And I thought I was the only Jeff main

Killers already suffer from 4 hooks by the time all gens are completed.
Your idea would make them uncatchable once the gates are powered.
Depends on who they are playing really.
Trickster, trapper and Myers? probably
Nurse spirit or blight? Not really unless you mess up
-
I enjoy the feel of new farm and since I play Jeff stealth was never an option in the first place
-
Gearhead. Just Gearhead
-
This is why I e been saying since his release. He’s probably the most volatile killer in terms of balance

But he's someone who plays for a living. So if someone who plays 6 hours every day, gets constantly gen rushed, then there is something fundamentally wrong with the balancing.
And he’s also dominated with pre buff wraith and ghostface
-
Making his movement speed faster is the devs saying “we know his power is garbage so now you can hit extra m1s instead!”
-
70 on both

No one can give you any advise on Trickster, because he´s still trash.
I just saw Tru3 attempt his adept and all matches had 3 or 4 hooks by the time the gates were powered.
Well no offence to tru but he’s not the best when it comes to using his games as examples
-
Quentin and Jeff would be great friends
I guess all of them

True, but I've found them miserable to play, people DC and Victor has FPS lowering issues.
I’m assuming your on current gen? When I was on current gen Slinger was a nightmare. Every time you ads the game would stutter
-
So long as we get to use it at both hook stages I’d be okay with it deactivating at endgame
-

He definitely isn't good.
But he can pop Tier III on unsuspecting Survivors, and that's really what keeps him ahead of the others.
I guess but assuming you’re playing effectively twins are a lot stronger than Myers

The ONLY reason Myers isn't in D-tier is because he is fun to play and he can be used to his full extent on Console.
His strength isn't very high, but he does have some stuff that helps him.
Especially if we aren’t considering good add ons then Myers is just kinda garbage
-
A stance switching killer could be cool but since doctor was reworked they probably won’t do it again.
-
Myers is D tier to me. He just doesn’t excel at anything really
-
He’s fine without it

Survivors spawning together is beneficial for the killer. If you don't want them hopping on the first gen they see (which is also good for the killer because it's usually a corner gen), perks like Corrupt Intervention, Discordance and Whispers are great for the early game.
I’m surprised more people don’t agree
-
Just because a killer looks a certain way doesn’t mean they should be slower/faster. If that’s the case why does huntress move slower than clown?
-
You must have been doing the same stuff the bhvr balance team is addicted to
-
This just goes to show how fundamentally broken his power is
-
It doesn’t work though...
-
You realise this is for accessibility right?

Thats too much..You START the trial with tokens...AND you can earn them back for basically infinite use
How is it too much? Having only 3 tokens is nothing with BBQ, undying and I’m all ears. It needs to be higher and having a way to get more rewards you for doing well in chase
-
My idea was this
You start the trial with 3/4/5 tokens. Every time your aura gets revealed by the killer you use a token. Your aura and scratch marks are then lost for 5/7/10 seconds. Every 30 seconds you are in the killers terror radius while out of chase gain a token
-
The Thompson house from a visual perspective is my new favourite map (my old one being dead dawg)
from gameplay I’m a console boy so :(
-
Trickster is a nightmare to balance in his current state because he’s pretty much a lower skill huntress or slinger with a tacked on power burst
Make his knives down too quick and he’ll become legion 2.0 since he has so many knives to use
Make them take too long we have him in his current state
I think he might have been more of a mistake than twins are

swf is annoying to play against
And Your point?
edit: I’m saying trickster shouldn’t be 115% instead they should focus on making his power more interactive for both sides

git gud swf with comms
Did I ever say he was OP or even strong? I just said he’s annoying to fight against
-
@Lord_Tony said:

so can huntress and deathslinger, but better
Yes but at least dodging them feels satisfying
Dodging trickster feels more like “Great another 59 to go”
-
I’m going to be crucified for this but trickster is honestly annoying as ######### to go against. There’s nothing fun about being at a low wall loop against him with 60 knives at his disposal. Not to mention his deathslinger styled terror radius that makes a ranged killer pseudo stealth for some reason
Im not trying to say he is OP or anything but it goes to show how trickster is just a flawed design on both sides

