I mean it's not impossible.
But you'd have to REALLY shove master challenges with Licensed DLC in the furthest corners of the levels, wouldn't be surprised if practically all the required challenges to get to epilogue was just normal challenges and I'd have to go out of my way to get to the master ones.
-
Quentin's Face.
All of Nea's Torso Cosmetics besides the Accented Ananas Torso. (Pineapple is clearly the best shirt)
And finally the word "The" from the perk "Ace In The Hole".
Fixing these 3 things would greatly balance the game to a better state.
-
Don't trust friendly Myers?
Nah I just aggressively run towards them and poke them until they Tier 3 me for the fun of it.
What I don't enjoy is when they decide to not stab me and run away instead, your getting these bloodpoints one way or another.

I know you're joking but a Feng has actually done that to me once and it hurt.
More so a reference to my least favorite part of Until Dawn and how it can really screw you over for a single choice. (besides the don't moves, they can burn)
Also I'm sorry you had to experience that.
-
The only "Nerf" I want is when she begins phasewalking her Husk glows white (Like when Survivors are hit with Endurance Status) for a second, no extra sound cues or anything else, just a simple tell so you know she's phasing if you can keep an eye on her so you can adjust what your plan is.
-
No One Left Behind, Opened Handed, or Up The Ante.
Furtive Chase or Monstrous Shrine.
Heck you could remove all of them and you wouldn't see enough complaints to actually matter.
-
Camaraderie is a nerf, It's essentially half of Slippery Meat. (Only just extra attempts with zero increased chance to escape Bear Traps)
And even then Delieverance is a 100% chance to escape, you'd have to be running a 4man SWF with all the increased Luck to realistically get use out of Camaraderie.
-
Oh boy I can't wait to be forced to do QTE and "Don't Move"s to stop the Killer from instantly Mori'ing me on the spot.
Or just getting killed anyways because I accidently missed a Skill Check earlier on in the match and the Feng decided to remember that and dropped the pallet in my face later on getting me killed because game mechanics.
Give me it now.
-
I'd rather have her husk glow white for a second when she begins phasing (like when a Survivor gets hit with Endurance status) instead of having to be standing right next to the husk and hope you can even tell if it's glowing or not.
That's all.
-
9% movement speed is ridiculous, especially considering you just have to be on a generator when it completes (especially if someone has Prove Thyself), or break LOS long enough to stop chase even just for 0.1 seconds. (imagine going against Legion and just getting free movement speed for being stabbed by Frenzy, multiple times)
Needs more in terms of losing tokens considering all 4 Survivors can be running this and it gives movement speed which is the best buff you could ever want.
-
Skins are confirmed to be added to the store after 6-12 months.
Like 90% of the charms aren't really worth it either because they're a mix of:
- A recolor (ah yes the same charm but Red/White/Silver/Gold/Etc.)
- The same charm but with a minor-small edit. (Level Completion rewards mostly)
- Charms that are too small to even see what it is. (mostly applies to Survivor)
- Charms that are too small to see details on them. (again, mostly Survivor)
- Charms that are plain or boring. (Seriously why do I care about those Brown/Yellow charms when I could be using more interesting Purple/Pink ones)
- Charms that clip cosmetics. Really badly on some. (Mechanic's Coveralls on Dwight, Cargo Pants for David from a quick run through, the more puffy towards the Torso i'm guessing, also depends on how flat the charm is)
- Charms that are moved to/are in awkward position on some cosmetics. (Hoodies for Meg, Jackets for Claudette, ESPECIALLY Day Off Wrap on Feng, what the heck happened here? and Trench Coats for Adam on a quick run through)
- You shouldn't be looking at the charms in a match besides maybe being on a hook or passing by a hook and even then probably something better to look at during those moments.
-
Well I didn't buy Cheryl so... okay.
-
I'd rather play on Hawkins then Midwich.
And I don't particularly like Hawkins at all.
At least I can tell where I am in Hawkins then "generic hallway #3" and "classroom #4"
-
The best solution is to repair generators, a good team gets at least 3 done and any extra from the first chase and afterwards to punish the Killer.
You could use Borrowed Time but that's a trade typically as the best case scenario.
Decisive Strike/Unbreakable/Soul Guard for a second chance in some situations.
Head On could be surprisingly useful in some situations if you need to leave the basement from Bubba.
Styptic Agent gives you Endurance but it won't protect you from a full Chainsaw from Bubba if you go in for a unhook.
-
Killers should be testable in Custom Matches, even if it's just restricted to their 3 Teachables and no Add-ons.
Let's you test them before you decide if you enjoy them enough to purchase them.

