Sure, as long they will no longer keep the items after they escape, same as the killer whose addons get used up after the trial is over

Except our items have add ons attached to them so that's 3 items to spend bloodpoints on in comparison to 2 killer add ons that are found all over the bloodweb.

Yours are found all over the blood web, too, and if you leave with the item, you keep the addons. Killers have to constantly replenish.

Heck, you run ace in the hole, you can get some better stuff, and addons than usualnoutnof chests. Free stuff, right there.

Ifnyour teammates are trash, then you are into the next game faster. Killers have to stay the entire trial.

But the whole point is to get more points without have to waste perk slots on ######### perks lol.
    I'm only asking to get more points for little things like maybe;
    recovering on the ground
    struggling on the killer's shoulder
    cleansing totems, it adds up.

If we're gonna live forever had some other type of benefit I'd actually use it more often. Killers get 25k on average that's not including offering and then the % from BBQ (which 95% of the killers have) and sometimes a free BPS from the survivors.
I've leveled up most killers to 50 and I've had a much easier time than leveling my survivors and Add ons were not a problem.

Believe me, more blood points is something I can get behind.
The issue is how people get more blood points.

I don't have bbq. I won't buy leatherface. Don't like the killer, and don't want to get his rituals.
If I want extra BP there's perks I can run, but lol they're not great either.
Distressing, thrill of the hunt, and beast of prey. Yay.

Killers get more on average because they are always in the trial, and they have to put up with survivors who could potentially pull bullshit.

Survivors surviving and doing stuff get good bp, too.

And my supplies are sparse, too.

Killers seem to earn more because they are in the match the entire time, and usually run one of numerous blood point enhancement perks.

It's entirely possible for a survivor to make just as much, and sometimes more than the killer.

Then there's the fact killers have much higher maintenance costs.

The survivor BP perks have no benefit like BBQ as I was saying in the op so it ends up being a waste of a perk slot unlike BBQ which has actual benefit when playing in addition to giving you more BPs.

Not disagreeing. The survivor BP perks aren't my cup of tea.
I forget which, leadership, or prove thyself will become a bp perk, though.

That doesn't change the fwct that survivors can make a ton of points, comparable to the killer.

They can also leave with what they entered with and it will be restored.
Also if they go in with nothing, they can walk out with a new item.
Killers don't have that luxury, so they need more points.

First off, I've no plans on "getting good without trying." What a weird thought to have.

Well that's odd considering your attitude in these last couple of post.

I don't play that much. My arsenal is crap. I might have some cypress Moris at most.
Heaven help DBD if I ever get as good as you seem to think I want to get. lol smh

If you don't want to git gud, stop complaining that you're not good. It's really that simple

This "speech" has to do with SWF is because SWF can break match making to let higher ranks to vs lower ranks. And a lot like to.
SWF usually plays higher than the rank they have a trial against because they're way too coordinated.
SWF commonly loves crutches like chat.
The game isn't balanced for that.

And with every single coordinated SWF groups there's like 10 who aren't. They're not impossible to beat, even with their crutches.

If SWF wasn't so thoroughly abused, and milked for advantages the game isn't balanced for, I really wouldn't have a problem with SWF. Sadly, it's not the case. SWF pays for the people that abuse it so regularly. That's just how it is.

Right, and people learn to adapt to that. You'll eventually reach a point where you won't be able to blame SWF groups for your lack of understanding about the game.

That vid is bupkis. It's like Mickey Goldmill vs the Terminator enough times.
Sorry, I don't feel like being the Apollo Creed to an Ivan Drago SWF.
OH, HEY! Rocky got coached, and taught! And he went on to teach and coach! Who's coaching the people SWFS love to steamroll? No one. It's like Ivan Drago on the amateur circuit.

And you wonder why I think you're lazy. The point of that video was to accept failure. Learn from it, get better from it, ask for help if you need it. All I see right now is an individual that refuses to accept he needs to actually try in order to enjoy this game.

