Hmmm, didnt know about that.

As a console player, I have no idea what you're on about. I haven't seen a single quickscope Deathslinger
I quickscope in PS4. But only in loops and medium ranges.
About no reaction, there is 0,125 seconds to the survivor react, and except for loops, sometimes they actually react! Its counterable.
About the OP, Deathslinger is great, indeed.

should just cancel it, it's not complicated
Well, it doesnt. Shoot someone getting out of a locker, or making a rescue, or making a vault, and they will first finish the animation, and than the reeling animation begins. There is no animation cancel in this game...
-
May be latency but may be that you hit the shot in the middle of the dropping animation.

I didnt find it on ps store to download... searched for Resistence but nothing...

I dont like to use exhaustion perks. No one is good. Only Head On is funny. Yeah, vote me up.

I play both and im having a good time at both. You see, being tunneled, camped or moried at the beggining of the game is part of the game. Just go to the next match. Queue time is just fine in Brazil, and while waiting I do something else in the cel.
-
Oh, and its so fun when they DC cause missed DS skillcheck...
-
The 5 seconds stun give so much distance from the survivor that usually i give up chasing him...

Please, vote up whos with me. LOL

Yeah, you are mistaken.
In a 2x Blood Hunt, you get your base BP x2, not your base BP plus 2x your base BP.
-
Its 150% of your base BP gained.
150% of 100 BP is 150 BP. So you get 150 BP, not 100 + 150 (what would be 250% actually).
Got it?

Not a lake, but a flooded floor should be nice. No changes to gameplay at all, just a special noise when stepping on, and splashing.
Or in Ormond a frozen lake where survivors and killers slip as hell. Funny.
-
I'd like each killer with one special song for each...

Hard to say if they're toxic but something to really get them going is to throw blood warden on. Down one during End game preferably far from the opened door and wait till the bar goes below half. Pick them up hook them and see if they grab them. once that's done just sit at the exit gates and watch them tbag you into oblivion before they realize they can't leave and inevitably die to the collapse. It won't work every time but when it does it's glorious.
OMG!!! Hilarious!

Hi all,
I just had a match where I was playing as the Doctor and I went up against a very VERY toxic, almost downright filthy team of survivors. I could clearly tell it was a SWF group but there was no need to play that way. I managed to kill 3 of them and the 4th escaped through the hatch. After the game (more like bullying session) they sent me messages of how I'm pathetic, horrible, play a different game, etc...
I'm a level 10 killer so I've played against some salty people before, but NEVER like this. So my question is how do you, or any recommendations as to how to play against people like that in game? I NEVER camp hooks because I absolutely hate doing that, but I almost did during that game because they weren't leaving me much of a choice and I didn't know what else to do.
Unhappily some ppl like to make enemies instead of friends. Try not to bother and if you remember someones name in a future match, make sure he will never get a fun match against you (mori at the beggining, for example), if reveange is required by your heart. Its just a game, no problem to get reveange, God doesnt care.

Think about movies like "The Cube", where there is no background: ppl just wake up in a giant maze. A DBD movie, at least the first one, must be in this style: all of sudden, survivors wake in the Entitys Realm being hunted by (a) Monster(s).
Maybe there are more experienced survivors wich teach the others what to do. Maybe they have the instict of what to do, fixing gen to escape thru a gate. And in the end, they just begin again another trial. End of the movie.
Well, the best killer must be an original of DBD. But dont need to be only one, and also it can be more than 4 survivors.
The four standard killers would be sweet for a terror movie: Trapper (he is the logo of the DBD, cant be out), Wraith (gets you on surprise), Hillbilly (chainsaws are welcome in terror movies) and Nurse (some crazy blinks just before the escape).

