Get over it and move on, says who you, probably an entitled killer main, that admitted camping is ok in certain situations, but didn't express when and I know you're a killer main, from the fact that you expressed being upset about survivors clicking there flashlight, cry me a river, for one I don't run with a flashlight, I'm still fairly new and don't properly know how to use it and two since when did a clicky clicky stop a killers gameplay, but a camping killer stops everyone's gameplay, for one it's boring for two it's taking away any achievement of that survivor at least retrieving bp to level up a character, is at least receiving bp only for killers, nobody wants to wait 2-5 mins for a match to have a killer with speed, power, perks and add-ons to enhance perks, to just camp because a survivor went clicky clicky, you killer mains be the most butt hurt players I've ever played against, so if you don't want to see people complaining, just play the damn game and get over it
And you are a survivor main that has never played killer or at least not much so how can you know what they are going through ? Ah yes, you don't.
So first thing first : why do you talk about something you don't know ?
Then why do survivors (especially in high mmr) are all bringing OP items with them ("insta" heal, multiple flashlights, purple medkit) ?
You see, i play survivor & killer. I'm a really really good survivor, and a fairly good killer and when i play survivor, i never bring any item with me, i find it so unfair for the killer that will, anyway, have a hard time at my MMR rank.
But no, you still have survivors forcing it, to bring more broken stuffs. All 4 equipped with full meta perks (DH, BT, DS), all being healed really fast if you gave them a hit and went for another target... without mentioning that at this level, we all know totems spawn on every map, destroying ruin in less than a minute...

I'd say killer is the power role unless you're playing SWF.
Not anymore with SBMM.
At high rank it's full survivor sided.

Dude, things goes in both ways, don't think that it's only killer's fault... Since they have implemented the new mm, I don't even remember the last time that I had a chill match without toxic survivors carried by the usual meta build and BNP, instaheal and keys...
Ye, as i have said, i play both side and i haven't seen so many items since SBMM is out. In every trial, all survivors are bringing an item. I often see 2 flashlights and sometimes 2 medkits full equipped with purple or rose addons.

@scenekidtrash said:
I'm sure this is not a new experience for many people since SBMM was implemented, but there have been a drastic increase in the amount of face camping and genuine tunneling killers I have gotten. SWF or solo queue, it really seems like every game. Before SBMM, it was once in every 10 games, it really wasn't that big of a deal to me. Now, it is literally every single game. I've started taking screenshots and posting them in my discord when I get face camped. It doesn't matter what perks I run. It doesn't matter what I do. Decisive strike, borrowed time, unbreakable, soul guard, dead hard, sprint burst, flashlight, no flashlight, medkit, toolbox. It genuinely does not matter: someone on my team or myself gets face camped to death or tunneled to death. I mean genuine tunneling. Like, going out of your way to not hit other survivors tunneling. Waiting out for BT tunneling. It's not even like these killers are getting "genrushed", they are genuinely face camping at 5 or 4 gens left. What is the big deal? I play killer a LOT, I have probably 2,000 matches on Huntress. I have NEVER played like this. Then they complain about their queue times going up. Do you understand that you are the problem? People complaining are the ones contributing to the issue. No one wants to play survivor when they get face camped every game. No one wants to play survivor when they get tunneled at 5 generators for no reason. My friends and I have contemplated just straight up quitting the game when we've all dedicated 2k+ hours into it. The better question is: why have the devs not addressed it? There's NO way they don't know what's going on. There's NO way they haven't been reading forum posts. I want answers because this is absolutely ridiculous. This game is rapidly going downhill because 50% of the playerbase wants to play like animals. Playing to win =/= playing like a jackass.
Will tell you. First i'm not a killer main. I'm a good killer but not awesome. I'm a really top survivor though.
When i play killer, if i play fair, i got gen rushed, spammed with flashlight/"insta" heal... and at the end, when i have one kill only they call me noob :)
So now i play terribly, i come back on saves, down again the unhooked survivor, slug to get another one down etc... Most of survivors are toxic and they do this in group.
They are so ######### that they go with 2 flashlights, 2 insta-heal; blinding you at every pallets. What do you expect when the majority of the community behave like this ?
Community is toxic BUT BHVR is also responsible for all this. Why is it still possible to bring so many items and broken same perks for all the survivors in high MMR ?
I mean, facing 4 good loopers with DS, BT, DH, really ? And this with the standard map layout with 12 pallets, 5 windows, 2 semi-infinite loops.
You see, BHVR does nothing about it and it looks like they never will.

