Haven’t seen you around the forums in a long time. To answer your question, no I haven’t seen he in a long time either.
I remember you! How have you been? Also, I have been focusing on my studies in college instead of putting my time into DBD for a while, I play every now and then before, but now I'm on Spring Break so I have a ton of free time to play.
It saddens me others haven't spotted her either. :(
-
I run a few gen perks and force survivors to 3-gen. That's my best strat and it works even against really good survivors when I'm playing Spirit.
Choose 3 gens to protect throughout the match, pressure them, and let the other generators get complete, it's very simple and can win you games 75% of the time.
If your a chasing type of killer rather then a pressure/hit and run killer, your best bet is to not chase one survivor for a while and go for others.
-
It's still a decent perk and I would run it still with a gen dependent type build.
-
I like your new status effect idea! Your ideas are actually really good, your idea for NOED to be like Rancor wouldn't kill the perk, and the base kit ''Berserk'' status effect is really cool, to me some of the values should be increased by a little bit, like the breaking speed increased to 25%, missed cooldown attack swings by 30%, cooldown to successful attacks to 20%, leave the speed increase the way it is.
For survivors if they ever got an endgame buff just like the killers, only give them a hook speed increase maybe.

Your Saviour has Arrived, meet Distortion!

Hoping Megan is good, I wanted to look forward to Scream 6 but they did Neve Campbell so dirty that I'm not sure I'll see it tbh.
The trailer for M3gan went from cute, to creepy, to hilarious all at once. I'm sure many people are seeing it just for the dance. xD
I'm for sure seeing that too.
-
Just use Distortion. It fully counters any aura reading perks for pretty much the entire game because of that buff it got.
-
Cool, you won as Nurse. Totally not hard at all and requires tons of skill, and not overpowered in the slightest. For winning your 2000th game in a row as Nurse, here's a few cookies.
-
I saw a video on YouTube on ''A Secret P100 Reward''. A guy I watched on that video stated you get two guaranteed Iridescent add-ons every bloodweb for Killer since he had a P100 killer, he doesn't know that it works for survivors, do you have two Iridescent add-ons every time you level up Leon? If so, that's your reward, I guess.
-
This was a very long time ago, but it was when Jane was released, I was obviously playing Spirit when I came across a Jane with their name as ''Hex: Tra Thicc''. I just found the name very funny.
-
People who say ''Just Do Gens'' never understand the point, it should never be impossible to save from the hook if a Bubba is face camping, there needs to be some change to give some counterplay in situation like that, because you are guaranteed dead if a Bubba decides to camp you, and your team can't do anything about it unless if they all want to die, there should be more counterplay instead of ''Just Doing Gens''.
I refuse to think that Bubba camping is balanced.
-
Pinhead and Pyramid Head, both feel dreadful to ever verse.
-
I once tried a Korean corndog with that was coated Flaming Hot Cheeto dust on the outside, and in the inside, it was mozzarella cheese with a hotdog inside, it was really tasty.
Though I normally have my corndogs plain with some ketchup or mustard to go with it.
-
I don't do drugs but I would 100% hang out with Spirit, and maybe even Hillbilly.
-
Revenge Fueled ~ (Survivor Perk).
You start the trial with a Katana, whenever you go within 8 meters of the Kiler, press the active ability button to chop the Killer to pieces and instantly win the match and earn maximum bloodpoints for you and the rest of your teammates. The killer receives no points and has a 24-hour match ban penalty.
-
Too strong against solo players. It's literally a better Pop Goes the Weasel. It's still good against SWF's in my opinion, it really needs a nerf or a rework.
-
Clown because he is a huge problem with people who have motion sickness from the gas bottles, the blurry vision can be really bad for people.
Just simply either remove the blurry vision but in return give him a buff/replacement instead. Or simply rework him as a whole because he is weak killer at the end of the day though.
-
Agreed. I have no idea why Bubba is allowed to face camp or Insidious camp for all these years without any type of change at all.
My idea for all killers is that they can no longer become Undetectable when within 24 meters of a hooked survivor. (This only can be countered If Using Killers for An Example Like Ghostface or Tier One Myers). But it always will prevent things like Insidious or Tinkerer from making you Undetectable when near a hooked survivor.
For Bubba, disable his chainsaw and drain his charges when within a certain range around a hooked survivor. This in my opinion will make Bubbas and Killers in general camp a lot less.
-
She needs her range and recharge add-ons either nerfed or reworked, along with her weak add-ons getting reworked or buffed, and make her blinks count as special attacks.
-
I have mixed feelings on it. I never really was a fan of medieval things so it's all new for me based on things like Knights. Though it looks cool, can't wait to try it out in a month or so.
-
I love Hamsters they are adorable! Welcome to the forums. Warm welcomes to you by me and Spirit. :D
-
Ghostface!
Why? Because his weakness is most likely crutches! I can whack him down until he can't take it no more.
People who have seen Scream 2022 can understand what I mean. :D