Where exactly does The Entity come up with these code names for The Killers.
Some more understandable as they are ready pre-existing entity just uses it for them.
Legion: Is the name of their Gang.
As the killer is each individual member of the Gang itself The Killers codename was dubbed and drived the name of the gang and all four of them go by that name in their separate trials.
Ghost face: was something that Danny Johnson had already established through his crimes and reporting.
Pig: Usually referred to as the pighead this could also just be a very literal description of what Amanda wears. Either way it's more than likely just another thing the Entity took from what was already established.
Deathslinger: is Caleb's Bounty Hunter name was.
The Doctor: a nickname by which Carter was referred to
Now when it comes to names like
Wraith
Hag
Huntress
The Cannibal
The plague
The shape
The Clown
The spirit
Hillbilly
Trapper
Where did these specific names come from.
The characters were never referred to in any of their implicated backstory so it's curious as to where The Entity got the code name from.
Well... the Clown is a clown, so... LOL his codename is pretty obvious. :D

Plot Twist: the Candyman won't be in DbD, but the entity will appear in the new Candyman film!
OMG!!! :O

Its not a cowboy. Its a rich man. Look at both clothes: the one being eaten and the one by the tree. They are probably the ones that messed with Caleb in life.

Me and my friend was playing as survivor mode, the killer killed my friend, hooked him and LITERALY STAYED in front of him with THE chaimsaw until he Dies.
And after with the two guys in the team, and with me as the same.
Got one like that yesterday. I play solo.
The counter: we did all gens while he facecamped two. Your play as survivor when this happens: stay in the hook, do not suicide, so the team will have time to work on gens and escape. If not the hooked one, after realizing its a facecamp specially with Bubba, drop the save and go do gens.
And try hard to never be the first hook in a match.

If anyone has seen the 1974 classic, you'd agree that there's so much material that they could have brought in other than bubba himself. Sally Hardesty could have been his survivor. The various locations in the film like the "We Slaughter BBQ" gas station and "Sawyer Farm" could have been their own maps. A new realm called "Newt, Texas" where the maps would reside on could have been made (Newt is the name of the fictional town the movie takes place).
However, there are things they can still add-
Leatherface has his "grandama" and "pretty woman" outfits in alternative to his "killing" outfit.

https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/937/XO69N8G11PWG.jpg
There are tons of objects in the movie they can use for his own add-ons like various bones, slaughtering tools, ect.
Every survivor in the game should get added to his mask collection with their own hair since Leatherface doesn't just take people's faces, he skins their entire head, keeping the person's hair. I'd also like to see additional accessories added to certain survivor's faces if they have anything, like Dwight and Claudette's glasses.
A minor detail oriented thing that could be changed is the chainsaw's model. The saw used in the film is a Poulan 245a, the bar is much shorter and the body is like a lime green, not yellow.
Those skins should be sweeet.
-
Relax. Matchmaking is telling you that you are better than you think. ;)
-
I laugh with those entries. But I have no main atm cause my beloved Nurse was bullie... nerfed to the ground.
-
Yes, killers have a second chance: get in queue and try again in next match. :D

Worst case scenario, it's a time waster. It's another 12 seconds on top of that 16 second heal. A mandatory 12 seconds at that, you can't just choose to ignore deep wounds like you can for healing. But I also wouldn't undersell the value of the desaturated colours. It makes the stain way harder to see, which can give you a slight edge in a chase.
Hmmm, thats a good insight...

One of the major reasons why killer is so imbalanced and weak is because of lack of a clear defined objective. Devs have stated that they supposedly try to balance for 2ks, but it's very easy to depip even with a 3k as shown below
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/303/BQ4IPBOJKYJN.jpg
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/801/F8Q0O42OVC38.jpg
If survivors' main objective is to do gens and escape and those award the most points and are the easiest way to pip, why is killing survivors not the main objective of the killer since the point system and the pip system does not reflect that?
Now you may bring up the point of hooking players and people suiciding on hook / dying on 1 hook, but that's the thing, the supposed point of the killer is to kill, and the devs have stated they're aiming for a 2k average, the point system and the pip system for killers does not reflect this at all.
Judging by the way the point system is set up for killer currently, the current objective for killers is to chase survivors, not kill them. I believe this is the main issue killers have, the devs have told the community that the objective of the killer is to kill, but they have balanced the game around the killer chasing survivors, not killing them.
And thats one more reason why ranking means nothing. If you are actually a merciless killer and stomp the survivors, you will get "entitys displeased" or "brutal killer".
I laugh a lot when i decide to be a "good" killer and get a "mercyless killer".

