I just want to see the lobby ping again

Instead of BP, how about an Iri shards incentive? That would be way better

An easy solution to camping is to not get caught 🤯
Jokes aside, I agree. Reassurance needs at least 10 meters range BUT it shouldn't activate if the killer is chasing a survivor near the hook. At that point is the survivor's fault for chasing around the hook.
LOL?? Of course not, it defeats the purpose of the perk
-
Okay guys, what about this situation:
2 survivors die at 5/4/3 gens, it doesnt matter, the game is already lost for the survivors. So the killer "befriends" one of the 2 left and hunts the 4th one. The killer downs the 4th survivor and hook them, only for both the 3rd survivor and the killer farm the 4th survivor out until they are dead, and the killer let the other escape. Is this considered "working with the killer" and is it bannable?
PS: I has happened to me, I was the 4th

Well that's pretty much the only difference between swfs and solo queue... communication, as well as probably better match making, and more reliability on teammates. But communication is the key factor that significantly brings down soloq. No ones knows what the other is doing, multiple people going for saves, no one on gens, people unaware the killer is face camping etc. Things like base kindred and icons showing what other players are doing would go a long way, even if it's not to the same level as swfs.
Solo q should be able to see each other's perk loadout in the lobby, that would help a lot

Hyperfocus is breaking the game

It works through floors. I've seen people get reassurance through floors on gideons.
But not in the basement, which defeats one of the main purposes of the perk
-
I would be okay to protest by just going AFK the entire match, but that would only work if everybody is on board with it
Then the killer is forced to hook all survivors with no effort and end the match, fun right?

@pseudechis said:
There was a golden time when players would hook trade and make smart saves and focus down gens if someone was getting camped.
Now it’s just whine whine whine.
Its impossible to hook trade against some killers

I like most of the corn maps, except Torment Creek and Rotten Fields (as survivor)
to me those are very killer sided maps
-
The only "debuff" Ive seen people talking about is a perk that blocks the vault for the killer. But to balance it out it should block for the survivor too, so i don't know how that could work.

If you scroll down literally 2 messages, you can see where i admitted my mistake and said it was weird. But hey, i know it can be difficult to scroll sometimes.
Yes

I dont think its OP, just deactivate when the exit gates are powered up and then it becomes a killer perk
-
Oh yeah, great challenge
Time to see people complain about teammates throwing the game for the next few days

It's the new tome, level 4, it's one of the first challenge we need to do as survivor.
Oh yeah, new tome just opened, didnt even notice

What tome and page is this?

Sure, the epidemic of AFK killers. Nearly every match.
Yes

@Mr_K said:
They think not playing the game normally and giving the killer an easy wins will skew the stats enough to justify nerfing killers.
Killers going AFK the entire match boost escape rate
-
My mentality is: did someone DC with 0 hooks at 5 gens, or kill themselves on the first hook? Okay, I will DC as well and prepare for the next match.
I play this game to have fun, I don't rage with these minimal things. My life is not gonna change because a single game was "ruined"
EDIT: A game that happened a long time ago

It was probably just a bloodwarden, and the bug was that it displayed the wrong perk.
Blood warden lmao

You still had time to escape

The biggest Eruption value ever (from a game I had yesterday)

HOw often were killers really getting blast mined? I ran it an a killer rarely kicked the gen i had trapped. When i played killer i may have gotten hit by 1 in every 10 games.
I get a Blast Mine use probably in 1 out of 5 games, once per game too
At least it was a good perk to tell my teammates what gen I was working on
-
Judging by the distance the character model had to slide to the side, the game did was it was supposed to do.

Camping to an extent has to be done sometimes. Using it infinitly wasn't healthy. Game balance wise. It was also used for greifing.

