Was playing solo survivor mid-day and didn't exactly get a match in the skillgroup I usually get maches in. Happens quite often and I personally dislike it as it's unfair for killer (I've been there A LOT as killer) :/
-
Adrenaline seems quite fair. I rather go against people with adrenaline than self-care.
-
Nurse? Nah. I wanna get better with my chases against her.
-
What I personally find quite weak about Freddy is when you hook a survivor, and the gates are powered but because of the dream transition time survivors have a big chance of escaping. Which is why I always use BW. In my opinion the only buff Freddy needs is that dream transition slightly goes faster when the last generator has been powered, just so that Freddy's own power doesn't work against him and you have more chance of catching the survivor.

Hag and Freddy.
Hag is fun because I really enjoy playing with her traps and it prevents me from getting looped as much.
Freddy is fun with a nice endgame build

@JoannaVO Ah right, I misunderstood the exhaustion thing.
But besides that, no my character is genuinely moving at half the speed they should.
I tested it and got my friend who was playing as Adam to run along side me, and he was moving way ahead of me.
He doesn't have any perks that effect speed and neither do I so I really don't understand what's happening.
I also seem to move faster if I'm running whilst looking sideways.
Oh I sometimes play with friends who have the same issue. Apparently FPS can really screw over your running speed. How much FPS do you have ingame?
-
New favorite survivor : J-A-N-E
-
Swamp sometimes has this NRG where 2 generators spawn on top of the dock and like the third one is just inside vision on the field
-
Does it really matter/harm the game play that much?

What I don't like about sabo is the awfully timed skillchecks. It's almost inpossible to 99% hooks because as you get close the skillcheck pops up, so you either sabo the hook fully alerting the killer, or you fail the skillcheck, losing progress and alerting the killer.
Feels like the best you can do is 80-85% a hook.
I seem to have that luck a lot but usually killers don't go for the notification or they spend too much time hovering around the area trying to find me. So these skillchecks aren't too bad for me.
-
"Oh hi, here you can have the killer"
"Work on the damn generator"
"THESE HITBOXES"
"The double back got me"
"HE HAS BAMBOOZLE/NC"
"Why does the killer go for me instead of the injured person"
"Why do you unhook me when the killer is still close"
"This team..."
These are the most common ones I hear and think myself when in a trial.
-
It's not just survivors. Killers can show awful behavior too. But I can't deny that survivors tempt to show immature behavior faster.
-
The main reason why Legion is so disliked is because it requires very little to no skill to win a chase. Thank God chapter 11 has a killer that is actually fun to play as and to play against.

If the changes stay as they are now this perk will be literally useless. Shouldnt increase chance of obsession, if killer knows he will just slug you for seconds after tunneling. Enjoy last days of ds.
You're literally describing the current DS effect. Yeah, enjoy the last days of what you just described.

You must not have played legion before. Trying to frenzy a single survivor down takes far too long(5 hits with long cooldowns and hit lag). The reason they're bad is because the normal hit gets looped too hard as they're 110% speed.
I played Legion quite a lot when the chapter just came out. Unless I play without add-ons I don't need 5 hits. More like 3 at max. Besides that if you just look down to the ground or moonwalk you can make a timer run out while the survivor can not mend so the chases aren't that hard.
-
Just wait a few weeks for the new emblem system to come.
-
That's okay. Happens.
-
The most efficient way of not getting mori'd is either fix the generators fast with Prove Thyself or just don't get found. Most mori's I see ingame are green ones anyway so they're not as hard to avoid.

Stop bullying Meg!
Legacy Meg is love though. To be fair, the first survivor I ever P3'd was Meg, but we kinda grew apart.

@JoannaVO this thread hasn’t even been moaning until you showed up, and I know you are very against legion based on what I see you say in other post. So I think I know why you’re here.
I am not moaning, I am just curious and unable to understand the purpose of this topic. I am not against the Legion or anything, I surely dislike certain add-ons but I have no hate for this killer.
-
This just made me smile as it reminded me of how DS is finally getting changes :)

@JoannaVO this is the legion gallery as in all post about legion, most of these post turn into complaining and most start off as something like “my thoughts to rework brain dead legion”.
... And this topic is any better? Seems like moaning about the amount of attention the Legion gets on the forum.
-
Okay to be fair, when chapter 11 comes I'm going to change my answer to replace Meg with Jane immediately :').

@JoannaVO they aren’t all just suggesting changes, most are just complaining about him.
Then don't post screenshots of people having the word REWORK in their topic title. Seems to me like that those people give suggesting new ideas a try.
-
All I'm waiting for is for those dedicated servers to FINALLY come. It's awful to get downed by something that didn't hit you
-
At least people go to the forum and suggest ideas that might have potential. Absolutely nothing wrong with that.

They already did that with Leatherface.
Leatherface? Who is he similar too?
If you mean Hillbilly, then no, both might have a chainsaw but is used completely different.

