For me its the other way around, people have been hostile towards me for not wanting Nemesis, and Wanting Jack Baker. I get that Nemesis is iconic but I sometimes truggle to see how he would work while still holding true to the RE lore, all the more while make his gameplay workable, fun, and strong
I feel the same way, Nemesis is iconic and a legend for sure but Jack Baker is like built for DBD. There is a great video by the Lore Guy, Pixel Bush, talking about wanting Jack Baker more than the tyrants and I fully agree

Oh, that what was happening? I'm sorry I didn't know, that part, its a big ass post and I kinda forgot some of the lines. See now I can kinda, relate, I have actually been shut down for wanting Jack Baker, or even Springtrap. Again Sorry I misinterpretted
Oh its no problem and I totally understand that, I have been a supporter for springtrap too, and i would die to see Jack Baker but it's sad seeing people so hostile towards even the idea of Nemesis sometimes.
-
My wish killer is Jack Baker but I would be fine with any killer from the series.

@Dabihwow said:
@Cornpopers_Evan , its fine, I am also one of those people who want Springtrap in DBD, and I recieved just as much if not more hate than I did for wanting Jack Baker. The desire to see Nemesis or Mr.X is just flatout crazy, and chaotic. Not for the fact that people want either those two, but the fact people will go great lengths to ensure that the idea of them coming in is set in stone. Even to the point of spewing BS over stuff they can't actually do in both the RE lore or DBDs' gameplay mechanic. I found a post a while back of a guy who shared his opinion of why Nemesis or Pennywise wouldn't actually work in DBD, not naming but people gave him/her so much ######### they didn't return after posting it. I recently saw the post pop up again, after RE was announced to be the next Chapter, and people laughed at them and even mocked the OP for thinking of such things, literally the first post I saw of that discussion after so long, was just lolling the ######### out of the user.
I was rightfully pissed, its one thing to disagree with someone, but its something else entirely to continue to harass someone on an opinion they had months ago. Even if they contradicted their own words you still don't get to harass someone period!
I was one of the people who went back and laugh because the OP of that post was one of the people who would put down other people for having hopes of characters. I agree it is always ok to have opinions on what they believe, but they kept putting people down for simply wanting or hoping for a character and they insisted they were right and they would never be added. I saw it as karma for them being so mean towards others hopes so I went back to the post.
-
Serve her wouldnt work as a perk as some killer's powers dont have injuring ability.

Pyramid Head has always had weird things that the devs, instead of fixing, have just added extra time for his ability on extra parts and have hurt his power.

A few days ago I got into a discussion about how the weaknesses and limitations of killers (not in gameplay but as a character) don't matter. This really stood out to me as the big issue with people who don't understand why killers like Pennywise or Nemesis can't be added to the game. Some people are so adamant to have Mr X added to the game that they forget to picture him being stunned by a 6 inch thick pallet of wood. Some people in the community don't understand the reason why killers like Freddy and Demogorgon work in the game and characters like Pinhead and Nemesis don't. I really would like to clear this up if anyone is confused about this.
Just came by to say haha again because the next chapter is RE

On console we would like a little more help with aiming for the knife throwing, because we can not be as precise as on PC.
Ive been playing trickster on console and his recoil is ridiculous and the spread is worse, but ive gotten it down and i can do it very well now so its not impossible, but his buffs seem to really help