Finally I managed to escape! and I had to try very hard with a meta build and the best medkit. Every single match since Tuesday has been like this.
It's not funny to play a game like this.
Streak ended after 24 defeats
Problem is clearly the survivors you are matched with. They don't do gens... When you finished the first one, 2 other gens should have popped seconds after or before.
Your are playing with baby survivors unfortunately.
For looping, an advice, go more against walls at the shack and jungle gym, you can "slide" against it, less distance to loop.

The teams are quite inconsistent, we often have the equivalents of a new player (or they seem like they are new, I can't check the hours on ps4), 2 average people (me and another, or me and my sister) and sometimes another average player or a very good looper.
My chase time is hard to quantify when playing, I will record a few videos later. I think it is an average experienced dbd player time. It is not Monto/Ayrun level, but it isn't noob either.
I think I am in the pool of average decent dbd player who has decent game sense but doesn't excel at the game.
That said, I am not really trying super hard when I play, I am playing like I have always played so if I ended up in high mmr, the system is broken as that's certainly not my place.
it is very frustrating
Ye i think you are in middle rank mmr, that's why it's inconsistent and the most balanced experience i guess even though you die often, your team win & loose on an average basis.

mostly solo, with the occasional 2-3 matches with my sister (with more or less the same goofy build)
I was in a SWF duo in 5 matches out of 21.
It is just frustrating to never taste an escape in 3 days of dbd. I will record an average match later
Weird, as a soloQ survivor, i don't have the same experience as you.
How does the survivors you are matched with perform ? I mean, are they good loopers ? When you are in chase, do they do gens ? Usually, how long can you hold a killer in chase ?

Stomped as in: me not being able to escape, EVER.
Some matches had all the other survivors dying, some matches had them escaping, but we mostly lost quite badly as a team.
My point though is that even if some of my team members are escaping, I am not having fun if I die 21 TIMES IN A ROW.
It is a bit too much and it defies the whole purpose of MMR where I should be matched with similar opponents, not with Otzdarva like players
Do you play soloQ or in SWF ?

ahhaha I should change my forum name to Reverse Otz XD
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2500251#Comment_2500251
But these kind of matches has NEVER HAPPENED to me in 3 years of DBD.
Losing yes, getting stomped every match no.
Something has clearly changed otherwise I wouldn't be on the forum reporting on my situation, if my dbd future with MMR is to be stomped and never escape... well I don't think I want to play this game anymore
But by stomped, do you mean all 4 survivors die ? Or just you that had been tunneled ?
-
@Jasonisanicefella said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2500119#Comment_2500119
Not escaping as a survivor by finishing the gens and opening the doors.
I wouldn't count hatch as a win, but a draw, but I didn't even escape with hatch during this streak, just dead, dead and dead again
Then it's not loosing.
If 3 survivors escape, it's a win.
2 survivors is a draw.
So the game doesn't consider that you have lost. You died, but 3 other survivors escaped, the team won, so did you.
-
As a survivor, it improved my experience. I'm matched with great survivors that know how to loop and when they are not looping they directly sit on a gen. Killers have a hard time now, they can't do much in fact.
As a killer, my game went from being quite easy to a sweat fest. I often face survivors that are great loopers, making it really hard to get the 1st hook. Some trials seems impossible to win, as i'm not a looser, i will try to improve but i'm not sure that anything can be done against the top survivors.
-
SBMM is working so it is effective.
The problem doesn't come from the MMR system. It works great on DbD, better than in most other games.
BUT DbD being what it is, an unbalanced game, it makes the trials unbearable for killers at high MMR. Also, there is clearly a lack of high MMR survivors as it takes ages to find a game as a killer...

