Is balance landing really good?
Is it really as good as people say it is. Most of the time I'm more valting things rather then jumping from heights. So is it really as good as people claim? Is it a meta perk and should I use it?

It's highly dependent on the map. So it CAN be very good but it can also be next to worthless.
It’s very map dependent
If you get haddonfield or saloon great!
if you get shelter woods not so great!
That's the thing. Every time I put it on the game spite me and put me on shelter woods.
We used to have a tree we could run off of to trigger balanced landing on that map... :( Guess it was too strong to be kept in the game or something
It's actually the worst exhaustion perk in my opinion. At least head on can be used on every map. Some games you'll legit just get zero value from balanced due to the map having few or even no drops.
Now the only thing on shelter woods that triggers BL is the basement steps -.-
It enables new ways to loop and there are places where it almost guarantees a escape from the killer.
But its map dependent.
No, it's not. It's too situational and even when it's not there were probably other things you couldve done that were just as effective.
Just run Dead Hard or Sprint Burst and pretend you fell before using them. Basically the same effect
it can be the best perk in the game, but it can also be worse than head on. it just depends on the map.
i usually dont push my luck so i only run it when i bring a specific map offering