I actually tried Spirit for the first time this weekend for a daily, and what the hell, she's so fun to play !
Immediately poured all my bloodpoints into getting her some more addons :)
Yay! Glad to know you enjoy her.

I mean I do enjoy them, 3 green med kit's and 2 styptic agents is a lot to handle so I put on pain res for a game. What I want most in this game is great players, not average player's running the strongest things. Was my big problem with the old survivor meta, but either way it give's me a good challenge so I am fine with it. I'm glad it's someone like me who mains blight getting these games and not some poor Billy. And when I say sweaty it's not like I am hard tunneling the first person out or running full regression as I have not kicked a gen in 8 months plus. I went off topic there for a second, yes they are great and I hope the game is just as fun for you when you are able to return to it!
We must protect all Billy players, they are too precious..

It was very rough for me at the beginning of the event, but since I've completed the Halloween Tome I've just been playing as chill as I can. I really hope we see more classic monsters and vintage costumes as cosmetic items next year!
I really wish they added more Michael and Laurie skins. Glad to know your games gotten more chill. :D

Oh first thing I wanna do when I boot up DBD is play Spirit and continue my P100 grind! 😊
I gave up from the grind as I get way too impatient haha.

Hi my friend! Great to see you again! Unfortunately I haven’t really been playing DBD at all lately. I’ve just lost my passion and interest for the game. Valorant is taking most of my gaming time and I’ve been very invested in football lately (despite how much favorite NFL team sucks right now) so idk when I’ll get back into DBD but maybe I’ll start playing the game like I used to soon. I do miss Spirit though, but she’s always in my heart 😊
Understandable, I take tons of breaks from DBD as well either from frustration or when I am not in the mood to play. When you earn your motivation to play the game again, Spirit will be there for you. Football though is a lot of fun, though myself I am a volleyball person. :D

I play right before I go to bed at like 12-4AM and they are all very very sweaty. Though I am fine with that. Started running gen regression for the first time in a few weeks the last game I played last night.
I usually get too exhausted when I play that late Haha. When I play sweaty it for some reason makes me less wanting to play the game, I usually go for chill and wholesome games as Spirit, but I hope you have been enjoying them at least.
-
I do have the skin, but I am still not sure if I am allowed to share codes for a game you have to pay for in order to have it.

I'm doing school work, so I can't go on DBD right now. Why don't you stop being a lazy ass and actually check for yourself, instead of whining here? Forum users istg
I hope that work is done at least.

