LF didn't actually use hatchets, however it is not showing the perks they used, nor the correct power. I found it odd.

But it does remind me of Chainsaw Myers. Simpler times.

It's a very common visual bug that happens when the killer is swapping killers on the ready up menu.

This has been happening to me a lot recently. It’s also showing survivors without perks although they do actually have them equipped in the game.
