Game Optimization? π€

Not really, you don't need a perk to tell you that you're about to 3-gen yourself when you can just memorize what generator need to be completed to prevent a 3-gen.
You can defend your overpowered perk all you want. The day will come when the Devs finally understand how much this perk breaks the game and gives it the DS treatment.
-
Deja Vu is a top tier perk. If anything it needs a nerf.
-
-
IMO, Binding and Vigo's both do the same thing as normal spawn.
-
That's what happens when you break the rules.

If we're talking about the types of streamers that have everything leveled up and maxed out, that doesn't matter to them, because they already don't have much to spend their excessive Bloodpoint bank on until a new chapter comes out.
Imagine being in this position when a new chapter comes out. You have:
- A Bloodpoint bank that is capped (or comfortably near-capped) at 1,000,000 BP.
- Three banked, completed Mori dailies worth 60,000 BP each (for a total of 180,000 BP).
- At least 8,000 Iridescent Shards -- enough to completely clean out the Shrine of Secrets (which would net you a minimum of 600,000 BP in any given week).
That's 1,780,000 BP at your fingertips. Considering that it costs approximately 1.1 million BP to level a character from 1 to 40 and unlock all their teachable perks, you would be able to instantaneously have all perks from a brand-new survivor or killer available to you, as soon as a new chapter drops.
I've seen streamer that don't have everything do this and not with mori dailies saved. Plus you can never have too many addons.
-
I don't see the difference. π€
-
Idk but they are wasting points by doing so. By keeping three dailies completed they are preventing new dailies from popping up.
-
I doubt the killer pips unless the survivors feed them. Staying at the hook removes emblem points from sacrifice.
-
@Salami yes, the initial turn sensitivity is controlled by the controller sensitivity slider for some reason. I keep mine at 50% but some Billy mains increase it to 100%.
-
My guess is the servers.
Yesterday I was playing on Ormond and a Jane I was chasing suddenly went warp speed to the other side of the map. It wasn't her doing and we talked about it in after game chat.
Just to clarify, this doesn't prove your sanity.
-
You are facing better survivors now. Nothing ingame has changed besides Dedicated Servers. To casually play Trapper at rank one just shows you were facing high grade potatoes.
-

Must be an uninteresting day if we are bringing up old post.
Legions power is useless. BHVR didn't realize what would happen with his original power and it was exploited. What came after was panicked and overreaching changes that made the power worthless to use.
At least Legion became a 4.6 M1 killer instead of a 4.4 M1 killer. I doubt BHVR will change Legion in the near future. Maybe after the addon reworks we will see some glimmer of a rework.
-
Screenshots have to be in game so yes.
-
You want to individually do three gens. After the hook survivor dies the killer can only interupt one survivor. That survivor should do their best to waste as much time as possible for the other two to finish their gens.
-
Assuming PC, look at your controller sensitivity. This setting controlls the beginning of the saw senitivity.
-
Ofc farm maps are full of π©. You need fertilizer to grow corn.

Close, I would replace adrenaline with fixated.

Breaking the rules is against the rules.
Rule 87 section 1 paragraph 1 sentence 1
Survivor rules shall not be infringed.
-
Rule 686 section 2 paragraph 1 sentence 1
Killers shall not dictate survivor actions.
Sorry, can't have a rulebook. It's against the rules.
-
The pallets hitbox is larger than the model. Getting hit at the side is common.
-
Pallet vacuum had nothing to do with the killer. It simply moved the survivor from one side of the pallet to the other instantly. You typically get hit because you lunged at said survivor before the hitbox teleported to the other side. Thankfully pallets don't work like this anymore.
What you experienced would be lag if anything.
-
Any killer playing effectively.
-
Played Trapper yesterday.
Places a trap, immediately gets caught in said trap. Dedicated servers are fun.
-
Gens before friends
-
Consider all of whats been going on.
Nurse Changes
Medkit Changes
Upcoming event
Dedicated Servers
The Rift
It's just too much going on at once. Once the rift hits live on the 22nd it will be front and center again.
-
Just break the pallet

Everyone: Give us dedicated servers!
Behaviour: OK, but this is going to take time. And it's going to be highly imperfect at first, obviously, because we can't identify and target specific latency issues without live testing with an actual, real-world server load. We have to collect data to be able to iterate on it.
Everyone: OMG SURPRISED PIKACHU JPG! WAVE YOUR MAGIC WAND AND MAKE IT PERFECT! LITERALLY DO THE IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE BOY AM I ANGRY AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE REALITY OF NETWORK STRESS TESTS AT ALL!
tl;dr They can't "just stop the tests" and also fix everything that's wrong. That's not how any of this works. Some player inconvenience is unfortunately the cost of progress in a major dedicated server changeover like this.
Not everyone. People thinking hits through windows and pallets would stop if we had servers did.
Its clear by how the game handled P2P this would be a disaster. If the Switch could do P2P we wouldn't be in this mess.
-
One day there will be a written verson.
-
Unlike some game companies, bhvr doesn't take action unless there's proof of cheating.
At least one redeeming quality they have going for them.
-
Its starting to make sense.
You are getting hit because the delay between you and the killer. You throw the pallet and at the same time the killer swings. Since the killer is the server the hit is registered first. Across the network the client tells the server the pallet was thrown. The pallet drop still occurs because it still happened on your screen. Server sends back to the client that you were hit.
Same will occur once dedicated servers are in place. Only difference will be who has the better connection to the server.

All I know is they were gonna make a comeback and didn't and when Marth was streaming survivor he got scraped pretty bad even in a swf , I just don't think they are as good due to taking a break and not adapting to changes , you don't just quit playing a game for 6 months and then come straight back to being good when you've had all the updates and tweaks this game has had
Their heart is no longer in the game, pure and simple. The OP asked for good SWF tactics and I pointed them to the top SWF teams that happen to have videos of most of their games. The tactics used by them is still relevant today as it was then.

Well how can they test server scaling if the players aren't playing? My point still stands.
I'm saying that they need to fix the major bugs before scale testing.

Yes, I played as AND against Nurse and as Huntress. And I play with 80-90 ping mind you on european servers. It works very well. As far as I can tell, there is nothing major they need to fix.
There are no bugs that needs fixing that needs to take out the dedicated servers. Sorry buddy.
That's a load of bull. I play in the 60ms range and Nurse rubber bands after each blink. Maybe European server are made of gold but here in the US there are still issues.

@PolarBear said:
It'll help bhvr improve them if you keep playing. There is a reason they're testing them on live.
The reason to test with the full player base would be for server scaling and nothing to do with bugs. If it were about bug fixing then they would have enough information on what is bugged to go back and try to fix them. All they changed this round was what server you would go to. Nothing with game play.

I feel like they have been on long enough

Depip squad is outdated and isn't even relevant to today's game when you had real infinites in the game back then with no entity blocker, recovering exhaustion, vacuum pallets etc.... They were supposed to do a come back and never did because the game isn't as broken as it used to be and all of them aren't as good now , just watch marth stream of you don't believe me, he's a good killer still but not so much survivor anymore
Get your dates straight it was just a year ago. The things you mention have been out of the game for much longer. They don't play anymore because three of the members quit DBD. When you find out how brain dead easy it is you begin to lose interest in playing.

Search depip squad
