Idc anymore. In the end they will always do what they want.

Indulging in toxicity is unhealthy for me.
I know because sometimes I feel the urge to bm the bm'ers back and find myself enjoying those negative emotions and feeling weird about it. Like enjoying it in some kind of twisted righteous way, which just drains me and make me call it a day.
I feel better when I just play the game normally and ignore it, or use it back on people like that to see if they get tilted and make mistakes. But I can't really control how I feel and when so...

Well same goes for every m1 killer I guess.
There is just a line where games become outright impossible and it is not neccessarily just perks. It is tiles and how restricted you are in chase.
You just have to break a lot of safe pallets/force entity window blocks and waste time while gens pop.
Or you never commit to chases if every survivor runs to the strongest tiles, which yields the similar results really. I mean you have to commit to a chase sometime.

Spirit level: TheGannMan.

I like both.

My condolences.
Jk I play weaker killers myself and sometimes have fun with it. Recently started playing gf too and memeing around.

Us vs them.
God this forum is unbearable sometimes.

Love when people shame and dictate how others should play.

Not me.

Camping is killer existing anywhere on the map.

I believe people do it to sort of "threaten" the developers into listening. It obviously doesn't work, but in their minds, they are giving them an ultimatum.
This.

We can laugh all we want but what if it happens actually?
-
Seriously guys?
We already know it's springtrap so stop trolling and be serious for once.
Sheesh.
-
I can deal with it but sometimes I feel like I'm being carried by survivor and not vice versa lmao.

I've had multiple killers quit since the patch. Quite a few quit towards end of match.
My SWF teammate tried to play a few killer matches to get some challenges done over the weekend and every time he tried he was kicked from the match. No issues with other online games he played those days, just DBD, so maybe it's a DBD server issue.
Could be.
I didn't have any problems with killer when I played yesterday luckily.
@Somna said:
I've only seen survivor DCs today unfortunately. But it feels like there's been a lot more killers playing lately, as I've had to wait longer and longer into the night for an instant killer queue.
Survs dc all the time yeah.

Could be. It is a common hack.

No idea, but I certainly know how to lose one 😅
I wanted you to say "like the piano".
Dissapointed :P.

Me neither, its silly to rage quit.
But having maxed out perks isn't really an indicator of player skill. I've been playing a long time and while I can compete in the upper end of the game I can't say I enjoy it when its super competitive. DBD's MMR is murder on the casual gamer.
People take this stuff to seriously, I guess losing that first chase means they don't want to play anymore so chalk it up to sore losers.
Was it the weekend, the sore loser meltdown goes up ten fold over the weekend.
It was today and felt weird.

Also gotta remember it's BHVR, probably not the best internet connection on their servers, lol
Yeah. I mean this was definitely weird. This never happened so much to me that I had to call it a day.
-
There are hacks but some of the better players hug tiles like they are glued to them for max efficiency.

Hey I'm not defending it but the match making is kinda borked I think players are getting sick of just being endlessly looped in mismatched games.
I can't recall the last time I had a match against a killer that was the same skill level as me (and I'm not that good as survivor).
Backfill throws killers under the bus more often than not and after multiple games of that you can't blame people for going ah screw this. The 5 min ban is still shorter than the survivor queue time.
Again I'm not defending it people shouldn't be DC'ing, but at the same time I get why some people might be after being looped for 2 mins. Its still sore loserism but will only get more common if the MMR can't match players properly.
I dunno man all of them had decent builds and purple perks. I rarely get matched with babies.
I understand the frustration but I play both roles myself and I don't rage quit ever.

That's an interesting way to play him, I don't know if I even have that add on. What perks are you using to essentially make up for not having a power on him?
It's the yellow add on, dunno the name atm.
I use stbfl and some gen defence/anti loop.
-
Oblivious when revealed add on and I don't neccesarily go for exposes that much.

On Midwich, by any chance?
I'm taking a break from killer until it's fixed, but there's now a spot that's easy to access for survivors where you are invulnerable, and it's being abused by at least 1 person every game.
Not midwich nor haddonfield.

