Then you said a bunch of lies
I said a bunch of OPINIONS. Just like you did. Nothing more and nothing less.

I understand the concept of tunnelling and how it can make a game easier, it’s just not something I’d personally do. But I play both sides and I know how annoying it is to be tunnelled. I can win without tunnelling, so I don’t see any reason for me to do it, other than to be a dick.
Being able to 4K without resorting to any ‘scummy’ tactics are the most rewarding games for me.
-
It’s a very situational build. So if people want to try it out, good luck to them. I’ve yet to be hit by Soul Guard but I rarely slug and when I do, it’s just to wait out somebody’s DS and by the time they’ve stood up I’m already chasing somebody else.

Wait, seriously? The old Freddy was the easiest killer to play? You mean that the actual Freddy is the easiest killer to play, he has map control and anti loop snares or fake pallets, it’s more unbalanced now than before! Come on man it’s ridiculous he has too much in his base kit

Why would it be a problem to write a 5 min post? What, nowadays if a post contains more then " get gud, lmao, pog, kekw.." is already too much or what?
I don’t recall saying that? But even just logging into the forum was a step too far. If you don’t like something, that’s completely fine. Everybody is entitled to their own opinions. But I’ll never understand the concept of telling everybody else about how much you don’t like something. Just stop playing and move onto something else.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy whatever you play next more.

Who said I'm sticking around, didn't play for 3 months, played a couple games and bye. Just saying my opinion and I know that the majority here gets agrivated playing this game and that what I said is right.
I just assumed with you being on the forum and making a post that it meant you were still playing. Because I don’t see why you’d spend this much energy on something you have no interest in?
There’s also a difference between getting aggravated by something and downright hating it. EVERY online game has aggravated me at some point. But that’s the risk you take when playing with / against real people.

Broken?, how was supposed to be broken? If his power was so “broken” then he could be a top tier killer
So having built in OoO and Deerstalker isn’t broken to you? Being able to have that much control on where survivors are at all times? He was one of the easiest killers to play as for me and I played him when I wanted easy matches. He had far too much information. Why do you think his aura reading has been completely removed? It was too much.

I agree it's great to play both sides as it only makes you a better player at both roles but I can only play so much survivor before I either become to frustrated with randoms or get too bored and feel like switching back to killer.
I’m the same way. But getting the horrendous teammates is what makes me a better killer as it puts me in the mood to cause some havoc. 😂

What does that mean? He didn’t deserve the rework only because people hate to go against him
His power was broken. Why should any killer be able to see you on the other side of the map or constantly see you on the floor when you’re being slugged? He had OoO and Deerstalker built into his base kit which in no way was a fair mechanic. He’s a much healthier killer now because he’s stronger but he also has more counter play.
OG Freddy is the only killer I’ve ever legitimately hated going against and I know plenty of people felt the same way.
-
If I felt this negatively towards a game I wouldn’t play it anymore. Who’s forcing you to stick around?
-
Old Freddy was the most annoying and broken killer to go against. I can’t even begin to fathom why anybody would want him back.
How was it fun not being able to know where he was? His lullaby wasn’t a direct indication of anything and then welp, you’re asleep. Escape him during a chase? Doesn’t matter as he’ll see your aura from across the map.
He was fun to play as but I hated going against him. It wasn’t even to do with him being difficult to verse, I just don’t understand how anybody can think that a wall hack killer makes any sense?
-
How does somebody bringing a key or dying to Blood Warden warrant them being tea bagged?
-
I enjoy both and there’s pros and cons for both roles. I love how in survivor I can try out some new builds without feeling like it’s going to cost me the match, whereas with killer I don’t feel I have as much freedom when it comes to what perks I use. However, whilst playing killer I love that I’m the one in control as it’s nice not having to rely on having other competent teammates. For me, it honestly depends on my mood as for which side I want to play that day.
I would recommend at least trying out the other side, as it definitely made me a stronger player knowing the ins and outs of both survivor and killer matches.
-
From my own personal experience, it’s rare for a survivor to actually pull off a flashlight save. The majority I go against just use them for the standard pallet drop and blind technique, which doesn’t bother me. I’d rather use perks I get more use out of.
-
So far I haven’t came across a decent player who uses it. So it hasn’t bothered me yet. I definitely break my tunnelling rule for an OoO user though.

They wont be making characters like Lisa, anymore? 😦
I thought this was going to be a trend. Like, Pennywise for Clown????? 😭😭😭😭
Lisa is a Legendary skin. Legacy skins are something completely different.

I absolutely love the original Meg. I would love for them to tweak that cosmetic and give it to Claudette.

'such as' meaning so forth and so on.... If you can't expand any ideas then vacate the post.
But when you say such as, you’re also including the examples listed, which is why I gave you constructive criticism about Spawn. So you don’t have to be rude. I guess I’ll ‘vacate’ your post now.