Then run Built to Last.
-
The plaything totem after it gets cleansed should be consumed by the entity. So, it can no longer be used with Pentimento to get guaranteed value.
-
I find it quite dumb that they can't give back your Demogorgon, in my opinion if you provide proof that you own the character, they should have to give it back to you without any issues, if they still don't return it even you gave them any type of proof, then that is completely unacceptable on BHVR's part.
There should be no limited time to get a free voucher.
-
Spirit.
-
Ghostface doesn't need to be any worse than he is now.
-
Not sure if this would be overpowered, but an add-on for Spirit I came up with that would be interesting.
Destroyed Family Photo ~
A photo of the Yamaoka family, destroyed by Rin's father on the day of Rin's slaying.
Whenever you exit out of your phase-walk, the husk will remain for an additional 5 seconds. You are granted the Undetectable status until the husk disappears.
The Husk will keep your terror radius for the duration.
Any survivors that are within the Husk's terror radius while you are not phasing will suffer from the Exposed status effect for 45 seconds, and they will scream, and their aura will be revealed for 3 seconds.
This add-on's effects trigger after phase-walking 24 meters away from the husk's location.
-
The most balanced map to me is probably Sanctum of Wrath, it has good windows, a decent number of pallets, it's not too big either, making fair for both sides I'd say.
Plus, it's a gorgeous looking map.
-
I had this rework I came up with a while ago, I still think it will work very well.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Better Than New ~
You are an expert in combat medicine, patients leave your care reinvigorated.
Whenever you safely unhook another survivor, or successfully save somebody from the dying state, Better Than New activates.
The next survivor you heal will leave no scratch marks, pools of blood, and grunts of pain. and their aura will not be revealed to the killer for 30 seconds, then Better Than New deactivates.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This change will allow the healed survivor to let them stay safe with no aura readings from the killer or no scratch marks, I'd say this change is good as it requires some work before it can be used.
-
She's miserable to verse in her current state, no thanks.

I hope your attacker got caught. Nobody ever drinks and drives just once.
He actually was passed out on the scene because he hit me Head On, he was arrested quickly. He got no injuries as well. I'm going to court for his sentencing sometime in 2023.

I wish for your recovery to be as fast as possible. You seem to be handling it really well and have a very positive attitude!
What server and platform do you play on? I would like to verse a Spirit as I see her rarely and always get my butt kicked. If you're up to it that is and as long as the geography and platforms allow it.
I'd love to add you, I play on steam, I'll add when I can, I'll message you too when I'm ready.
I'm totally up to it! Maybe @GannTM would like to join us!

Its ridiculous for a survivor to earn an escape with their build and skill but not ridiculous that with no perks they are granted a free escape? What logic is that?
I'm not mentioning about the ''free escape'' situation, I'm mentioning on why your idea isn't healthy.
I don't think you understand what I'm trying to state, if they had to waste a perk slot for Borrowed Time JUST to have counterplay to an endgame camping/tunneling killer, then that wouldn't be a good idea, as your idea stated that base kit Borrowed Time should be disabled in endgame, again not a good idea. The killer can instantly go back for the unhooked survivor and down them with no penalty, as DS or Off the Record are disabled.
You shouldn't have to run perks just to have counterplay in some situations when the killer is camping or tunneling during endgame, it's like you having to run Iron Will verse pre nerf Spirit to have counterplay.
While I do somewhat agree 10 seconds BT during endgame wasn't a good idea at all when they were releasing it back then, making survivors have NOTHING for them during endgame unless you waste a perk slot for Borrowed Time, that is never going to be balanced.
-
@ArchAbhor said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3216315#Comment_3216315
Yet it requires nothing on the survivors end? nah. I would be more ok with Borrowed Time being able to be active in endgame if base kit is not. At least then a perk had to be brought in to get that survivor out. Instead base game hand held the person out the door. Which is dumb
So, your point is that they have to waste a perk slot to actually have counterplay during endgame tunneling/camping? If they decided not to bring BT, then what can they do? I find your idea to be ridiculous.
-
Spirit. She is the best killer, and the most beautiful killer. Plague is fun and beautiful too, but she can't compete to Spirit.
-
So, the survivors have a chance to get away from a camping killer, it wouldn't be fair if survivors had nothing, if they didn't have anything the killer would instantly go back for the unhooked survivor. Now if were talking about the perk ''Borrowed Time'' then it should be disabled in endgame, 20 seconds is too much for endgame. But if were talking about the 10 second base kit endurance, it should stay active at any point in the trial, gives the survivors a chance but makes it fair for killers.
-

I am getting pretty sick of him myself, I get that he is new so people tend to want to try the new killer but I have had him back to back to back at times and it does start to get very old very fast. I don't know what the solution is since there is no way to dodge and I guess this is at least one of the many reasons team mates kill themselves first hook
Me but how I feel against Nurse.
-
A mini Bamboozle wouldn't hurt in my opinion, allows survivors to make smarter decisions and makes chases a bit easier.
A 10% increase to vaulting speed and maybe a 5-7 window block would be fine enough.
