Honestly the only time I camp is to secure atleast one kill in a losing game, or if I'm basement build on bubba. Otherwise I'm likely to tunnel if you have bright cosmetics because you're kind of asking for it. or if I cna confirm SWF and feel like making somebody angry, but thats only on my own bad days.

Your resident Pig main is here to save the day!
Right, first things first, add-ons I find there are only two good add-on combonations that will effect your preformance or results; those are:
Combat Straps and Last Will, my personal standard add-ons, the CS let you navigate slightly quicker if you're using crouch alot, which I highly reccomend when coming up to a generator so you're not slowed while getting there but also have a potential gen grab. The Last Will lets you keep up pressure by giving you an extra RBT which lets you be more generous with them and also wastes more time for a survivor.
The other add-on combonation is Tampered Timer and Crate of Gears, these two are to apply more pressure on survivors through time management, I would only reccomend this combo however if you are confident that you can easily patrol the boxes to waste their time, or either you're not running Ruin, potentially both, it's up to you really.
Alas, the moment you've been waiting for, the perk builds.
I'll start off with my personal go-to build: Thana', Ruin, Knock Down and Surveillence. General premise, slow the game down while also keeping your ability to quickly traverse the map. Ruin is self explanitory, however Knock Down and Thana' synergise really well with each other as KD will keep people on the floor for longer meaning you get more out of Thana' and if you choose to hook if you feel you have time KD stops flashlights or bodyblocks from easily finding where you are and if you picked them up in the first place. Surveillence helps to vers. gen jockeys and those who dont move from gens, and it also provides you with locations for when you are finished in a chase as you can instantly turn your attention to the gen because of KD. So that's my go-to and it works really well, even in red ranks.
Next build is a build that can be used on any killer which is: Surveillence, NOED, Nurses and Ruin; really self explanitory, only with this build I reccomend using the Rusty Attachments and/or Slow Release Toxin add-ons.
Third is a fun build I find, it goes as follows: Devour Hope, BBQ, MYC and either KD or Monitor. Basically, using any perks that help you to make use of DH and to aid with getting stacks and easy downs. No changes are really needed for add-ons either.
The final build I'll go over is a simple fen protector, it works pretty well on pig, since RBTs are another way of wasting time aside from long ass gen times, the build is as such: Ruin, Pop, Surveillence and Overcharge, you could run Crate of Gears and Bag of Gears for this build just to pro-long the time survivors are in RBTs.
and that just about wraps up some of my personal builds for Piggy, and I hope it helps you or anybody else who reads :)

Does she keep the mask then?
I'm happy either way :P

@GrootDude boba tea...
-
Your entire point falls apart with your first line "Imagine if this was every game" But it aint, so what's the big deal? No game will ever be perfectly balanced, imagine if I played against Diamonds every game in R6S, would that be a problem? yes, but it doesnt so it's a null point.
-
No, not really I find Tapps and Kates to be the tricky ones, Lauries always seem over confident to me; perhaps that's just the PS4 experience.
-
I say they keep going, up until a shirtless Piggy ;)
-
@TheGameZpro3 I cant fault you for watching Jojo, it is indeed a great anime.
@Raptorrotas I have to say, had I made this thread last year I would have had to agree on FMA:B's opening, and I prolly would've made it my number 1, however this year for me has been great for anime. Infact, I think I'll edit the op to have some honourable mentions.
@Acromio Cruel Angels Thesis was so close to making the list, it's absolutly fantastic; but it just didnt mke it, however, if this was a lost on the top 3 soundtracks then Evangelion would easily be on that list.
@Mister_Holdout ldout I have to agree that picking favorites isn't entirely my thing, however I find that when it comes to intros and outros some just go above and beyond.
-
but why get iced tea when you can get iced coffee?
-
I'm gonna have to agree with @PhantomMask20763 and say Neopolitan ;)