i wasnt talking about if he is easy or not to play with, im talking about how strong he is, and he is very strong, he is good at stopping gens, good at chasing, the only teams taht cant beat him are the top 1% of coordinated teams that would trash any other killer in the game or would give a hard time to nurse and spirit so doesnt mean much anyway.
That is hilarious you think only the top 1% of coordinated teams can beat freddy. He isnt op in the slightest, he is too easy. The best freddy player isnt much different than a new freddy, because his abilities dont have skill behind them. He can stop gens, and he is good at chasing, but that doesnt mean he is the best in the categories, and in order to counter him it's insanely easy. You can't go around saying a killer is op and needs giant nerfs just because you dont know how to beat them. Freddy isn't deep or complicated, he just has kit overload.
-
@gatsby said:
Trickster's power is so mediocre that he NEEDS perks to get anything done even after the minor QOL buffs. He doesn't have any synergy with any of his perks so its basically a perkless Adept.
Trickster basically lives and dies by Save the Best for Last and Monitor and Abuse. Without them he's just unplayable and can't get quick enough downs to get any sort of pressure rolling.
I have every other Adept and this one is atrocious. I'm literally deranking after rank reset just trying for this thing... maybe at some point I'll get so low the Survivors forget to hold M1
I got the adept even before this buff, and it is hard but possible.
-
@Lord_Tony said:
those buffs did nothing.
Just make him 115% like we've all been saving with trickblades as base kit
I really dont understand why people say 115% would help the killer lmao. It would just make him a better m1 killer, but it wouldnt fit why he is bad. Its like saying trapper needs a buff, make him 120%. It would help him but doesnt actually buff him where it needs. These buffs for the trickster are welcome additions and im excited for what else they have planned for him.
-
The game is only ever scary the first time you are playing it, and everyone playing it now knows it's not really meant to be that type of horror game.

Freddy B tier? What?. Freddy is easily A tier, and top of A tier... he has everything in his kit, he is not weak in any aspect at the very least he may be average in one aspect and very strong in the rest.. he is strong, and very hard to go against if using tinkerer + ruin.
Freddy is easily B tier or low A tier, because just because he has a lot in his kit doesn't mean he is super strong. He is very easy. He doesn't take a lot to get maximum value, but a good survivor can easily beat him. He wasn't ever op, just punishing to lower skill players, but even being average and competent you could bully freddy. Now he is nerfed, along with demo, two killers that needed help.

...this new change is truly bizarre to me.
By increasing the cooldown on a successful Victor hit from 3 seconds to 5, what's effectively happening right now is the Twins are being made easier to play against.
That's fundamentally what this change is: if you're a smart Survivor who stays bunched up when you're injured and insta-kicks Victor in the 3 second window on live anyway, this change does not affect you. There are plenty of players who do this already, this isn't too much to ask Survivors to do to counter Victor because good ones are already doing it anyway.
If you're a bad Twins who can't get downs in chase and misses Pounce, or you camp with Victor, this change does not affect you.
This change only affects you if you're a good Twins player who uses Victor for chasing and snowballing in a fair way, or if you're a bad Survivor who doesn't bunch up well against Victor when you're injured. Why are nerfs being targeted at the expense of skilled Twins players who use the power fairly, to hand-hold Survivors who don't effectively use the counterplay that already exists?
If anything, the increased cooldown should have been applied to MISSING a Pounce, not landing one, to punish Twins who misplay. Or even better, they could have done the following to mitigate camping: have Victor automatically return to you if you hook a Survivor within 16m of him. That would be a nerf to camping Twins (since you can't place Victor under a hook and leave him there any more) and a buff to chasing Twins (since you could manually reset him after you get a down so he'd always be on hand to chase with). It would be the best change the Twins could possibly have... but no, we just get a random nerf to chase Twins as a punishment for playing too well.
If this nerf goes live, you'll just get more Twins players using Victor to camp hooks because if you can't snowball with him without a Survivor in the same ZIP code as the person you downed kicking you, why wouldn't you use him to camp instead?
I do not understand the purpose of this nerf. It's either there to:
-incentivise Twins players to camp with Victor because snowballing off injured survivors now just isn't happening even if the survivors make consistent positioning and gameplay errors while the Twins plays perfectly.
-hand-hold bad Survivors who go down to Victor while out of position or who don't bail their teammates out properly.
-punish Twins players who are good at their Killer and play them fairly.
Which one is it? What is the function of this nerf?
This update is weird because it's all changes people were excited for, but then we read them and everyone is just disappointed, I dont know why the changes were made this way
-
I say more of a mid tier. He never was OP in the first place and most tier lists already only had him at A tier, about the same level of like Oni. He needed some kind of change that would make him more skillful to play but instead he just got a load of nerfs, nerfs he didnt really need. He was easy to counter, now he is easy to just plain beat.