You stop crawling when you're equipped/able to. Expecting it before that is absurd. Especially when some just want to play a match or two now and then, and can have a reasonable expectation to not get steamrolled by people who aren't supposed to be vsing you.

You stop crawling when you learn to walk. Just like you'll learn to deal with SWF groups.

    My attitude?
Gosh it sucks playing against people that matchmaking should be keeeping me from instead of letting them game the system so they have easier games.
It sure is weird that these people who game the system to have easier matches don't seem to grasp that them being toxic, curbstomping, and generally bullying the people they target for easier games are mad that people dodge them, and expect under equipped people to play against a well loaded team.
Gosh it's strange that they can't grasp that SWFs being ######### makes people want to dodge them instead of gamble.

I'm not complaining I'm not good, I'm complaining about people deciding to take advantage of of my skill level instead of playing on their own skill level, and sometimes thinking they are good because they win.

Yeah, you don't seem to be in the targeted range of these people to think they aren't common.

Funny, you seem to demand I get better yet allow SWF their crutches. Hypocrisy. ######### outta here with that.

Lack of understanding of the game? Like what?

I don't really give a damn what you think about me. I really hope it's mutual since I'm deciding not to say what i think about you.

There's trying, and there's having to deal with a stacked deck that shouldn't have been dealt in the first place.
The fact you don't grasp that worries me.

I'll learn when the game is balanced around them, or when I actually have the equipment to take them on.
You're asking a person with a sling shot to take on a tank while you're firing RPGs.

So rank 20 is the same as rank 1?

    Depends on the players honestly.

People that can't get passed rank 15 are the same as people who hit rank 1 in 10 hours?

People can hit Rank 1 within 2 days after rank reset. So given enough time, sure.

    Rank, ideally, shows experience.

It really doesn't because of rank resets, and how easy it is to manipulate the ranks.

If you consistently red rank, you really have no business staying at lower ranks to fight people who just aren't there yet. It's pretty scummy to do that unless you're actively not trying to steamroll people. That goes for killer or survivor.

And this speech has to do with SWF because...? Seems like you have a deranking problem than a SWF problem.

Besides how are 4 red-rank players meant to know they are facing a yellow-rank?

Nah, they were using gigantic crutches. Don't give a ######### beyond that. The game isn't balanced for sweaty SWFS with comms.
Especially when you don't have a solid arsenal to fight them with.
Skill, or "being better" doesn't get to factor in here. These people are putting the game on easy, then strutting around like they won something.
It doesn't take an extraordinary warrior to see lightning, or hear thunder.

... Who? The SWF, the derankers or @Vietfox and his gang? You know what, I actually don't care.

Skill does factor in this game. It's just not the main focus for rank. A skilled player can outplay an unskilled one 100% of the time. Hell, I ran Overcharge Freddy with Unnerving. If I can win matches with those perks against SWF groups, odds are you'll be just fine.

You don't get better getting your teeth kicked in, and wondering what happened, or having a team blab vital info to run circles around you.

I recommend you watch this video.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_J0Ahh3UxbM
Point being, accept #########, learn what you did wrong, and move on.

Perks, offerings, and addons are pretty necessary for some killers against good people, so having those is a part of getting better.

    ... So use them?

Hard to get those when people come to mess with your BP gains.

And that's a [BAD WORD] first. SWF mess with my Bloodpoint game.

You get better when you get to chase, hook, and basically play normally. Gotta learn to crawl before you walk, never mind run.

Eventually you got to stop crawling...

P.S. Sorry you don't understand that there's people who work, have lives, have finite stamina, etc. that can't just sit and play the game every hour they can to get good.

And I'm sorry that you want to git gud without even trying.

Ranks really don't mean anything. Play this game long enough and you'll realise that too.

SWF players using some of the biggest crutches in DBD history don't get to talk about skill. Not with me, not to me. That's just solid hypocrisy there.

If they beat you they are clearly better than you.

Sure you can argue that they have crutches, yet every-time I'm able to pay Freddy I somehow manage to make do. Even at high ranks, against SWF. Now how could I do that if I didn't invest the time to learn the game?

