Would be great to get a change for this situation in my opinion.
Camping takes 2 minutes, one gen takes 80 seconds for 1 survivor without toolboxes and no great skillchecks.

Everybody knows that genrush is the most efficient way to win as survivor, that should be known to anybody at least after the depip squad experiment

The 3 gen strat is not a bannable offense. Its intended gameplay, preventing gen progress and killing survivors are the killers objective.
By the way, if you hide on the other side of the map and refuse to do gens, then its actually YOU who are holding the game hostage since you are not doing your objective and thats a bannable offense. The trapper was completely right about this.
As survivor you can totally break through a 3 gen strat. If the killer commits to this strat, he cannot commit to any chase, so you simply do a little gen progress, then run away. Continue that and you will eventually complete a gen

In many games you get one daily per day and can stack up to 3 of them.
I would like to see harder and more rewarding dailies and also even harder/lucrative weekly/monthly quests

A few ideas:
So survivors get 5k BP EACH and keep their items if the killer leaves.
THe killer gets 2,5k BP IN TOTAL for 4 DCs and loses everything, just to make that clear,
You already got BT for this "aura"

If everybody wants to play SWF and only few play killer and solo, then the quque will take long for SWF and solo/killer get fast lobbies.

i have played as both killer and survivor, as killer I hook and leave because I know that I get more points when I hook everybody multiple times.
Something like this was tested in the first PTB and was heavily abused by the survivors, thats why the idea got dismissed

You can always see the players you are currently playing with via the steam platform (not sure about consoles).
if you dont enable me to see lobby names in the lobby, then i will dodge them ingame (i.e. hard DC) if they are "known" to me.

There's nothing funny about having somebody wish a family to die in a fire or get shot by a firing squad. (Talked to the guy again and wished him best of luck and he just went on again) If you think ######### like that is funny you're either some edgy teenager or you have no clue how social life works.
Its not funny the first few times, but after youve been receiving death threats for years you will either learn to take it in a funny/sarcastic way or you will quit the game

Iv just been playing on dbd today. Im rank 1 SOLO. Iv played 8 games so far and in 7 off them iv encountered NURSES.
Nurse is the only killer thats viable.
Stop crying about every new killer being OP and we might be able to get more variety at rank1, just some advice

Of course solo queue is faster than SWF, if everybody plays SWF, guess who is needed to fill the last slot in the lobby......
Btw, crossplay could reduce queue times by a lot, think about that

To convince my family to play DbD. They are the ones who got me into the game. We played KYF at first and had some fun. Then we started playing online.
Camping is a sign of frustration of the killer (or the survivors being stupidly overaltruistic)
Tunneling is just optimal playing by the killer, I know it sucks just like genrushing, but you cant blame players for playing optimally. Its up to BHVR to change that and give incentives / 2nd objectives

I manage to do that quite well, you can use perks like premonition too, it works really well against freddy.
You also see grass movements caused by him

As survivor it doesnt really matter if you play with m/k or controller, there are a lot of pc players that play survivor with controller too. As killer its a differnet story though.

Only if the killer is really bad, I doubt hat you will be able to do 2 gens, but maybe with the current matchmaking if rank 1 is versed against a beginner killer.....

The dailies are supposed to encourage you to regularly play the game. Increasing the queue would somehow defeat that purpose
What I'd like zo see however are weekly and monthly quest with higher rewards and tougher goals

You never use addons? You don't even use bp even though you reached the bp cap?