For all the original killers all of them are pretty much just murders or crazy. I understand why they can't put Nazis or Klan members in the game, but pedophiles, rapists, terrorists, ect..., aren't in the lore or motivations of any of the original killers. Why are the devs holding out from the more dark aspects of horror.
Technically Freddy is a pedophile and a murderer. I would also guess that it is because in the lore the Entity goes for people it believes would be good killers, people that would do it's bidding and torture, while rapists and terrorists are just like bad awful people. They are also holding out because the characters need good marketable sense and making a terrorist would not only anger people but also be awful in the game, same with rapists. The game is still meant to be a fun experience and adding something so gross wouldn't be great.

An idea that came to me is that Main Event should, first of all, be retainable, to be activated whenever you want, not just 15 seconds after charging it.
And secondly, give the bouncing blades effect to it.
I agree making it retainable where you can save it would be nice but it also feels lazy, I like the idea of it being something that sparks up and gives you time to use it, but i believe if you don't activate it, it should refund like 75% of the charge.
-
These aren't the best changes, I just think the main change he needs is laceration to just not down. Would make him a million times better
-
Babe wake up a new sluzzy dropped
-
Damn it seems Twitter is worse than the forums
-
I personally think a really nice chance would be to remove all his slowdowns when throwing knives, maybe just one layer like down go 95% or 100% movement speed while throwing knives because right now he is too slow, and also to just remove laceration timer in general. Make it where he can stack damage on survivors, so you can hit a bunch of knives on a survivor but if you leave them you dont lose those stacks, seeing them later, you can cash them in and finish the damage. This seems like how it should be in the first place with how many knives it takes to injure and would make him different than huntress. He throws faster but takes more, but this means you can spread damage and do it mk much faster later down the line. I do think though that while injured if you healed it should also cleanse whatever stacks are currently on you. This in my opinion would up him a lot. Also Main Event really needs help, I suggest also that they make it where he still has to earn it, hell I even like the idea of it being on a timer so you cant save it, makes it more unique, but make it activate instantly. He shouldnt have so many layers of slowdown before he can start his main event, it should be big and fast.

Except "everyone will play as strongest character", devs can just balance it, and not every single killer playing as spirit/nurse/freddy
I had an idea similar to this but for killers instead of survivors, that killers can be put under classes that each have their own passive. This like Stealth killers go into the ambush class, and they are immune to aura reading on them, map control killers go into the pressure class and they can hear generators from much farther, territorial killers are in the Territorial class and they can see the aura of generators and how complete they are by going from white color to red color the more complete they are, etc.

Lately in this forum people have been complaining so much about killers being way too overpowered. The Killers in this game are not overpowered (except maybe Freddy). People complain about the little things about both sides, killer mains hating on survivor mains and vice versa. I play both sides equally so I am not biased. The forum and the community keep pounding nerf requests on killers that don't even need nerfs. I also see posts about completely balanced survivor perks that " need a nerf"
The truth is that the killers should be powerful, they have to go up against a four-man survivor team. They need to be good enough to actually play the game and beat the survivors. Games like f13 created Jason who is overpowered in both the game and the movies, it was fun because there was basically an almost unstoppable enemy which made the game very interesting to play. In this game, the moment the new killer releases, the survivors and some of the killers begin to hate immediately, it's either too bad or too good because no killer can ever be perfect.
The Killers should be overpowered compared to the survivors. The game is not as scary as other games out there, killers that are more powerful and creepy looking is what we need. The problem is that most people are missing the concept of DBD and get pissed off when a killer is powerful and wont stop complaining about it. People need a reason to fear the killers.
But I don't mean completely make the game killer sided like f13. There needs to be a balance between the game, the killer should be powerful but not impossible to play against. The game should feel tough every round. Like there cannot be a killer that just destroyes everyone. The game needs balance, and to create balance the survivor perks need a slight buff to the ones that are not very great, and the killers all need tweaking to make them strong. Perhaps DBD could make game modes like 2v8 to help the killer and to help the survivors. Strong killers would give a reason to fear them.
Freddy isnt really op, spirit and Nurse would fall under the OP category but they are just the best killers. Freddy is just easy to play, not overpowered

