somebody too difficult to catch, find somebody else who's weaker so you can start getting some pressure in the game.
@FrenziedRoach said:
This is why I said we needed specific examples - because indeed there are certain loops that are just strong. All you can do is force a direction that is better for you and play it out.
Some may appear to be strong, but there may be a counterplay you hadn't considered. Like I said - it's hard to say without seeing the specific circumstances you were in.
In my example, just imagine me as Oni chasing someone in a short wall jungle gym clockwise at first, but as they vault the window I force them to go counter-clockwise and we continue the looping process. I know doing this opens up the opportunity for mind games, but against someone who knows how to loop this tile correctly and also knows how to peek, you are screwed no matter what as killer.
As I said, this is an example of a match where everyone knows how to loop and there is no weak link. It is uncommon, yes but it still does happen.

I mean one of the first things about DBD you kinda gotta learn is that it's not a fair game. You can do everything almost perfectly and still lose to people making mistake after mistake. This is especially true if you are playing Killer or Solo Survivor.
Yeah ik, I was just confused on this specific topic.

This post is proof killer queues would get shorter if they permanently removed bloodlust today.
I say this an awful lot on these forums, but I'm a Wraith main. When I'm not playing hit and run it's hard not to get looped hard. It really depends on the survivor and their patterns. Sometimes the best thing to do is instead of trying to get the hit, force the pallet. Some survivors are gonna be better than you and you're definitely being outplayed. You either have to leave them and hope to catch them on a weaker tile or ignore them till they are the final survivor.
The most I get out of that interaction is the pallet, but that is the best outcome of that situation I could ever hope for (I don't get a hit) and there are loads of other pallets I have to deal with that could be just as strong.

It is great, but just not as good as the meta perks.

"Excited" is not the word I would use to describe the upcoming mmr system.
"Concerned" is the word I would be using.

Finally, my Nurse and Pyramid Head games won't be filled with rank 10 solos whilst my Wraith games are facing 4man ds/ub/pt/dh squads.
Finally, my teammates won't be yellow ranks.
All assuming it does something, because it physically cannot be worse than current.
where are you getting all these cute animal pics lol

The game, or the game?
-
It is not good to use feral frenzy when crossing the map. It is used whenever you see healthy survivors to keep them injured. His power is not worthless, he just needs more lethality to it.
-
The killers who are literally designed to be good at what survivor players have hated since the beginning (for a pretty good reason), tunneling, camping, and slugging. The twins, killers who somehow made it into the game with that design (gameplay-wise). I don't understand, people have despised that since the beginning and the killers who were good at ONLY that still made it into the game.
-
I dislike playing against Spirit the most.
-
As a guy without a job, I can agree.
-
Not if they let you, you are only punishing them for being out of position.
-
Because kids seeing the word "porn" will corrupt their minds and ruin their lives right? It is an 18+ game btw.
-
Surge is more situational though. You need to down a survivor with a basic attack and be close to generators for it to work. This makes it hard for killers such as nurse or huntress to get use out of it. It also doesn't work with billy or bubba's chainsaw, same for Oni's demon strike. It only works with basic attacks.
The effect of ruin is far more powerful than the effect of surge and if it lasts even for 3 minutes, it will do far more than surge could in a match.
Surge is more consistent than ruin though, but it is not better than ruin.

@HuDawg said:
This is a bad idea because this will encourage tunneling more so thats a no
That would happen and already does happen regardless.
-
Like other killers, the concept for a good killer is there but not expanded upon and executed poorly. He has a cool power that has the possibility to be more unique from plague and huntress, but it is just weak and too similar at the moment. As for his looks, I personally don't have a problem with it.
-
Not exactly mad, just disappointed and slightly frusturated.

I like it because i'm pretty aware of what's going on at all times :)
Yeah, Claudettes self-caring in a corner for half the game. But I don't need perks to ensure that is what's going on to know that it is happening lol.

Try it for about 3 or 4 matches and please let me know how it went, i wanna know :)
It worked pretty well a few games, I still prefer my own build tho.
-
I think it is fine, but you bet I am still gonna try to win against the odds.

