I always try to break a totem or two every match for those sweet sweet 1K Boldness.
I just wish the 3 other Survivors would break a totem each...

No.
If someone wants to Sandbag then fine, you can't stop them.
However it shouldn't be behavior that's encouraged or rewarded, adding perks like these just increases the chance someone's match is ruined because someone decided to sandbag them because free points or taking their item.
Also it'd make reporting and punishing Griefing and Working Together more difficult and confusing for obvious reasons.

Not gonna say much just that dc penalties are not a solution in a game where the killer can slug all 4 survivors all game and not get banned or even suspended, same for killers in low ranks who have to verse high rank survivors since this game has no matchmaking. I'm red rank on both roles and i verse green or purple rank killers its not fun for either side. Last game as a survivor i went against a leatherface slugging all 4 survivors for the whole game after he chased me for 5 minutes, do the devs expect me to stay there on the ground afk or do they want me to play their game? I'm not gonna deal with this kid's issues i dc'd and got penalized for it. Either make slugging like that banable or remove dc penalties all together. Not even gonna mention that the game has bugs that force u to disconnect and u still get penalized.
Just because you don't like something means it allows you to disconnect and not expect to be punished when the penalty was made to crack down on said issue of "I don't like this so i'll disconnect and barely be punished". (and the first few times the ban is lenient because they know IRL stuff happens or some bug/glitch makes a match unplayable and you can't play normally so you can DC and figure out the issue with a small punishment)
Just because you don't like something means it should be a bannable offense when it's a strategy the Developers allow.
There are Perks that strengthen slugging and some that counter it, some Killer powers even benefit from the tactic (Like Oni or Myers) so if you find it that unbearable then consider running Unbreakable/No Mither/For The People/Botany/Etc... and if you decide not to then that's the risk you accept every time you enter a match and you have to just deal with it.
And if you did actually distract a Leatherface for 5 entire minutes then the other 3 Survivors should've had plenty of time to heal anyone else back up and complete at least 3 generators before you went down. If all 4 of you got slugged and couldn't come back before he downed the 4th Survivor it sounds more like all 4 of you got outplayed or played poorly in the situation because you can still recover requiring just a sliver of healing from someone else or move away from each other so he can't keep tabs on all of you at once with his 115% movement speed.
Also it's a game, you aren't forced to stay there and watch yourself bleed out for 4 minutes when you could say standup and make a sandwich, or watch a video, go relieve yourself, go pet an animal, literally anything else that isn't forcing yourself to just sit there and wait.
It's fine to find something boring or unfun to go against (personally I hate Hag and wish you could power wash her away as a Survivor) but doesn't allow you to ask for it to be nerfed into the ground or bannable because "I don't like it".

Shelter Woods desperately needs a redesign.
Zero unique structures. (Rotten Fields also has this problem but it spawns Harvesters and the Pig Tree which is at least something along with the generic Jungle Gym tiles)
VERY open map. (Rotten Fields too but at least corn makes it so you can't see halfway across the map.)
The tree in the middle is a massive dead zone with nothing around it.
It really needs to be high priority on reworking maps once they finish adjusting maps with problematic structures/layouts.

Why the nerf for Franklins?
How is it a nerf?
Remember to say why you think so or I can't exactly explain.

Aftercare: Instead of losing all aura reading when hooked it either:
- Keeps all Aura reading obtained but is disabled for a minute after being unhooked.
- removes the Aura reading for the Survivor who's Aura has been revealed the longest (whoever you got Aura reading for first) every time you're hooked.
Boil Over: Remove the Hook aura obscuring, replace with slowing the Killers carry speed by 4-6%.
Buckle Up: Remove the Aura intensity part, replace with Dying Survivors within 8 meters can recover at 50% speed while being healed.
Fixated: Works while injured.
Cruel Limits: Blocks all Vault Spots and Dropped Pallets within 32 meters of the completed generator for 30/35/40 seconds for Survivors, any Pallets dropped within 32 meters of the most recent completed generator while the perk is still active will be blocked for the remaining amount of time.
Fire Up: Also gives 1% Movement Speed for every 2 Tokens.
Franklin's Demise: Remove the Item is dropped part, replace with Survivors hit will have their carried item disabled for 30/40/50 seconds. Items that become disabled lose 5% of their maximum charges.
Furtive Chase: remove reduced Terror Radius in a chase part, replace with your Terror Radius is reduced by 4 meters per token towards the Obsession.