I think about once, but I just couldnt tell the difference between 3 identical nancys who were all injured

So, if you heal yourself with Self Care or a medkit, this means you are not being tunneled because you have time to progress the game, thus DS is deactivated.
However, if you have Inner Strength active, you can just slip into a locker and heal like that. Inner Strength is 8 seconds faster than a standard medkit heal and a massive 24 seconds faster than a Self Care heal. That's not even taking into account the various ways killers can slow down healing even further that do not affect Inner Strength. So you are actually progressing the game much faster and getting to keep your DS.
(Yes I know you also cleanse a totem for 14 seconds, but not while your DS is active, and 14+8 is still faster than Self Care)
Now, I'm not saying Inner Strength SHOULD deactivate DS, but the logic doesn't make sense to me. Maybe I'm missing something but it's my opinion the DS nerf wasn't well thought out and the inconsistency here is evidence for that.
this means they are going to have to dedicate a large part of their perk build to just do this with decisive and inner strength, and it isnt that bad.

Just throwing out concepts and thinking about what could be fun, not being overly serious or expecting such things to happen. Here are some things I imagine could be fun, what about you guys?
- THE THING. Killer: The Thing (duh). Survivor: Macready / Kurt Russell. Map: Arctic research station (half indoor half outdoor map. Light inside, dark outside. Snow everywhere). Extra thoughts: The monster's trick would be taking the form of another player, but with some subtle hints to give them away for those who pay attention (maybe they move strangely, twitch occasionally, etc). The survivor could have a perk that gives a 50 percent chance of revealing the killer's identity to all survivors if he sees their blood trail or heals them.
- THE DUMMY. Killer: A humanlike but obviously fake (yet still ambulatory!) dummy. It could be something horrific or, in my opinion, creepier if it resembled something like "Fats" from the underrated Anthony Hopkins drama-thriller "Magic". It wouldn't be as small as Victor, but wouldn't be as tall as Amanda. Whether he came with a ventriloquist would be up to the devs though I'd say no, it's not necessary (and too similar to The Twins). Not really sure what his powers could be, any ideas? Maybe something about being able to throw his voice and make the players think he's close when he isn't, thus revealing their presence? Something involving marionette strings? Perks, maps and a potential survivor would be up in the air.
- CHILD'S PLAY. Speaking of dummies, the survivor could be Charles Lee Ray who has a voodoo power that he can activate if he finds one of several Good Guy dolls scattered about the map. As himself he's tall and wearing dark clothes, as the Good Guy doll he would be much smaller but wearing very bright clothes. Players wouldn't know who to look out for. The survivor could be Andy, main survivor of the franchise. Map: A giant toy store or, more ideally, the massive Good Guy warehouse from the second film. I know we already have a warehouse but the one in CP2 is shown as being full of tall, narrow, all but identical corridors, with a giant wide open area full of loud machinery and conveyor belts.
- THE GREY. Probably way too farfetched / out of place for most people, I know. Again, I'm just throwing out things that I myself would find fun, and the concept of alien greys creep me out. The killer: An alien grey, yellowish or pale or grayish in color with the now well-recognized large head and dark eyes, skinny build, etc. It's power could revolve around telepathy, fear, able to cause players to lose their minds and mess up objective tasks. It could also possibly use its telepathic powers to slowly reduce your health state if nearby (harkening to stories of aliens supposedly mutilating cattle and draining their blood with surgical precision). Something could maybe be done with a UFO that quietly passes over the map from time to time. The map itself would be a rural area, maybe a small neighborhood (but larger than Haddonfield, there would be multiple streets) at night. It could also be a farm, as in an actual farmhouse with a largely open field on one end and thick forest on the other. Betty or Barney Hill types could be cool survivors - a middle-aged mixed marriage couple.
- THE LONER. Killer: An older, off the grid, paranoid anti-government human male. Survivor: Federal agent / SWAT. Map: HEAVILY forested mountainous terrain with lots of blind hills, a shooting range, and a small clearing that contains the small log cabin in which the killer resides. His powers could be different types of camouflage and traps, a sneaky killer.
