break the pallet... its called god pallet for a reason, they get one freebie, then it becomes significantly less safe
On maps like Ormond or Fractured Cowshed are tons of safe pallets. Good luck with just breaking them all.

Hawkins and Middlewich need to go or be completely reworked. Shelter Woods as well.
If we rework all corn maps and ormond along with it, sure.

it is :/
you need to get better at shutting down loops and applying pressure properly
How to shut down shack loop when the pallet is dropped and you're not spirit or nurse?

No we don’t all agree.
Billy having free reign to use the chainsaw as often as he pleases wherever he pleases has been a bad decision right from the very beginning.
Even on weak killers, like wraith for example, the fun comes from using the power. Putting an inconsistent limit on a power that is not super strong in the first place is just a bad move. And a directional instadown that is EASILY dodgeable if you're halfway good definitly doesn't need a CD.
The only reason the CD gets introduced is to make billy unfun, just like they did with nurse.
-
If you can barely keep red ranks atm xou probably don't belong there in the first place.
And Bubba was by no means op, he's maybe A-tier now, windows are still his biggest weakness.

Ruin wasn't nerfed because it was too prominent, peanits wrote that on numerous occasions.
And the most common survivor perk is still self care even though it was nerfed pretty hard.
This. Low rank players simply start with blendette most times and use self-care because it gives them a feeling of reliability without items or teammates.
High rank players/SWF stack second chances and create unwinnable scenarios for killers.
-
"No Mither" plus "Iron Will" or "Off the Record" and "Iron Will" are counters if you REALLY want to be silent. But who would run "No Mither" or "Off the Record" over stacked second chances?
-
He got chase potential. That grinds my gears.

How can you tunnel 4 people at the same time?
Oh boy i did it apparently in a few matches. Match is going good, i kick ass with nurse, suddenly i eat two DS after two chases. Like what?
So i chase the other two and eat two more?!?
GG i guess.

Freddy: Just needs his wake up clocks to be RNG not directly across the map.
Spirit: Indicator for when phasing, even if the shards on her just glow enough to notice them.
Deathslinger: his ADS needs looking at, everyone argues about his terror radius but it’s the ADS that gets people because there’s no real counter.
I think Freddy should get directional humming in dream world.
Spirit should stay.
Deathslibger with a wind-up would extinct.

It's quite easy to detect stretched resolution users. They know where you are at all times on unsafe loops.
-
She will get an addon pass with a "slight tweak" to her basekit probably.
Sorry, i wanted to say: NERF PIG!
-
I'm happy they chabged anything at all. Now he's difficult, not unplayable.
-
I appreciate the effort you put in to create this meme post.
-
I don't like going against debuffs too, it's quite boring, just like slow legion builds.
-
I think i got about 150.

@ClickyClicky said:
Killers swear that Basekit Billy is “the most balanced killer” yet theres so much of a fuss about his add ons. If basekit billy is perfectly balanced then by definition add ons make him OP.
So why does he need good add ons again? Unless people want him OP?
He needs addons that CHANGE his power somehow instead of making him stronger. Something like Campbells or Jenners on Nurse. And the old basekit of course.
-
Thanks for keeping billy playable for top tier players BHVR. :)
-
I appreciate that you tried her on PC!
-
I came from your other post and have to say: Great idea! Although 4man slugs are the fault of survivors misplaying 90% of the time it's still pretty unfun. Your solutuon would be perfect for billy!
-
NOED
Laurie Strode (cheating here because i hate two of her perks)
Moris
-
CD reducrion addons are good.
If you want to put a lot of training in it, Kavanaghs can be good too.

I honestly found her more fun before they buffed her with a default fountain. I used to be great at capitalising on survivors staying sick, use thana to its full power, and get some really easy downs. And every so often people would cleanse and the game goes into havoc as they all panic.
Now cleansing is just taken for granted. I can't keep people injured because they're always using their free instaheals. Corrupt Purge is nice but I don't actually find it as fun to use as just chasing sick people, watching it spread and break them, giving me information as they cough and splutter.
Not to mention if like 5 people cleanse I lose 6 uses of corrupt.
I enjoyed her way more as people followed the anti-cleanse strat against her too. Now as people realised how powerful cleansing is she feels weak for me.

v much so, expecially for addons that don't have a huge effect such as these. could also work passively for medkit addons that increase skill checks for heals, and make them work outside of using the medkit (so long as your still holding it) making autodidact builds somewhat viable?
Yeah passive addon effects would be a great idea, especially for minor qol effects.
-
Would be cool to still gain the benefits that's true.
-
Imo every second chance perk should work like deliverance. You need to fulfill certain activation conditions. That would make it more difficult to stack them.
-
I'm happy to see that people can still enjoy playing nurse. :D
-
OoO and NOED
-
Yes. I think that's a reasonable answer.