I'm not meaning these two... I mean the anti hero / villain genre. Do you think any of the characters would work
Your OP literally asks if Spawn would fit into the game lol.
-
Spawn is awesome but he doesn’t fit in this game. He wouldn’t work as a survivor and him randomly killing survivors makes no sense for him as a character? That second dude is already in the game, but they changed his name to The Clown for legal reasons.
-
I’m so on board with this that you can’t even see me anymore. There’s just a board. #ShakeYerTitsForFrank

It's a good perk but yeesh does it just throw so much "come get me" on it.
Okay losing a health state is fine, becoming broken for a minute and a half isn't particularly enjoyable but necessary, but also making me the obsession? a little overkill especially since playing Solo isn't particularly enjoyable sometimes when your allies could literally just be insta-healed then go down 10 seconds later wasting your health state you gave them.
Yeah, I get what you mean. I know most killers will come chasing after you once you use it, but I’m not a bad looper so I don’t mind the challenge lol. I also don’t use it for the sake of using it. I feel like it’s just a nice back-up perk to have. Especially for killers that like to head straight back to the hook. I use it mostly on players without Iron Will.
-
I’m yet to go against a Hag that doesn’t set a thousand traps at a hook and instantly fly back to down the unhooked player. She’s one killer I play super try-hard against as I know that my first hook will probably be my last. 😓 😂
I know you can destroy them with a flashlight or crouch-walk, but 1) I never bring flashlights into a match and you’re not guaranteed to find one in a chest either and 2) crouch-walking does jack when she comes waddling straight back towards you.

Your posts are cracking me up. 😂
-
What other stealth perk would you like though? As we already have one that makes you walk faster, one that makes you crouch-walk faster, one that stops you making any grunts of pain, one that stops you from screaming, one that allows you to fast vault and make no sound. I just don’t know what else they could possibly add or what else you’d actually want to use? Lol

Yet another thing to add to the list on why I'm glad to play dbd on console😂
This is the type of stuff that makes me nervous about cross-play. I don’t want to have to deal with any of that. I’m not sure I’m going to activate it. :(
-
I’m so jealous that you get to do this type of stuff on PC. *cries in console*
I’m hoping that sometime in the future we can change the colour of our perks. I want mine all to be the same shade of pink as the ultra-rare offerings. They’d look so pretty.

It help sometimes against Tunneler killers, But i think in swf hands is gonna be really OP. But people dont know much about it yet.
It could be. People definitely know about the perk. I just don’t think it interests them much. Most SWF would rather run stuff like DS, BT, Unbreakable and Soul Guard. One of the main reasons I like using it is because the rest of my build benefits from me being injured.

Why should I be punished for dodging a lobby of 4 blendettes? Or, something that happened to me way to often for my taste in this period, dodging a lobby with some survivor in legacy skin but with less than 200 hours gameplay. Happened twice in a week
I’ve got people I dodge on both the survivor and killer side. I play this game to have fun, not to play with and against survivors who just hide in lockers all match waiting for a Head On stun.
We don’t have to worry, though, BHVR will never incorporate this into the game. There’s honestly no reason to.

It’s especially good paired with Buckle Up so you know whether or not to use it and avoid wasting it on someone almost recovered anyway.
That’s a good pairing. So far I’ve been lucky with my uses. As the survivor has either been crawling without Tenacity or have been recently downed so I know they won’t have recovered much. There’s just something satisfying about using it. It makes me happy. 🤣

A somewhat underrated perk. When someone has been slugged but the killer is still nearby it feel good to insta heal them.
Even better if they have Soul Guard then you can make more daring saves & they can take the hit for you, especially powerful in endgame.
I’m using it a lot after I get an unhook. If my Spine Chill lights up, I know the killer is heading back. So I insta-heal them and then hide nearby with Iron Will. I’m just trying out new perks as I get bored running the same things over and over. I think it’s going to become something I use a lot. It’s also something the killer never expects.
-
A killer dodging a lobby literally does nothing. Another one joins almost instantly after. You shouldn’t be forced to play with people you don’t want to play against.

This is most random games sadly, and playing SWF isnt even challenging so its not fun to do that either.
Games in a really ackward place right now where competent SWF destroys any killer, and non-swf gets demolished because survivors dont even care enough to win, and would rather have fun going for glorious moments.
I sometimes play with friends but I definitely prefer playing solo. I like the unpredictablility of not knowing what my team are going to be like. Sadly, this also comes with getting people who constantly DC or spend the match trying to stun / blind the killer instead of doing generators or totems.

We need shirtless Myers...
We really do. That’s one Ebony Mori I’d like to be part of.
-
As a killer: Daddy Myers
As a survivor: Daddy Myers
-
It’s annoying when this happens. It’s not even a rank thing either, as it happens to me in red ranks too. I was with a Feng player today who did it in 2 of my matches. She just kept going into lockers for no reason and trying to Head On the killer. I’m definitely never playing with her again. I can’t stand being in lobbies with useless / selfish teammates.

O no your not allowed to DC to give hatch its against the rules but some people are so hungry for survivor wins they expect everyone else to break the rules for them so they can win.
I was being facetious. I’m just mocking how many fake ‘rules’ there are floating around for both survivors and killers. ;)

Resident Doctor Main here,
Yup. It's happened to me before. A guy accused me of camping the hook even though his friends kept on trying to save him near me. Shocking (no pun intended) that they all just ended up as a 4K. After I proved his argument wrong, he just called me lucky lmao. Sincerely,
Resident Doctor Main.
I’ve never seen a gaming community quite like this one before. So many rules and so little time. I didn’t realise that if a player found the hatch you had to DC immediately so that they can just hop straight on in. I’ll add it to my diary for future reference.
-
With survivors like this who needs a killer? I swear your own team kill you more.
-
They hid for an hour? That is so embarrassing. I would just put myself on the hook at that point. 😂
-
This has been happening to me a lot recently. It’s also showing survivors without perks although they do actually have them equipped in the game.

Not sure about a scream map, the scream setting is very similar to haddonfield.
I thought the same but they could use the cinema or university from the second movie? I'd love a cinema map. Just imagine the generators all having a popcorn machine on top. 😂
-
The one I want the most and the one I think will fit into the lore of the game the best would be Supernatural.
Either a full chapter release or just Sam and Dean as survivors.