- THE PROPHET. Going from Ruby Ridge to Jonestown, the killer would be a cult leader. Normal looking or robed wiry-haired crazed lunatic human. His powers would revolve around seduction and deception, doing things that mess with your mind like lowering your defense, causing you to drop and disable your carried items (donation) or drawing you in with false promises (fake generators, etc). His map could either be a huge indoor disaster prep house, underground bunker (probably too much like Hawkins) or, my favorite, a vast outdoor location in a remote-looking area with lots and lots of tents as well as a large single-floor steeple.
- THE INFECTED. Killer: A rage-filled human being (no, the killers in 28 Days Later are NOT zombies despite what even the movie's own dvd box claims) that runs extremely fast, is viciously aggressive, and is driven only by the desire to attack any living thing. In a perfect world I think it would be awesome if the killer's only power was to attack and therefore infect other players, thus making THEM additional killers. I know that the game doesn't work that way, the infrastructure to accommodate this mechanic would be a mess, and it would cause all kinds of balance issues. In the lore of 28 Days Later there is no medical cure for infection, so I'm not sure what the counterplay would be. Maybe if the player chose NOT to become the killer they could, after becoming infected, sacrifice a health state to remain normal, thus implying that they cut off the infected skin before it was too late? In the film infection takes place within seconds, so there could be a challenge there, and I like the idea of a chaotic match where the number of survivors and killers keep swapping places. Again, I know, unrealistic. Just sounds fun. The map would be the militarily-fortified mansion from the end of the film. The survivor could be Jum or Selena, one of the two main leads. Terror radius transitioning into chase music would be "In a House, in a Heartbeat" because that would not only be accurate to the film but also just plain badass. :D
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aF10I72tsio
Thanks for reading (if you did, lol). What are some of your own ideas? What kind of killers, maps, or themes would you enjoy seeing in a game like this?
The Mountaineer
The Mountaineer has a chilling effect that affects survivors over time with his abilities, slowing and posing threats if they do not keep working and staying active.
Chilly (Freezing level 1)
- Survivors breath more audibly
Cold (Freezing level 2)
- Survivors breath much louder
- breath is visible (can be seen if they are in lockers)
- Performing slow actions are 25% slower
Freezing (Freezing level 3)
- Survivors breath much louder and breath is visible (same as level 2)
- Survivors now have cold fog surrounding their feet, which has a small trail, sort of like torment, but lingers a little longer helping with tracking
- Survivors crouching and walking speed 5% slower, running unaffected
Frostbite (Freezing level 4 MAX)
- Same effects as level 3
- Survivors will bMountain Chill:
- ecome injured if you walk, crouch, or stand still for longer than 6 seconds (Running For 3 seconds will reset this, and healing or working gonna gen will not count this, but won't reset timer, simply pause it)
- Gen and healing speeds are reduced by 15%
In order to clear up your freezing, there are small bundles of fire, Warming Fires, around the map, similar to plague, which has a cleanse action. Takes 30 seconds to fully cleanse and warm yourself. You don't have to fully finish, the 30 seconds is simply from frostbite to 0 cold, you can decide to do it for less, but still keep some of your freezing.
Special Ability: Slippery Path
Press and hold the Power button to charge up and release an attack forward on the ground in front of The Mountaineer. This attack will freeze the ground, making it a shiny light blue ice. Survivors walking on the path will slowly rise in the amount of Freezing, and also slide, making corners and tight turns much harder to run, and the character has way less control. This path stays on the ground for 6 seconds. Staying on the path for a total of 12 seconds will increase their level of Freezing. This attack is 8 meters long, and 4 meters across. Can only have 1 path active at once. Charge takes .3 seconds before release
Passive Ability: Painful Winds
Every 30 seconds, the winds of the dark blizzard move onto the map. This blizzard lasts 40 seconds and once it ends, the timer before it comes again begins. This blizzard covers the entire map, making it look snowy and white like the Nightmare's vision but for everyone. Inside of the blizzard, the survivors will slowly gain Freeze, gaining 2 levels of Freeze, and they also have reduced vision, only being able to see 16 meters ahead of them. This blizzard will also lower The Mountaineer's terror radius down to 28 meters, from 36 meters. Survivors standing within 6 meters of Warming Fires will not gain Freeze.
This is my idea, I have a whole document with lore and perks as well

