Can he get same treatment as Leatherface?
I would rather get camped than this kind of "chases".How about Leatherface gets the Hillybilly treatment?
It is completely crap that LF is slowed down during revving, because he can't really close the gap that way.
Not Billy needs to be nerfed, but LF needs to be buffed. -

I think, if you play her right with some of her perks, she currently already is a viable killer. She just requires practicing in mindgaming. Most mindgame talk is just a lame survivor excuse.
Something is broken and unfair for the killer -> "you need to mingame it"
It's like "if you get looped and the chase is to long, stop tunneling and switch target" = get looped by the next guy -
And she should be able to move while charging her power. :P
She is losing so much ground while activating her power.

I find it's bit weird, the only Wraith feedback thread I ever saw a community manager reply to, is the only one that praised the changes, while there are tons of threads that dislike the changes.
And this very thread is created by someone who is constantly telling everyone how great killer are, while most killer player see the game as seriously survivorsided. -

This is no where near the same.
Slugging is a tactical decision, tbagging is just the virtual middlefinger. -
Obsession doesn't mean necessary that the killer wants to kill that person ASAP.
It is his main concern… maybe he especially want this person to be his very last victim. And right now DS has no real downside anyway, so why not add a risk/reward thing to a survivor perk?

Ive already had countless Moris performed on me as Im running to leave because of this perk. Alot of these times I hadnt even been hooked. Why is there no criteria if youre killing someone out if the game. Its irritating and doesnt seem fair. Last I checked killers were complaining about D strike being op (just cuz u break free and get to run again).. does anyone really think that getting to one shot and instantly kill the obsession even if theyve never been hooked is fair? Shouldnt the obsession at least get to open the hatch without a key or something? obviously the killer will be guarding the gates so shouldnt the potential victim has some kind of way out? Doesnt seem fair to basically have a sealed fate of death. You cant even go to save a friend because camping killers will protect their hook and instakill the obsession. What are your thoughts?Devs changed Moris to the criteria of having been hooked at least once, because they wanted to give the survivor the change to at least play a certain length of time, before being eleminated from the match.
Rancor only triggers after ALL gens are done. So you already played for most of the match, so no, there is no need for anything more.
The perks i already not that strong. -
Actually this is not really off topic, because you claim to get 50k BPs as a killer literally every game and still 35k BPs as survivor.
And that's your main anchor point of why WGLF needs a buff compared to BBQ.
So I really would like to see that.On the other hand I still think that it is actually needed that killer gain more BP per match, since they a) are the only player that will play the whole game from start to end, no matter what and b) killer need to spent more BPs on add ons, since they lose them all the time and survivor can restock during matches and reuse items. (A lot of killer only perform well with add ons)
-
Serious… an add on that is reducing his uncloaked speed??
The benefit would have to be insanely strong to justify a speed debuff. -

Stop comparing WGLF and BBQ.
BBQ was changed to solve survivor issues and still survivor complain.
After WGLF got introduced the lobby waiting times for survivor skyrocketed, because to many player switched to survivor to farm BPs.
They needed to give killer a similar perk to balance things out.
And at the same time they gave BBQ the aura read to reduce camping by giving the killer a reason to actually leave the victim.
So no, BBQ is not more powerful than WGLF, because basically all it does is made to benefit the survivor.
Stop being greedy, survivor are already in charge of the game, no need to cater them even more.
They do not need as many bloodpoints as killer, since they can grab stuff during matches and can keep the same items for several matches while the killer always lose their stuff.Stop making assumptions. I'm not some "greedy survivor". I primarily play as a killer. Every now and again, I feel like playing as a survivor but lose motivation when it comes to how many bloodpoints I earn. As a killer, I earn 50,000 or more bloodpoints per match consistently (with survivor pudding it's typically 80,000 to 90,000). If it's less than that, it is usually because one or more survivors disconnected or the survivors were all just killed too quickly. Once in a blue moon, I have a terrible game and only hook 2 different survivors. And I still get around 30,000 blood points! You just can't help but get lots of bloodpoints as a killer running BBQ!
On the other hand, playing as a survivor is a total gambit for earning bloodpoints. Sure, sometimes I'll have those games where I run We're Gonna Live Forever and get 4 tokens and manage to escape or at least die last and make around 37,000 or so bloodpoints. Then sometimes you get those games where the killer stumbles across you first and you either get camped or your team mates farm you and you get under 5,000 blood points. From where I sit, the survivors assume 100% of the risk with 50% of the reward. I honestly don't know how my lobbies fill up reasonably fast.
Congrats, you are one of the very few outstanding killer in the game. Enjoy, but do not believe that to be the gameexperience of most killer.

Add Deerstalker or Nurse Calling, Sloppy Butcher or Thana.

Slugging is a legit tactic.
Some survivor only complain about it because it will shut down their beloved tactics and perks. -

There is not enough compensation for it, since their map revamp failed on several maps.

No other perk is near that rate.

And because some very few highly skilled killer playing one specific killer with that perk is the reason to gut this perk for all of them?
So tell me again, why did SC not get a nerf so far? Or DS, or SB?