I don't get where you think I don't "want to understand how to get better."

    Probably where you stated this

Unfortunately the people that are trying to get better have to compete with people they have no business being in the same trial as they are who generally get in the way of the player getting skills, and blood points, and generally being a complete dick. Kinda gets in the way of "getting better."

So you'll forgive me if I'm a bit confused.

I completely agree that if you play enough, and practice, you'll get better.

So practice then. The only hard part about most SWF groups is the end game salt.

    @Rebel_Raven

Wait what? We were all rank 1-2, not a single one was a deranker and it was a matchmaking issue.

That leatherface barely got bloodpoints because he was simply a legit rank 18 killer, not because we bullied him.

Last but not least, there are casual players on BOTH sides who get rekt, and we could say the same about derankers. It's not like only survivors do it...

    Here's the screenshot:

Never stopped to wonder why the LF was performing that badly. Just had to have your fun, and I still have to wonder how often you'll take advantage of someone like that.

Didn't you also, with a pal, troll someone running TOTH?

You don't really score that high without doing really well. Killers don't do that badly unless they got royally reamed. Put those together and what am I supposed to think?

Yeah, it was a match making issue, but if you generally play that way against anyone?

Yeah, both depip, but here's the thing about killers depipping, not that I condone it, Survivors pretty much always benefit. At least marginally. They get to escape. They get points.

Survivors get to SWF and get matched with people they have no business being in a trial with. Killers don't benefit.

Ran across a thread about survivors taking a killer to task, then DCing at the end to make sure the killer suffers while they depip.

    @Rebel_Raven
Honestly i thought killer was using the LF splinter offering so he didn't know how to use him, not that he was a rank 18 killer, especially since we were all high ranks.

I don't understand, should i play not as optimal as i usually do just because killers are not so good at doing their job?

About "trolling" the killer running TOTH... It's called tactics. Killer wants to protect the totem at all costs? I'll make sure 2 repair gens while the other 2 distract the killer by tapping the totem.

Could at least pretend to have some mercy when the skill gap is that wide.
Or stop pretending SWF has a halo over it. Either way.

Either way, the killer was pretty boned Vsing your group.

Nice try. I play both sides. Don't try to call me a survivor main because @Vietfox and @HeroLives can confirm I play both. It's true what I said. The more you practice, the better you will get, as with everything else in life.

I personally use impossible Skillcheck Doctor or Spirit to combat SWF and it works 98% of the time for me. It obviously won't be everyone else's cup of tea, but I like it.

Allow me to supplement your tip. If we're thinking of the same impossible skill check build you can find the build in Monto's youtube channel. Hope ya get a small map.

Sorry, alot of people on here do tend to resort to the "main" card. When it comes to toxicity, I try my best to avoid it but when the opposing side tries to shove it down my throat, I will fight fire with fire. I will play extra hard and use scummier tactics to ensure the other side doesnt stand a chance.

Also, Fox is chill, he doesn't go out of his way to be toxic either

I agree most do use the "main" card. Not a huge fan of it. I try to give the benefit of the doubt they play on both sides.

I don't like being toxic either. I just want to play some casual games. Be nice. Not camp {unless the gens are done, the survivor -really- wants to be a distraction, or they intentionally run to where there's no hooks), not intentionally tunnel, but I keep running into mixed rank SWFs that I shouldn't be facing, smurfs, etc.
Really makes me wish I had more Moris, or a good build to nail them with. Or the time/energy/drive to get good/get tons of blood points. I've really got none of that.
I feel cheated out of a good time when I get pitted against people gaming the system for an easier time. SWF kinda epitomizes that. Survivors get it easier, and they make it harder on the killer.

Same way on survivor side. I only solo so chat isn't really an issue. Don't even have DS teachable. Yeah, I run, I (try) to loop, and so forth, but I'm just trying to help people get out.
Heck, some times I let myself get sacrificed.
It does suck running into no chill killers. Hard to tell who's depipped or not most times. At least I'm on to the next match quickly.

