No. And many people actually don’t want DbD to be a horror experience either way. Stealth is mostly looked down on.
especially creepier/scarier maps could promote more stealth gameplay and this would create massive backslash (well, additionally to the usual backlash that any new content brings either way)

its a Killer only charm, have you checked if you have it unlocked on killers? (Just asking because I have seen people that weren’t aware and actually already had it unlocked without realizing)

I have literally never seen anyone that said that BBQ or camping would not have counters?! (Maybe bubba camping, but if the bubba knows what he is doing and the hook is well positioned it is pretty much a lost case..)

It’s definitely grabs and not just catches. It’s badly worded but I guess since they can’t as easily change the wording on achievements/trophy’s on consoles it didn’t get fixed….

Home Sweet Home: Survival is also an option, but the playerbase outside of the Asian region is supposedly very small.
don’t know if Last Year the Nightmare or Hide or Die may exist anymore? But if so, the playerbase is also very small..

It sounds like you are missing some steps about the Steam setting of outside games.. it should definitely work if the controller works on Steam. Are you sure you configured it correctly?
there would be an alternative, there are third party softwares that allow you zu use controllers on Epic games. But I think they are not free.. and as I said, it should be possible with the Steam workaround..

I guess there has to be a physical limit yeah. But I doubt it would be reachable (if you don’t go out of your way to block any player you go against/with)
how exactly do you know it’s not working anymore, what changed? (I am not sure how it even works tbh, once you block someone, can you unblock them? Probably only with them in the same lobby?)

well. I do play survivor, and face actually many killers from the roster. Not all, of course. Some are very rare. But eh. Bound to happen.
and I also play killer. Pretty often. I play a bunch of them regularly, not only the S or A tier ones.

this is a bannable and reportable offense per game rules
Make a clip, a few mins, then when you think it’s enough, tab out of the game and do something else until they give up. Watch YouTube/twitch or look at cute Chinchilla images online.
then, when they are finally done, make in-game reports: in the scoreboard right next to the points of the player. Then also make additional player reports as support tickets on the following link.
you can upload your self made clip as evidence on YouTube as unlisted video and attach the link to this video in the support ticket (uploading the clip won’t work as the file will be too big.

Very odd they announced this chapter so far in advance though. I'm not going to go into the whole silly "DBD are scared of *insert game here*" thing, but it is still an unusual move whereby I read a post on another discussion by a mod saying they "couldn't comment on it", which makes it even more strange ironically, when they could have just said: "It's a popular title we want people to get hyped for". We'll find out in future at some point, but for now I'm fully excited for this.
If mods/devs say they can’t say more on it and it is directly concerning licensed content I will just assume it’s (mostly) because of the license holder.

and to clarify again: i didn’t say some things need that much time. But the devs take (too much) time on many things. Some things should be addressed quicker (as CoH). I am not defending their slowness.

we are missing the greater picture here. Actual statistics for example (not only those the devs have decided to show us, those are just the top of the iceberg).
and the devs are actually incorporating feedback from both sides. They just need very very long time for it (see OoO, DS, key/hatch mechanics, EGC for examples)

The mods are mostly gathering and forwarding feedback, devs rarely interact with the forums in their free time.
keep in mind the forums are not the only place for feedback. Also there is almost always contradicting feedback on every matter.

You can get the charm while playing survivor though. You just can’t equip it as a survivor.

Kindred costs a perk, swf does not. You can already see if someone has kindred but there are several cases where you can't know if someone is in a swf.

You're looking at the symptom of a disease and getting mad at the body for raising its temperature instead of looking to see what's causing the symptom in the first place. Why do players camp and tunnel so much? Why do players not want to face swfs? Why do players not want to face high ping players?
The camping/tunneling was just an example to point you to how ridiculous it is to compare high ping to SWF.
High ping is causing unintentional behavior in the game while SWF (same as tunneling and camping) are very much intentional features.
As to kindred and insidious. I am aware that those are perk. Again, the main point was to show you that Insidious does have counters to it as many perks do. SWF may be one counter but that doesn’t mean people should be able to dodge SWF.

Most killers do not enjoy facing swfs and many perks do not work against them. Shouldn't a killer have a headsup that their insidious won't work because the person on the hook can just tell their friends they're still there. Or knockout etc.
insidious also doesn’t work against Kindred. This is a better argument to make kindred basekit than it is an argument against SWF.

You have to create a BHVR account and link both the Steam and the Epic account to the BHVR account. For that you have to at least started the game on both platforms at least once

I think I'm missing something but we don't have a single non-straight canon relationship so far in lore despite them having had canon straight relationships in lore since August 16th 2016.
to add to that, the devs always said when asked about LGBTQ+ inclusion that they won’t do it because they want to let this completely be open. Despite them having the mentioned heterosexual relationships already included. They unintentionally were treating non-heterosexual topics differently. They have reevaluated their stance on this and realized their mistake. They apologized and stated they see themselves as inclusive and they want to be inclusive.

There are many people who care. And rightfully so, because why not?
we have some heterosexual relationships mentioned in lore, some are integral, some are not (legion for example didn’t need any sexual tension between Frank and Julie, David didn’t need to have a girlfriend mentioned etc)

Never saw the benefit of not cleansing. You are one shot and way too loud which makes looping a little harder. Once she has corrupt I can actually mostly evade her well enough and sometimes even stun her to get rid of it. Plus two healthstates.
of course it’s not always the best to cleanse immediately..

Like I usually play on switch, if I see someone and it shows they're on one of the pc platforms, I'd be tempted to leave the match just for the fps difference alone.
Stadia is a streaming service that can be used via Chrome browser in pc, but I think there are also SmartTVs and other smartdevices that would allow you to stream it, so it’s not exclusively pc..

To my knowledge you just have to enter any info you have and out the nametag of the offender as the idea. If support reaches out to you because the Steam if is missing you can just answer that it was a crossplay player (which you probably can also mention in the ticket description)

It was never worth anything to begin with.
and you still have it unlocked even though it changed. So you could ‚prove‘ that you accomplished this before the change.

Eh. I don’t think we should trust these kind of patterns. Ringu only featuring a killer was a possibility but with the info from the interview we know it will come with a survivor. That’s pretty much it..
especially with licensed chapters they don’t have full control on it..