HSH on that picture looks like FISH

lmao, Jane is impressed by herself in the second picture.

Then why are you posting this?

So I'm not the only one who has experienced that lol

By applying too much pressure that it feels like the killer is always on you and targeting you on purpose
That's not tunneling though.

@CornHub said:
Why are the twins at the bottom?
Because they are best at doing what many hate which includes tunneling, camping, and slugging. It is shocking how badly designed they are.

you are gonna have to give us more context if you want to know for sure he was cheating

It extends chases like any other exhaustion perk but people hate it more for some reason
People don't like it because it is unconditional besides the survivor running it being injured. It is useable in any situation at a loop whereas an exhaustion perk like SB isn't ready all the time if the survivor is using it properly. When they run with SB, they pause the exhaustion timer. Lithe just needs a dropped pallet or window. Dead hard can be used as long as you are injured and all you have to do is press a button to gain distance or rectify a mistake. It is also unfair how you can literally go straight through a bear trap with it.
-
Now that is new
-
Fun perk and it has the most powerful hex effect, if you can get it to work before it is cleansed.

@KingFrost said:
Deja Vu is a good solo perk. It needs a slight buff, but Deja Vu will make it harder to get three gen'd. Would be nice if it showed the aura of the gens to your teammates too. That way they'd kind of know what you're doing.
I know it has a good use, but I always make sure we don't get 3 gen'd without it just fine. It does need a slight buff, but I am not sure what.

Try Kindred, Bond, Better together and Spine chill. It's a build based around information, the only thing you need when playing solo.
Cool, I'll try it out later today.
-
I have said this exact thing before lol and no one really saw it. I agree with this change because it is so annoying

Very true

Not against somebody using spine chill, which is probably most of us. Stealth is handy, but can be countered easily. Shapeshifting could have the same ability of shutting off terror radius and could even be made to deactivate spine chill for added effectiveness. The visual aspect of the power is only part of what could make it a good killer to go against.
But for spine chill all you have to do is look away when approaching a survivor on a generator or hiding.

I meant after the entity took them
I don't think they are all the same. Like, I don't think that doctor is manipulative or disgusting. They are all similar in the other traits tho.

Even without being in a swf her ambush doesn’t usually amount to much. Good thing she has her traps.
The ambush itself is, the stealth is what you are going to use most of the time and is actually pretty useful.

Already did. Shapeshifting wouldn’t be the only power. There are plenty of killers whose primary abilities don’t work against swf groups. That’s what add ons and perks are for. Shapeshifting doesn’t have to work long term to be effective. Even a couple of seconds can mess players up.
Well then he just has a part of his power that wouldn't work once a team figures it out. He is just missing out on a part of his power. Imagine if the Pig didn't have her ambush, she wouldn't be able to use a big part of her kit.

That just shows your lack of imagination.
Tell me some of your ideas for a shape-shifting killer that can work when discord exists instead of saying I lack imagination.

1) Never work? Why? It’s just coding. Killer takes the shape of the person they wound. How hard is it to change a skin? No harder than developing any other power I’d imagine.
2) I know the rationale behind why he is called that, and it doesn’t change that its a crap name for the character. Plenty of other people have given more appropriate titles for him.
SWF completely eliminates the possibility of a shape-shifting killer
-
That is exactly what I meant.
-
BHVR
-
That is actually a very interesting idea, it would be situational since he would have to have something to jump up on and would cause bugs. Imagine this on Haddonfield, it would help so much. Right now, I am unsure if this would be good to add or not, I can already think of loads of exploits he could do on autohaven.

So you tunnel the other three to make up for it.
How does one tunnel 3 separate survivors all at once?
-
Adrenaline, one of my favorite perks.
-
So are the actual waste of spaces, the empty ones. Like seriously? We don't even get shards or BPs?
-
The only reason I put him in C tier is because he has a ranged ability. He is definitely the lowest killer on C tier.
-
It is a good perk, but not really good (meta). It just has a bad reputation because it is not used often by mainly inexperienced survivors. And the way it is used by newer survivors is not the best or more efficient way to use it.