Julie mains: im surprised barely anyone plays her so idk

Joey mains: usually the most experienced and edgy players who are good at dbd and legion

Susie mains: they usually are really bad at the game, but ok at playing legion, pretty much every one of them just buys legion because they are attracted to Susie

btw i like frank the most

Susie Main. Again, can't argue. Not great in general. haha

Levels doctor's blood web. Sees interview tape. Wonders what Legion lore this is... remembers it's Doc... Facepalm.

  • ...
    ... ...

I can't argue. Legion isn't great right now and I love Suzie in comicbook villain colors (green and purple), and I like seeing her in the menu.

  • With all the leather and straps addons, and her being among the tallest killers I can see why some would see her as a dom. Haha
  • Frankly legion loses too much meter as it is. Normal hits deplete meter immensely.

My big issue is legion has horrible stamina.
  • Killers seem to earn more because they are in the match the entire time, and usually run one of numerous blood point enhancement perks.

It's entirely possible for a survivor to make just as much, and sometimes more than the killer.

Then there's the fact killers have much higher maintenance costs.
  • I don't want to keep getting thrown against a skill ceiling over and over and over again.
If I'm legitimately getting my butt kicked because of the rank I'm at and I can't get no relief, I'm going to stop playing until rank reset.

    Goddamnit. Those look awesome.
Butnif they're for ace, min, and huntress, what's with the pictures of the spirit, nurse, and doctor?

    Most likely new store cosmetics.

They're killing me, here coming out with awesome cosmetics. Lol

Also nice seeing the Doc, and Nurse hitting it off. Lol

    I thought that was Wraith.

*squints* huh. It might be, actually.
If that's coming for wraith, I'm sure wraith players will be thrilled. It's a far cry from his usual clothes and he might be getting pants!
    A decent pair of pants!

Kinda stoked to see more of Nurse's face.

  • Provided the chip in your PC isn't a Dorito, probably generally better performance.

Might want to check key bindings.

Not sure if you're transitioning to mouse and keyboard.

The whole game isnt about working together. Why should an event be any different?
And why are you complaining about an event we know nothing about?

Well the game is about teamwork, just with no communications. Now I think about it, seems like it'd be more based on faith rather than teamwork

Anyway, I don't see a problem, since it's only an event it will pass regardless of how good or bad it is. Atop that Halloween event was great! For killers... No gens being done and nobody looking for heals, twas a good time.

More faith is the better way to think of it. The game isn't about teamwork, it's hoping everyone wants everyone to get out.
It's why there is no voice chat, and so many potential perks run that share info.

Mathieu: It is an asymmetrical multiplayer game where you can live in the world of these 70s and 80s horror movies. It’s anti-social multiplayer where survivors have to collaborate and cooperate up to a certain point. The old saying is that you don’t need to be fast than the killer, you just need to be faster than your friends. Whereas the people playing as the killer, they just need to straight up murder everyone

I look forward to seeing how things go. Might get into some holiday spirit, and let people escape... provided I get my objectives done.
  • Don't you mean... ChainSaw this, and had to share?
  • They drop the act, and chill out with the killers who also drop the act, and live in one big reality showesque house.

Nea probably has fun with the less than homicidal legion members, and Jeff. Nordic metal with band names that look like a pile of blood point wreaths.

Huntress and Clown practice throws by having regular snowball fights at Ormond.
Meg joins in now and then.
Everyone else is too scared because of the killer pitching arms.

Doc, nurse, and Claudette keep everyone healthy for the next runs. Jeff helps some there.

    Stuff like that.

  • I was hoping it would be in the ptb, but it's not.
No telling when it will be.

Gate campers, and survivors taking the game hostage need to be booted out.
  • Well, there are some variables that need to be hammered out.

Who knows which gate is powered?
How is it determined which one is powered?

