The QA is just a psyop at this point. Just doesnt exist.
I am not sure what went wrong but yeah, this is a really big oversight. Its quite annoying to deal with as a survivor. Getting to the pump and having to walk at a snails pace across the map is painful because the spawns for the pump are so bad.

This was a report I did maybe 3 days ago?
They still seem to act swiftly on it so that’s good. -

ive reported those terminator bots ai cheaters and a lot of cheaters that were blatant and nobody got banned yet lol
Yeah apparently they have a new way of doing it. I’m assuming they review the ingame reports now, putting those active offenders on a ban list then when they have a certain amount they just ban them all at once?
I’m not sure though. That’s my understanding to the customer support email I got.
“Please note that while we investigate every report, action may not be taken immediately. To make sure our detection methods remain effective, we process penalties in organized waves of mass bans/suspensionssent off at set intervals. This means that, if the player you're reporting is cheating, they will likely be caught in a ban wave. This practice reduces the chances of cheaters evading our security systems and adapt to avoid bans. Still, rest assured, that your report did matter and that this user has been flagged for review.”

I would love it.

Its quite recent addition there. They added that this month and I would think its meant for issues that they have got feedback from different community channels. So I think its just there to show that its verified by a community member or there is several people stating the same issue in different channels. I don't think its anyway there to indicate when they are going to be fixed just that they are issues that community members have been running into.
Still would be nice to get Behavior dev or mod to clarify what it means.
Ah okay. Thank you. I agree 💯
Thank you so much! Hopefully a dev or mod can provide some clarify. ☺️

You forgot that you also needed to collect the Blood to fill up the Generators. Yet you make it seem like it happened instantly and it was not needed.
It is a fact that Killers complained a lot last event and this event it gets changed. Not that I care too much, but you cannot deny that this is exactly what happened.
(Killer Powers is a different thing tho and I am happy that they changed that. But I think Perks in general not working on both sides was fine)
The blood station pumps were and are never that far. Filling up gens with them is fast, and pretty easy honestly.
The Killer experience last year during this Blood Moon Event was very miserable. Yes, you are right though. The killer complaints did cause for the change but to be fair..as I said, the event was just miserable for killers.
-
The BP I am happy about..Other than that, I didn't like the event. Several perks don't even work on the generators.
-
Like Xbox, Playstation and Switch on one and PC on another?
Would be nice. Tired of the hackers myself.
-
While I like your ideas a lot I think they should just go through with a whole rework. Her current state has gone on for too long now if you ask me.

Its happening to me too and I am on the Ps5. Super annoying.

You are far from having any clue about the current state of the game And you are completely detached from objective reality
Calling Spirit 'Top Tier' in this patch is pure coping. You clearly don't understand how critical map pressure is. With the new recovery speeds and self-pickup, a 4.4 m/s Killer with a telegraphed power has ZERO map control.
You say the only concern is 'elusive perks'? Wake up. We already have Off the Record, Distortion, Lucky Break, and now a 35% faster recovery basekit. The 'problematic' future you're talking about is ALREADY HERE. If you think she’s still Top Tier, you're likely playing against solo-queue survivors who don't know where the shift key is. Against any coordinated team, she’s just a M1 killer with a loud warning siren."
I play Houndmaster, the buggiest killer in DBD. I think I know a thing or 2 about the current "State" of the game my friend.

Yes, this is what i keep saying. The solution to this problem is to stop cultivating a community that says "memememe" and start banning people harshly for ruining games. Literally every other online multiplayer game does this right now. Why can't DBD?
I agree my friend.
-
I’m fine with it. Slap a killer bot in my place. If you have endgame challenges to do as a survivor, have it out. I would like to save my time and move on.
it’s 2026 and 10 years into this game. It should be possible by now -
The spirit is far from dead. She’s a top tier killer.
The only concern she would have is if dbd keeps releasing more and more elusive perks. That will be problematic.

I just had a match as plague where an Orella just stood under the hook the entire match after first hook. Of course she was running stakeout hyperfocus with a toolbox and bnp. Like genuinely why even queue if you're going to just sit on a gen the entire time? Like part of the game is knowing when and when not to take chase and with the dead weight they turned a perfectly winnable game into a loss for the team. Like it's not fun on either side trust me. I don't feel good in these lobbies. Genuinely if you queue up and realize that you aren't feeling it just DC leave a bot for your team rather than sit there afk. Like I'm sorry you're not feeling it but the team shouldn't suffer because of it.
It’s really unfortunate truly.
Dbd needs penalties for people who throw matches like this. (I would say harsher penalties)
When I come across people who throw matches for example, yesterday a Nea got downed within seconds in chase by the killer cause she got stuck on an object after getting hit. The killer left her downed, I picked her up and healed her, she went to every pallet and threw them all.
I recorded it, and sent it in to customer support and reported ingame as well for throwing. (Unsportsmanlike Behavior)I don’t know if they will action it but they should.

ok, I didn't notice it much in content creater video, but those two clips definetly don't seem right.
Survivor makes it around half of that loop to pallet… That looks more like Pinhead slow than what I am used to with Huntmaster.Weird thing is in the video about the shador nerf, most of the pulls look fine to me, so I would expect it to be another bug as usual with that killer? Not sure what trigger would be
I agree. He wasn’t showcasing it well at all so I wanted to show people what it actually looks like on a daily basis with Houndmaster.
I just don’t know how anyone can look at that and be like “yep! Looks good to me!”
The pull strength is so weak it’s useless.