I guess that's a fair opinion. I still love both of them a lot. Them two and Spirit (excluding her unfair gameplay) are the three characters in this game that hold a special place in my heart.
Yep same here but for Jeff Jane and Quentin. Just shows how much people’s opinion differs and how good the survivor roster is since there is now pretty much someone for everyone

And that's why you struggle with Spirit. You're not adapting to Spirit, you're approaching her like any other killer.
How do I adapt though? I can’t just bring iron will every game and without it it’s just a coin toss at every loop

What's wrong with Yui and Meg
Yui: While I think her lore is really well made it’s not really my cup of tea. Her cosmetics are okay but all feel a bit samey imo.
Meg: Her breathing is really annoying and her cosmetics don’t appeal to me. I might be biased though since she gets so many while Jeff’s here scrounging for a single recolour

Huh Quentin? Really? Why is that?
Out of all the horror films I’ve watched he’s been my favourite protagonist. I love how dbd expands his story and I love his style (his face could use a bit of work but I’ve grown to kinda like it)
-
Feel free to crucify me
-
It’s very map dependent
If you get haddonfield or saloon great!
if you get shelter woods not so great!

Haddonfield is really good for him as well.
Honestly the only killer who is good on that map

Idk macro hag pretty terrifying. (The hags that have their key spamming tp then right when they tp they instantly smack). And personally i find it to react to someone like trapper in chase since if its a smart trapper and he pushes me into a hard trapped area.
Hag is the only one I’d agree with but certain maps can make her traps easier to see. Trapper’s traps are fairly easy to see and you can find them before hand
-
I like killers I’m able to react to. Thatk’s why I like every other killer

As a survivor main I don't really understand the boring argument for spirt. It's not really a way I would describe her gameplay.
to me she is intense and a bit frustrated, but boring? I don't think so.
It’s boring in the sense of this.
When you are at a pallet it is a complete coin toss
-
I’m not a 50/50 more of a 70/30 between survivor and killer.
I play killer mainly for archives and daily’s but sometimes I’m just in the mood
-

If you have time to heal, you are NOT being tunneled.
Should I say anything else? Or is it clear enough?
You could use a syringe mid chase tbf

really slow? he basically runs faster than the survivors and especially when carrying a survivor. also a lot of perks that will make the people who play survivors turn more toxic
All killers move the same speed while carrying someone (around 92% I think)
-
Don’t give them ideas okay!
-
Damn impressed they actually kept the green one though it actually seems very balanced
-
This would be nice to have so I can blame my losses on something other than myself /s

I don't want to step into awkward territory here lol, but he probably used that VHS tape to "satisfy himself" instead of the people honestly.
If he even has that (and probably more), then he would most likely have only caught victims for their fingers because he is crazy for them. He is insane (not as much as doctor tho) for fingers and you can tell by the way he treats them. In his mori, he obviously sucks them and then puts them in his box. The box he puts them in has the inside made of velvet or nice silk (I forgot where I read about this in his lore), meaning he treasures them highly. His lore also doesn't mention him "using his victims for pleasure" or imply it either, just that he captures people and takes their fingers.
That is true more than likely. His story is still fairly dark anyway so as for what the original poster was asking I think BHVR have done a fine job

I don't think so, he is a crazy psycho and those kinds of people are really weird sometimes with how they murder people. He did drug people, but probably only for their fingers, because that was his sort of way to achieve pleasure.
True but considering his obsessions and a specific brown add on its not out of the question

Stop with the long range requirements they fundamentally don't work with how DbD is designed which is why Iri coin is an utter design failure.
Iri coin is bad because slinger has a range limit. Huntress doesn’t