On one hand I want to say this could lead to a stronger 3 gen strat, or a variation, but on the other hand a gate can be opened so it might not.
  • PTB, iirc, is a special game mode. Once you have it on, you cannot play the normal game.
It requires a sizable download, too.

The patch frequency would be too rapid for console authentication.
  • I see where you sre coming from, i really do.
Trapper needs help, and there is a long list of ways, but not stepping in his own traps is not one of them, imo.

His power is pretty much the only one that can paralyze survivors. Imagine if you didn't step in your own traps, and you hooked someone in the basement? Pretty sure you could place 2 traps close enough together to make it near impossible to get through. They would have to trip it one way or another.

His traps could use a general buffing, though.
They all start open, he has more in general, they're easier for survivors to trip, they should be harder to see (any map with man made floors seems a nightmare) and so on.
Their area denial abilities are horrible. Especially around pallets. In that tight if an area survivors should not have an easy time going around them.
  • Morfedel said:
    By not dodging them.
how is that in any way helpful?
They expect you to keep playing SWFs blindly, and take the abuse until you "git gud" enough to beat them.

I mean, I can see their point, but on the other hand, if a person plays casually, or doesn't have an SWF killer loadout ready, or some such, there is absolutely no reason to buy into that advice and have a miserable time.
Don't get me wrong. Basically if you aren't some hard core gamer, play this game a shitton, are casual, etc. It is some of the most useless advice ever. Odds are good that line of thought is wasted on them.

Either that or they're just desperate to have people vs them without owning up to why they get dodged, and keep wanting to make excuses and live in denial.
  • The problem with using Friday the 13th as an example for using voice chat is a huge one.

    Just look at Jason's powers.
He has the combined might, and often superior powers of several killers.
Most importantly is Jason is a million times faster.
His teleport is far superior to Nurse.
His morph is far superior to Spirit/pig/nurse/legion.

Most importantly of all? His killing is leagues faster. He doesn't have to drag anyone anywhere (nevermind numerous times) to eliminate them. He can mori anyone, any time.

It also helps that maps are large enough that it's unlikely anyone can constantly update everyone on Jason's location.

Jason has a far better chance of moving the speed of information than any DBD killer.

  • Its not just SWF. Solo queues after the Winter event concluded have been the worst I have ever known. They have gone from a few seconds to several minutes.

    Very true. No idea why.

I spent more time as a killer, and quickly got survivors.
Almost every last group had some sort of SWF i  it, and usually had rank colors above me.

They kinda are, though. Lower levels mean chewing through webs faster meaning rng can help or hinder the loadout you have by the time you hit 50 again.
  • It's a gamble.

  • Seriously, it doesn't deliver enough information to work the way it does.

It shows 2 people working on a gen long after they bolted. It doesn't take much thought to figure out how to abuse this.

It needs to be reversed in duration as the op says, or change in real time. Say, 2 people are working on a gen. It glows yellow. If one leaves, it should turn white showing 1 person workong on it, or such.
  • The game should be fun for you.
    You invested time, and money.
Letting other people boss you around is something they have no right to do. Especially in terms of dodging.

Don't let people pressure and bully you into doing stuff because when they do that, it's only intended to benefit them, not you.
  • I like to imagine my killers at a location similar to survivors around a campfire.
Would be nice if each side shared with eachother.
  • It is kinda bullshit that there is no defense against being blinded while breaking the pallet.

The normal defense against flashlights is not looking at them. You aren't while breaking the pallet.

Packing lightborn every time you see a flashlight, and assuming most people know how to use it?

I hate the fact that even when I duo with my friend we get so much information from each other, we even both run Bond to make it basically 3.5 perk game for us, we also dont use cruches, offerings or items.

Simple "hey ruin is in this jungle gym ill kite him away so you can get it" is game changing information that shouldnt exist in first place.

So yeah I play duo at max, and I'm all for nerfing SWF as its absurd how far you can take the advantage that SWF offers.

Exactly, and now imagine if there was a built-in voice chat? Ridiculous, right?

People talk about it as if it would be an easy thing. You'd have to rework half the perks and quite a few add-ons that rely on survivors unawareness.

