C. I may be on the hook, and it hurts like hell, but I'm going to make the most of it and get some exercises in. Who knows, the tall woman might be impressed.

I had a match against someone I had played with as survivor. We were both Iri 1, which means more than just not dying but actively doing stuff to double pip.
I put it down to just not enough killers being online to get a closer match. They will throw baby killers to the wolves because getting any match is more important than longer queue times for survivors.

I see a lot of DC as killer. I report the obvious ragequits. Not sure what else can be done without some tracking of player interactions prior to DC for an intelligent penalty system.

No no we already have aim assist and it's terrible it needs to be removed.
Aim assist needs a rework then, if it is terrible. I am playing controller and it's clear how much an advantage KB/M have.

It doesn't work like that. It really depends on the pool of available players online at time of matching. It will put really low MMR killer against high MMR survivors just so they get a match.

No it's not fair and the devs have already said players shouldn't do it. Wasn't there already a lengthy discussion about it recently?

I have noticed the insane red stains on some of the streams but the other colours are normal. No idea how they do that.

And why killers can view the name of the survs and lobby dodge? It’s more difficult to find a match as surv and it doesn’t seem a problem

If you can it's worth gathering game footage of the killer singling you out across a few matches to prove your case.
Do you have the option to play in another region on console? If not you might want to look into a router with OpenVPN but it is costly.

You can't change your name on Playstation ID the way you can change your nickname on Steam, if that's what you mean. It would be a permanent change and I am unwilling to do that for this psycho.
On Steam it retains name history for a certain period, it is viewable by others even if you have set your profile private.

Yesterday during both Unreal client and Steam crashed. It gave me a crash log but I couldn't submit it, I had to reboot. How to discern this occurence from someone who ragequit? By the time I was logged back in the 5 mins penalty had expired.
Maybe an algorithm to see what game activity was happening prior to the DC, but it could still make mistakes.

I find her the weakest compared to The Shape and Ghostface. She needs some small buff.

I don't think removing the DC penalty is a good idea.
Better to be able to access the report system by pressing Escape key, so you don't have to wait til the end of match to do it. This way more hackers can get reported.
Most people would take the 5 mins hit because they don't care about reporting a hacker holding the game hostage. They just want the hostage experience to end.
If people think hackers are so rare, I had two different survivors instaheal in front of me in the space of half an hour tonight.

On PS5 I just make my profile impossible to msg unless you are a friend and I don't allow friend requests. Simple as that, no chat no toxic BS from others. Seems pretty easy to avoid with the tools at hand.
That doesn't mean I think it should be allowed, real hate speech and all that but I have no idea how anyone sees messages if they don't want to.
If you click the chat button it closes the little window so you don't see lobby messages. The setting isn't remembered though, so even if you close it before a match it defaults to open at the end.
One solution is just giving players option to turn it off entirely.

I can see it being a problem though, with offensive usernames now being BHVR responsibility and not Steam. Although that could also mean those players get banned (or more likely just forced to rename as I've seen in other games).

I will try it. I am just working on M1 killers for now that I can play before I start leveling Wraith and Nurse. I noticed I have trouble with Wraith too.

I wish that was an option for me but her blink gives me motion sickness. It's a shame because she looks cool with the WW2 mask, and I usually like a challenge.

I kind of like solo queue as it is. Admittedly it is partly because I no longer play in EU region, so the matches I get as survivor are better quality, more altruistic players.
I find SWF harder than solo because of information overload in voice comms.
It might be beneficial but needs to be tested. It;s too early to say how it might impact matches.

I see lots of Jonah in my survivor matches. He's almost as common as Feng Min. They always have full perks (DS, boon, etc).

Though I will absolutely admit that I pointed out to my friends when Artist came out that it was pretty strange how she didn't get the usual amount of skins a killer gets on launch. She has less recolours, her weapon is skipped in most of the recolours, and she only got 1 unique outfit. I'm all for putting skins on Prime gaming (not in the least because it's cheaper to buy Prime for a month than it is to buy a skin, without even considering free trials being used to claim the rewards) but I think it's a bit questionable to take skins that would have been available to everyone with any other killer and cutting them out for the reward.
That said you would have had to pay for them anyway so who cares really?
On Prime Gaming page it says exclusive content.
But knowing Amazon they can do what they like.

The new voice lines are amazing, really scary sounding! I feel like they fit firmly within the first three films era. I hope they can keep them the way they are now. Compared to the old lines they sound more menacing, especially as they are clear without additional 'ambient' effects. Will be more fun to play Pinny now even if I don't get any kills.