He’s weak because the devs played it safe with him. Having a full auto ranged killer could quickly become brainless and way too strong.
I agree he is very weak right now but I’d rather they release a weak killer as opposed to an OP one
I agree, they played it safe and they will buff him later. This is basically a collab chapter so they didnt want to go too crazy with him. Although I believe making an OP character they have to tone down is better than an unbearable killer they need to buff badly.
-
Because killer honestly takes much more skill and strategy to win than survivor. Not only is there base killer learning, there is also individual killer skill, map skill, map knowledge, etc. A survivor doesnt have to do a lot to be optimized in all honesty. A killer takes a lot to become optimized.
-
I think some great ones would be Deathslinger, Oni, Clown, and Trickster even though he isnt og. I would die for a Netflix animated show where each episode is a different killer and their lore

Most asymmetrical games have failed from trying to be competitive because, in the end, they will never be 100% balanced. I believe the reason DBD has survived this long is because they haven't defined winning terms, meaning people can have fun and do whatever and still personally define it a win. For tournaments and competitions, yes they could make winning terms more define, but streamers agree kills shouldnt count towards kills, some believe it should be hooks, while others think it should stay kills, others saying 2 kills is a win, others say only 4 can be classifed as a true win. For the base game, it should stay undefined, as it really helps the health of the game and the casual playerbase, while the comp scene should just define winning conditions as they do already.

I was wondering if there were any particular characters that killers just have it out for? Ever since I've been playing as Kate Denson, I've found that I've been incredibly unlucky with camping and tunnelling. I know not all killers are like this, it just seems like in 70% of matches I play now, when there are plenty of options to go for other survivors, I get the rough end of the stick and get tunnelled hard. Is there bias against certain characters that I don't know about? Maybe I'm just unlucky 😅
I hate Nea, Jane, and Feng mostly. It seems like they are the poster child for toxic and mean spirited survivors. Not all of them are bad but jeez they attract the worst people, same with Dwights. But on the other hand, Cheryl and Quentin's are my favorite and they are usually very nice.

So, how would a disguising killer work out?
Am i GoobyNugget? Or pehaps I am someone different, just a shadow of the person I once was? nah, GoobyNugget.
Jesus I read this as "Disgusting" a million times lol but the devs has said that a disguising killer wouldn't work the best, but I could see it working well as a secondary power with something else being the main power.

I almost never slug, the only time i have recently was when i was attempting trickster adept, but before that I always avoid tunneling and slugging.
-
It feels like it had more of a mental use than physical use, people were scared of just the existence of DS and so no one tunneled that much if there was an obsession. Now because survivors know it was nerfed, killers dont fear it thinking its not strong and survivors feel like its useless and wont help. In the truth, it still has the strong power of it, but mentally it isnt powerful anymore. I think maybe even giving it something like a different description of the perk or even like something stupid but labeling it as a "buff" could help it honestly lmao.

I wish Trickster would get some kind of buff to help the odds while playing it.
Trickster is gonna be getting some buffs guranteed but when that happens is the question. I still play him and I just have to turn off the part of my brain that likes to win in order to play him. I have so much fun with him but if I go into a match with a "I want to win" mindset I know Im not gonna have fun. It's sad but thats how I do it lmao

Both times the 4th survivor escaped because I have zero tracking perks, and my 110% ass can't defend the gates after closing hatch.
TF kind of babysitting clinic do I need to run to get the adept achievement?
I made a post on some tips to get it. It's a ######### and a half and it takes a while, but you can get it eventually, I think the best tip is just only m1, and know how to tunnel and slug like a #########, because that is how you get it, every round i tried using knives it deducted points and wasted time.

Probably Legion or Trickster because they are the most normal but messed up. Other than them, probably Billy, or Wraith. Both you can't escape no matter what.

