The devs are gonna make it a thing, just because you wanted to be a smart ass.
In that case i request this koala to be the killer.
-
I can confirm it's not gonna be a koala either.

And BNPs, i would throw all of them as well.

Moris should go in their base kit after 2 hooks+1 down
Absolutely not. That would negate many flashlight saves or DS by default.

You sir just explained salty survivor mains in one post. Congrats!
There are salty people on both sides :)

I guess most people will say P3 Claudette, but go for Feng if you really want to. She is the tiniest survivor and my main.
I've got a thing for Asian girls I guess :P)
Lol who doesn't? :)

I don't use op stuff all the time myself, but this is a online PLAYER vs PLAYERS and sometimes you need a little boost. Run what you want, do what you want. Don't follow made up honer codes from any side :)
Appreciate it @Shad03

why do you think that way my friend?
Because:
A) i'm a detective
B) i never mentioned nurse whatsoever
C) both and french fries are good

Yea, i agree with this without OP stuff game is boring, predictable and i and I wouldn't have my "i win button" things, my favourie is 4 omega blink nurse, why even devs tell us they're gonna be change her addons, they're perfectly fine idk what they want from the nurse lul, they should just leave her be

Then give your opinion on second chance perks. And list what perks you run
DS: is fine because you can avoid it.
Dead hard: also easy to counter.
Deliverance: fine too, but i don't like it since it can become useless if you are the first one on being hooked.
MoM: i think no one has a problem with that perk anymore.
As solo survivor i run Kindred, Bond, Small game and Spine chill (before i used to run open handed)
With friends: Adrenaline, Resilience, Small game and Borrowed time (yeah, 2nd chance perk but not for me)
I don't rely on 2nd chance perks because my main goal is to not be found and, if they find me, i usually can loop the killer for long enough to make it worth without using exhaustion perks (i'm not counting adrenaline because it works in a different way). I run Kindred, which implies i need to be found first, because the information it provides to others it's just too good.
-
What if i never run 2nd chance perks?
-
Hahaha, any excuse is valid now.
-
Both red.
Fair play? Basically anything that isn't an exploit.
Toxic play? I guess certain things like hitting a hooked survivor can be considered toxic by most people, but i personally don't really care. I actually enjoy toxicity.

I agree with your general sentiment OP. I do enjoy surprise twists in my games.
My one exception is Ebony Moris. Their potential to reduce game length is too high. It sucks to wait in queue for awhile and be met with a 4-5 minute stomp fest because of an offering. As a killer, you know the game is gonna be drastically easier when you use an Ebony.
I'm cool with Ivory or Cypress, though.
Sounds like queues need to get fixed /improved then :D

Strangely enough, Trapper is actually one of the best killers to use on Haddonfield due to being able to block off the windows that make many of the houses incredibly strong in such a way that a survivor trying to disarm the bear trap is forced to step on it.
Yup, that is true. Like the trap on the roof outside the window.

Cough cough Haddonfield cough cough.
2 days ago i was playing as Trapper and got like 7 Haddonfields almost in a row with no offerings. Around the 4th time i started to laugh because i know many people complain about that map, but it's honestly not that bad, i like it.

Exactly, because as a Trapper you have to calculate every trap and make it worth your time to place it. You need to know survivors pathing, good trap spots, good trap hiding places etc. Hags just spam traps and spam "E", they camp all the time, spam 7 traps near the hook and still refuse to leave :D. I hate playing against Hags. I used to love playing as her but it's too easy. Trapper is much more satysfying killer if you can benefit from your traps.
Hahaha those hags who place 7 traps around the hook, yeah 😂 Those ones are usually bad. In my career as a hag i never placed more than 2 traps around the hook.
She's a really good killer (S tier if you ask me) and it's true that, as her, you are allowed to make more mistakes than as a Trapper.

Nah, they are just trap spammers. Trappers mains are masterminds of this game.
Yay! I used to be a hag main and now i'm a trapper main. That means i got a big brain no matter what :D

Every game has frustrating elements :P
The only thing that i truly find frustrating about this game is the way certain people play (i.e. unhooking right in front of the killer with 5 gens yet to be done) and especially those who DC.
@GrootDude and I were playing yesterday and one survivor insta DCed the moment he hit the ground.
-
Forgot to include keys and moris, both are fine too.

But complaining is easier than using those counters :O

I don't know what would be worse to type on, a cell-phone or a controller
Both sound like an incredibly annoying experience though
Just like DbD :D
-
I'm on ps4 too, but i also got a cellphone.
-
That would be some sort of P2W.
INB4 you say: "oh but you need to buy those killers with real money to get the perks"
Yeah, but you still need to level them up.
-
No

@DaS_only said:
It's actually only hurting solo players. So terrible designed. Either rework or just delete it. There is no healthy gameplay behind that perk.
Solo players should start using Kindred. That perk is a must.
-
I thought the same when i started to play DbD, but then i realized that killers lose all map pressure by using Insidious.
-
I personally think Doc is a decent killer actually. And yes, pretty annoying to go against.
Yesterday i faced a thrill of the hunt Doc with Ruin, match took around 40 min 😂 (i got the hatch btw)
-
I know each person is different but i find more satisfying to be hard camped while the others finish the gens and leave than just getting rescued.
If you were playing with friends just tell them what to do next time. If you weren't... then this might a good time to start running Kindred.

like i mentioned i dont mind playing the harder games, the issue is when every game is one and then it just gets a bit boring having every gen done near instantly i dont really know what i want tbh
Tbh many of those swf aren't that good and it's something you can use to your advantage sometimes. They tend to be overaltruistic.
-
@winsot said:

yeah maybe i dont really know it just feels like especially from me playing at rank 10 that the games with no swf are easy and the game with 3 man+ are insanely difficult
So you want the icon for swf to cherry pick lobbies and get easy games?
Idk for how long you've been playing DbD, but difficult matches are the ones which make you a better player. Just like any other game.
-
I disagree with the icon for swf.
I would even hide the names of the survivors.
-
Yup.
A survivor decides to not heal during the whole match and then get adrenaline for completing their objective? That survivor ######### deserves it.

If you are still hungry you can also eat the balance feedback subforum.

Corrupt intervention, then trap the area where the gens aren't blocked. It will give you more time to set the traps and less map to patrol for a couple of minutes.
You can mix it with Ruin and/or PGTW.

Playing solo can just be so frustrating sometimes. You are so dependent on your teammates, and even at red ranks you will often get potatoes. At that point it becomes less of a challenge and more of a slaughter fest. Is it fun an exciting and challenging when you get good teammates? Yeah sure. But what happens more often is watching all 3 of your teammates doing absolutely nothing while you’re about to go to struggle phase on the hook while you have kindred equipped. Or watching Claudette urban around the map for 5 mins looking for ruin instead of working on gens. Or teammates who can’t keep a chase going longer than 5 seconds. Or a million other things that just make you wanna scream. So please just give solos some buffs.
What you mention is a lack of skill problem. Nothing to do with buffs.
-
@PrincessPoop said:
The real question is solo buffs when?
I can understand people wanting solo survivors to get buffed, but i personally would hate it.
I like it the way it is right now and love the extra challenge.

so do you think it's a balanced perk? to entrust the game of survivors on an RNG factor?
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/627912#Comment_627912
no, but whenever the killer has Ruin it is never a fun game, and if you find it right away, the killer quit
If 9 out of 10 killers run Ruin why don't you just adapt? You got perks like Small game or Stake out...
I always run Small game and find Ruin in no time.