There's a differance between healing in a corner, and loitering around. If I'm playing solo and am injured, more than likely I'm going to heal, because I dont have any indication of the current game state outisde of the occasional queue of sombody being injured, or such. I would rather stay on the safe side as opposed to risking being a 1 hit to a killer, then being left on hook by others, atleast by healing I get more play time, and being solo, I care most about my own playtime as opposed to the others, I'll save if it means it benefits me, but if they're being camped, or I think that somebody else will get them, I'll go do a gen or heal. If you were to loiter around however, then that is a problem, because you're not helping the team at all, atleast with healing, you can distract the killer, for that little bit longer.
-
@Mister_xD Honestly, I'm not about changing the way mori's work; if a killer had one oh ell, I just move onto the next, and as a killer They're not too bad, once you can apply pressure anyway, I unironically think the mori's right now are really good, and dont need changing... that was til I read your suggestion, and I must say, I really like that ide to add amother layer of obsession. Only making Rancor a little useless honestly.
-
Pig nerf and camping penalty. No point in punishing camping if people continue to camp anyway.
-
@Wednesday666 I feel like you're the same person I camped ealier and got rage mail from, but alas prolly not. I dont see an issue with camping, the only reason it's so effective is because of altruistic survivors that feed the killer as opposed to getting the objective done. At most a camping killer should only get two kills, however entitles survivors often go for the save then complain that they all didn't escape because you were camping one person (you being me in this case I guess) It's not hard either to spot somebody camping either, even in basement an attentive surv can easily spot a killer, from that point it is on the survivor as to wether or not they die. You cant blame the killer for getting several kills with an inefective strategy. Honestly I'm on the verge of starting a lil' YT series in which I post the games in which I camp, followed by the rage mail I get from them. Infact that raises another point, many killers who camp dont do it to win, they do it to get reactions out of salty survs who are mad the killer didnt follow their made up rule book of what makes you have fun. Remember, the killers are other people to you, who have an opposing objective, hence why should you be allowed to have fun, when often times your fun is in conflict with the killers fun, you may enjoy looping, however the killer may not. In most cases you can boil camping down to abusing altruistic survivors, or securing a kill of a failing round; people looking for reactions; or an issue incured by double standards.
appolagies if this post isnt the most coherent, I type as I go, and dont really plan my post, but rather express my views as they are in my head.
-
@My_Farewell the issue with adrenaline is that it is both an extended speed boost and insta heal, at this point, I play mostly SWF and more often that not am the one who loops the killer. When I'm told that they are about to pop last gen I get to safely say that I can A. loop the killer longer until the gates are open and B. escape from them with the HUGE speed boost that I get. Which is completely unfair to the killer, it should be a case of one or the other, not borh for the single perk slot.
-
well, I've given my thoughts on your survey.

But P3 fully immersed stealth Claudette got so borrrrrrrrrrrrrrring. ๐
In all honesty, I don't care whether it happens or not, as I don't care about rank. Just surprised that some Killers still think it is a good "strategy".
@BeanieBoyBob I dont mean be a blendette, but just have some darker clothes, I know a few people who have stated, that they'll camp or tunnel those with bright cosmetics since "They're just asking to be caught"
-
Here's a good way to not get camped, dont wear bright cosmetics.
-
@NMCKE If you would like I can send your way all the results of my camping experience, since I often do it to salt mine. And with a fairly similar build; though I would say to truely get accurate results you need to to embody camping, i.e Leatherface, Insidious, Ruin and the two transport perks. And again, I'll be more than happy to dm you anything you need like results or post game chats, since some of us aren't as considerate as you ;) As for your suggestions, I agree that maybe extende the duration on hook, however increasing gen repair speed seems like alot to me.
-
Laugh. While I know there are toxic people in the community, I honestly couldnt care at this point, since alot of my own gameplay revolves around things that are annoying to deal with, such as camping with insidious letherface. So naturally, most of my entertainment from that comes from those who intend to bully others. Honestly, there's nothing else like being reported then sedning them a picture of all the non reportable offences. So there's no real reason for me to want toxicity gone.
-
@BillyBoiMain dont we all?
@Mertcan ngl, actually pretty funny
-
But you forget, the most poweful build of all... BUBBAS BASEMENT.
-
@Heroiq not bad, not bad at all. Only one I have a real concern about is Adam, instead I would make it so ruin and missed skill checks dont cause regression.