The worst achievement in the game.
I made a post earlier this day with some tips to help get it and some others commented with more tips, he is definitely hard but you can figure it out after some time, just have to play scummy

Having got my adept yesterday at red ranks (so 3 Irri and 1 gold need) I learnt a few tips I hope might help all of you too.
- Chaser is the most difficult emblem to get gold/Irri, best way to get this is to not use knifes to down, use them like the executioner. Run the Caged Heart Shoes, to prevent you falling behind in the chase, hit once or twice then fake into M1. Really helps hits on small loops.
- Again pretend to use you're knives at a pallet, the survivors know you need a bunch of knives, hit them once, then switch and hopefully you can get a slap in before the stun.
- Force starstruck to get use. Find the worst survivor on the team and turn them into slug bait. Slug and proxy to make sure they stay down. As soon as you've reeled in a better teammate, chuck that slug on the hook and boom the more difficult survivor is exposed reducing the amount of time you spend chasing the better teammates.
- Avoid long loops till you're down to two/three. Being a 110% you can't spend time here otherwise your gatekeeper will be toast.
- Spend a few shards on the black cosmetics, (Lavish Longline Blazer and Midnight Dye), really helped me close in on survivors if I moonwalked or came at an angle.
- Up against full SWF/Clicky Clicky giving you absolutely no chance and causing you extreme pain? Pretend to meme. Just long enough to lul them into a false sense of security. It'll get them off gens, and crowding round you. As soon as you chuck someone up with showstopper, it's time to have fun. Probably won't get you the adept, but at least it'll make those games a little less painful ;)
- Don't give up. Against smart survivors they will loop you all game and really take advantage of your movement speed, but eventually you'll get a few below average survivors in your lobby and you'll snowball your way to the adept.
Be aware that using these tips will make people pissy, but you're a 110% with no power and extremely low gen pressure. They only have themselves to blame for not cracking on with the gens and owning you.
FYI - Still found this one easier than release day Blight/Twins on console with all the nightmare bugs on their releases. Probably a close third, but you can make this guy work.
Good luck.
These are some great additions too and I used all of these too so thank you for adding this comment, he is hard but it will work out eventually

I hate this goddamn killer with a passion. I don't even like playing this killer, that's how much of a problem she is. I hate it so much. Spirit makes The Twins look like an actual fun killer to play. Spirit is probably the biggest problem of a killer ever since The Dedicated Server came out as a killer.

Please I wanna hear your absolute harshest opinions about this damn killer.

I hate her so much too, but I personally really think she doesnt need a lot of changes, she only really needs a global noise notification to say she is entering her power

I think you forgot that they can go from a killer from 2000's ce to 2000's bce if the devs really wanted. Like others have said, Ghost Face is also pretty recent. The costume was created in the 1990s and then became popular once Scream was a thing a few years later (also still 1990s). At earliest that would mean Ghost Face is from 1990. Which is still pretty recent. Then they went 1970s (I think that's when Stranger Things was?) with Demo and then all the way back to Ancient Japan with Oni. Which, I'm not sure about you, but that wasn't 1970s. The devs aren't going by a specific timeline like oh next chapter we're doing a futuristic killer from the year 3080. That's not going to happen, it's possible, but probably not.
Edit: I looked it up because in his lore they mentioned Oni was a samurai so I looked up when the age of samurai was in Japan and it says 1185-1868. So Oni MAY be from the 1800s but I feel like he's older than that.
Oni is from the 1800s because it was when samurais were ending and the feudal age if Japan was ending as well, so that's why he went on a killing spree killing fake samurais and he didnt want the samurai to end

6) Hope you are getting players that are not that good.
I got adpet trickster only because my survivors basicly threw the game with 1 Gen left. It was luck, I don't feel like I really earned it.
Hilarious you commented this because one of my tips was going to be lobby dodge. Lost multiple close games as well because they key escaped. Getting players that arent the best really helps lmao

Still, it is licensed. Seriously, idek what you guys are saying that gf aint licensed.
And also yeah, ghostface isn't licensed, only the mask is. Ghostface isnt owned by scream, its owned by the people who created the mask, meaning technically ghostface in dbd is an original killer
