So here's my new idea:
First off, MENDING IS GONE (Crab rave for everyone) when you hit a survivor in Feral Frenzy (or whatever we'll call it) you instead inflict Shadow Watch.
Shadow Watch, "The gang's all here."
GAMEPLAY EFFECTS
- Survivors in Shadow Watch have their aura revealed to the killer at all times. Until they start a chase with the killer.
- While Shadow Watch is active survivors are more tense and as a result complete all actions marginally slower and have a 10% increased skill check chance.
- Skill checks triggered while afflicted with Shadow Watch will have slightly reduced success zones.
- The survivor's FOV is slightly reduced and darkened. Additionally the voice lines of a randomly chosen Legion member will play randomly to help cement the idea that they're being watched.
NOTES:
- Since the Legion gang has 4 members and the killer player is one of them only 3 survivors can be afflicted with Shadow Watch at any given time.
Not quite done fleshing this out yet. However I want some feedback on this idea.

I mained old freddy because he could slow the game down incredibly when played right

Leatherface has little to no help in the chase, and just like hillbilly a simple good timed pallet can ruin the power
Wraith is quicker, stronger, and has more tools at his will to take down the survivor
Leatherface can only punish survivors whom failed, getting multiple survivors will happen rarely outside from camping
Leatherface also may be a 1 shot down but his power charge up feels slow and hitting a wall punishes him too much

It's a power icon for a scrapped Killer called the Teacher. The teacher was a killer made during the early design phases of the game, but never made to the actual beta or live game. It still has files in the game though. Another killer they thought about making in the early days was called the Crusher who would have had the power to destroy terrain, but they deemed that too powerful so scrapped the idea pretty quickly.
I am gonna correct that, Crusher was not put in from being too powerful and to difficult to balance
