Single gen takes 80 seconds for a single survivor, when you hit normal skill checks and don't use toolboxes. Since great skill checks are RNG you could get 1 or 10 during the repair.
Usually 1 survivor gets chased and loops the killer through a jungle gym while the 3 other survivors repair gens.
It's not unusual to see 2-3 gens done before the killer hooks the first survivor.
Hook phase is 120 seconds from first hook till death. From there one survivor unhooks while the other two repair.
If your first chase goes that long you already doing bad.
What you say is that three survivors doing gens while one get chased. Thats a definition of a bad play from killer perspective. Its obvious to monkey that gens will pop up very fast in that case. While survivors fix gens very fast when split up they barely able to fix gens when killer keeps them all under pressure. How fast game snowballs in killers favour when killers gets to find a rescuer. While survivors task is to split up killers task is to bring them all together.

It might allow the Survivor to break chase long enough to reduce Bloodlust, but it doesn't inherently remove it, no.
one tier can be removed right after the stun i guess.

On red ranks the gates are powered within the first 3-4 minutes. Survivors that know how to keep you busy for 5 gens and that power through ruin.
On rank 20 to 15 you can't literally depip. On red ranks you could get 4 kills + max bloodpoints and still only safety pip.
Single gen takes about 1:16 if you hit all the greats skillchecks.
Its more than "possible" to get 3-4 kills even under that time you mentioned above.
-
Huntress is one of top tier killers.
If you want to not be punished for doing bad just take addons. Thats how this game works.
-
Balance is fine for both sides anyone who disagrees is being biased.
A few killers needs some addons to be in their base kit.

What this discussion really should be about is why aren't all bugs bannable almost right away? It's obvious when bug abuse is happening oh I just so happened to want to use sprint burst even though I never use it. Same with the Legion add-ons ect.
No its hard to detect when people just use sprint or they use it to exploit the heck out of it. People even use sprint burst post exhaustion so you can never tell whether they use sprint legit way or exploiting the bug. What needs to be done is simply fixing that bug .

I punched you in the face. But I didn't hospitalize you, so it's okay.
Intentionally exploiting bugs is intentionally exploiting bugs. Therefore, all cases of exploiting bugs should be punishable, no matter the severity or the context behind it. Otherwise you are sending this very grey message of "yeah okay, exploiting some bugs is okay."
No, it should be black and white. Exploiting is not okay and should never be okay.
Why?

I'm more than positive the developers know about this already.
Usyllis and MULTIPLE other streamers have pointed it out. No need to make a thread bashing developers over a hot-fix.
It will more than likely be patched when the Freddy rework goes live. Until then, either play killer and get over it or play survivor!
What's complaining going to do? ............... Thought so.
I reported this bug at the day ghostface came out most were laughing at it.
Devs already attempted to bug fix it but they failed.

I've never prestiged any killer, so maybe that has something to do with it? I mean, I've been hoarding those things from day 1 without losing a single one.
Yeah and people complain about kilers being weak. So stupid i know. Killers have to keep their offerings far away to seem weaker.
-
Play killers with addons just like i do now
Simple as that you see?

I have no idea what exactly you're replying to. What you're saying, what you mean, what your point is: that's all lost on me. You're not saying anything.
Find someone with standards as low as yours and talk about this with them, not me.
If you cant find "almost every killer except nurse" in your own sentence yeah thats hard leave it

Guess what? Killers also do not want to feel helpless and that their skill and all the hours that they dedicted mean nothing; but that is the case for almost every killer except the Nurse, otherwise they are totally reliant on survivors making significant mistakes. We picked the role that above all else should not feel helpless, survivors picked a role where a certain degree of helplessness is necessary and should be expected based on the theme and the principle of an asymmetric multi-player.
In an asymmetric multi-player, the side which has the numbers advantage should not ever have the 1v1 advantage, or even be close to equal. Stealth should be a necessity in some cases, because having to face the killer 1v1 should default to the killer winning barring a huge disparity in the ability of the actual players.
Almost every killer except nurse pfff...
You probably meant that only nurse is viable amongst other killers addonless? You re wrong even then. Besides addons are meant to be played with so stop handicapping yourself and admit you re wrong

Found the SWF.
Outside of Nurse, Billy, and Spirit, Killers can't do anything to you in under 2 minutes unless you make a mistake. If you're seeing a lot of toxic players, maybe you're bringing it on yourself.
You know teabagging is an insult, right? Maybe don't unhook right in front of the Killer, either.
I thought teabagging was kind of a like "thanks"