The hat and shirt look fine to me, are you sure it isn't the lighting?

Every Bubba's wet dream honestly.

i guess u don't realize that borrowed is also a thing. thats guaranteed trade against bubba.
I guess you don't read responses that already covered that.

Just bring No Mither and you don't have to worry about being slugged.

Just bring No Mither and you don't have to worry about being slugged.

I highly recommend No Mither, 100% removes the issue of being slugged.

Balanced Landing:
Your agility lets you not break your legs from falling.
After falling from a height, your reflexes let you roll to avoid major injures that otherwise would've happened.
Causes the Exhausted status effect for A Few Minutes.
Balanced Landing cannot be used while Exhausted.
You do not recover from the Exhausted status effect while running because you jumped off a ledge and almost broke your legs for whatever reason.
-
It's fine, it's a Yellow rarity offering so it shouldn't be as strong as it's Green counterpart.
You either get it to work after getting a 3K and downing the last Survivor before they can escape meaning you didn't technically need it at all in most situations and earned a neat animation to finish the match, 3 Survivors escaped and you managed to down the remaining one so you get a pity kill essentially, or a mix of both.
Also it says
"You worked well, the last one is yours."
it's supposed to be a little treat from the Entity, not a big reward.
-
Small game is fine how it is though, if it needs anything it'd be adding tokens to it so you can tell how many totems are still uncleansed.
-
Diversion: Renamed to Pebble, added effect of the Killer is stunned for 0.5 seconds if hit by the pebble
-
Trapper, Wraith, and Hillbilly are pretty simple in what their powers do.
Wraith is just that, a stealth mode but you can't directly hurt Survivors and a non-stealth mode that you can directly hurt Survivors.
Does it take time and knowledge to know the best times to cloak and uncloak? yes but DBD is a learning experience and you'll figure it out.
Just know Wraith is considered pretty add-on reliant and Stealth Killers are typically less powerful in the actual chase.
-
Should they only do 2-3 DLCs every year? Perhaps, they don't have to.
Would I like if they decided every now and then to skip a DLC to really work on fixing up the game's issues it still has before adding more to that list? Absolutely.

interesting point, don't u know that u get speed boost after the chainsaw there for endurance protects u? lol he can't hit u twice with it unless u are just standing there waiting for it. Bubba face camping while annoying is easy to escape from, doc however not even letting u save is on another level of cancer. not op or strong just cancer just like unbreakable soul guard combo its not op but its cancer to verse as killer
"lemme just Stypic myself, run in, take the Bubba Chainsaw and then unh- oh i'm on the ground because he swings multiple times."
unless it's a bad Bubba facecamping (even then I expect a trade at best) you don't get to unhook, you CANNOT block a 99% revved saw.

Doctor can cancel borrow time ? How ? First time hear it xd
Also apparently is more lethal than a cone that can instantly down multiple Survivors at the same time and can eat through endurance status for breakfast.

It was either six months or a year iirc that they said.
In actuality who knows.