That is a survivor with 120fps so thanks for providing the bugged out interaction not the one how it should work. Its supposed to work like it was in the streamers video that claimed it to be bugged and thats how it worked with 60 fps before with the bug too.
Yes. My friend and I were the ones who discovered it by accident and posted it on Reddit.
Regardless, the pull needs to be stronger. It’s too frustrating to play as. The videos I posted above show just that.

This video is literal nothing burger he has nothing there that shows any bug. That is normal pull and always been like that. Houndmaster should not be able to stop survivor from moving but slow them down.
First on 2:30 totally normal nothing odd in that and the creator makes a huge deal of it like it was somehow abnormal. This guy has some odd idea that survivor should not get away from the spot he gets grabbed by the dog that has never been a thing they are always meant to be able to move so they can use pallets to get rid of the dog. This happens on 3:03 he even goes that he grabbed them on the spot he goes to stand and no he did not the dog grabbed them about two meters forward of where he claims and look how far the survivor got basically no where they are still there. 5:00 Sable has enough distance to get to the pallet before the pull happens nothing odd in that and as said you should not use her power to do that as it usually ends up them using the pallet to get rid of the dog. His question why its useless on grabs before pallets is because the pallets are the counter to your power you should know that if you play enough of her. 5:51 Dusting is pulling the dog towards the loop and as he moves closer the dogs animation turns on the right side as its now pulling towards the killer. Still the dog is never meant to keep the survivor on the spot they grabbed but move towards the killer in that case the path finding most likely was little bit confused of what direction it should pull because of the long wall but still that is still totally normal behavior from the dog. 6:08 totally normal nothing to mention in that one. 6:28 Nea gets about the same distance as Dustin did with the one he made a huge deal out of so nothing odd in this one either but this time he does not find it odd.
This guy seems to not know how Houndmaster works if his thinking is that survivor should not be able to move from the spot they got grabbed by the dog they can totally move with the dog and has always been like this. This is just an example of somebody making a video about something and not really having any facts to back up his claim. Its usually btw good way to get views to claim something is buggy and some content creators use blatantly and make videos like this that does not even back up the claim. Also he does not get that the bug they fixed finally fixed the problem where the odd faster movements from survivors while grabbed by the dog were possible because it was tied to fps of the survivor player now they are consistent and so worked every time the same in his video and as it also includes the inputs of the survivor player how well the dog manages to hold them back as survivor has control of the movements not the dog.
A clip on how it use to work.

I do agree with you that his video on YouTube doesn’t showcase the exact frustration that I am going through. Like I said it’s more frustrating and then her actual bugs, I feel like he was definitely stretching the issue further than it needed to be.
However, I do have tons of video clips, where it’s an actual issue. The dog literally makes no effort to pull them back to the spot of where he grabbed them initially. Honestly, they never should’ve changed it. It should’ve been left alone how it was.
I’ve had it so many times where the dog will grab them way before a pallet and before I can even catch up or get there, they either get dragged back into the pallet or the survivor kidnaps my dog 10 meters out and all of this could be prevented if snug just pulled back to Houndmaster again. It wouldn’t even make her stronger. It would just make her a lot less frustrating to play as and to be honest she needs that.
Here for example. The fact I couldn’t even get a hit is peak. I missed the initial grab so I redirected as your suppose to, make the second grab and for what? For my dog to get smacked with a pallet. They get away, I have to start chase all over. Very frustrating.
The videos below happen in every trial and honestly it’s awful, feels awful and it shouldn’t.