Since.. forever? You can only lose Bloodlust in three ways;
- Not be in a chase for a few seconds.
- Break a pallet.
- Damage a survivor.
Stunning killer with pallet also

Except he is exactly right. Your comment about Killers holding 80% of the power is literally laughable.
Anyone who has more than 100 hours in this game or watches ANY decent Killer streamer knows that the Survivors are the real power. Even without SWF.
I am currently rank 1 Killer and rank 3 Survivor (main Killer) and without a doubt Killer is mind numbingly poison to play as anything past rank 7. As Survivor it is extremely annoying to get tunneled and camped but it becomes less and less frequent the higher rank you get. People love to complain about tunneling but not their teammate who unhooked them 5 seconds after they got hooked!
Survivor is relaxing and fun most of the time, but not as rewarding for escaping. Killer is stressful and fun SOME of the time, but super rewarding when you 4k.
-Xbox Player
EDIT:
Run Adrenaline, Dead Hard, Borrowed Time, and Decisive Strike. learn how to loop a bit, only save if you have to and focus on gens instead of healing. You'll always pip. ALWAYS
Is it so hard to take mori?Play stronger killers? You can play with mori every game and mori beats any other things survivors have. The only reason people play without mori is due to how easy killers are with it. So stop spreading lies about killers being weak. Thats laughable.
-
@Avariku said:
Can't imagine why more people don't play survivor, it's almost like it's not fun to play a game where you spend round after round being camped/tunneled/slugged by someone who holds 80% of the power in the game but still feels the need to rub your face in your defeat by slugging you at end game just to pick you up and drop you at the gate when your collapse timer reaches 5 sec.
The last part yeah that s me :D
-
40 mins. Seriously improve matchmaking.
-
The perk is fine maybe even good. When against three survivors its always better to apply pressure on every each one of them maybe even easier?
Besides if you tunnel with that perk on you will most likely get d striked which means you already really close to activating the perk. If you wont get d striked well its good right? The perk actually got buffed with new ds being implemented but thats all just the words. I never used it that much before. Before you d need to find obsession first etc.

There already was a thread about the Nurse and it was closed because "people started to attack each other without contributing to the thread much". Sad part is devs are too afraid to rework her to make her balanced because the outrage of the community will be too strong for them to handle. Plus they have some weird balance ideas recently which only affect one side and then they wonder "duuuuuh why no survivors in our game and killer ques 20 min duuuuh".
The problem with these kind of games is that stronger role is much more attractive for majority.
I mean who wants to be an underpowered meat?
Basically the only time i play survivor is when im with friends.

Thank you for sharing the video
I am not going to give any comments on the skill level of the survivors or killer in this video. But I will say that hiding from nurse is not a counterplay; It is just .... hiding so that you don't have to deal with her.
Yes you can spread out, do the objective as quick as possible and pray that you don't get found but this is not countering the nurse. It is exactly the opposite which is avoiding her.
"AVOIDING HER IS NOT A COUNTER PLAY"
As a survivor, I don't want to feel helpless and that my skill and all the hours that I dedicated for this game mean nothing. I didn't play survivor for thousands of hours to hold M1 and hide behind a rock (this get very boring after playing the game for several hours). I play for the interaction between the survivor and the killer and this is what keep me coming back to play more. A killer that force me to hide behind a rock and hold M1 removes all the fun from the game.
Reallly? If you so concerned about counterplays read threads about nurse there are plenty of them and there are plenty of counters im not going to repeat those again and again. Nobody says that avoiding her is the only counterplay.

I wonder if ruin made the skill checks go in reverse so they spun random directions and possibly rotated. Would this help make it harder than a simple tap of space. Like the skillcheck spins clockwise while the tick part spins counter-clockwise. To me that is ruining your chances at hitting great skill checks as well.
Nice idea
-
Gen times:
Ruin applied :
1 : 26 ( 3 greats out of 3 skillchecks total )
1: 32 ( 6 greats out of 7 skillchecks total)

Dude it's been explain before. People like to complain about 1 version of Nurse. There are 4 tiers of nurse players!
1. Baby Nurse
2. Nurse
3. Good Nurse
4. God Nurse
The god nurse legends are mostly dinosaurs now. They don't even really play anymore unless you're in Korea. Seems like those dudes have all the never lose nurse players lol.
And god nurse can see you when you break the LOS? No she s just predicted your pathing and thus she deserves to get you downed.

