Mandy said somewhere they'll send them out early next week

The words "Twins" and "weak" don't fit together

You know...I have a sneaking suspicion that it's going to be declared that Maurice IS The Dredge! He got sick of watching survivors tbag and mock killers in his area and decided to take things into his own hooves.
Has anyone seen them in the same room before?
This..
Afraid of the prime reward this month.. Just praying it's not a Maurice-Cosmetic for Dredge
-
Jumping between Ormond, Garden and Saloon. Quite happy tho cause usually I only land on Autohaven
-
Pulling the plug of my headphones and playing a silent match.. May Spinechill carry me
-
I actually expected that kind of Flashy to come with Haddies perk. Would've been optional fun.
But even without, you're right, facing / playing Dredge feels great and refreshing
-
A few hours ago you had none.. Be happy that you have three now

The DLC should be out on Steam in roughly 8 minutes.
Awesome, thank you :D

Ah, ok, thanks :)

What a day to be alive - I'm jealous :D

Not excited.. But still buying just to have it

200? 300? I lost track.. But definitely very much with more to come..

I use the Auric Cell charm because it makes the hook much, much more visible. A lot of times, when the hooks are theoretically within direct line of site, they blend into the environment. I've lost survivors off my shoulder because I had no idea there was a hook a few feet away. The environments lack contrast and are too dark. The Auric Cell charm helps a lot.
I used to use charms that went with the killers, but these days I'm more likely to use charms that increase hook visibility. If it bugs any of you guys, tell BHVR to show hook auras at all times, even when within direct line of sight. Otherwise, enjoy the infinite same-ness caused by poor UX.

I'd volunteer to switch with you.. I almost exclusively get Autohaven crap

I'd totally greenlight the removal of map offerings

It shortens the time between hitting the survivor and catching up. It’s also super good on Slinger, Clown, and Demo.

I doubt Sluzzy is creating an alt to troll Survivor mains, thougb Entity knows it's needed. Probably someone who read his recent NOED post and is trying to be clever
Nah, I didn't mean to imply that this might be Sluzzy - exactly what you said - the copy & paste thing

Wait.. don't tell me.. DON'T tell me..

That ginger witch and everything she .. contributed

Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey is an upcoming slasher film directed and written by Rhys Frake-Waterfield. It is based on and serves as a horror retelling of A. A.
I kinda hoped it was a joke xD

I don't hate those perks per se - I just hate that they work in two different ways.
While in SoloQ I agree that they're perfect anti tunnel perks, and used / needed for that - in SWFs they're mostly used to protect the unhooker which can lead to 5 / 6 health states to go through if you commit to that..
1) Unhooked person uses his BT to take a hit for the unhooker
2) Since he's not going anywhere he's / she's now trying to block your way and gives you a perfect timed DH
3) Still there cause he's got DS so he / she can afford a 3rd hit
Now's the choice to either pick up and eat the 5 seconds stun or risk the UB and go for the unhooker who's still close - which, of course would take three hits again, two if you're lucky.
Whatever you decide to do, you're still called either a tunneler or slugger.. Sometimes even camper, lol
Point 1 is usually the part where I drop the chase and look for the remaining two.. Rather lose that match than going through that odyssey

I didn't commit suicide from all the sweatiness, so.. yes
And a few p3 Killers also came around

It's the total number of points, so including those you earned with BBQ/WGLF and/or an offering.
So everyone who typed in the after match points because he / she forgot the visual bug regarding BBQ/WGLF is screwed on this? Or is it ok to just run 7 new surveys afterwards?
-
I first wrote the after match points for the first 5 and for the last 2 i added the BBQ manually..
Just did another 7 today with all points added together and just pray that it's fine to hand in more than 7 and they just pick the "newest" of'em

Sry maybe my english was bad. Its not on discount, its shards only. I think its from an old tome. Only way to buy it is through shards
Your english was totally fine..
I think it's already in there for some time and I GUESS it's there to stay. I can't imagine that they take it out, considering that one outfit of Feng, you can only buy with shards, is already in store for an eternity
-
Legion - Huntress - Bubba
-
By the time you clicked ready, you gotta be ready - there is nothing "unfair" to hook/kill that afk survivor - if an "emergency" forces you to leave the PC you can still afford the second to press alt+f4
-
You don't need to rise in MMR. You can lose 50 games in a row and still get matched with those
-
Ah, nice, after reading the post above with the 300 hours for one char I figured way more. That's actually quite affordable - thank you :D
-
Since I bought everything for money - how many iri shards does one character cost?