I just got a 3k with blinkless nurse with only thrill of the hunt as the only perk
Clearly TotH was too strong for the Survivors to deal with

Slugging is well within the rules of the game albeit boring or "unfun" at times.
Disconnecting is not especially if used to give the last Survivor hatch while also bypassing the usual delay the Killer gets while Sacrificing the 3rd Survivor.
EULA even says so.
I. Rules of Conduct
While participating in the Game, you also agree to comply with certain rules of conduct that govern your use of the Game (“Rules of Conduct”), for example you may not:
Exploit errors in design, features which are not documented, and/or bugs to gain access that would otherwise not be available or to obtain any competitive advantage.
This above-referenced list of prohibitions only provides examples of unacceptable conduct and is not intended to be a complete or exclusive list of prohibited conduct. Your online conduct should be guided by common sense and respect for others who access and use the Game (whether or not such third parties are registered users of the Game) and for the employees and representatives of BHVR.
Report anyone who disconnects (and send in a follow up report with evidence to their Customer Support) especially if they admit to doing so just so the Last Survivor is guaranteed hatch.

As silly as it sounds I like running it as a "free Boldness" perk with how close a hook typically is at most times. That's 500 Boldness every minute for a quick 2.5 second action meaning I don't have to go too far out of my way from a generator or take too much time with say finding and breaking a totem to get points.
Also maybe give the perk only half the cooldown if you stop or get interrupted while using it.
-
Second Wind isn't bad but just too picky on requirements while other perks can heal you but more consistently or with less requirements.
Self Care is just heal yourself whenever, no requirement to use it.
Botany speeds up healing and let's you use Medkits longer than usual.
Medkits themselves just being a heal your carrying around.
Inner Strength being a pocket heal for when you need it and simply requiring you to break one totem which shouldn't be too difficult to find at least one every match then entering a locker which typically spawn around generators.
Pharmacy guaranteeing you always find an Emergency Medkit on your first chest search.
If they loosened up on the requirements a little the perk would be better instead of hoping nobody else healed themselves even 0.1% not letting you activate it.

Play Trapper and don't use traps. BAM
Wraith and don't use the bell.
Nurse and don't use your blinks.
unless the Survivors are bold (or foolish) enough to help you uncloak or let you get close enough you won't be killing anyone

Hillshire Iron: For as long as a Survivor is speared, the auras of all other Survivors outside the Deathslinger's Terror Radius are revealed. After a Survivor is freed from the spear the auras last up to 6 seconds.
Iridescent Coin is an actual change so hopefully I can structure it correctly.
Iridescent Coin: Removes the Redeemer's Reel mechanic, Survivors hit with the spear have it lodged in them and are considered Speared for 1 second.
Survivors hit with a spear while already lodged with a spear will inflict Dying upon them.
Lodged spears are removed when a Survivor is put into the Dying State.
Survivors can "Dislodge the Spear" (action like Snap Out of It taking 12 seconds), failing a Skill Check applies a -25% Regression penalty.
Moderately increases Speargun reload time. (2.75 -> 3.5)
It's more of a new power but I wanted to have it synergize with Hellshire Iron while also literally being just a gun.

Not sure if this has been said already, but you don’t have to complete the Kate challenge to start the Dwight challenge. You can start directly from the Dwight master challenge. :)
level 3 has 3 places where you can start completing challenges from. You can start directly from Dwight’s, Huntress, or all the way on the left’s challenges.
That isn't the issue they have, the issue is a character's lore is locked behind challenges that require you to play and or use a teachable from a completely different character who so happens to not be immediately available to use.
Boiling Point is questionable but at least fine in only requiring you have Boil Over meaning you can technically complete it as Dwight as long as you have the teachable unlocked (and as they said any required teachables would be guaranteed to appear at least once in the Shrine during the corresponding Rift if you don't own the character they're tied to.)
Sing Another Day requires you play as Kate... to unlock lore for Dwight? Are we missing a sentence or something in Dwight's lore saying something like "Kate was eating a sandwich in the background" or anything that'd explain why she apparently is relevant towards it? And by a quick run through the previous Tomes I haven't seen any challenges like it that requires you to play as a completely different character to unlock lore not tied to them.
TL;DR: Paywall was probably a poor word to describe the issue, Actual issue is they're confused why Kate is required at all to unlock lore she is 100% irrelevant towards unless she has some special guest star appearance in it we're missing.
