TIER BUFFED. So its not bad on tier 1 and 2 . IM NOT saying it doesn't need any more buffs for either Wake Up, Pharmacy or Vigil

Before tier 1 and 2 had like 24 and 48 meters

- Agreed. Seeing as we can't down survivors with it (unless Frank's which is bad) there's no point for that long cooldown
- I don't feel like both of these should be added. Either one or the other.

- They said that No Mither is basically tied to the injured state and seeing as we can now apply broken status effect i don't think that would go anytime soon.

This is like the old BT (almost and if you didnt have SC).
But now that the change is here there isn't really a problem anymore.

Idk why still vaulting has to be THAT slow.
