But boil over doesnt fully counter it. It negates one effect.Orion said:A Nurse's Calling does not counter Self Care. It does not stop the perk in any conceivable way.
Calm Spirit counters Spies From The Shadows - it fully prevents the perk from ever activating.
Boil Over counters Iron Grasp - it fully prevents the perk from taking effect.A Nurse's Calling does nothing to prevent Self Care. All it does is provide you with an aura if the Survivor was stupid/reckless enough to heal within your terror radius.
To say that A Nurse's Calling counters Self Care is like saying that Territorial Imperative counters basement rescues. -
Adam is situational like all of his perks are. Even tho some needs buffs.Delfador said:Not good imo.
No self care, no bond. When you injure her, she is gonna have hard time. Insta heal seems good but a lot of survivors just waste it when they use it on themselves.
Sprint burst is not as good as it used to be. I would prefer sprint burst over balanced landing as a killer if I am not a wraith or pig.
Deliverance is overrated. There is not much difference between getting saved by somebody or kobe. It is very situational.
Unbreakable is good but again very situational. I pick up DS user just to be done with DS.
DS itself is already strong. There is not much thing to say.
99% i get picked up and unbreakeable is worthless
I use ds now somrtimes (shrine lul)
And SB meh xd
(My opinion) -
I agree ds is bull.
They made rancor specifically for that.
That doesnt change the fact it needs some kind of chanve -
Monstrous Shrine. The basement also spawns in 2nd location

Now I know what you’re going to say, but just hear me out. With only one available to be placed at a time, only one survivor could have a trap on them at one time. It’s annoying that pig is the only killer that can’t resupply her equipment, and that really does need to change to make her more fun to play. This is fair since there’s a 1/4 chance that the survivor would get the trap off at the first box.
Sound fair survivor mains?
Make it so it's 100% guaranteed not to get it off first time. But unlimited beartraps would make the games last forever.

I think that Self Care should be made a base skill for EVERY survivour, 80% of people use it anyway, so why not make it 100? Ofc, game must be balanced around it then, but mostly because of it's not using a perk slot anymore. Because right now close to endgame not having self care means that survivours are doomed, ut if they do - there's no stopping them, including hatch situations. Including this into survivours abilities will finally allow devs to nerf surviours, considering they are able to use self care. Now they just can't, since some people don't use it. Though, it's just an idea that's not anywhere near good, it might be a solution to self heal problem. No, self care takes perk slot to not give survivors more free perk slots. It's 16 vs 4 so stop right now. SC is needed in game, and the game is designed with this perk in everyone possession in mind. As for those situations : devs said they don't like situations themselves, so they are you be reworked The only Nerf needed is heal in killers face thing and times. Times are worked on right now.
Oh, and it should not cuck Freddy so hard. It is most meta perk all time, you can't have it directly counter killers ability
I believe, Freddy's problems with SC will be solved with the next balance patch (though, devs' buffs are always so unpredictable and they might make a perk/addon solution LOL).
Lolwhat?
In next patch Freddy is going to be there even more - more SC time, more skill checksThey want to remove SC being able to wake you up
Also still this post was made because for the more altruistic players.

I like this idea.Even then, I never see a problem with Self Care when I play Killer myself.
Actually this is from a survivor perspective...
If you try to be altruistic and heal people they just heal themselfes with Self Care.

The problem with self-care has nothing to do with its speed, and everything to do with the fact that it's infinite. It's needs to allow you to heal yourself once per game (and resets fully if interrupted). With that in place, it's fine if it heals at normal healing speed.See option number 2
I'd prefer that option yes, but I don't think it's really plausible without also reworking (just buffing wouldn't really work in this case) Botany Knowledge due to the huge amount of overlap.
Well then im out of options ...

The question is for anyone.
It's decent. But when survivors get better with hitting skillchecks, Pop Goes The Weasel is cool. I would buy Overcharge but im saving for Hag. Bought DS tho

Visionmaker said:How do you like to play survivor? Do generators? Get chased? Totem and chest hunter? Stealthy? Hook saver?
What killers do you like to play?
I do a bit of everything as a Survivor - do Generators, save others, destroy totems I see, etc.
The Killers I use the most often are the Huntress, the Wraith, and now Leatherface. I occasionally use the Doctor too but I would not use everyone.
Then for build get Bond, We'll Make It!, Urban Evasion and either trust your team to heal you and take for example Leader or take Self Care or an exhaustion perk. This is an all around build except for being chased (
-
I can try to make the buffed versions... Just try (now that i think about it):
We're Gonna Live Forever - Your few friends deserve the best protection. Each time you rescue or take a hit to protect a Survivor, gain 25 % stackable bonus to all Bloodpoint gains up to a maximum of 50/75/100 %. (David Only the maximum rises to 150% on only rank 3) Might turn into more farmy perk tho
No Mither - You are affected by the Broken Status Effect for the duration of the Trial. Your thick blood coagulates practically instantly.
(David only You start the game healthy and get broken when hurt)
You don't leave pools of Blood
Grunts of pain caused by injuries are reduced by 0/25/50 % at any time. (David Only 25%/50%/75%)
Grants the ability to fully recover from the Dying State (David only you also recover 5%/7%/10% faster)(this is a maybe)And with Hag... :
Hex: Devour Hope A Hex rooting its power on hope. The false hope of Survivors ignites your hunger. When a Survivor is rescued from a hook at least 24 (16) metres away, Devour Hope receives a Token.2 Tokens: ―/(Gain a 5% speed burst for 10 seconds after hooking a Survivor. Speed burst triggers 10 seconds after hooking a Survivor.)/Gain a 5% speed burst for 10 seconds after hooking a Survivor. Speed burst triggers 10 seconds after hooking a Survivor. 3 Tokens: ―/Attacks put Survivors into the dying state automatically./Attacks put Survivors into the dying state automatically.
(only Hag) 4 tokens: Grant the ability to only once regress a generator by 40%... maybe?
5 Tokens: Grants the ability to kill Survivors by your own hand./Grants the ability to kill Survivors by your own hand./Grants the ability to kill Survivors by your own hand. -
I think pebble should get reworked for something else.
-
Soon Trademark

