It is. Because I dont have to play with urban evasion sprint burst baby survivors like you obviously. I can pip I mean Im rank 5, 3 pips from rank 12. And Im dcing sometimes because sometimes solo q makes me pretty salty.
Yea thetre are less red ranks, because it's new because people have finally to adapt. People HAVE to do things to count as a good player. back in the days rank 1 felt like rank 21. After 2? Weeks and Im just rank 5 I can feel the better skill level. It's the best thing theyve ever done. It has some grey zones (because of dcs) but it's very good atm. And just BECAUSE it's a big change the matchmaking is screwed up. The devs need to adjust this as long it's needed and when people adapt and finally learned how to play they have to adjust the matchmaking again. This is an ongoing progress. And the whole frustration out there is ONLY for solo survivors because this mode is pretty unplayable with NO communication. (And no, no one wants an ingame voice/chat)
Im wondering that I cant play one god damn single game. Because after 1 minute or sth i should get matched with every single survivor out there. And there are many purple and green ranks. (in the EU, not korean and japan and chinese -.-)
AND WHATS WRONG WITH URBAN EVASION

Makes me feel bad for some of the Killers. 8-(
-
Agreed. We should get a loud, echo-y sounding, "Sweep the leg!" and then the victim crumbles beneath their feet.
-
You created this, didnt you.

Yet I saw the same toxic guy from a few days ago in a match before, the same guy that said he would "f*ck" my "mom" and my "girl" right in front of me.
lol!

well did you kill the baby or didnt you
-
Ya, whether or not I use Franklins is if they have 3 or more people with items. Of course, im not for changing this as it would be to my detriment.
-
Free with PS4, otherwise I wouldve never paid for it. NEVER!!!!!!
-
Ya, but I didnt do it seriously. See, you're incorrigible.
-
Agreed. The problem is is that the sounds overlap each other and are distracting when they are supposed to be helping us; for example, hearing survivor running footsteps during chase -- instead you have blaring chase music. It's so stupid!

Ya know, ya keep shielding yourself from the sun, you're gonna end up like the girl from "Lights Out"
Also, you should probably go see a doctor about your "Depression" Instead of talking about it like it's a meme, otherwise, people won't take you seriously when you're ACTUALLY depressed lol
im not gonna respond seriously to someone who uses a pic sig
-
You're right.
-
I'd like a perk who's function is to highlight survivors so that crouching Claudettes in the reeds of Yakaomoahama can actually be seen.

of course you suck, you're a girl.
DISGUSTING PIG! MODS!!!!

Im on PS4 and it's under a minute.
-
I am calling the police.
-
I've had to practice my Clown bottle throws and Huntress hatchets in matches. Thing is, I still killed a person or two. lol

I am calling the police.
-
It's a good thing I suck then.

From a character-wise/personality-type standpoint, Leatherface is my favorite Killer. He's sooooooooo cute. lol I like how he runs with his bvody all stiff and his tantrum is adorable, omg. I want him as a pet.
HEEEEEYRRRRRRAAAAAAUUUUUUUHHHHHRRRRUUGGGHHH!!!!!!!
-
This is where my depression sickness comes into play. I put blankets up on all my windows as the exclude all the sunlight. Now there's no way reflections can get on my TV screen. In addition, my depression has thanked me by giving me more time to play DBD and add to my already existing depression.
I hear plasma TV screens dont have this problem.
-
Well, since I have a disability physically preventing me from seeing the game -- which results in the loss -- then ya.
-
SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE A STAND.
-
They're busy making cosmetics.
-
I remember spectating the killer and I thought it was an intended feature and I was like, "Oh god ..." and thought it a lapse in judgement. Luckily it was just a lapse of programming skill.
-
Prolly empathy so you can see teammates who can come heal you.
-
Are they TRYING to kill their own game?
-
More like iridescent sharts
-
As Killer, Rotten Fields.
-
As Killer, ive always found Boil Over as useless.
-
Agreed. It's just the Dev's lazy way of programming. Like when Spies of the Shadow crows cause explosions as well. No, birds dont explode -- contrarty to popular belief -- they squawk. Make a goddamn loud squawking sound you lazy ass Dev's.
-
You're fake news.

I got tired of washing my hands after going to the toilet but also didn't want to sit down, so I practised aim and recoil control while peeing without the help of my hands.
To make is less obvious, I replaced the "ee" with "ii" but ultimately it means I 'm just someone that can "pee hand free". I find it impressive, that's how I ended up with my very unique nickname "PiiFree".
Took a while to get the required muscles strong enough to make things move without pumping them full of blood.
-
They shouldve made mending have skill checks.
-
lol How can these Dev's screw up in so many ways. Looks like confetti fireworks.

dude get your ######### thread out of here. there is no purpose for this.