Nty, my funky arse wants killer plushies!
-
I have but a mere 4 ;-;
-
God I hope so! But I'll stick with the
camoP3 skin even if not. -
Because while you're sat trying to heal them, you could be off working on a gen instead.
-
My personal suggestion was to give players the ability to choose a common addon at P1+2, which would be made unlimited, then at P3 they can choose an uncommon addon which would be made unlimited.
-
Or either, they camp to get salt, or reactions like this thread here.
-
I am not talking like play to test same thing but rather play the game for 1-2 hours ( as killer and survivors) in high rank (7-1).
I would presume that it has something to do with the job, sure they MIGHT play the odd time, but when your job is designing the game, would you really wnt to pend several hours working on a game every day then to go home and play that same game, almost every day of your life with no real benefit, when they could go and get new experiences with other games, providing they choose to play video games at all in their time off.
Also do you not think that should they decide to balnce the game off thier own experience, that they would be liable to bias? wheres with a community it is possble to get feedback from those who my not be boased and put more time into the game.
-
I mean, Hag never looked good in the first place, so I see no differance. So does it really matter? Beside, if you're a real Hag main, then it shouldnt matter how she looks.
kind regard from The Pig Main (i.e the better killer ;) )

Not on console tho. Billy is kinda strong but Nurses are usually bad.
You haven't faced a good PS4 nurse, just because it's harder doesnt make it impossable. Nurse is still great, but it is the player using her.
-
Nothing, out of all killer ability Docs in to me the worst. It has few purposes, even ingame ot doesn't harm anybody, but tickle them, give a scream or two, thats about it. Why not Nurses or Hags, even Huntress and Legion have a cool gimmick of good physical propertys.
-
+1 times infinity, would love it even more if the theme played for Pigggy too.
-
Feng = best survivor, and there's nothing anybody can do to change that.
-
@Orion While it does seem fair, it could still be changed to when the final gen is done and kept fair simply by upping the time that the EGC is active, say to 4 minutes? As it stands 3 minutes from gate open is alredy alot of time, which is fine, and in the current game state it doesnt take too long to open gates, I would go so far as to argue that 3 minutes could be fine starting by gen finish. But to my point, EGC is to stop survivors from lurking about the match once gtes are open, but the sooner the EGC begins then theoreticlly the sooner survivors would leave.
-
I've had it too, matches take ages but once it finds one surv then normlly the rest come in pretty quickly.
-
Her endgame potential was nefed so hard that it affects her mid and early game too, the TR change means that she cant even hold presure againt survivors who have an RBT on their head, furthermore on maps such as the game or lerys it will now be near impossble to even threaten surivors who keep their traps on their head between gens.
-
piggy got sorta nerfed?
;-;
-
I would wonder of they tried to get liscence for "The Thing" either. While for sure more popular it would be a nice addition.
-
@BillyIII god damn, you stole my joke XD
Aside from me, has to be Nikenzie, Peasant, Rex Huin and Poweas all very great people.
-
Civ V is a bad game.
-
My best feature? My visible neutral feelings regardless of what mood I'm in. I always appear the same no matter how I feel.
-
Again, it's not that I feel pallets are in a bad place, just that I was trying to give everybody a fair chance to choose what they may feel needs changing or fixing. So just giving those thee option to choosee pallets should they feel like pallets are an issue
-
@BACKSTABBER thanks for the "input"
-
Or perhaps we weren't being the most civil in our quest to better the game. I'm trying to do this as not to be aggressive, but present what the bulk of players want in more civil way, especilly considering how some matters are discussed here on the forums.
-
@FSB75 You forgot warthunder in that list.
-
That's fine, however it's still important that they know what we want, sometimes you need an outside perspective to find the solution to a problem. Perhaps if they see this they may change and come to a compromise on the direction they are goong, between what they want and what we want.
That would've been a good addition, but welp, some feedback is better than none right?