For surv i would get next Bond no matter what type of surv you play. It's really good perk.
For stealth i would get Nea's Urban Evasion (duh) + Iron Will from Jake (even tho i dont use it)
For getting Chased any exhaustion perk is good (sb is the best) but find which one you like the most ^^ + Adrenaline (which you have). Decisive Strike from Laurie is good for having the chase last a tad longer.
If you are altruistic level up Bill to get Borrowed Time and just hope for We'll Make It! (you also can get Empathy to know where exactly injured survivors are) -

Boil Over that would actually make it either op or just decent
Hope first part ooookay? But the fast vault thing why? You just combined Quick & Quiet with Windows of Opportuinty. The last part give to Lithe that could work.
No One Left Behind what would happen if you died 2nd and other people escaped? How would the game count it then? But rest of it seems fine to me as a buff to We're Gonna Live Forever
Prove Thyself actually sure!
Slippery Meat ooookay? again
Vigil does the person using vigil and other person know thay they got the buff? Also 36 seconds might be a tad too much. Also does Exhaustion count? It is a negative effect. Does Haste also work? if so 15 seconds of SB no thanks

Beast of Prey tier 3 removes the need for cd
Coulrophobia this would be buggy
Fire Up 8% so let's say 4 gens are finished. That gives us 32% for both actions So it already beats Unrelenting and you have and almost 7 tokens of Save The Best For Last. That would be too good sorry. Also random status effect no.
Monstrous Shrine yeah sure whatever it's still like 5 seconds or so
Spies From The Shadows suuuuuuuuuuure
Survaliance basically remove Overcharge from the game. Also with all of those things it would be so meta
Thanathopia No Reduced Movement Speeds from stuff. Also -32% of healing and repair. Ouch.
So what im getting at is that you are fine with survivor perks that give movement speed and action speed but when its a killer perk its op.
Seems legit. Also, in terms of hope and fire up being perks that replace other perks/are too good, they are only active in the 1 minute that is the end game.
And for Thanatophobia, -32% healing speed is too much, but when I say prove thyself can increase healing speed by 54% its fine? You judge killer perks and survivor perks with an extreme survivor bias and I think you need to be more open to the idea that the power role belongs to the killer.
Okay i agree my post was legit survivor > killer based. Sorry about that. I'm just gonna go over those 2 things you mentioned tho don't wanna go over all of the perks again.
Prove Thyself what if we changed it around? Like 10/12/15% stays the same but we go and move this:
For every token you have you increase the chance for a skill check appearing on healing by 1% to max 8% (maybe gens) and you altruistic actions is increased by 2/3/4% (so max tokens would be 16/24/32%)Thanathobia "0/1/1.5% reduced movement speed 6/8/10% reduced vault speed" without this and we are good then. But half the power for dead survivors? Or go the other way around:
"For every injured, dying and hooked survivor other survivors gets a penalty to all actions by 3/4/5%.
However if a survivor is dead this goes to 6/8/10%"
Cause y'know. It's a fear of death. If i see someone dead i would fear he might do that to me soon too.And i thought of your hope:
When a generator is repaired, gain a 4% speed boost for 10s. When the last generator is repaired, gain an 8% haste staus effect for 24s.
Vaults are shown to you within 10m/fast vaults make no noise/all vaults count as fast vaults no matter the angle (15s cooldown) -> i thought this last part was pernament (if it was it would outshine 2 perks)Fire Up
Here i thought that every attack would cause a random effect didnt read it properly x-x
I may have been harshed on cd of attacks but there are 2 perks that do this invidually. Unrelenting would be more useless than it's actually is right now xd -
David's and Hags perks in this list arent teacheables.
Also there would be meta survivors most likely Dwight -
It is only bugged with luck offering (from my experience)

I will camp folks just to draw out every last possible chance to get a 25% boost token.
Wait how does camping help with BBQ tokens ...
His real goal isn’t to kill the hooked guy, it’s to lure out the guy who hasn’t been hooked (he has the least risk of dying) and hook him

If it was me, I'd set up the perk with a 5% progression penalty, then add 5% per token. 20% heal per skillcheck is reasonable. But 50? That's nuts!Soon as people realize how powerful this perk is, it will likely get called out for nerfs. I'm calling it now.
Remember when on PTR it had 80% boost?
Yup, but 50 is still too high. If you hit at least 1 skill check, you've already halved the time it takes to heal somebody.
Killer already hurts for time as it is in this game, we don't need things shaving even more time off him.
Now, perhaps it will be fine if they implement the universal healing nerf. I'm willing to put up with it till then.
It’s drawback is no self care, and rng. It usually only saves 6 seconds anyway. That’s after it potentially got a teammate killed
Yeah. Most of the time i run around a guy that just self cares for 1/4 or half of the heal so the skillcheck won't even proc ;-;
