Perks like Bamboozle and Fire Up would buff the actual Frenzy Vault speed itself. This got removed with the addition of Wesker for consistency's sake, as they didn't want Wesker's vault being affected by these perks for fear of it being too strong.
Its not about it being too strong, its to keep things consistent with perks not having an impact with powers.
Besides, I dont think that interaction with Legion was intended in the first place

In all honesty, a slight movement speed increase while in fatigue would be nice, maybe a slight increase in movement speed as well.

If were going purely off of red ranks (mainly because I spent most of my time there flips hair) it was some what similar. The beginning of a season would be a bit more sweaty since the better players would reach the higher ranks faster, and as the season progressed it was all over the place, especially towards the end of it.

Trial and error.
It's not possible to teach every little thing about the game. You the player, need to develop your own way of playing and discover how to survive or kill. That's why only goals and objectives are presented to you.
The wiki is there just as manuals of the past. You have plenty of exteral resources to teach every little bit of the game. You don't need the game to micromanage the fun out of it.
No it isnt, but it sure as hell can do a better job than it is now. Basically all my friends that I tried getting into the game has quit because there is just too much going on and some of them have even reached over the 100 hour mark. If 100 hours isnt enough to even understand the bare minimum to stand a slight chance there's something wrong.
All Im askin for is small mini tutorials sort of how Mortal Kombat does it, teaches you the bare minimum of a little bit of everything without being too intimidating due to the large majority of it being optional, but still very nice as a newcomer. I dont need to know 30 combos by the time Im done the tutorial, but knowing how to initiate them and then being able to experiment from there is a much better start than just "Hold W, hope for profit". Killer Instinct? Not a single mention. Lunging? Nothing. Even stunning the killer isnt taught, you literally throw down a pallet in the open and thats the end of it
With how big this game is it absolutely NEEDS better tools for new players to learn. This game already has a monumental amount of things to remember, and not even knowing all the basics is a joke.

The haste after Marking a Survivor is nice... but blinding for 5 seconds..? no. Vault speed and break buffs... these are negligible and unnecessary. Ghost Face could use some attention, but these just arent it and there are other killers who deserve to be looked at more

Game needs multiple (optional) mini tutorials for different aspects of the game, just so it can go over the basics. The tutorial doesnt even teach you how to lunge

Everyone who plays Nurse and Blight is absolutely a sweat lord, the difference is that sometimes you get Nurse and Blights who are still learning, so they aren't at optimal efficiency yet, but they are still in training to be sweat lords.
Me realizing that Ive been a sweatlord this entire time just because I needed to do a Blight daily:

Agreed.
SWF is the biggest factor when talking about this topic, and even then its not as black and white. Not every SWF is playing as if they have a gun to their head, theyre just casual gamers havin a good time with their buds. Its like saying everyone who plays Nurse or Blight is an absolute sweatlord, or everyone running X build is desperate for a win. And we all know that isnt the case.

While I'm sure that some people did before, why all the denial that there's a significant number of people who don't want to play with these garbage bots in their PvP games? As a survivor, they're infuriating to play with. I've heard complaints from killers too. They've absolutely decreased any interest or excitement I have towards 2v6+2 if this is the future of it.
I aint denying anything, its just a little out there to say that streamers are doing open lobbies only because of bots

I've seen a lot of content creators doing this (playing with their chat or with content creator friends).
It's funny to see some Fog Whisperers SWFing up for 2V8, when their job is to promote the game and even they don't want to queue with the bots, you know BHVR messed up this time.

Because you should never cleanse vs her. It makes no sense to do so, except at the very end when you've already won. It's a like healing over and over again vs Legion, which everybody does for some reason.
This was true back in the day, but nowadays where a good chunk of the maps are like 80% deadzones, cleansing is not a bad idea since you can use your health state to gain more distance

Rapid is not okay your trading 15% with infinite duration haste for 5% for 10 seconds with 3 seconds shaved off cause attack wipe animation it's absolutely not okay

Oh yeah, I use that one the most BY FAR. The 2nd one I use primarly during the anniversary events, and the 3rd one I usually use the skull mask with it as well, but I wanted to show a bit of variety ;)