How many times does this happen really? I mean purposefully
I mean I'm a K-main, and more often than not I stay near a gen because it nears completion and I know for a fact there's survivors nearby waiting for me to leave for a millisecond before rushing.
In my 5 years of playing I've never tried to get a 3 gen situation, but I have been in so many because people simply don't check. Now I don't dismiss the fact that some people to aim for a 3-gen, but I very much doubt it's a common occurrence at all.
It happened to me a few times. Suffocation Pit and Azarovs Resting Place are the easiest maps to pull this off

Identifying and breaking a 3-gen early is part of skill. If survivors get 3-genned, it is always their fault.
Easy to say when the killer stays on purpose only on one side of the map and it's solo queue.

Any Means Necessary, really? That is a meme perk and not even strong in the best of situations, it could be maaaaaaybe considered a QOL perk that allows you to reuse a cool palette if it wasn't destroyed, but really, when I see someone resetting a palette I chuckle.
Fast Track though I never really understood. How is it used, whats the issue with it? Even at max stacks it somehow doesn't seem that crazy to me. So do people keep the stacks and never make great skill checks on purpose the whole game till the very last gen and then clutch it with some 24% in one go?
Yeah, people do that with Fast Track
-
My game on ultra runs better than low
-
Survivor perks that I've seen people complaining about in this forum
Calm Spirit
Resurgence
Any Means Necessary
Deliverance
Left Behind
Fast Track
Detective's Hunch
and now Boil Over, even after the nerf

Or they could make a match lasting 30 mins max with a timer on top of your screen.
That would even fix the cheating problems, holding streamers hostage
-
I think they should remove the option to play the game as solo altogether. Either you play with 3 more friends or not. That solves everything,.
-
Okay, here are some more perks that I created
Be Gone
After performing a safe unhook, Be Gone activates delaying the alert to the killer for 2/3/4 seconds.
*Be Gone has a cool-down of 30 seconds.
Heavyweight
After being hooked once, if you are put on the same hook after being saved within 30/45/60 seconds, the hook breaks and the killer is stunned for 3 seconds.
If another survivor is hooked on the same hook you were, the hook also breaks and stuns the killer for 3 seconds.
Board Up
You see the aura of broken pieces of pallets and walls within 16 meters. Collect a token from each broken piece area. After 5/4/3 tokens, Board Up activates.
Approach a raised pallet or a wall and hold the ability button for 8 seconds to reinforce it. Board Up then deactivates.
A reinforced pallet or wall takes an extra 2 seconds for the killer to complete the break action. Board Up does not affect break actions by the killer's secondary power.
For Killer
Mark of the Beast
The first survivor you hit with your basic attack is forever marked. Every time they perform a healing action on themselves or another survivor further than 50/45/40 meters from you, they have their location revealed by killer instinct.
*Mark of the Beast activates again after the survivor dies or escapes.

I've noticed that it can show up for a second or two before disappearing. I keep getting 90-ish ping per game and it's driving me bonkers.
I am so sick of games where the killer hits me from a mile away
-
I have created a lot of perks for other licensed characters. One of these was "Comeuppance": While in the dying state, press and hold the secondary ability button for 10 seconds to activate the perk. When the killer picks you up, they are faced with a difficult skill check. If they miss you automatically escape their grasp, stunning them for 5 seconds and the perk is disabled. You no longer recover from the dying state by yourself. If you initiate a recovery the perk is deactivated.

There is just no way survivor would do this in a way where one person dcs with exit gates open to get his swf an extra pip. Nope. None. /s
Again, the game needs to be balanced around SWF...

A lot of killer perks & abilities work through multi-floor levels too. Is that bull too?
Yeah, they say that but still use scourge hooks, Jolt, aura reading perks, Eruption, etc
The double standard is actually funny
-
You can't add Off the Record, they overlap each other in terms of endurance effect.

The other day I managed to sneak into the basement while the killer camped just outside. I used reassurance and instead of pulling them off the hook just waited for the killer to give up on camping and leave.
Felt like a good use.
Wow, the killer gave up on camping in 30 seconds? I doubt it

@MikaelaWantsYourBoon said:
Well it is garbage perk, you should use better perks before BHVR nerf them as well.
You know you won't be able to use it when the exit gates are powered up very soon