On my steam profil i am a poker pro, married with a supermodel and i also won tournaments in DbD. The last part is actually true, but i would also loose when i play a random killer i dont know well.
Apparently, killers are already on insane winstreaks, so excuse me that i have my doubts that a top % killer will struggle against 4 random survivors.
You mean killers on Twitch ? Where ? Cause no one is streaming killer anymore lol.
You are just a survivor main trying to save the SBMM. Fact is nope, killers are not winning anymore. As a survivor i soloQ most of the time and i go out 90% of the time. And globally 70%+ of the time it's a 3 escape.
"Insane winstreak" of course... Don't you see how the well known streamers are now playing ? They hardly tunnel to continue to win. They have a huge amount of survivors DCing.
-
Guys, whatever the system is, ELO, Toilet paper or Water closet, the fact is that it works "perfectly". It doesn't mean it's good.
High skilled killer (really) are matched against high skilled survivors (really) and at the end, killers won't get more than 1K most of the time at this level.
I can't talk about lower level as i don't play there. How do i know ? Cause when i play survivor, i'm matched with 3k hours survivors that clearly know how to loop and hold the killer more than 1 minute.
When i play killer i'm matched against the exact same survivors that can loop me more than 1 minute and it's an insta loose.
I even faced survivors main that told me that the game cannot stay in this state as all high MMR killers will definitely leave as it became impossible to win.
That's the only thing to talk about. SBMM is working.
High MMR Killers can't win anymore.
High MMR survivors have an easy time.

the rules explicitly forbid posting leaks not talking about it, they say to avoid not nearly as much of a hard stance.
We can assume it is working on the ELO system as all the other games. We don't need leaks for it.
When 100% of the ranked systems in the video game industry are working with the ELO system, why would DbD be any different ?

Weird. I'm having the exact opposite experience. All the survivors in my games have been competent enough that I've escaped every single survivor game I've played so far. I'm at a 10 escape streak and I feel bad for the killers I'm getting...
To clarify, I'm at (I think) mid-high MMR. I have 2.8k hours.
Same,
Played maybe 50 trials since SBMM release and escaped 90% of the time. Killers with 3k hours have a hard time. Even some killers that won tournament have a hard time getting 2K.

I am venting, but man... It is so hard to meet people that aren't toxic on this game. :\
I play with friends and this guy claimed his "tunneling and camping" is him playing the role. To me that is holding the game hostage for that person the killer stands RIGHT in front of. He did this to THREE of us, back to back.
OR why can't they do like a 3 second invincible perk after unhooking.. :\
Camping is a trash way to play, tunneling aswell but SBMM worked pretty well matching high MMR killer with high MMR survivors making it impossible to win a game as a killer.
Check by yourself, no one is streaming killer anymore on Twitch and in less than a month there won't be any killer left at high mmr.
When i play survivor, even in soloQ i'm going out 70% of the time now.
Killers are loosing every trials in 1 chase only lol.
So as a survivor, my experience has improved, but when i play killer, omg it is terrible. It's not about playing sweaty, it's literally impossible to win if you don't play a killer that can totally deny looping (PH/Nurse for exemple).
Blight went from S tier to garbage, way too weak at pallet looping.
-
Typical high MMR killer lobby.
How did i win ? Well you know it, tunneling the first one, slugging to get another down. And then tunneling the second one to have two P3 in early game.
Was it sweaty ? No
Was it fun ? No
Do i have to play like this to win against that kind of team ? Yes
-
I don't think it's balanced as you can bring things that make you even stronger.
When i play survivor, i mostly play soloQ and without item.
I, of course, reached high MMR (seeing the killer i face and the survivor i'm matched with).
So now imagine 4 competent loopers like me, let's say average mmr = 1900 (the max); it's already horrible. And now imagine we bring items, what would be our new mmr ?
For killers, it's impossible to win against some team composition... no way.
-
@latinfla4 said:
Take your pick...I vote for smaller maps and, selfishly, buffing some killers. Split some of the larger maps into two sections (hello rpd).
I mean trickster got how much time and work put into him while other killers like legion pig Myers and trapper sit there outdated🤨
I love sbmm knowledge is power🤑
They will buff killers tremendously around high skill data as they will show how impossible it is to win against 4 good survivors especially when they still bring "insta heal", toolboxes and flashlights.
And those ######### still think they are awesome pro. I was a main survivor, way better than most of them and i know as a killer player now that a team of 4 survivors like me is unbeatable, no matter the killer you play, you won't win and you won't even get 1K most of the time.
A good survivors can hold a killer for 1 minute most of the chases, no matter the killer. Bring 4 guys like this and you have the scenario below :
- Find the 1st survivor to chase (like 10 to 20 seconds)
- Option 1 : chase this survivor for 60 seconds, then hook the survivor (10 more seconds)
- Option 2 : drop it 20 seconds in chase to go to another survivor and repeat the Option 1/Option 2 choice
Option 1 : you lost 90 seconds for 1 hook, 3 gens are done.
Option 2 : you lost 110 seconds for 1 hook, 3 gens are done, the 4th is almost done and the 5th is at 40%.
That's how a trial goes when you face 4 good "loopers". You don't even need good loopers. Survivors that win some time (a little) in loops and go straight forward to draw distance when hit will make you loose a ton of time.
You can have Ruin/Corrupt/PGTW, it won't change anything.
For now, in high rank as a killer, i still face potatoes survivors but it won't last, soon this rank will be full of great loopers and unbearable for killers in the current state of balance.
Priority ?
- Removing the fact that you can bring items. Items are found in chest and that's all.
- Remove some pallets and close some windows
- Change some maps, indoor maps are terrible and the maps too big are a pain in the ass
Then we will see.
-
@TicTac said:
I think we all know this kind of matches. Someone is dead on 4 gens or maybe he even dcs at first killer contact. Sometimes two survivor are dead and you cant finish all gens anymore.
Most of the time i still sit on gens, try to get a unhook and a good chase, but i see people giving up or even hiding until the killer gives up. Before mmr i knew what to do, to get a pip even while dying, survive a long time (10min), 2 unhooks, good chases and 2 gens)
So whats your plan in this situation? Did MMR change anything? Do you try to survive as long as possible, in the off chance that its better for your mmr like the old survival-emblem?
I'm still trying, at least to get as many points as i can.
And sometimes (rarely) it ends up with 2 or 3 escapes.

