You can manually delete the file. Go to the game directory -> content -> movies and delete the mp4 file.
Mind that when the next chapter drops, or if you for any reason verify file integrity of the game it will re-download the file and you need to delete it manually again.

Pallet Freddy is boring because it's either memorizing the whole map pallet distribution or pray that the pallet you're going to is real. Even as killer I find it boring because it removes interaction, you just spam pallets everywhere and wait for survivors to go to the wrong one.
Snares Freddy is fun though.

Yes. All 1 of them. Or 4 depending on your use of terminology
Deathslinger while being able to apply deep wounds cannot do so quickly, without suffering a 4 second stun each time.
Legions the deep wounds killer, for deathslinger it just feels like They hacked it on so that having your chain broken against a healthy survivor wasn't too much of a downside to make the stun almost worth it.
The Deathslinger might not be good as Legion in injuring many survivors, but he can get the first hit quite easily. If survivors are grouped up it's possible to injure many.
-
I think Iron Will is extremely better than Self Care. Not only it allows you to juke the killer while injured, but it lets you play normally without fearing that the killer might hear you, and most importantly without wasting 32-40 seconds in a corner with the risk of the killer finding you.
As for Urban Evasion and Spine Chill I agree, they can be great perks if used right and looking down on them is stupid.
-
It forces people to waste 12 seconds each time. Considering the characters inflicting it can do it easily, those 12 seconds stack quickly. That's not nothing.
-
Rather than buffing/nerfing her, I would make her a bit easier to play by adding visual aids to her power. With a charge bar to the power and something to tell how much time you have before fatigue she would be more accessible imo.
-
I say this as someone who loves playing Doctor, but personally I think it should give a global audio cue when Static Blast is ready, kinda like Oni with his ability. Because otherwise it's very hard too keep up with his cooldown and know when to hide in lockers or hide normally, especially since now he has addons to reduce it.
Also, he shouldn't start the match with Static Blast ready. Finding the first survivor with it is really too easy and kinda lame.
-
The new map is terrible in that regard. I had a match were two hook were at less than 10 meters from each other.

What a wonderful idea! I should definetly get permabanned because yesterday the game crashed.

I agree it makes no sense to not give points for recovering on the ground.
Don't you already get altruism points for healing up someone from the ground? Or you mean bonus points on top of the healing ones? (though I never really paid attention maybe it doesn't give points at all but that would be weird)
Yep, you get points for healing. But if the survivor is fully recovered you get a tiny bit even tough you spent time and took risks for helping.

Your censoring is questionable.

What do I think? That I want my BP back :/

because one of cannibals perks is bbq and doctor has shocks to reveal survivors, freddys snares doctors shocks
That's quite a stretch.
-
hes just a cannibal/freddy hybrid without the ability to teleport or instadown.
Ehm... what?

you´re kidding right? so if someone has a key they can pick it up as often they want and still use it to open the hatch because that doesn´t require charges. sounds fair to me, lmao.
To fully deplete the charges you have to hit a survivor 10 times while they have the key equipped to fully destroy it. I doubt it ever happened to anyone.
-
To be fair the PTB version was busted.
-
How can you consider it a nerf? It was possible only because before Huntress there was no need for a smaller hitbox during actions, but since survivors are crouched it makes sense their hitbox shrinks too.

Survivors were crying about it. So it was a top priority.
It took them 3 years to make this change, stop being a drama queen.

The rest of the world has assimilated your cuisine, this is no longer in your hands!
I'm not listening to an heretic and his blasphemies!

I'm italian. 'Nuff said.

In the past I was 50/50, lately I've been playing more survivor though. The reason is that I find playing killer more fun but less varied. I also have a hard time deciding which killer to play usually since I like most of them.

i play games for progress. not for fun bro. you should always know that on the other side of the internet connection, sits one human and plays tha game. they can f... you up without consequences... why shall you see the human back then? a toxic player is garbage... so we have to do it ourselves. competetive play must be always serious, or it´s just a joke.

game (/ɡeɪm/)
noun, an activity that one engages in for amusement or fun.
Sincerly you're doing something very wrong playing this game and I pity you.
-
You should seriously take this game less seriously (pun unintended). It's a freaking game, play it for fun not for "destroy survivors' fun", that's just unhealthy, immature and plain stupid.
-
I literally had to check the wiki because I couldn't remember about Adam.
-
Last time I did not wiggle a Trapper with Agitation got everyone slugged before hooking me.
Btw you don't have to break your controller or keyboard to wiggle, a gentle movement is enough.