@sizzlingmario4 said:
Did you by any chance go against any deathslingers? He has a game breaking bug with his spear and people have been dcing after realizing they can’t use his power.
No.
I went against huntress, looped her a little and she dc'ed after a pallet stun.
Then two nurses, one dc'ed after she missed her blink on me, the other was in chase with someone else and dc'ed.
Then legion who dc'ed after he chased me for a while and I balanced landed.
And last one was pinhead where he got looped by a nea and dc'ed at the start pretty much.
-
I don't like them either. The only exception is spooky myers.

big maps for trapper are pain, but i guess that applies to almost every killer.
Yeah big maps are bad for everyone without mobility.

Well I'm all ears is indeed causing freezes for me in the end so I can't get value out of it. Feelsbadman.

Definitely a troll acount. And pathetic one at that. You should be ashamed of yourself for saying things like that.
-
Thanks everyone I appreciate the info.
-
I don't have problem with noed as surv nor do I really use it as a killer because I never got value out of it.
I was just wondering because so many people complain about it. And some streamers consider it unhealthy for the game.
-
Awesome 1st post.
-
I'm using the build tru3 does and having a blast with it. No gen defence except corrupt tho but you brute force through pretty much every loop and eat those pallets for lunch.
-
It is not consistent yeah. Sometimes I wonder why I run it.
I don't want to run agitation because even then it might not be guaranteed.
I think I should just go with pop or something.
-
No. I didn't really disliked it more than other maps but I don't miss it.
I wouldn't miss any map.

This. Nemmy's early game is absolutely atrocious. Every time I switch from Nemmy to PH, the match feels so much easier
That's not even mentioning the wonky tentacle hitboxes when it comes to windows
Not to mention how crouching cucks his tentacle.
Since I started playing ph recently I don't feel like playing nemmy at all honestly.

Yeah, so I wouldn't consider your situation being toxic.

Thank you for showing you have no intention of understanding what I am saying.
OP gets what I am saying and that's what matters.
I understand perfectly what you meant, the only difference is that I disagree with your definition of toxic.

Uh, and what do you think BM stands for? Taunting falls under that you know.
Why would you stand next to a 99% gen and wait for the killer to show up before finishing it in their face? Archive challenges for finishing are terror radius, not Killer being on top of the gen. Killer shows up, then you tap the gen to finish it?
Intent matters, and when you make it clear with your actions that you COULD have gotten it done earlier and chose not to, yes that's toxic to people who actually have a sense of ethics.
Bm is flashlight clicking, teabagging etc. if the intent is to insult someone.
If the person finished a gen and tbagged, tbagg would be considered bm not the act of finishing the gen. You don't know why would someone finish a gen that they left at 99%. It really isn't toxic, stop calling everything toxic.
-
@Somna said:

Being a dick IS being toxic.
Bm'ing is toxic. Insulting someone in chat etc. is toxic.
I don't see how finishing nearly finished gen before killer can pop it is toxic.
-
@Somna said:
It depends. For example, if the gen was 99% and you weren't actively working on it when she showed up, then tapped it to complete it once she did, that's pretty toxic. But if you were working on it the entire time and then she showed up right as it finished...not your fault.
That is not toxic at all.
-
Very rare for me.
-
Of course not. It is a surv doing their objective, I do it sometimes too if it needs to be done.
Do I maybe not spare said person throughout the rest of the match, the answer is yes. But that is not toxic as well.
-
@Chocolate_Cosmos said:
No, nerf Pig.

Currently still the same as in this post, but when I get some free time I'm gonna actually do some more experimenting with newer perks again. Not got the most amount of time to myself rn sadly lol
I am asking mainly because of the pop. Wanted to see if you switched it for some of the more recent gen regression perks.

Which build are you currently running on ph?

Ghostface is the worst killer in the game. Along side Trapper and Sadako in my opinion.
But he can teabagg faster than my girl piggy.
