Are people sure that this is a bug, or was BHVR able to get Sony to just merge PS4 Trophies onto PS5? Only ask cause I got my Adept Doctor on PS4, but have yet to get it on my PS5 and it just unlocked, but Adept Hag is still locked. So some context, when I don't do serious games, I like to play Chest Defender Bubba. For those who don't know, this play style is being Bubba and defending the basement chest. While "rules" vary, my personal rule is simple. If you touch my chest, you get hooked. Honestly a pretty fun way to waste time. The fact that BHVR thinks 100K is "compensation" for letting BP offerings be bugged for nearly a week is downright insulting. The killswitch exists for these kinds of issues. The issue has been known on the forums for DAYS. The Devs would have to be braindead to have only JUST learned of this issue. 100K? I can earn that in TWO games. I play PS5 but have a decent gaming laptop, and it says it can run DbD fine. I dont want to play DbD on OC personally, but if I can access the PTB it would be interesting to get a feel for the Killers before buying. My question though is regarding how PTBs work. Been loading up as nothing but Bubba recently and going directly to the basement and defending the basement chest. Recently I'm trying to get back into playing Killer seriously. Sadako's arrival really hyped me up, the Ring and Ringu series are some of my fav horror films, so I've been having fun playing her. Last timw Devs released solely a Survivor we got Ash Williams and Mettle of Man, one of the most broken perks ever released. Than destroyed a month after everyone bought him in a clear showing that it was only released for a quick cash grab. Now look at the new Survivors boon perks. Understand the devs said it was a tentative fix, but curious if it's just me or not. Every game I play seems to have a delay of about a second on every action. Running, camera movement, using items and abilities. 3 o clock skill checks are now impossible for me because even if I react right on time the game takes a full second to respond. So just came back from a two or three month break of DBD after getting burned out, and found my Killer rank had reset to 19 from my 8. I was pretty okay with this since I wanted to run a new Killer anyways and take a break from Spirit, and after a bit I decided to try Freddy because not to many people run him, so at the very least I'd have that on my side. I hate SWF, both as a Killer and as a Survivor. Killer side, you lose one of your greatest advantages in that Survivors can now know where you are or where your traps (If you use them) are. Survivor side, you can now get screwed by your own allies. I once got sandbagged and killed because I DIDN'T JOIN A PARTY INVITE! Every other game I play Killers just let Survivors farm plants and points, and Survivors let themselves get hooked on event hooks. Kind of funny. Just an idea I had which should be pretty simple to implement. If you are running a SWF group, you should all have a symbol over your head for all to see. That way if a Killer and fellow Survivors don't want to play against or with such a group, they are given the chance to back out of the lobby. I main Kate Danson as my Survivor of choice, but Adam's new Deliverance perk has me playing him so I can unlock it for Kate. Now whenever I'm Kate, if the Killer is chasing a fellow Survivor and the Killer sees me they tend to leave me alone. Let me open up first by admitting I don't play Freddy, don't even own him. And I also know that any Killer is a horror when played right, but I do feel as a Survivor I have a LARGE advantage over Freddy, and that's hearing the nursery rhyme when he's close.
