He has like 5 seconds to melee you for the down after a direct
He's no better than default leatherface with that addon
-
Prove Thyself with toolboxes is texbook "gen rushing" and it just makes both sides depip
-
Fun from who's perspective?
Cause "fun" from survivor POV is just someone they can curbstomp
-
Love Nemesis, very skill-based killer.

Basement trapper is also good, although you'd need to have amnesia to fall for that at higher ranks 😅
Basement builds work at every rank, in fact I'd argue it works even better against SWFs because they're desperate to save their buddies
The hit-or-miss aspect of the build only comes from the basement's location in relation to gens

Well, nobody is twisting your arm to comment here either so, wasting your own time bud
Note that he didn't deny it

I swear every time this guy takes an L he comes screaming to the forums with some awful suggestion

Me trying to read your hastily-typed word burger

There would be a 99% killrate everywhere outside of tournaments
-
Discordance, Brutal Strength, Bamboozle, Pop Goes The Weasel
That's my usual build. Little bit of everything, with an emphasis on ending chases quickly.
-
People saying he sucks are just being ignorant. That teleport more than makes up for the fact that his slow isn't as good as Clown's.
-
Oni most likely. PH or Freddy are also potential winners.

Dwight and Clown

He should be replaced by Dax Shepard

Maybe I didn't understand the MMR system properly but I thought each killer had a seperate MMR. So, if you "win" 10000 games in a row as blight you wouldn't face the same survivors as clown if you're only "winning" a quarter of your games.
That's the ideal form but not the one we saw. And that still wouldn't address the problem of high-MMR just being a meta vacuum with nothing else. Only 4 out of 25 killers are competitively viable, thus DBD is not ready for a competitive ranking system.
-
It's mechanically very stupid
You're saying that survivors SHOULD waste 2 generators of time getting rid of 5 meaningless objects to prevent a potential perk that the killer is unlikely to have
Gambling is bad game design

aren't high mmr killers competitive? at those high levels u should expect that
I shouldn't be forced to play Blight with Tinkerer/Ruin/Undying/BBQ every single match because the game decided I'm high-MMR and matched me exclusively with 4-man SWFs. I main Clown, I should be able to play Clown and be competitive.

@ThiccBudhha said:
Mmr will address SWF just fine.
MMR will do absolutely nothing except force high-MMR killers to run strict meta builds to have a chance

I wish victor would act as a debuff that would invert survivors controls and or work against survivors so that they could not do anything for 8 or 6 seconds if latched on <Think of victor as hindering them heavily till victor is removed from head>.
But i do not agree that victor should be able to move freely that would be way too strong thing a Nemesis zombie on steroids or if he started patrolling a hook.
Messing with survivor's controls is the worst thing they could possibly add to this game.
That's just a scumbag mechanic and it's completely non-competitive.

I don’t remember them ever nerfing his flick.
It was shadow-nerfed with the overheat update
His turning at the beginning and end of the charge is dramatically worse
-
It's already good. Just play a mobile killer with Thrill Of The Hunt and you'll get good use out of it.
-
Not only his addons, but his flicking ability too. That needs to come back.

I can agree with the hallway pallets, they are definitely just "have this dropped so it is not a worry anymore" type of thing. I still think RPD is better than other indoor maps. There is still loops and good pallets as well as bad pallets. I wouldn't say it is as good as Lery's is seen, but it should definitely take less flak. The size is a fair complaint though, but I never have a problem navigating or finding survivors, or finding gens as survivor
My problem with the map is actually defending the gens as killer.
They're well-spread apart and there's no direct route. It's a Midwich situation where you'll hear a generator being repaired, but by the time you've traversed the stairs and hallways it's already popped. The sheer size of RPD just exacerbates the problem.
-
It's either a life saver or it never comes into use
It's like Second Wind- Every time you have it, you don't need it. Every time you don't have it, you wish you did.

what do you mean, have you used it before? you can clearly tell when someone's getting chased and it works in your advantage
yeah, just like when you're in an SWF and your friend can straight-up tell you he's in a chase
Empathy is no more powerful than inviting a buddy

I mean what about perks like empathy where if you see someone running and throwing pallets, you can kinda track the killer.
There's sabo builds and Adrenaline
If you have a problem with sabo build, straight up get good
They're sacrificing god-tier meta perks for a meme build

Right okay, 2 perks lool
yes
-
I run healing perks 99% of my games but I almost never bring an item. It'd clearly be beneficial for me to use medkits with my build just to optimize, but I'm already satisfied with my fast heals and I don't want to risk being tunneled (A sweaty killer won't hesitate to tunnel out a good item)
-
That's either useless (Shelter Woods) or a ton of value for absolutely no effort (Gideon)
No thanks
-
Addendum:
Just because you have BT doesn't mean every unhook is a good idea
-
Dead Dawg was temporarily removed from the map rotation because they accidentally added an infinite loop (I'm assuming that's why because it was taken down as soon as people pointed it out)
I have no idea why Gideon's missing when we just had an event around it
-
Play as:
- Clown
- Demogorgon
- Huntress
Play against:
- Huntress
- Ghostface
- Doctor
-
For practical purposes (actually winning), he was trash af
I don't get the sudden nostalgia when we all used to crap on him day & night
-
I wouldn't encourage them to do so, there are more than enough breakable walls as-is and they're usually just a big time-waster for the killer.
"Let's add loops that are infinite unless you break the wall" -Some moron at BHVR that received a standing ovation from his colleagues

You save the hooked survivor = you countered the facecamp. The OP claims it's impossible to save someone who is being camped, which is just false.
There will still be a face camp going on, so you didn't

I can clip how SWFs are doing it against me. It's possible and easy, just use BT, lol. The unhooking animation is shorter than chainsaw rev time, so by the time Bubba is able to down the unhooker the unhook animation will be completed and BT tanks the chainsaw.
That's not beating the camp, that's just trading hooks

Clown: Throw bottles at tree tops

They once gave me an aneurysm on Midwich, they're stupid good on that map. Generally though, they're a decent information tool but not much else.
-
This is an opportunity to get the entire team injured so they can't make ballsy plays for a while.
If you're Leatherface, Ghostface or Oni it can be a game-changer. They benefit greatly from survivors grouping up.

In my experience that leads to disaster for the survivors way more often than it works. It's actually one of the things that make me roll my eyes in solo queue, when everyone else is obsessing over one gen in particular, even more so if it isn't even an important generator or the last one.
Just focus on injuring them and don't chase far away if you feel the others run back to it, if they want to keep doing it when they're all injured it can very quickly fall apart. And if they actually heal up and then go back to the same gen that's an astronomical amount of wasted time and effort that would be better spent splitting up and letting the gen go until later.
If it's a middle-of-a-deadzone generator, I'm willing to pile on it. You don't want that one to become part of the final 3 gens.
-
Pig should crouch walk faster, currently crouching is just a waste of time unless you're doing it to play with line-of-sight at a loop
-
So just take all the risk out of running a hex perk for free, baseline

Left For Dead, the achievement for finishing the last gen while you're the last one alive and then escaping. After 1,600 hours and 900+ escapes, I still don't ######### have it.

I don't even remember doing it

Crazy that Hag is played so little despite being high-A to low-S tier
-
Blight players take this game so seriously they'll talk about it at Thanksgiving dinner with their family
Bill is always the worst looper on the team
Claudettes are so toxic they get remembered and lobby dodged
Trappers are goofballs that are impossible to hate
Jeff players are chads with huge brains that are also handsome
-
Everyone's mentioned loops, but also; bodyblocks, generator priority & using scratch marks to their advantage.