I put buff in "..." , because I think these are things that should have been that way from the get go.
1. The ability to pick up downed survivor while they get healed (from awake survivor).
2. Exclude awake survivor from hitdetection. No more shielding from awake survivor.
3. His dream pull should be an interrupt and negate the ability to resume any action for a short amount of time and even after that time expired the transition should already sport a 25% actionspeed debuff.
4. Overall the chance to trigger skillchecks in the dreamworld should be reduced. And Self Care skillchecks should be even more rare, because even in dire need the human psyche is reluctant to self injury. -

I play both killer and survivor, so I'm not one-sided. But let's be honest: those things ruin the game and are just a way to make people more toxic. Infinite EW3 Myers with Mori, insta-hatchets with huntress, 4 blink with nurse, getting injured while disarming traps, pinky finger for clown. They all ruin games (one more than another).I like when those ultra-rare add-ons change the killers' playstyle: the Pig has that wallhack while crouched but loses traps while doing so. That's cool. Even the Doctor's one is cool since it can drive you crazy sometimes (not sure about giving random debuffs being a good thing tbh).
And moris. Good old ebony moris. Just tunnel every survivor and they'll fall one by one.
You nerfed BNP because it was way too strong, since a single guy could complete a gen in a few seconds. But why should killing everyone on first hook be good?
Don't know what to say about insta-heals. It's annoying but it didn't cause me any problem as a killer. But I don't care about it. Leave it or remove it.
"I play both….!" and than only complains about killer stuff… yea, totally legit. rolleyes
They nerfed BNPs because survivor objectives are done way faster than killer objectives (aka gen rush).
The goal of the many is way faster and easier to complete than the goal of the single player, that is completely unbalanced crap in an asymetrical game. -
So I was right, thanks.
The claim of 20 - 30 seconds was overexaggerating.
It was 10 seconds along with skillchecks made easier to make up for it. -

Gens became faster over time.
Skillchecks became easier, toolboxes got buffed…Generator repair times have already been increased once before. I think they only took 50 or 60 seconds for one survivor at first. Not sure about the numbers tho, but they upped the time to 80 seconds which is not enough right now. It was good at the time but it's time for another ''nerf'' I guess.
I highly doubt that they ever increased the gen time by 20-30 seconds.
No no, they actually did. I, of course, don't know the exact patch when they did it, but they did. I've been playing since beta and noticed a large difference when also playing survivor. However as you said, toolboxes and other stuff outbalanced that ''nerf'' and it got overshadowed basically.
Sorry to be a disbeliever, but without the patch notes I won't buy that.
Not by 20-30 seconds. That would be way to much. They would have got their office burned down by survivor player armed with torches and pitchforks for a 30 seconds gen time increase. No they wouldn't. I think it was around the Michael Myers Halloween patch. They probably didn't moan about it since that was the time they got DS and they had to moan about the machine gun build. Not sure if u know what build that was, but it basically stacked Save the Best for Last and Unrelenting (since both perks used to reduce successful and missed attack cooldowns) making the cooldown so fast that counting to 1 was a good cooldown assumption.
I am basically playing since that said Halloween DLC.
Still, I do not believe they ever increased gen time by 20+ seconds.
Prove me wrong if you can.

Gen rush is basically all survivor SPREAD OUT and do gens SEPERATE.
Because the killer can only interrupt one survivor at a time and survivor just need to follow a simple pattern:
Just take turns, anybody who is not chased is doing gens, healing is done by Self Care, only do save unhooks.
So you have 3 survivor doing objectives all the time, while one is wasting time looping.
Avoid diminishing returns in gen repair by doing gens separate until you need to push through the last one.Survivors version of camping... SUCKS DOESN'T IT!?
You are really desperate,huh?
This is nothing anywhere similar to camping, but nice try dude.1)Shuts down oppenents game regardless of skill (nothing you can do to stop it). 2) Takes no skill to do it itself. 3) no fun for either party, and gives ######### points. 4) both are neccecary in certain situations to counter behavior. 5) is s part of playing the game, but both have a name even though it’s a way of doing the objective. MUST I GO ON?!
Yea, please go on, because so far I haven't read anything valid. And I am dead serious about it.
1. Camping does not "shut down oppenents" game, because the remaining survivor can act free.
2. The killer at least needed to show skill to get that victim on the hook, so no, it is not comparable.
3. Depends, since most survivor will feed camper it will become action if they really try to rescue versus a camper and the killer can get a crapload of points from it.
4. Again, no. Because both might be "necessary" at some point, but one tactic is crippling the players game (killer) while for the other side it is the most efficient way to play.
5. And one sides objective is going so fast that is a serious balance issue. But, yea… totally the same thing. slowclap

No, you are right of course… everything is well balanced at the moment and any nerf to gen speed is totally biased killer crybaby mains.
3 gens done on the first hook is completely fine, right?
All these killer player that want to actually KILL someone are out of their mind.

And by "all" I mean of course "all survivor"... because "fun" is only for player that do not enjoy playing monster.
/sarcasmWhat EXACTLY do you want the survivors to do other than you KNOW the OBJECTIVE. 3 survivors on 3 generators while one fool is trying to catch someone isn't Gen Rushing it is the game. We have fewer and fewer 3-4 man generators anyway. Most are enclosed on 2 sides. Not a survivor main btw play both sides and i have fun. I'm just going to point out bs when i see it. Agreed, I would also like if it affect other actions like cleansing totems, searching chest, and opening exit doors with some tweeks to the numbers to make it balanced. This would be a bandaid fix to add more time for the killer while still barely effecting survivors when they're doing other objectives, albiet it's not much but still every bit helps.
How would you tweak that numbers?

Imagine all 4 survivor using DH and just to take turns to dash-stun killer after pick up.
Bodyblocking and tunneling would get out of control. Killer would ned to avoid spreading damage across the team at all cost and just tunnel the crap out of every survivor, while the rest would rush in to bodyblock to get a hit, to use the stun-dash. -

Or maybe give it a way to earn tokens (and start with 0, obviously)1 Token per tier of the perk.
With the option to finish healing with a medkit instead to save a token.