I prefer it to the challenges like "REPAIR FOUR GENERATORS WITH THE PERK DARK SENSE IN ONE TRIAL" and "Open the hatch with a key Two times" or "Sacrifice all 4 survivors in the basement" Or "Use the Perk Monstrous Shrine."
I actually like those challenges more (when they're reasonable, that is).
-
Honestly, I'm surprised no one has made a suggestion for a perk like this
Standard killers move 15% faster than survivors. With that perk that difference would become 12%, a 20% decrease.
There's a reason the only perk which gives a prolonged haste effect has limited duration and works only in the endgame.
-
I think with the 3rd option it could be a very useful perk for solo survivors.
-
We get the PTB patch notes, which are basically the same aside the changes made after the testing.

Yeah I doubt as well
Doubt as you want, doesn't change my experience.
-
I agree on the survivors perks (since they are already niche and need some love), but not for the killer ones. Those changes would make those extremely meta for the Oni (kinda like Nurse's Calling was for the Doctor), who already has addons for that and could be problematic if they stack with the perks.
-
Sprint Burst. Head On is more fun, but SB is extremely useful for basically everything.
-
I don't think it's necessary. The fact it shows only the position (and not the aura) inside the terror radius makes it counterable with stealth, making it a high risk-high reward perk.
-
This kind of thread is useless. A single match doesn't prove anything and won't convice magically people stuck with an opinion of its contrary.
-
Frankly if you are not playing spirit, usually your best outcome is 2 kills 2 escapes.
Couldn't it be that you're better with the Spirit than with the rest of the cast?
For example I don't play her a lot and I'm not that good so I average 1-2 kills, but if I play my mains (Wraith, Trapper, Legion, Doctor and Demogorgon, all considered not top tier) I consistenly get more than 2 kills.
-
Skillchecks depend on your framerate, if you have laggy/inconsistent skillchecks you might need to change something to make the game run smoother.
-
No, people here are just drama queens. I see actual "gen rushers" (=very good teams) once in a while, but they're kinda rare.
-
I agree, it reminds me a bit of James Joyce in some parts.
-
I actually see more Nurses in high ranks than before.

"If the killer has no luck in hooking many survivors before the doors are activated, then the survivors should have been able to cleanse totems without feeling pressure, thus, not giving the NOED edge to the killer. It's on them if it activates."
Someone obviously doesn't play much solo survivor. You can not stop the others from finishing the gens. There's no group decision to make sure all totems are cleansed. If you run around from the start getting all the totems you'll earn minimal points, and it's not even a good idea because you don't know if your team even has a chance at getting the gens done.
Not counting killers who camp since the start of the match (which in my experience are the main users of NOED), in which case there's no time to cleanse totems.
-
You could add Nemesis to a have a 4s aura reading on the unhooker, helping you find them if they try to be sneaky.
-
The sabotage change that's coming seems exactly that, since it makes team coordination unneeded for sabo saves. Something is being done.
-
It's unlikely. Not all killers share the same animation, so for one perk they'd need to create a lot of new animations.
-
Hag, because 99% of the time it's a camp fest. Even if I'm not the hooked one, it's still not fun.
Close second is the Plague, since she destroys altruism and stealth.
-
I'd say Balanced Landing. In most maps you're lucky if you can find one or two places where to use it. This makes it extremely situational, a lot more than any other exhaustion perks.
-
Bloodhound and Deer Stalker are redundant imo. I would swap BH with Coulrophobia so survivors would struggle to pick up teammates.
-
Usually the OoO is the best looper in the team, so it's safer to ignore them and go for the weakest. They usually keep following you to get your attention so it's one less person repairing gens.
-
In the past I mained each killer on rotation to get good with them, but nowadays I play everyone based on my mood (and rituals/challenges).
-
Hybrid Panda. A real pity he stopped.
-
But a bit like Myers, can be extremely frustrating when bad teammates feed him.