I can't remember any outstanding moments while playing with the clown.
The Hag on the other hand, I think the best game was where I was in a chase, and someone was on the hooked (which I trapped ofcourse) and when the person I was chasing triggered a trap, I teleported to the trap which was in front of the hooked survivor which coincidentally went off at around the same time and it resulted in a free grab. Happened twice, I think the funniest of all about it was being called a camper.
-
The best experience with Meg is swapping her for Kate <3
-
Crouching around the map and hiding (in lockers) while your other teammates get chased and fix generators and then rush to the hook to get altruism points and nothing revolves around skill for those type of players. But then when they get caught, they have absolutely no idea how to efficiently waste a killer's time.
-
Legion's current speed is 110%. I don't think that adding +5% speed will get people to use Feral Frenzy less often to be honest. Feral Frenzy will recharge fast enough for people to continue their chases with it. And I personally think that if those players really wanted a different playstyle, they would pick a different killer as every killer kinda requires it's own playstyle to be efficient with him/her.

@Galklife said:
@Incompetent how do you play stealthy when he m2 other surv and sees you?
But if the Legion hits someone in Frenzy mode when near you, then being stealthy brings little to nothing.
-
The Spirit and Kate
-
Monitor & Abuse, Ruin, NC and Dying Light
-
I run multiple builds, on some I prefer PGTW instead of Ruin, but if I'd give it a score on average, I'd say 7/10, since ruin usually does give me more time for chases without gens popping like mad.
-
You don't run slower, the killer just gains blood lust which you have to take away from them with pallets. If you want to run fast in a chase, use like BL or Lithe so that it does not automatically trigger and you can still run whenever
-
Gotta love immersed survivors
-
Funny to see how fast people change their opinion when playing both sides. Before I played killer I was kinda neutral but now I know that killers aren't just complaining. Depending on what builds and/or add-ons I use killer can be really hard for me. People saying "killer is so easy" must definetly not play as much. Unless you're a God tier nurse I can hardly believe your words. Survivor on the other hand is kinda easy, if you use borrowed time and just go for unhooks instead of working on generators you get your altruism points, do it enough and you got your pip. Farming or not, don't matter (sigh). Killer is fun to play unless you verse a SWF team that has the intention of giving you a bad time. Oh, and if killer is so easy to play, which I see many say : Then why do I see so many killers lose their match while they had barely made any mistakes and played quite well?
-
Legion itself is fine in my opinion, it's just some of the add-ons that seem to make little sense. There are quite strong add-ons in the game when used correctly like Iridescent Hatchets but atleast you got a chance of escaping as the killer has 3 hatchets at max. Legion on the other hand can hit you twice in Frenzy mode when using Frank's Mix Tape, then moonwalk for a few seconds and force the survivor to go down while the survivor barely, if none, chance to try and escape the chase.
-
To a few people who talked about Pennywise ;
Why would they add a unoriginal clown that will cost them loads of money with license and stuff when they have their own clown? :?

Killers can use Map Offerings. And why should only Killers be able to remove a Map? Why not Survivors also? I am pretty sure that most of Survivors would like to vote before the Match that "The Game" will not come up.
I wouldn't be that survivor. I love that map, even if it's a doctor that I have to play against.

To be honest Legion is not that good. Even with mixtape it takes a decent amount of time to down someone, much longer than a competent nurse does. Also, don't forget that survivor's don't need to heal against legion so they save a lot of time they can spend on repairing gens.
Many survivors just find it a unfun experience that the legion can down you so fast while you can do nothing against it (not even talking about the moonwalking some do to make the timer go down faster) and you just keep on having really short chases just because the killer can catch up to you quite fast and take away half your timer because of add-ons like Mix Tape.
-
I rather be dead
-
Sometimes you can tell if a killer has NOED because they don't have ruin, have a very odd playstyle that doesn't succeed in succesfully hooking survivors. Focus on breaking totems when you're down to doing the last 2 generators. Issue solved
-
Lol no. If you play decently with this killer and get to find a good build that works well on her you shouldn't have issues with a 3-4k.
-
I only started disliking this map after they decided to cause ear damage with the intro music.
-
If I get unhooked while the killer is still really close I just completely give up on the match already as it's nothing more than survivors farming and just not even bother getting out of the situation anymore. I can't blame killers for downing someone again when they did not even get the chance to move away from a hook and a unhook has already happened, sometimes it's also needed to apply more pressure. Killers who camp/tunnel pretty bad while 1 is already dead, there's a ruin up and at max 1-2 generators have been done are a different story. Don't get mad or upset over it, but I don't always get what's so fun about it. But oh, new ranking system should do something about that issue.
-
Blood Warden + NOED can be very strong on Freddy and give a fun end game. To be fair, blood warden is kinda a must in my opinion