Each killer has it's own MMR rank. Maybe for Pinhead yours is at the lowest rank you personally can get. Since he is a new killer the system wouldn't have been collecting data on him.
The requirements are hidden for a very good reason. Telling us the requirements for gaining and losing would just put us in the same situation we were in before with players abusing it.
That you were trying to lower it on purpose and exploit the system shows it is working as designed. That would be one of those very good reasons that the information is hidden. To prevent what you were trying to do.
Fact is he played properly and tried is best while learning the new abilities. he lost all his games and still he didn't derank... it's weird.

I really need to brush up on all the well known streamers tbh lol genuinely for having 4,000 hours in this game I don't know the community that well.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2491024#Comment_2491024
That's exactly the problem. People forget that the really good swfs are all extremely good at looping, with no weak links.
If 3 survivors run Kindred, and are all extremely good at this game then you don't really need comms. There will be times where comms can make a difference but they aren't as much as people would think.
The first down especially as killer usually decides the game.
Also sorry if this is a mess but I was having a drink last night and have only had 3 hours sleep.
Lastly did I face you @Dwight_Fairfield last night?
Now, when i play killer, i play somewhat dirty... I mean i don't hesitate to slug, to come back on hooks etc... So much that some survivors suicide...
I have never played like this before and i know how terrible the experience is for them as i also play survivor (mainly in fact).
It is sad that the state of the game force the killer to use terribly cheap mechanics to get a 3K...

Never change it.
I didn't went to the sick bucket and i'm used to horror games (Evil Within, Resident Evil, Amnesia, Visage, Silent Hill etc...) and i find the Pinhead's mori disgusting personally and completely out of proportion when you see the global game direction.
Ghost Face's mori too, i find it disgusting and out of proportion aswell.
I mean we have funny survivors with funny movements & outfits. Globally the game is an horror game with "light" & funny spirit (as Left 4 dead), we didn't need such horrible moris.

I'm serious. Killers are OP, I've played enough solo to know. Survivors need a buff. Add in more pallets if it is solo q, something to make it more bearable. Less gen repair time.
You need to play both sides. Killers are not OP in a SBMM environment.
They were OP when most of the trials were against potatoes rank 1.
Now that it is skill based, in high rank you have 100% competent survivors and killers are weak as hell. It doesn't mean you can't win as a Killer but you see all the flaws there is in the game.
I play both side at a good level (i'm a better survivor though).

Your not constantly facing "comp swfs". You might be facing good swf teams but the difference in them and comp teams is massive.
I don't believe it's healthy for the game telling who's in a swf or not.
Problem is not SWF, really. Communication gives an advantage but it's not game changing, some perks are giving enough infos.
Problem is facing 4 good survivors that do gens when not in chase and that can hold any killer for 60 seconds when in chases.
That's the problem. Add to this the 4 of them running DH, IW and DS and you have a total unbalanced game.
By unbalance i mean you can't win properly as a killer, you have to slug and proxy camp... and don't mind hooking twice in a row the same surv. It's a terrible experience for both sides.

