It's unfair that they can't really avoid getting tunneled if nobody has BT or DS. It's unfair that they get teammates that are so far below their skill level consistently in solo queue. I play survivor too, so I know these things. I don't know how we're gonna go about it, but I'm hoping some time in the future, both sides' problems will be solved, and not just one or the other's. Not everyone likes to play both sides, but if you do, you will have a far better grasp on game balance, and the general appeal of each role.
We haven't agreed much... or ever.., but this I agree with completely.

I wouldn't punish short burst playstyles until IW gets nerfed.
IMO Just swap the groaning volume from NM and IW.
It might need some playtesting first though, I like it, though.

There will always be an exhaustion perk that will be constantly used by Survivors. Maybe not sb but an exhaustion perk will be overly complained about

We can do this all day. One picture doesn't mean anything. I have had games where survivors don't do anything either, but i don't use that as a metric to say everything is fine.

I play with friends too and it gives you a huge (unfair) advantage because communication is extremely strong in this game. Not to mention that 70% of the swf's are really toxic on top of that.