Would be cool if they let us choose.

1) All main buildings are generally the strongest loops on the map. Coal Tower tower. Cabin on Mother's Dwelling. The temple on Temple. Boat/Pantry on swamp. Preschool on Badham. Ski lodge on Ormond. If you are never sure where to run, these spots are almost always a safe bet. HOWEVER, it does come with the catch that basement can spawn in these spots, so you should check that first. If it's NOT there it's generally a very safe place to go. If it IS there then be sure that the pallets have not been used, and/or that you are aware of the exact layout (so you're not just scrambling around, there is a lot of RNG here), and/or be sure in your ability to run these loops before you go there.
2) Unsafe pallets are ones with very short loops around them where the killer can always hit you if you don't stun them. Temple has the PERFECT example of the unsafest pallet ever. Downstairs, right next to the gen, there is a pallet that AFAIK always spawns. This is the UNSAFEST pallet in the game because if you drop it and DO NOT stun the killer, they can just walk around to the other side and hit you right after you drop it. And no amount of mind game will help you here, killer can just walk around the side and will always hit you.
3) Safe pallets are ones with longer loops such that the killer can only really hit you if you mess up. So pretty much any jungle gym, the Z loops on Autohaven (where if you drop the pallet and look down from above it would look like a Z), etc. These are pallets that killer can potentially mind game or blood lust you, but it's generally better for them to just break the pallet. If you are really good at these loops and the killer never breaks the pallet, you can never be caught if you play it perfectly.
4) God pallets are pallets that the killer can almost NEVER get you even if you mess up. They are also pallets that can single-handedly end a chase for you even if you don't stun the killer (ie. you can drop it mad early in the loop and still get away). Killers are forced to break God pallets immediately or it will cost them very greatly. Most maps generally have only 2 God pallets, sometimes 3 with good luck. The only map with more than 3 God pallets is Game (2 downstairs by basement, and 2 upstairs in planning room). Shack pallet is the most common God pallet. If you drop this pallet killer has to break it. You generally want to avoid dropping a God pallet unless you are on death hook (or killer has a mori), or if it's near the end of the game (2 or fewer gens left). If you drop these pallets early it can really hurt the group. Temple has the strongest God pallet in the game, right next to the unsafest pallet in the game. If you finish the gen, the doors to the middle area open. The pallet that spawns inside this area (right in front of the gen) is a God pallet (the strongest one) because if you drop it killer has NO CHOICE but to break it right away. On top of that, the act of simply dropping it will end the chase because it is IMPOSSIBLE to catch you with that pallet dropped. While the killer breaks it you can get away. Unfortunately, the power of this pallet is offset by the fact there are only 2 exits from this downstairs area, but considering how large it is and the limited line of sights, you shouldn't have a problem hiding or sneaking around and getting out if you drop the pallet.
5) Windows work very similar to pallets. The longer the loop is with a window, the stronger that window loop is. That's why those very tiny Z walls on the outer edges of the map with a window are so weak, because killer can just walk around the side and hit you even if you fast vault the window. If the window spawns such that you can run straight at it (allowing a fast vault) it's even stronger, and you always want to run in the direction that let's you fast vault. Window spawning is a lot more random than pallets, and sometimes a window loop can be broken if there is another opening nearby, while other times a window can become a God window if you get a specific setup. On Haddonfield/Preschool, the red house that spawns the not-really-a-basement basement area (where a gen usually spawns, and there is the room in the back with lockers sometimes a totem) can spawn a potential God window if the window above and in-line with the front staircase spawns. You run downstairs, then upstairs, then outside, then hop through this window to land downstairs, it gives you a TON of distance from the killer. Against slow killers they can never catch you here in a straight chase unless they bloodlust you or use their power. There is also a pallet that usually spawns downstairs, and if you get that window with that pallet it's an infinite if the killer never breaks the pallet.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for your wonderful advice.

Im not a coward. Im just red/green colorblind and they put me on a Coldwind map and I cant see #########. I cant play a game where I cant see my objective. That's it.
-
lol C'mon man, it's just a casual game. Let noobs be noobs.

@artist said:
instead of just hopping on the first gen you see, try scouting the area and take a mental note of where pallets and windows are
I do. I usually find one pallet, drop it, run elsewhere, then im screwed. I see other people keep running and dropping 4-5 in succession. How?
-
You reallly didnt describe why it's so horrendous though.
-
Do totems. Do all the totems.
-
Unbelievable sexism.

Trapper was the first Killer I really leveled up and still holds a place in my heart.

The minutes screen just came back for me. Hopefully it stays there!
