its only powerful at end-game and then again, this perk is really weak if you play any of the good killers and some bad ones, the 3 at the start are good counters/good enough killers/Perks

These all counter it because Legion will get 3 hooks at the same time you get 3 tokens, hillbilly with instadown, myers with instadown, Trappers traps will not affect mettle of man,

and the other 10% when you are in a chase you hear a storm come from your totem as the aura fades away

I already know your points before reading it, it has alot of drawbacks to the point that actually the perk is weak, yes you sponge a hit but you have no control over the perk, you have to bodyblock to actually get the perk to activate against most killers due to the power countering the perk, Flip Flop needs more attention due to it being a complete karma to whoever decided to slug

Legion is not killing the game, balance is, legion will make pallets dangerous to use, same with vaults, his power allows him to see who is in your terror radius I believe, don't try to flashlight a legion vaulting in the first place @Nemonz

None of these are good ideas, because when they learn of the second perk, they will go to vaults and pure jukes
The escape one is terrible, because survivors escape before getting hit
