Restarting the game sorted it out. Don't recall needing to do it before though. Thanks everyone!
-
I guess they scrapped it which is a shame because it looked decent.
-
I don't think anyone is telling Blight players not to run it, it's just so common and powerful that it just gets really annoying to go against. Just like things such as the DS and Unbreakable combo (before the DS nerf)
People get tired of seeing the same things.
-
I do agree that Haddonfield should be up next for a rework yet at the same time I'm honestly expecting the devs to make it so much worse by throwing in some terrible breakable walls.
I can picture it now. The balconies that have a window and an open doorway will end up being a window and a breakable wall.
-
There's probably something that prevents them from altering content made for a licensed chapter into a different map I guess.
-
I'd love for more ways to earn shards and a way to earn cells. So I'm all for this.
-
I also had that exact same 2 gen set up from your second screenshot recently. First and only time I've seen it happen.
-
Honestly surprised to hear that you'll still be able to make balance changes to the Stranger Things content as I only assumed that bug fixes would be the only thing you could do after the chapter is gone.
-
I think the bell emoji when they tweeted the teaser counts as a clue. I heard that bells ring when the Cenobites are summoned.
-
I'd imagine they have something in place that allows them to fix bugs.
-
It's funny but is getting pretty old already. However, it's likely gonna stick around as this community likes to hold onto things. Like Nea being the Entity, shirtless Myers and Pyramid Head's ass.
-
I might grab a few things. Most likely the Demogorgon cosmetics, of which I currently have none as I like them but not enough for full price.
-
I don't use them often, for either side, but I do like having them so I wouldn't want them removed.
However, stuff like most of the point offerings, hook and fog offerings I certainly wouldn't miss.
-
Not a massive fan of playing on the map but I don't like content being removed so this sucks.
-
This is going to achieve nothing.
-
That'd be pretty damn amusing to be honest. I'm all for it, especially if it fits the character.
-
It's a shame to see it happen and it really sucks that the map is being totally removed. While I don't enjoy playing on it that much I just don't like content being removed.
I'm not worried about other licenses going though as none of the other licenses are through Netflix.
-
I probably won't main Demo as I already had them as my main a long time ago but I did have to play a Demo game after hearing the news. Will probably play them a little more after the DLC is removed though.
-
Considering they updated Laurie recently I feel like Halloween will be fine. Plus losing one license doesn't mean they are all going to start dropping off. Payday 2 had to remove the Scarface DLC last year but all the other licensed content is still there.
-
In a way, yes. I'd like things that fit but aren't exactly horror, like Supernatural or Scooby Doo.
-
I don't really play Meg or Claudette much so that is one reason. Also them being Cells only is a turn off. Would have likely gotten the full outfit for Claudette if it was up for Shards.
-
I really like the DLC. While the map isn't great to play I do respect how damn good it looks and how close it is to the actual thing. Leon and Jill felt like good survivor choices and they both came with some solid perks, 2 of which I run all the time now. Nemesis was also a great choice for the DLC and while I feel like his power is lacking a little with tier 3 being pretty crappy and the zombie AI being terrible, I actually have so much fun playing him.
So overall it could be better but I enjoy what we have enough to say the DLC was worth it to me.
-
I feel like you could replace Brutal Strength with Spirit Fury, to combo with Enduring. As BS becomes useless once you've hit Tier 2. That being said, I think I'm gonna try that out for myself.
-
His lunge has always been normal. It's just deceptively long because he is short and uses a small weapon.
-
I don't know if I'm meant to be seeing something but I'm seeing nothing.
-
I'd love to have the option to disable the filter not just because I don't care about bad words but because the filter is hot garbage and blocks out the weirdest things.
-
Pretty sure the dev post about it mentions to give it some time to work out.
-
By the sounds of it you did nothing wrong, just DbD being what it is. Seeing as I've seen and have experienced, flashlight blinds happening when the killer has already turned away.

nope, it doesn't
Not surprised but unfortunate. Would be a worthwhile combo to me if it did work like that though.
-
So does Eruption actually trigger on generators hit by Opression? As I assumed it'd be just the ones you personally break.
-
The devs say a lot of things that they just don't follow through with.
-
I'm not sure the devs could add in an extra cosmetic slot without the game collapsing on itself.

It had to have been changed in some way because her blue nail polish is gone, but it's also gone on all her polo shirts too (even though it's still there in the icon image).
I had no idea about that. That just makes this worse.
-
In this case I'd guess that they didn't update that outfit as I believe they only updated a few for some survivors. So the head piece is new but the other part is old. In general though, it's weird how many little things like this they mess up when cosmetics are such a big focus for them.
-
I don't think they did anything to the zombies. They've always been iffy. The worst I've seen is a zombie standing in the middle of nowhere, refusing to move. Not stuck on anything, hadn't been blinded. Only moved when someone got close to it.
-
They just need to figure out a way to make it so the killer doesn't get the appearance of landing a hit on their screen only for it to be taken away because that ######### feels terrible. Other than that I haven't noticed much of a difference.
-
No chance. The most we'd get is a charm.
-
It would have made sense to update the pictures alongside the models but honestly this isn't surprising.

I've had multiple matches where one of the zombies just... stands there. She would only move if a survivor got super close, otherwise she stood in place. Not stuck on anything, not walking into a wall, just doing her best impression of a statue.
The zombies are so broken.
I was going to comment a similar thing as I've seen this too. No objects close to them but standing there doing nothing until someone got close. I really hope they improve the zombie AI.
-
Even though at the time I had only heard of and seen videos of the series, the Silent Hill chapter was super exciting to me when I saw the trailer for it. With the chapter on the way I figured it was the perfect time to get into a series I had never played before but heard great things about. Played through Silent Hill 1, 2 & 3 before the chapter released and The Room shortly after. I was only more stoked for the chapter after playing the games.
-
I don't know the specs of the Steam Deck and I'm not tech savvy in general but the game isn't optimized all that well so I wouldn't be surprised if it was true. That being said I can see the devs working on getting it to work on that system as the Steam Deck has great potential to be a big hit.
-
That's brutal but I don't believe they were on comms because they'd have to be idiots to bleed out.
-
Aside from Steam achievements being unreliable for stats for various reasons, 1,000 kills does take a long time. It takes at least 250 games as a killer to get 1,000 kills and that is only if you are getting a 4K every single game, which no one is going to do. So it makes sense that many people don't have it.
-
This is a nice idea although I'd personally love to sort them myself. Like a set of favourites so I can more quickly find the few perks I'm interested in within the sea of dog ######### perks we have.
-
Considering how slow they are now, I don't think 1 chapter delays is going to be enough.
-
It would be really cool but I don't see it happening as it seems like they are sticking with the remake stuff. Personally though I'd love to see Nemesis on fire with his outfit torn up like it was during the flamethrower fight. That ######### is badass!
-
Could be that one challenge that requires you to pick up a pallet with the killer being close by.
-
After playing the Resident Evil 3 remake recently I've gotta say I really want the torn version of his outfit, when he's on fire. Now that would be badass to see. This big mother ######### running at you while he's on fire.
-
I wouldn't say wasted but they could have done better with his power tiers and the zombie AI.
-
It's likely not fixed because the perk is so very rarely used that the devs, if they are even aware of this, will have it at the bottom of their list of things to fix.