@Golden_spider Yeah I'm envisioning no self-unhook attempts or death struggles. Final survivor timer refers to the last one not needing to wait the full minute with no rescue possible, but also giving the killer time to stalk to likely spawn choices.
Sure but then you have another issue of Luck and Deliverance not allowed to work because you can't attempt, or keep it in and have already presented issue of getting teleported within seconds. (Lesser issue of perks like Breakdown and Slippery Meat also becoming MUCH less useful)
Also thank you for clarifying, but still no.
Your the last Survivor and got hooked, the game is over and doesn't need to keep going into "go immersive and find the hatch/open a gate/wait out the EGC because spite"
-
Okay but there's a glaring issue: attempting escape decreases your hook timer meaning you can just attempt escape to get teleported within seconds of being hooked the first time so the Killer immediately loses said pressure.
Then during the Struggle phase what happens if you stop struggling? do you just die? do you get teleported early again? if the latter that's even more pressure the Killer just loses.
Final survivor hook state timers are decreased by 50%.
Also whatever this exactly means, going to go with Struggle Phase because death hook has no timer meaning you only have to wait 30 seconds to get teleported your second time.
So no, unhooking would have zero benefit when they are just guaranteed to get off the hook and possibly allowed to do so within seconds.
-
Can you flag and report discussions for "Multiple discussions about same topic"?
Doesn't say exactly in the forum rules but some common sense would dictate if there's a thread already then don't create another.
-
Because you don't get downed and he gets a lengthy stun on top of needing to reload while slowed, and if you break the chain every time you will never go down, waste a lot of his time, and essentially reset the chase.
-
Wait you don't enjoy your top class air they lovingly put in those tiers?
-
You should have the Deathslinger Head, Claudette Shirt, and Cake Charm at this point.
If not then wait a day or two and if still missing something then perhaps contact support?
-
May I interest you in Detective's Hunch?
No? Perhaps Small Game?
Still no? Maybe a Map with Red Twine?
Not even that? Consider learning the spawn spots on each tile?
None of those? Well I guess we'll never know which butt that totem was in.
-
@Johnny_XMan said:
What if the timer activated if no other survivor is nearby within those 15 meters?
This way the other survivors wouldn’t just be reckless and run around the hook.
So if I stood just outside of 15 meters forcing the Killer to stand inside said range because someone else nearby could also go for the unhook then the Killer still is punished by losing their hook or said hook has zero progress because they "camped".
Oooh wait they already tried it and was abused that way and had to remove it.
If they're camping then be a smart Survivor and wait on hook for as long as possible, if someone else is being camped go repair a generator.
Camping only works if Survivors let it work.
-
I'd rather use Spine Chill or Streetwise because I can always just find the Killer if I want to become injured while having more benefits like vaulting faster or keeping a toolbox around longer.

I'm sorry but when a survivors hit box can be hit from behind a wall by a huntress hatchet, I'm pretty sure the hit boxes could use SOME touching up. Thank you.
Latancy.
-
Someone could benefit from learning what Latancy is.
-
The Hallowed Blight says hello.
-
I'd rather not have a repeat of The Hallowed Blight where the norm was filling your vial then suiciding on hook.
Seriously trying to get a legitimate normal match rarely happened.

I really don’t get all the fuss about this..
Kate is a DLC char purchasable with shards. All her challenges are optional and not needed to get to the end. The whole archives/rift/challenges thing is optional and not needed to play the game. No one is forcing anyone to pay to progress.
Well besides the Dwight Mains who wanted lore.
-
Honestly I don't really care, the more free cosmetics for everyone the better tbh.
I had all of them besides the Pro-Pain Hammer (Didn't feel like getting it, rarely play Billy and won't be using it because I have a weapon I like better anyways) and I only really wore the Hound Mask because it was actually something different to wear on Huntress and the Untamed Donkey Jacket because again it was just something else to wear, I practically never play Huntress unless it's a Daily I mind doing and not replacing so I didn't mind that and I never wear the Donkey Jacket anymore because I have other options I like more so I don't mind.
Also Kate's napkin shirt I guess, never wore it because I don't play her.
So what exactly did I lose? really nothing and gained a hammer I won't be using because I don't like it.
-
They probably could just recolor a charm (like a Heart symbol), quick and simple and could include a lot of different people.
The only issue then becomes depending on how many they do how cluttered your charm list becomes.
-
As a totally unbiased Claudette player I can say it's usually the Megs who are the biggest liability in a match from my experiences.
Blows up generators, goes down consistently within 30 seconds of chase (ironically), grabbed from lockers meaning a chase didn't even happen.
(Seriously though any character that's free with the base game will always be played more meaning more likely that a newer player is using them, not just one character.)
-
It's Latancy.
Also what do you mean, Huntress is supposed to be throwing literal tree trunks at you.
-
Well it's either working as intended or another oversight.
And I think it's an oversight because Adrenaline says
"Adrenaline is on hold if you are disabled at the moment it should take effect and will activate when freed."
unless being put in a magical floating cube apparently isn't being "disabled"
-
This is the next map.