I remember that, I didnt know it was Scotts fault
Not his fault alone to be fair, but he was definitly a part of the people hating against Oni.

Nurse ends chases faster than Spirit. Only downside with Nurse is that without addons she is really slow travelling around the map.
*Or at least it feels like it, I dont knoe if she is slower than other killers.
I explained in my previous answer why the insane chase potential is actually impossible to use in every chase, because it depends on the survivor getting conditioned or breaking it.
TLDR: In theory you're right. Practical you're wrong.

My Nurse is P3 Lvl 50. I try to play all killers around the same amount, that goes for survivors too. Shes still the best killer, when not affected by her annoying bugs.
I'm a nurse main with 1k hours only on nurse and i can tell you that she's worse than spirit.
I'm mechanically perfect with nurse, means that i blink where i wanna go everytime. I still don't win every match i play, because high rank nurse matches are way more difficult to play and counterplay than people realise. You need to get a hang of the behaviour of ever survivor fast and start to condition them with certain actions or you will loose due to genspeed. If one or two survivors manage to break free from their conditioning, you loose for sure.
Spirit essentially needs to do the same, but she got way less counterplay and literally no bad map. There you go, why should nurse be better? (let's assume her bugs are fixed, will never happen, but let's assume)
-
What defines a "good" nursr in your opinion? Mechanics?

I just cant hold M1 and occasionally space bar. Its so boring nowdays.
For me doing gens and playing stealthy is the way of life!
-
For me personally doing gens is fun, i wouldn't play solo survivor if that's not the case.

Nurse nerf was fine, she is still the beat killer. However, Billy did not need a nerf.
If they nerf more killers Im gonna commit toaster bath. Some killers only need add-on reworks (Billy also would've been fine with them just reworking some addons) Huntress and Freddy need addon reworks. Definetly nerf iri heads, and they should also remove/completely rework Freddys rope addons.
How often do you play or see a nurse in your matches?

I think this clip explains what I mean in terms of devs having their own "unique" prospective
https://youtu.be/7QW6_qIooyU?t=300
Someone asks "When's clown getting changes?"
The dev says "After playing him I think he's very underrated and his power is very well-hidden"
I'm just speechless.
He probably played against brown ranks.

Tbagging, clicking, emoting, etc only work if you let them.
You mean tgey can't do it if i don't want to?
For some people, me included, it's really annoying and i can't just turn a lever in my head to be fine with it. My solution is to give them a miserable match experience most times. You got off the hook and used yoir DS already? Shouldn't have clicked.

Crippled for a month? What you mean?
A short time after the live release of Oni (a 90-110° flick was possible, the 180° got patched out in the PTB) Scott started to post some videos that should prove that Oni is op. "50 oni 4ks in a row" for example. To be fair, oni was really good at that time, but got also played by a damn good player with thousands of hours.
So after people like tofu and ayrun agreed the devs nerfed his flick to a maximum of 40°. Many, and i mean MANY people complained about it after that and a month later he got a fix 90° flick.
He's still complaining about spirit being uncounterable btw.
-
I don't really like scott honestly. He's a good source for oni advice, but his opinions on everything else are...weird. He was one of the reasons Oni got crippled for a month, i don't forget that.
Just like otzdarva knows everything about trapper and tofu is a god on billy.

Myers is OP as hell. Scratched mirror builds are a thing of beauty. Watching all survivors run towards you while looking backwards then slashing th is the best feeling ever
True.

Has there been beneficial bugs for him? Aren't like only 2 of his addons good now?
I'm sensing another Nurse PTB, only changes will be against the killer.
Just like they fixed "Spasmodic Breath", because it was a benefical bug, but ignored every single other bug she got lol.

I think I would find it easier to accept them being greedy over incompetent. Sadly I think it’s the latter
Yep. Billy will extinct, just like nurse did. I doubt they change anything from PTB to live.

Agree 100% Though i don't think he will be as unplayed as Nurse. Just played by people without Leatherface lmao
The devs are making dbd finally pay2win big brain move!
-
Would be useful for "Discordance", i definitly agree.
-
That's what happens when multiple killers are left in the dust. Why even play trapper when GF is an option?
-
He got one?
-
He got one?
-
All problems in dbd can be broken down to SWF. If the devs would balance SWF, they could buff solos again.
-
Huntress because of iri heads. She will probably get a cooldown on hatchet throws and a fatigue if she misses.