Finally played some killer games today.
Played survivors the days before.
As a survivor, globally i had a better experience with good teammates and good killers.
As a killer, it appears i ended up being ranked on the high side of the SBMM. Played Blight and Trapper, against really good survivors (everytime at least 2 or 3 good loopers, everyone on gens when not in chases etc...).
It's impossible to win on some maps, even impossible to get a kill if you don't camp. As a Blight, if you end up in an indoor map, you can DC, it's useless you won't do 1K.
On open maps, well, if you don't camp and tunnel, you have 0 kill. The only way to win now is to play terribly bad and to kill a survivor early. Then you can get a 4K.
So as a killer in high ranks, terrible experience.
The SBMM will be removed in less than 2 weeks. There won't be any killer anymore in the High skill MMR.
And oh yeah, this great community fulfilled with toxic players always use indoor maps offerings, of course so you play on indoor maps non-stop and they bully you.
-
@The_Krapper said:
I haven't had any issues so far I think it's a overreaction from the community and it's too hard to tell this early on
If you play both sides at a good level (don't say pro, just globally good) you can already see what will happen with the current state of the game.
I like that there is a SBMM system, really and it's great for the future of the game BUT killers are just too weak to compete at high level without using cheap mechanics.
I'm not a camper or tunneler as a killer but now, IF i play fair i have no chance to get 2K, no ######### chances. So if i want to win, i have to play badly, and it's clearly not fun for the survivors. I have to proxy camp, tunnel etc... gens go way too fast.
I think there should be a corrupt intervention that manage the free gens from the start to the end of the trial. You still need to do 5 gens but :
- only 4 gens are unlocked for the first 3 gens, not too far from each others
- when 2 gens are left, only 3 gens are unlocked
Or maybe, another idea, when 2 gens are left to be done, half the map is closed and not accessible anymore.
That's the only way to balance it without giving boring gen simulator situations.
-
@[Deleted User] said:
I've been told that the devs try to balance the game around 2 kills and 2 escapes.
I played about 10 killer matches today. I got one 4k, and the rest all 2ks.
So, I guess that's a yes.
At the end, in some weeks there will be a huge problem.
High rank survivor will face only viable killers : nurse, blight. Other killers won't be able to go high rank as it is impossible to win a game against good survivor with them.
Good killers will end up playing terrible survivors when they play weak killers. They will go low rank matchmaking, get 4k then rank up get 0k etc... At the end they won't play those killers anymore as it's pointless when you have no chance to win.
-
Well, after some trials as a killer now, ranked high skilled with trapper, PH and Demo thanks to the old system, it's impossible to play now, really impossible.
There is no way you get even one kill with those killers with a high SBMM.
With trapper, the time you need to set 3 traps = 3 gens done, 0 hook.
With PH, the time you need to find the first survivor, down and hook = 3 gens done.
With Demo it's even worst.
It is impossible to win any game with standard weak killers now.
Buffing killers is not the solution. The global game design is crap, maps are crap and against competent survivor all killers became useless. There are just Blight & Nurse that can work at that level, everything else is impossible.

for the past 5 years, we have had no new inventions or cool ideas, except totems or entity blocking windows, oh wow, sitting on more loading bars while your objective gets completed, generators, totems, sabotaging hooks ect. the chase is the most fun part imagine that, the one thing your meant to do as survivor is to evade and avoid the killer at all costs, and focus on your objective, but people would rather do the opposite because its more fun with the thrill of the chase. and even then chases have become stale, looping the same object repeatedly until you need to drop pallet and move on, nothing with this game has changed to make it more evolved and fun. Im waiting for DBD's competition, I'm waiting, yawn I'm bored.
Blight and Cenobite have great design. For everything else i agree with you.

I totally agree. this matching system is bad! sweaty games, salty killers and most of the time incompetent or unhelpful companions! this matchmking is only good for poor killers!
We need to let the SBMM do its job for some weeks before saying it's bad. For now, my experience is mixed.
We dunno how BHVR calculate the skill level. I just hope that selfish players are not rewarded and derank, same for ppl falling too fast in chases etc...

This doesn't FIX the problem, just moves it.
Let me be clear, I do think there are some perks that can use some tweaking, but from what your suggesting and everyone seems to skim over is the fact there will always be meta perks. ALWAYS. With the new SBMM system for the top ends, it does mean you will have to run meta perks and killers to compete. I mean you dont have to use them obviously, but don't expect to win. It may be an unpopular opinion, idk, but I didn't mind the Rank based matchmaking.....I didn't. I would much prefer that, over this new SBMM system. Because if someone doesn't play casually from day 1 and continues to do so and instead you want to play serious or even semi-serious, you wont be able to enjoy casual play anymore. For the simple fact, you wont be able to.
Though to act like just nerf these perks and/or as your suggesting removing them, does nothing but shift the meta to something else.
Well depends.
Let's imagine you are a casual killer with an average skill level.
Let's imagine a game without customisable perks for both sides, just items/addons.
With the SBMM, as a killer, you will face a survivors squad of your skill level and you will get around two kills.
To me it looks fair.
What is unfair is to face a team of survivors all equipped with IW, BT, DS, DH/SB...