And then you would have to buff killers to compensate.
Competing against people relaying that much data is going to be a gargantuan task, and buffing doesn't seem straight forward to me.
  • On ps4, a full swf squad takes literally an hour. If killers don’t like swf, just bring mori’s. I don’t see the big deal.
As soon as I have any, or as soon as someone flips a switch and loads me up with them magically.

I didn't get any, not a one, from the winter boxes.
I got a green one normally.

Even levelled the hell out of a few killers.

Kinda taking back my aversion to using Moris since I keep running into SWFs so often. I wouldn't mind having a backup plan incase they decide I'm not going to have any fun.
Then again, a mori will probably help ensure they get sweaty.

Until then, well. I don't mind increasing SWF wait times. I'm not terribly interested in gambling on if they're going to be a group of dicks, or not.

It sounds like they wanted to win as fast and as hard as possible. You matched them. It's fine.

Wait. So did I actually match up to their skill, because at the start of the game, that Kate and Claudette bodied me while the 2 Megs flew through the gens. The Kate and Claudette eventually got predictable and taken down by me in seconds like the two Megs but I am kind of happy I caught up to that massive gap in skill. I also am really happy that I managed to keep up with the gens because that was wayy out of hand lol.

Also I stick to the survivors book because

    A) I play an equal amount of survivor to killer so I like to make my survivors enjoy a game (this one was my only exception)

    and

    B) If they face me again, they might abuse me if I'm using a weaker killer.

Pressure begets pressure. If you can apply it, do it, especially if they apply it first.

They're not in it for you to have fun if they're gen rushing.

I love trying to stick to the survivors book some, but that is a luxury, and only they can offer it. If they give me the time to be nice, i will be nicer.

They will probably never care in the long run if anyone plays by their rules.

You won't get anything out of it in a trial. They don't know who you are until the end, after all.

I seriously doubt anyone will see your name at the end and remember it enough to drop it anywhere.

You're giving them too much credit.

Again, they don't know who you are until the end of the trial. If you're remembered fondly enough, they will probably go hard on you anyhow, then maybe feel bad after.

I still like being a nice killer though.

    Me, too. I really do.
I just wanna have fun like anyone else.

Yeah. As survivor I'm inbetween though because if a killer does one thing that annoys me I will be flat out toxic and hardcore but normally I just mess around with the killer. It's so funny when you point at them and they look around as if to say "Who? Me?"

As a survivor I'm in my element staying away from the action and doing gens since most others potato, and panic when someone gets hurt. Someone has to focus. I'm pretty lousy at rescues, and my evasion could use work.

I don't feel like I'm at a good skill level in evasion and running to get toxic. I mostly just try to buy time for everyone else.

I do remember one time I felt awful mean at Yamaoka estate though.

A leatherface was camping hard. I tried to get close, but realized I couldn't .
Instead I found a gen and he pretty much watched me do it, and I watched him.
He eventually moved, and someone snick in and made the rescue as I bolted.

Lemme guess. You run in an swf group?

Swfs aren't fun to play against most times. Doesn't matter if you dodge or not, others can, and will.

Blame the survivors, too. The sweaty, the toxic, and people abusing chat. They want easy games, too.
Survivors depip, have mixed rank swf, and often use third party chat for an edge the game is not balanced around.

Yes blame the survivors like always while ignoring all the killers that play the exact same way or derank to 17 via dcing just to destroy newbs.

If you'd quit making excuses and exaggerating so much you'd see that swf aren't that difficult to play against most of the time. You can use their own altruism against them without camping, you know when they'll go for an unhook.

You'll have a good idea when they'll try to blind you, pallet slame you, blow a gen up to distract you, when they're going to work on certain gens etc.

Did it ever occur to you that people in voice are just there to talk to their friends while playing the game, tell jokes, talk about work, gf etc? YOu somehow magically face depip squads or toxic squads at an impossibly high rate.