I think the only challenges I farmed were the get 6 traps one because he's my least favorite killer to play and I got sick of it after around 6 attempts of getting 5 traps. I also farmed the triple blink and get a grab trophy because no thank you. I think that's it as far those things go. I normally try to do all the challenges and trophies in the way they're meant to be done though I will take shortcuts if they present themselves like trapping an AFK person over and over for example.
I'm a sucker for survivors that do something cute or just give up. If a survivor does something that makes me laugh I'll probably give them hatch or maybe farm depending on how the game went. If survivors just give up then I'll farm unless I'm doing a challenge/daily or I'm feeling sweaty.
I'll farm if there is an early DC or AFK person. Well, I'll backpack the AFK guy around and try to down the other people.
I'll also farm if they drop their items or just walk up to me and stare. I rarely take this game seriously so I'm very quick to drop normal gameplay and just mess around if another survivor starts to mess around as well.
I will say though that I would only farm twice in a row and not more unless it's extreme circumstances. I had three games in a row where the survivors either had an early DC or an AFK all game and the third one I just didn't feel like farming again. I didn't go super try hard but I did play rather normally.
The Nurses 3 blink and grab was the only trophy I farmed as well. It was a farming end-game with the last survivor. But i played Nurse so much i think i did it later in a normal game. And the hardest trophy, where all 4 escapes thru hatch, i got without farming, while streaming, and was thrilling to get, and got the Platinun with it. :D

lol nice, I was drinking at a friends house a few weeks back and we were taking turns playing killer while wasted, the games did not go well.

I farmed the lvl 4 Trapper challenge in the previous tome because I had absolutely no patience to play Trapper that much and get that many traps in a single game. But apart from that I never farm. It's boring. I either give the last person hatch or just kill everyone off as fast as possible, or if a killer wants to farm with me I signal to throw me on a hook because I don't wanna waste my time...if that doesn't work I just DC lmao.
Yeah , thats the exactly same challenge i ever farmed... :p

Tks for the explanations, guys. :)

PWYF is not that good to get a perk slot, nevertheless sometimes give a nice boost.
M&A is by far the best sinergy with his power and basekit until now.
@Kwikwitted said:
PWYF seems to work best on killers who can break and restart a chase quickly, so people like Myers (cause stalk breaks chase) or Wraith (cloak breaks chase) are usually the best candidates. Trying do break and restart chases to build stacks on a 110% killer seems like it would not be very fun.
You could fix this somewhat by doing Nemesis maybe, but then you're devoting 50% of your perk loadout to movement speed when in reality you're supposed to be using your ranged ability to compensate for that. This now leaves only two perk slots for location information, generator slowdown, and let's be honest, every Deathslinger probably wants STBFL and Monitor and Abuse.
I cant get why SBFTL would be nice on him. Can you explain, pls?
-
Well, the point that there is no more hatch standoff is unquestionable as a good thing.
-
An example Moris are not OP. As survivor and killer, i had a lot of matches where no one got moried.

So I can't agree with number one, the very point of the challenge is they are hard to accomplish in game, particularly the "in a single game" achievements. I don't think you should be reported or anything but I wouldn't personally want to get it that way.
I never get number two, but if I did I would probably just spread out the hooks and make sure to put everyone on death hook, then start eliminating them.
I've definitely done number three, as honestly I'm probably screwed myself thanks to some survivors selfishness. Part of getting pips and even safety-pipping is "entertaining survivors" so really if you're already down to three you need to entertain them enough, spread out the hooks, put everyone on death hook, then start finishing them off, maybe give the last guy the hatch if you're so inclined.
Not proud about number 1... :(
-
Its confusing to me...
With all addons stacks, unless they say otherwise, why them they just dont say anything everytime when stacks instead of putting "stacks" in some descriptions??? Its confusing. I can swear i made some tests where there were no "do not stack" and yet they didnt stack......
Some padronization would come in handy...
-
Thanks! I will vote you too! :D
-
Just... sounds fair to me it is this way. An extra condition to his tremendous power is to locate and stalk diferent survivors in order to get enough evil within to get to Tier 3 the first and subsequent times.
-
Cant grab, but can close the hatch faster than they can jump in. (Evil laughs)
