Some Maps cant be chosen/played

is there any information aviable about why some Realms/Maps wont work for offerings and they also wont appear on their own:
- Gideon Meat Plant
- Grave of Glennvale

Dead Dawg was temporarily removed from the map rotation because they accidentally added an infinite loop (I'm assuming that's why because it was taken down as soon as people pointed it out)
I have no idea why Gideon's missing when we just had an event around it
Blood lodge is also disabled, don't know why.
The Game was disabled, i heard that there were rooms that survivors could not get out of if the killer didn't break the walls.
