Don't forget that their "report" system is literally non existent if you are on console. When I run into a cheater, I have to save the game footage, upload it to Youtube, go to my channel, pull the video, go to DbD, fill out their form and ALSO hope I remembered to record the cheaters in game number ID cause if I didn't I'm screwed, attach the video, only for BHVR to tell me they can't accept the video file.
It happens every time. But hey, wonder what cosmetic recolor set they'll release this week? Obviously that's the priority

Depends on what I need done as a Killer. Maybe just end the game and move on or still go for whatever challenge I'm doing.

Survivors should be locked in the moment they begin, at least as far as items go. I see no issue changing perks or cosmetics around, but until the Devs change it Ill just do what I always do. Watch the Survivors, and if I see a sudden last second key/flashlight swap I just close DbD and reopen it.

The main thing Ive noticed is A LOT of Survivors keep wanting to heal against a Legion. Ill play and focus on a gen and see Dwight run up and dance for the entire gen trying to get me to heal them. As someone who has always considered Legion my #3 (Plague and Sadako forever) gen rushing DESTROYS a Legion, especially if they dont have Thana.
Also, stop getting in lockers. Please. Unless I'M playing Legion, in which case, go to your home little Dwight

Played with a Meg today who threw a hissy fit at me for repairing a gen and not healing her, so she threw a pallet and kept fast vaulting over it til the Legion came by.
Also Legion did NOT have Thana.

I will say that on PS5 graphics look slightly smoother, but in return the amount of stuttering, rubber banding, and freezes have shot up. 3 examples.
1) Against a Trapper on new Haddonfield, first time get hooked, Trapper just stands there and admires my baby blue eyes. Shrug at getting facecamped til I look around and notice nobody is moving. After a minute or so game suddenly cuts to me in second state, Trapper vanished into thin air, Survivors are in different locations, and Im getting no skill chevks. After another minute, I die.
2) Against a Legion. Get all the way to end game, get slugged at exit gate as someone gets carted away. Get close to the edge and suddenly legion just stops, and I can no longer move. This continues for about ten seconds than all of a sudden I'm in the middle of the gate and Legion is picking me up.
3) Just about three games ago against Sadako. I go to pull a tape out of a TV near a gen and the whole game freezes for a minute, only for Sadako to suddenly hit me and the game pick back up.
I have checked my internet and bandwith, everything is fine. No other games are having issues so it's defined DbD. And these things happen at the most random times. I'd make a bug report, but I've seen numerous times BHVR sweep issues like these under the rug cause they can't admit to making mistakes so I know the same will happen.

On a basic level, as Survivor escaping the match either through the gate or hatch. As a Killer, getting a 3 or 4K.
I also play more for challenges, so so long as I can get progress in a challenge I tend to consider that progress.

Nurse is one of the hardest Killers to learn and therefore as the best potential.
Here's a tip, stop DCing. The more you DC, the more your time increases.

Cool, they finally did something that will have absolutely zero impact on the game itself only after yeqrs of preaching their care for diversity. My onky hope is now people will focus on things that actually matter in this game, like mechanics and balancing.

All Im gonna do are the challenges that dont require killing people, find PS players, message them Im doing the Twins challenge and be done with it. Ive yet to run into a person who isn't down with helping

Wraith was buffed a while back to have "true invis". So a completely still Wraith cant be seen at all

Played maybe 6 games yesterday I think, 4 of them people just dc'd nonstop. They get downed first, they (presumably) dont like the Killer. Annoying to try and play, and can't blame the Killers for just trying to end the game. A PH was pretty chill and let me escape after we did all the gens and I was able to open the gate while he hooked the Yui

I work at an indoor mini golf/arcade center, and regularly think that would make an interesting map. Obviously youd want more, but think of all the fun possibilities

I did check the wiki and all it says is that the cursed video plays randomly. Hopefully this mea s that we'll always be able to read it cause it would be pretty stupid to leave something like this up to chance for Ring fans. Of course, this is also BHVR so it wouldn't surprise me.

i bought Sadako on the 10th, and today 17th i logged in and got the new intro and the charm
I purchased Sadako on the 8th when she was released, right from the PSN store. Still have not gotten the charm, thats why a lot of people think this is bugged

I have a theory as to how you get it. In the Ring films the idea of how you survive Sadako/Samara's curse is by making a copy of the video and showing it to someone else, right? What if the only way you get this charm is by playing with someone who has the charm? Not sure if they have to be wearing it or just own it, but if you do play with someone who has it it unlocks for you when you next open the game. The person you played with passed the "curse" to you.

I used to DC, but now I do one of two things.
1) If only one Survivor does it, I assume they are acting solo and tunnel hard camp them. They want to avoid giving me the opportunity to put on Franklin's or Lightborn shows they don't care about my "fun", so why should I care about theirs. Not always successful in getting them out but makes me feel good.
2) If two or more do it, I assume SWF and they are doing this for Youtube or Twitch, and just face a wall in the corner of the map. Either they play normal and get out in a few minutes, or they waste time trying to get me to "play" in their game. One time had a 4 Man SWF waste twenty or so minutes trying to get my attention while I played a game on my phone. They got angry I "wasted their time and add ons", but oh well.
And before anyone gets antsy, I don't care if people use flashlights, or toolboxes, or P3 Claudette skins. But I don't enjoy the whole "hiding it from the Killer", cause I feel it's pathetic. Simple. If you aren't confident you can play without your flashlight, than you shouldn't play.