Literally all the time, I hit good skill checks when ruin is active then hit greats when it's not. I make fun of myself about it all the time XD.
The thing is with great skillcheck colour(size). It looks quite smaller as it really is. Mess around your screen settings to get same results as if ruin is not even there. As the result you should get the same sized great skillcheck as when ruin is not applied.

@Wubsyy__ Then you are not a good nurse, period.
I reach red ranks every season and nurse is the most killer that I go against. If she has any counter play, me and everyone else would have learned it by now and you wouldn't see anybody complaining here.
A killer that teleports ignoring all the survivors' defenses with no reliable counterplay is not fundamentally broken?
If she is not fundamentally broken, then why don't you show us a video of you countering a god tier nurse? I would be more than happy to watch it.
You don t even play nurse first of all and i would like to play against some got tier nurse to disprove this bullshit and i dont even play lately so im trash at the game but i know how to play againt nurse.
-
@laKUKA said:
As a nurse main i say she is broken like the capitalism.
i just have no more than 200 hours on her, and can handle most of the swf on rank 1 with NO ADDONS....
BUT when i try another killer based on game mechanics(pallets, looping, etc) i cant even pass the rank 12.... so sad.
And I do awesome as trapper as well when survivors steps into my traps.
-
Nurse is actually the only killer i like to play against because i like outplaying killers and lose them during a chase.
Rather rework all the looping and the rest of the killers so they all would become nurse kind of a killer.

leatherface and hillbilly idk but..the saw never runs out of gas?(gasoline) and they never get tired? and legion why does he have to wait for his special talent?

Every killer can lunge across the Combine in coldwind maps and every killer can lunge off the stairs and over a safe palette in The Game map. Billy can throw himself onto two looping objects on the autohaven maps that have the middle hill if you do it right. He can fly outta the Crotus Prenn tower and land on a terrain asset unless the one they fixed this patch is the same one I remember. You can still fall onto stuff from the catwalks in I think groaning storehouse or Ironworks of Misery.
And are those bannable offenses?

As Peanits said just some comments above, ragequits shouldn't be reported because disconnects are automatically tracked.

Survivor is unhooked by a teammate instantly, and/or and makes little effort to run or hide right after getting unhooked. Which, ironically, is what the OP is complaining about.
Or make it a practice to slug recently unhooked people and go for the unhooker.
Here s something that s going to surprise you : I DO but i still get stunned with DS plenty of times.

People complain about DS in the beginning, people complain about DS in the end.
People complain about it disrupting momentum. People complain despite having counterplay.
It's almost as if perks that help survivors survive are generally unpopular!
Give me some sign that i can pick up survivor without getting stunned then it will has counters.

@Slayer Are you even serious with this comment?
This "Gen Rushing" as you call it, is 99% of the time the result of you tunneling one target. What do you expect the rest to do? Wait for you to get better at catching the one player?
Countering would be efficiently hooking multiple survivors so that other survivors have to go and save (i.e. giving them a reason to pause on their main objective).
The devs never said DS was strictly an anti-tunneling perk. It works as such, but it isn't meant to only work for that. Adapt.
It fine as it is.
Applying pressure + eliminating survivors as fast as possible (less survivors on gens better). And ds stays on my way for wanting to eliminate survivors as fast as i can.

@EAX said:
Im quite confused, how do you even activate Sprint Burst "normal"? For me that perk is 100% RNG and Inconsistent.
Sometimes im geting chased and i spam the Shift key and it just wont pop untill i tank the Hit, other times the game just started i press shift it doesnt pop, then in another game it pops instant when i dont even need it at all.
Totaly confusing to me why that thing isnt even bound to another Key as it normaly should be.
Cause then its going to be overpowered. Now it works like better dead hard. Also can work like balanced landing :D
You need to press shift to activate it.

@Slayer I bug I heard about with Sprint burst is related to the map. However maybe it is more generalized and can be done with other items aswell.

Yeah if you play her right she can end chases very quickly but if the Survivor has Dead Hard and can actually loop then she's just like everyone else. Also she's slower when she charges her Vomit so take advantage of that info.
Its harder to loop with that visual. Also she can easily find survivors when they attempting to save someone for example definetely going to main her some day

You can put Survivor in Broken very fast if you have full charge and aim to neck, it takes around 2-3 seconds