Finally for the first time in 3 years of dbd, that im happy playing with randoms. With SBMM game match me with people with my same hours I have 2k hours and get matched with others survs with 2k-4k hours. Before SBMM i was continuosly matched with new players 10-20 hours every game. I hope they turn on SBMM permanently
Rank up and you will end up with selfish players to the point they won't help you once if you are in chase (take a hit or block the killer). There are now many games where one guy got tunneled and end up P3 while two other survivors are still P0 and didn't help at all.
I'm wondering how the MMR is calculated for players who got tunneled the whole game and couldn't touch a generator or do any saves ending up with 10k points and dying. Do they consider this as a derank ??

Almost every survivor match is a sweatlord Blight main with multiple slowdown perks and speed/alchemist's ring add ons. If we get an indoor map and decent teammates, we might get a 2 escape.
Matches that aren't Blight/Nurse result in gens being done by the time the killer gets 3 hooks, someone gets face camped/tunneled, and the rest escape.
Matches last 4-5 minutes. No fun. No Memes. No mercy hatch. Just sweat. The burnout is real.
Yup, all "slow" killers are impossible to play now in average++ rank.
But it's not a buff killer problem, it's a remake maps problem. Many maps are too big and have too many windows, pallets, generators are impossible to defend.

yea but with sbmm that just makes them more mandatory as its hard to face survivors of the same level when they bring strong perks without bringing strong perks yourself, without sbmm they aren't all that mandatory
DbD became a game that relies way too much on perks, both sides. I guess it's time to rework the game and to remove all the perks.
All killer should have 4 perks directly in their build and can't change them. Survivor should have some perks in their build aswell (healing for exemple).
Everything else should be removed. Only customization should be add-ons/items and that's all.

Ending world hunger is also the solution, whilst I've also set out the step by step guide on how to reach this solution. Giving $1 to a beggar does basically nothing except annoy a couple of rich people.
So thank you for using this analogy which parallels quite well, in that your suggestion does absolutely nothing to solve the issues except make some people angrier and helps absolutely nobody.
Some game took the decision to remove full squad in high rank (Overwatch, LoL). Those developpers know that it unbalance the whole rank if a full squad is playing.
Look at R6S, if you are diamond, try to play a ranked game in soloQ, you will face a 5 stack squad and you won't get a chance.
Dbd is the same, killer vs SWF = toxic.

How many times do I have to scream into the void that making any changes to SWF will just harm the game and solos and killers are the ones that have to adjusted, priority to solo.
It doesn't matter if you adjust the SBMM rating of them by a certain percent because if they aren't finding matches it'll open it up to the lower SBMM ratings again, making queue times longer. This is also working entirely under the assumption that SBMM functions which, considering I have yet to find a single killer game, means the game thinks I'm an absolute god or it doesn't work very well.
SWF must be removed from the game, period. There is no fix to it without breaking the game for non grouped player. The game should force soloQ and duoQ and then be balanced around it at high level.

So you acknowledge that the game's filled with toxicity, but somehow you think this system wouldn't be abused? I envy you.
No, most of players are nice. But there are more and more toxic players, representing maybe 10 to 20% of the playerbase.
Fair players deserve the right to see if there are matched with someone toxic.

Because there are 4 survivors to every killer and systems like this depend on people being honest about their experience. So you mark your 3 teammates as "useless", but they do the same to you, as does the killer. You get 4x the number of "reports". Who's supposed to benefit from this system?
Nah, the opposite team can't evaluate the other team (i.e killer can't do it for survivors).
Sure one one trial it might be 3 vs 1, but devs can apply a factor depending if you play soloQ (factor 1), duoQ (factor 0.5) etc...
It doesn't work for one trials but on 200 trials, the endorsement level would be accurate. If you play good, most players will give a positive vote or nothing. if you play badly you will have a ton of bad votes.
In Overwatch, level 1 player are always, 100% of the time toxic players that are boosted and useless.