I'm excited for her, but until some QOL changes are made to matchmaking and Killer gameplay I don't see her doing anything except giving other Killers new perks to play. I could be wrong but my opinion.
For now though I see myself running Tinkerer, Brine, Fearmonger, and Im all Ears on her

Same for Kate. I'm fine with the jacket, but ever since they "improved" Kate, she went from looking like a sweet, down to earth gal to "I want to see your manager"

I'm starting to believe that MMR doesn't exist in this game, it's just the devs blowing hot air out of their butts. Not a single one of my games has ever changed since it's implementation. I can either get sweat lords practicing for the next big tournament, or someone e year old niece they're letying play for them.
What's my only proof that we have it? The devs, the same devs who every Q&A CLEARY show they don't understand their own game. These same devs say "oh it's there, but we don't want people to see it so they can't game it but yeah trust us its there oh also please buy this $15 cosmetic set because we work super duper hard"
Tldr, I don't believe MMR is real and the devs are just lying to the community

If I leave this gen to make the save, another Survivor will make it as I get there. If I stay on the gen to finish it, no Survivor will go near the hooked one.

It's pretty stupid, but with GF you can 99% a Survivors stalk and it won't decay at all ever. So 99 em, get up close, mark them, and down them before they can do anything

If a Pig walks up to me and just stares at me I will pray and boop that snoot. If the Pig attacks, than game on. So long as you don't farm with me and than kill me suddenly halfway, or farm with me and kill others I'm game for anything

Also love that when you play a new Killer, you already start at a high mmr, something the devs already said wasn't gonna happen. So much fun wanting to learn a new Killer onoy to face sweaty players.

BHVR is a business. The sooner people remember this the better. As a business BHVR could care less about anything so long as their image is clean and profit lines are positive. Bubba Masks being removed is only happening because enough people cried about it it drew attention to them.
Remember how for years forum members and devs would say that color blind options wouldn't be added so as to prevent giving unfair advantages? And than everyones favorite BHVR Sesame Street character Almo called people who kept asking about a basic inclusion option annoying? And than an article was written calling BHVR on their nonsense out?
Oh suddenly BHVR were sad, because theie "surprise reveal" of colorblind options was ruined? No, their image of inclusiveness and caring about their players got a stain and they did damage control.
BHVR does not care about any of us. Individual mods and devs might, but as far as the company is concerned they only care about you when they may lose access to your wallet.

When all this started I genuinely thought posts like these were either sore losers or just crazy/stupid, but paying attention Ive also noticed small inconsistencies or things that just don't work right.
Like last night, had a game against a Hunteess on Haddonfield. Repaired the gen in the house basement just as a Dette was hooked on the other end of the map. I walked up towards the front door only to turn around and go to the other side and end of the house to bait any BBQ/Bitter Murmur. Slow vault out of the window directly into the thrown hatchet.
Ive gone back and rewatched the game, and I cannot see at all how Huntress saw me go to that window, nor how she could have possibly known I was vaulting through it THAT second to throw it. Don't want to automatically assume cheats, but its little things like those that make it seem so plausible

I certainly had a few hundred, only got the 100K. But at this point, cant even be shocked the Devs could f up giving out BP. I swear, you could send them inside of a steakhouse and theyll come back out with McDonalds they are so inept

I like to run Undying + Devour Hope cause I have a problem and love DH to much and its on every Killer pleaseIneedanintervention. Aside from that, Mindbreaker or whatever its called now and Spies do good work for me.

Only map I refuse to play on, map is so dark I cant see a thing on it no matter what I do. Only time I can ever play that map is as or against a Freddy. Gotta be asleep to see

Had a game yesterday against a Nemesis that went very bad for Neme. Few hooks, gens flew, and I chased him for our last two. So when my big boi downs me, he proxy camps me. I recognize he's trying to secure a kill, doesn't bother me I get it. Than big Chad Dwight comes with his Borrowed Time and I go all Kronk, causr yeah baby it's all coming together.
Get pulled off, start running towards 99d gate. Neme chases me but is smart and is waiting out BT. Than I see a fellow Kate ahead of me, trying to blind the Neme. Doesn't work, Neme downs me but is chasing the other Survivors away. So what does my Sister Kate do? Come heal me? No, just motions for me to crawl over to her. Annoyed, but she is near a pallet so could be the 10000IQ play. Crawl over, start getting healed, only for Neme to come back. Kate hides behind pallet, and I'm thinking, maybe, maybe this Kate was a genius.
Ndme picks me up AFTER turning around, and Kate shines the flashlight at the back of his head while my boy is standing in the pallet. I still have no words for the sheer dumb I saw. In the end, it was one of my own who got me.

Monto is who got me into DbD and I did enjoy his meme builds (hope he comes back soon.
Puppers is a treasure.
As for now, SpookNJukes is my guy. I share many of his opinions regarding the game and it's community, and it's nice to see a console content creator.

Yes, if any change needs to be made it should let Survivors know it has activated once activated