In fact your rate of dealing with such squads is theoretically impossible to actually happen with such regularity. Your confirmation bias is making you believe what you repeat to yourself to such a degree that even if you were shown your account stats you wouldn't believe them.

MIT did a study on this that was quite comprehensive where someone's confirmation bias would carry negative feelings from one game over to everyone that follow even if the other games were fine.

    Never ignored killers depipping.

If you'd stop ignoring the fact that they're abusing match making to go ahead and stomp me before I'm ready.
You seem to be mad that killers depip but have no problems with survivors playing against lower ranks than they should be.
    Enough with the hypocrisy, ok?

Survivors get easier games but you're mad at me for wanting a reasonable difficulty?
I should git gud while they use swf, and eachother, abuse match making, and especially comms as some of the biggest crutches possible?
    Just dripping with hypocrisy here.

Screw using altruism against them. I don't want to play that way, and it's about all there is aside from getting genrushed.
I said they're no fun to play against.

Yeah, sure, but you're ignoring the ones that use voice chat to get an edge that's basically cheating.

Yeah, i do face squads like that because they're really common. They don't want to play, they want to win, and teabag me at the gate.
I know you don't want to believe that, but yeah, it's my experience in DBD.  Accepti it, or don't . Either way, move on.
I can't swing a dead Claudette without clubbing a dozen of them.
Parties on ps4 with voice are really easy to make. They probably make SWF really easy. Might even have a join game option like most multiplayer games.

Me repeating myself?? Coming from you? Lol

    Screw the study.
When you're making a deal, it doesn't matter if it's a good one, the person accepting it just has to feel that way.
SwFs are often a raw one.

Survivors depip, have mixed rank swf, and often use third party chat for an edge the game is not balanced around.

Yes, i play with friends most of the time. I have multiple people lower than rank 10. We play the game respectfully, no one uses DS and we don't T bag killers. We don't exploit and will only be toxic to toxic killers who camp or have 100% tunnel vision.

Most of my games vs swf i win, and i win quickly. Most of the swf are having fun and are playing with me when they see that they have a little chance to win.

People who are scared of swf only share their worst experiences. Other people get scared too because of some whiny dude who got blindes with a flashlight once. And now PS4 is just a lobby dodging wasteland.
Honestly, i just keep running into mixed rank SWFs that have no business vsing me. Full colors above me.
99 out of 100 are the worst sorts of experiences.
Mixed rank, toxic, utterly ruthless. Generally just being zero fun as opponents.

Like I said, blame the overwhelming amount of SWFs that ruined it for everyone.
If most SWF groups were like the way you describe yours, they might not get dodged as much.
I'm just not fond of gambling on SWFs, and a lot of people feel the same way.

It's easy for red ranks to talk a big game, but they aren't in the shoes of the low ranks usually getting stomped.
  • Would be kinda hilarious seeing every SWF funneled into red ranks.
It's usually the red ranks saying SWF isn't a problem anyhow, so let them handle it.

Most SWFs easily play above the rank of killer they get paired with anyhow.

Here's to hoping they do something to make vs swf worthwhile.
Balance (lawl), labels, filters, bonuses. Here's to waiting with low expectations.

Sadly it's just going to get worse. The new match making makes it harder to spot SWF.
  • Lemme guess. You run in an swf group?

  • I think part of the problem is the cart is put in front of the horse.
We don't know what the plan is. We don't know what the devs will do. We basically have no idea what we will be working with.
    Too many variables.

For all we know, nurse  could be baseline performance since:
there is no nerf SWF would take. They would tantrum, if not lobby dodge until they were together to avoid the penalties.

Solos are going to be buffed to SWF levels somehow.

Killers will need to be buffed to compensate for the vast amounts of data solos will be getting.

Heck if it's only top of the line skilled killers that really do well with the nurse, or console keeps hampering nurse, she might get buffed!

  • I'd appreciate it. I don't play all of them evenly, so i don't want to take one I don't play into high ranks because I got a ritual for them.
1 … 9 10 11 12 13 … 33