She can be tough to play if people dont cleanse. Getting better at good old M1 is always helpful, mindgaming at loops etc. You can run helpful perks in chase like brutal strength, bamboozle, spirit fury etc to help catch people out. Thana is always good on plague for passive slowdown that is basically always active.
My top tip is never underestimate the power of undetectable/oblivious. It is very strong if you have everyone perma injured. My personal favourite perk for this is trail of torment. Gives you undetectable almost on command so you can wait you have everybody coughing and spluttering, then blindside them on gens for insta downs. It also pairs well with genkick regression perks. It's a tactic I use a lot on killers like ghoul, legion, slinger anyone who can put injuries on survs easily but can struggle to land the down. Other handy perks include hysteria (since ppl are injured a lot), whatever hex plaything is called nowadays, aliem instinct, heck even insidious can work well if you've chased someone off a gen

Another build for punishing survivors that refuse to cleanse (courtesy of a Youtuber/streamer named Magi, who specializes in Plague, here's a link to his channel:
https://www.youtube.com/%40magi_n7
):LUNGE:
Coup De Grace, Surge, All-Shaking Thunder, Thwack!
Add-ons: your choice
How the Build works:
Tired of survivors choosing not to cleanse and forcing you to be an M1 killer? Make them Regret that decision! Coup De Grace and All-Shaking Thunder gives your M1 attacks extra reach and speed when lunging, and against fully infected survivors only 1 shot away from a down, they make a lethal difference that survivors don't expect. Who cares if they're plowing through gens when doing so makes you more lethal in M1 takedown power? Surge is there simply because any killer that relies on M1 takedowns utilizes it best, and Thwack! is an amazing source of tracking information for you that never gets old, or runs out of tokens, if you use it wisely.
Pairing this build with add-ons that increase infection effectiveness, or charge up speed is preferred, but the real meat of the build is in the fact that survivors don't expect you to get the drop on them at supposedly secure loops, so picking the Brown add-on Prayer Tablet Fragment which disables your ability to puke on the survivors to infect them, but doubles their infection rate and the time objects remain infected, is actually really good and useful with this build. Pick what's more comfortable for you of course, and no one can ever blame you for picking either of her Iri's.
Here's a link to Magi's video showcasing it, incase you want to see it in action:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sP-TLMu6lhI
As you will likely see in the video, Magi is also a great source of information with a keen understanding of how Plagues mechanics work, so pay close attention, and let him help you improve as a plague player. In all honesty, Plague has always been my go-to girl in this game, but even so, Magi's videos, tips, and tricks have been incredibly insightful to me, so I hope he can help you too.

Thank you for your response, friend.
I'm very grateful that Onryo has at least received more attention than the average Killer — with her getting several rounds of changes and all. But it's regrettable that after all that work she's still not in a great spot.
What they've done with revisiting and polishing up the All-Kill Chapter is pretty neat, and I'm hoping that we could one day see the same for Sadako Rising. It'd be excellent to finally get a map for her and Yoichi.
Doomed Course and Tools of Torment would probably be next on my wish list for a revisit.
Absolutely! I would LOVE to see Doomed Course and Tools Of Torment revisited asap!
I wish BHVR was a little faster at these adjustments so it didn’t take so long. xD -
I wanted to layout some videos so BHVR can see on a video format than just going off of word.
The most frustrating thing about Houndmaster probably more than her Bugs (This is saying a lot) is the dogs current pull mechanic. It really needs to go back to what it was or as I said at least make it an option with an addon if that's the route you wanted to go I guess but I think it just needs a whole revert please.
Here's some clips. I'll just be adding them in as I obtain them.

The stats don't include low MMR, so it wouldn't be that. Plus the lowest killer listed in the stats for high MMR is Spirit at 66%, while Sadako is at 65% in mid MMR, so for all we know she has a decent kill rate in high MMR too. She just didn't make the stats cut. She is crazy good when it comes to map pressure, and survivors need to manage their time efficiently around maintaining gen progress and keeping her power at bay. I think high MMR survivors are just better at that time management aspect due to their experience.
All the stats are all inclusive actually. Across the board, her stats are just this high because she does quite literally stomp low mmr and survivors who just never go against her due to her rarity.
-
I love the improvement on the new bug reports. I am on console and I report ALL the time but sadly, we can't do Log Files.
-
I agree. There are a lot of resources to use on that map. Lots of pallets. Lots of strong buildings, plus a shack.
-
I would love to see this tested in PTB. Truly. There is so much I want to see smoothed out for her and a lot of frustration built around the fact with how much survivors just control her power. It's awful.
I really like these suggestions and I did enjoy reading your addon changes! I have thoughts of my own regarding her addons as well, but they are pretty much in alignment with yours so I will not go over them.

Just curious if anyone else have encountered this, pallets that have always been guaranteed spawns are not spawning and leading to deadzones. its less common then before they said they fixed it but I'm still noticing it on occasion.
Map seems really off in general, there is also a hook where you can get stuck behind someone on hook if you try to body block hook but fail.I just went into Customs with Oni's perk. I only saw one pallet missing but it was a 50/50 pallet. I restarted the customs, went back. Just now got sent there as killer. Everything seems normal. You screenshot it? Then they can see what pallets are missing so they can put them back.
-
Could be neat! I just would like more creative options in general! Would be so nice with this addition of course. Even things such as playstyles. Oh you really enjoyed Sadakos first design?