I just played a match where I got around 27,500 BP as killer and at the result screen, my total was 55k with BBQ. Is this just a visual bug? Or does Bloodhunt not stack with BBQ?
So, I watched it last match.
Started with 297814 BP and ended with 399607 BP which was a gain of 101793 BP
I achieved 31321 BP in that match and my matchbonus showed 70472 - those two together equals exactly the gain which leads to the assumption that everything works fine but it just doesn't show the total amount in the match details

Perhaps. I think that is something that can equally benefit both sides. Though tbh, if a Survivor gets their Trap off on the first search, it doesn't make a huge difference when they get it off unless they take a long time without either searching a box or doing a gen.
I remember our discussion a few days ago - I guess we're both happy now :D
-
I just saw the No Mither challenge.. Now that's gonna be fun in SoloQ
-
I don't carry them.. If I show mercy - look for it yourself, I'll have a cigarette break in the meantime.. So nothing really changes for me
-
As Solo Survivor they're usually a death sentence so I only bring them in SWF.
As Killer all the time.
-
I'd be already satisfied if Map-Offerings were denied for SWFs tbh

- Prove Thyself:Increases your Repair speed by +15 % for each other Survivor
- within 4 metres of your location, up to a maximum of +45 %.
- This effect is also applied to all other Survivors within that range.
- Grants 50/75/100 % bonus Bloodpoints for Co-operative actions.
Literally says Increases your repair speed by +15%
What does the 3rd line say? "This effect is also applied to all other Survivors within that range."

What if that last survivor is my last BBQ stack? I cant hook them since I have to mori, so i dont get the stack?
Since they're changing the Meta what makes you certain that you'll still have to get BBQ Stacks at that point? Maybe they'll won't exist anymore. Maybe not even the hatch. Who knows that right now?
Considering the gameplay we have right now I'd add myself to the "I-don't-want this-Mori-change-Camp" but I'm open for some plot twists regarding this

Believe me. If it turns out that I am wrong and that they did just drop a second key, I will be very, VERY sad.
Without any doubt - total agreement from my side.. That being sad thanks for the talk and lets see how it'll turn out to be :)

If it's three bad boxes and two bad boxes, then yes that does hurt the Pig significantly. The reason I don't think that is what they actually did is that the patch notes don't say that there's an extra key in the one of the boxes. It only says that Survivors are guaranteed to find their key in four searches maximum. That to me strongly implies that they simply made it so after the fourth search, the Trap always comes off.
In that case it would make sense, yes. I just interpreted it the other way since it's not clearly written.. I'll hope you're right

"Doesn't the chance of 25% - 33,33% - 50% - 100% stay unchanged since box 4 and 5 share the same result?"
No, because you now have more boxes to choose from and have a higher chance of choosing the wrong box. When you have three bad boxes and one good box, the chance is 1 in 4 or 25%. When you have four bad boxes and one good box, the chance is 1 in 5 or 20%. Instead of 25% - 33.33% - 50% - 100%, it's now 20% - 25% - 33.33% - 100%.
To save a little time on doing the math, the chances of a Survivor having to search all four boxes has gone up from 25% to 40%.
"When you have four bad boxes and one good box..."
THAT is my question.. Is it really four bad boxes and one good box or is it three bad boxes and two good? Yet, again, my bad maths.. Wouldn't that change the calculation? Excuse me if I'm getting on your nerves but I really wanna understand that :)

The loss of pressure does not really change much unless you are actively trying to kill a Survivor with the RBT, which is not where its strength lies. Each wrong box adds an additional 12 seconds of searching plus whatever time is spent getting to a box (plus the extra possibility of getting caught in the open by the Pig). I'm not convinced saving enough time having to travel shorter distances to make up for having to search more boxes on average. If you think otherwise, I'd love to see the math backing that up.
1st) I won't do maths cause I can't - I'm just talking about my feeling about this
2nd) I wish I could have this conversation in german to properly explain why I have that feeling.. Still trying in english..
Survivors are guaranteed to find the key for their Reverse Beartrap at a maximum of 4 boxes searched (It can still be found sooner, but you will never need to search more than 4 boxes)
Mathematics have never been my strength but lets say that the key is in fact already in two of 5 boxes, which makes those two boxes still a 100% hit. Doesn't the chance of 25% - 33,33% - 50% - 100% stay unchanged since box 4 and 5 share the same result?

You're ignoring the fact that Survivors are more likely to have to search more boxes.
No, I don't ignore that. But I'm not convinced that it'll make up for the reduced travel time and the loss of the pressure when they have to go for the fourth box.
-
I see it as a clear nerf..
Apart from the already mentioned shorter ways from box to box I feel that it takes away the chance to pressure the last box since that Survivor now has the possibility to choose.
You could've simply just nerfed the stupid Video Tape instead of taking one of a few pressure moments of an already RNG based and "weak" killer

thats the issue with weapon design, nobody ever sees Pyramid Head hits and goes "that was unfair!" but you'll hear it infinitely more with Freddy, who's weapon visually appears infinitely shorter in comparison.
Point taken
